They are the worst and an inner city clinic and I walked in as an older white male and got terrible service. Was stuck there for hours and eventually had to walk out in the hallway and explain I cannot stay all night im just sitting. This is not a normal medical place and they do medicare so are giving bare bones service just to put you off and get the money from the feds. I gave up and left at 10-15 pm explaining just sitting there. Now I call and its almost 12 hours later and they have no idea whats going on or what came of it. Unless you are black, hispanic or mixed raced do not go to these inner city clinics--go to the outskirts in predominately white neighborhoods if you are white.

Convinced the doctors here know absolutely nothing about ear infections and how to treat them. When I came in with water trapped in my ear, they suggested pumping more water into my ear in order to clear any wax, and I agreed because I trusted them. After that pretty painful procedure, they then proceeded to stick a tiny spatula into my ear and scrape the insides of my ear. Extremely painful and my ear bled for the next day. When I got back and called my PCP, he said that was probably one of the worst things someone could have done. I urge everyone to seek out a better urgent care facility if you have an ear infection. My hearing still has not recovered so what they did helped 0%.

This place was amazing! My husband is an OTR trucker, and is never in a place for more than a night and had to stop at an Urgent Care for a severe ear infection. The staff was clean, professional, the wait time was short, and they even went the extra mile to track down a 24 hour pharmacy so he could get back on the road. If you are in Vegas and have to go to Urgent Care, go to this clinic, they absolutely take the stress out of having to go in for urgent medical attention!

I was very ill and at a business conference in Vegas. These people took excellent care of me and I was treated with kindness and consideration. I appreciate the help, it was not a good situation being out of town and alone, but they helped me get through a difficult situation. The clinic was clean and the staff was excellent.

The staff and wait time was fair. My issue now which was back in 12/2017 I am having problems with there billing department! I have called several times now even with my insurance company to get it situated and handled to avoid collections but it seems they don’t care and have sent me to collections! Which I do not think is fair since I took all steps necessary to avoid this !

This urgent care is good when you’re being seen by a doctor, not so much when it’s the PA. My family and I have also seen a NP here and he was good. A few weeks ago, my husband brought our daughter to be seen since I suspected she had the flu or strep throat. She had a sore throat in the morning and by evening, she spiked a fever of 105. She had chills and body aches (signs of the flu). She was seen by the PA (Nguyen) and was checked for the flu and strep. PA said both were negative and sent her home and suggested to continue taking over the counter medication. I do not work in healthcare, but I even know that 1 in 3 rapid flu tests, a false negative can show. My daughter presented all classic symptoms of the flu and the PA heavily relied on some test that is not 100% accurate. PA told my husband that it was just a cold. Well, I wasn’t satisfied with her diagnosis after a long night of high fever. Researched other urgent cares and end up at MedExpress on Charleston/Torrey Pines. There was no wait. Filled out paperwork and was brought to the room right away. Told the triage nurse about my daughter being checked for flu and strep at a different urgent care (and tests being negative ), and based on the symptoms we had provided, she even said she was 100% sure it was the flu. They took new tests, NP came in and checked her out, and in the end, flu test was positive/strep negative. Daughter was prescribed tamiflu. This urgent care is attached to a Walgreens so all we had to do was walk out of the clinic and into Walgreens to pick up the prescription. No waiting since it was electronically done. After taking the first tamiflu, my daughter’s high fever was gone and was feeling way better than the day before. Had I just accepted the PA’s diagnosis from Healthcare Partners the night before, my daughter would have not recovered as fast as she did. Like what I stated in the beginning, this urgent care is good when a doctor is in, not so much when a PA is.

Terrible service. I came in at 8:30 right before a rush of people, they checked my vitals and sent me back into thw waiting area while everyone else was getting called. I literally got there when nobody was there. All I needed were antibiotics so I ended up walking out because four sets of people got called in more than once. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO TIME MANAGMENT. and from the "providers available" screen had not one doctor listed on it

I took my 7 month old son here on Saturday because his pediatricians office couldn’t make time for him, he had his first cold and the front desk staff was so friendly to him they kept trying to make him smile by playing peek a boo. They got us in very fast and he was seen with the doctor and they found he also had an ear infection and thankfully for them they caught it in time because his pediatrician wouldn’t see him. They gave him a prescription and he is slowly getting better.

It really does depend on the time you go. Went there early am on a Thursday morning for a dog bite. Was seen by the doctor within 20 mins. The doctor was thourough and took his time with my visit. Also the nurse and front staff were very helpful and took their time to explain things and showed a lot of concern.

Had a severe flu after Christmas. Place was full to brim and woman upfront was obviously coming down with something too. A dude was vomiting loudly in restroom.yet,they were still kind and helpful. They paid attention to me and made me feel safe. I was served as fast as possible obviously. Even in hell raining down they were helpful and kind.

This is the most horrible office I have been at. The front desk ladies, we're very rude, uncaring and unwilling to help. The doctor had no patience, no understanding. I had to be here two times and both times the same type of treatment. I only received good service from a young male nurse in which from me not feeling well, I didn't get to catch his name, he was the only one that smiled, made sure I was receiving a good reaction to the treatment. I hope to never come back here again, one for me to not get sick again and never have to see gloomy & annoyed faces.

Have been here before and always had caring helpful Drs. Came today and saw Jason Sesi. Haven't slept in almost 3 days and was taking over the counter meds (Delsym and Robistussun) told the nurse that over the counter meds like Muscinex make me sick to my stomach and I cannot take them. The dr gave me a script for benzonate and MUCINEX!!! obv I didn't waste my money on that one. I took the script and got a stomach ache from that too so I called the Dr to see what I should do and this GENIUS told me to take delsym and robitussin aka the same things I was taking for 3 days with NO HELP AND NO SLEEP!!! I would recommend this place as long as Jason isn't working, my 8 year old could do better. I would never pay to see a dr if what I was doing wasn't working or if I wasn't severely sick!!!!

During flu and cold season, the wait can be long even when there are not that many people, since it takes time to allow the tests for flu and strep to be done which was my case. I came here at 1:30 in the morning and waited for 2 1/2 hours. It seems like everybody who came in was there with some flu-related illness. Once in to see the doctor, was quick and efficient and straightforward. This might be a 24-hour town, but staffing is always shorter at night. That's just how it is.

Waste of time. Went in with severe neck and head pain, Waited 2 hours. I thought it might be an ear infection. She looked in my ears, told me it was not an infection and started to send me on my way. I was still hurting. She gave me a perscription for ibuprofen. I spent the last two days in Vegas with rolling bouts of head pain. The filght home was a misery. I went to my family doctor at 7am the next morning. She did the same things, said I had severe muscle spasms in my neck, gave me a pain killer, muscle relaxer and prednizone and sent me home to bed. I woke up at dinner time with the pain gone. AGAIN, Healthcare Partners was waste of time and money. Get a real doctor.

Dr Malta Ramesh told me that with a viral bronchitis you don't use a antibiotic I have never had any dr tell me that before. I had another dr give me a 10 day prescription for a antibiotic which was 15 days ago only to start feeling crappy again. So I google it because I didn't believe what he told me and he was absolutely right as a matter of fact an antibiotic can be dangerous to you for that. So I got a steroid prescription and a shot to kick start it. Thank you Dr

Went here with my son because it was the closest that came up on my insurance. Waited two hours to be called back to exam room when there was only three people in front of us. Then continued to wait another 30 min with my son who had a fever and felt miserable. The staff seemed nice but something is wrong with this place if it’s seeing so few people hour to hour. One dr running the whole place should be able to see more patients than this. I would never return here.

This is both my husband's and my primary place for our health care. My husband primary is Dr. Tan who has always treated him with respect and he has received excellent care. I see his PA Judy Chen and I have nothing but good things to say about her.Our wait time is never more than 20 minutes, the staff is usually quick and friendly.The only reason reason I only gave it a 4 star is due to the fact that when I call, I never have received a telephone call back. I always have to drive down to get a quick answer to any questions. Now I only live a few blocks from Wynn so it is not a problem for me-but heaven help the person with no car that lives a lot further away. We also had to use their quick care on a Friday evening. It was "quick" and painless. We were back home with the health issue solved within two hours and that included an x-ray!.

Awful customer service They make the patient wait forever for a doctor to see the patient. Obviously when someone is sick goes to this place for medical help. It's cruel to make patients wait very long time for medical attention. If this place doesn't have enough doctors to see the patients in need of care they shouldn't call themselves urgent care 24 hours. Because I know my mother had to leave after waiting such a long time to see a doctor Without seeing one. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional.

Nice of them to not alert people about the change in their hours from 24 hours to 7am-10pm. Not to many people are going to read the street sign, so they've had a whole month to post their new hours on the door. My boyfriend rushed me here, because I had a sinus and upper respiratory infection and guess what? We had to call and see why the doors were locked, because their damn guard wasn't at his post to tell us and of course a nurse couldn't come and tell us epithet.Screw this place.

If your health is not your priority then this is your place! A month ago my wife came here with a moderate pain. A couple of hours later (URGENT CARE HUH?) she was seen by someone who introduced himself as a doctor. She (the wife) works in the medical field and was asking for a simple ultrasound test to rule out the kidney stones, but the "doctor" refused to listen and sent her for an X-ray (which does NOT show calcium deposits) and misdiagnosed her. He gave her a prescription for (READY?) Tylenol! At this point she is still waiting to see the nephrologist because the tests needed are not done yet including ultrasound. These guys are trying to bill my insurance for $155.00 for their "services". Guess what? They are out of luck. Not only I will contact my insurance company not to pay them, I, also, will not pay them my co-pay either. I am considering to hire an attorney who handles medical malpractice. Terrible personnel!

Very very long wait on a Wednesday evening. We got in at 7:30 and was not called until 9:30. Sat in exam room from 930 to 1030 before a doctor can in. People working were very polite and nice. We were never told why the wait was soo long. Dr was nice and polite once we finally got to see her.

So I brought my 9 yr old daughter in at 12am on July 26th with stomach pain. An NP saw her not a doctor. After doing an examination and xray the NP ruled out her appendix and stated she had constipation and gas built up in her stomach and recommended I give her Miralax. So we go home I give her the Miralax for the next couple of days. The pain over the weekend had became less. But Monday morning my daughter is still complaining of stomach pain, so at this point I make her an appointment with the pediatrician. I bring her in and immediately her pediatrician stated it was in fact her appendix and rushed us over to the E.R where they confirmed after doing a CT scan that at some point over the weekend her appendix ruptured and needs surgery. Tuesday morning when the surgeon saw her scan stated she has too much infection to do surgery and needs to stay in the hospital for a minimum of 7 days on IV antibiotics. Today she still has infection and has to stay on antibiotics for another 7 days, a total of 26 days and will miss the first 2 weeks of school. I am frustrated and PO'd because all of this could have been prevented if it would have been caught on time. Next time I will just go directly to the ER vs coming here for urgent care.

Won't recommend this place to anyone. Pay $20 taxi to get there to check out my kid's knee injury around 6:15 pm. The sign posted that there are no pediatrician but took us in any way since pediatrician will come in around 7:00. Waited for almost an hour, no sign of doctor. Asked front desk and was informed that we need to wait about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. WHAT...after all that wait??? We left without seeing a doctor. Urgent care in Vegas doesn't work like any where that i know of. It's not a mini like hospital. They don't have X-ray machine or good radiologist. If you just need a regular doctor, call Dr. Logan at Las Vegas strip urgent care. Google him up. He's a mobile doctor. He'll come to your hotel. I thought he had an office so took a taxi to the location found on Google Maps. Couldn't find his office so i called him. He talked to me regarding my kid's knee problem and suggested that i should take her to the Sunrise Pediatric hospital.

Yes like alot of the other reviews i had to wait along time because there was only one Dr. I was diagnosted with kidney stones. Even though i doubled checked with the Dr to make sure they knew where to send my prescription the pharmacy never got it. Now im setting here with the office closed till monday. I for sure will never go there again. In fact this has happened twice now.

These people almost killed me, I went there urgently for an appendicitis and they told me that I only had a bad digestion after performing labs and x-rays of the abdomen, 6 hours later I had to go to the hospital in the emergency ambulance and the Paramedics from the laboratories that I was told in this clinic that it was appendicitis, what I do not understand is what kind of doctors these people are !?

Wishing zero stars was an option. My daughter and I️ went in at 6am both super sick. And they wouldn’t see me or her because the insurance card that we had “didn’t have enough information” on it. Everywhere else I️ have ever went, that insurance card has never been denied and been used multiple times. Wasn’t expired or anything they just couldn’t see us because of an ID number that couldn’t be located. So then we come back a couple hours later. Everything seemed fine. (My daughter is 11 months and i went here so we could both be seen without having to drive to 2 different urgent cares). So I️ was seen and the doctor and staff was nice. Usually my body responds really well to medicine and i feel better 12 hours after antibiotics (they said I️ have bronchitis). Turns out I️ wasn’t even given the correct medications. I️ called them and the woman who picked up the phone couldn’t help me. Said a nurse would have to call me back or I️ could call the pharmacy to ask but the pharmacy gave me exactly what they wrote. So now I️ am here with my cough and nose and headache worse than yesterday taking some random mediciation waiting for someone to call. That’s seriously crazy. I️ would never recommend them or go here ever again. Also, having worked in customer service for years, you guys might want to try and hire people at the front desk that actually seem like they care a little. Horrible service. Would never recommend or return and considering filing a lawsuit against them for this.

Terrible. Came Sunday since its part of my hmo. Waited in exam room for almost 30 mins. A doctor comes in shoves a tongue depressor in my throat 2 times writes me a prescription and leaves. This in no more than 3 mins. Im on heart medication and gave the check in staff a list of all my meds. What he gave me I shouldn't have taken. Called my regular doctors office 2 days later. Was given the right medication. I called to speak to a supervisor today and of course he wasn't available. Six hours wasted Sunday, 3 hours round trip Monday to the pharmacy. Bus rider. Will never go there again.

waited 4 hours for a friend to get checked for dizziness and nausea. arrived at 1am and left at 5am. better off going to the ER. there was nothing quick about this care. especially when there was only 6 people there the entire time. ridiculous

Worst place ever. Don’t go here. They make you sign a document stating you are obligated for charges if insurances doesn’t cover it otherwise they won’t see you. According to my insurance those charges are a write , in which you should not be liable for those charges .

It took them 30 mins to do the paperwork when there were 2 people on the list in front of us and even if I said my son had a fever. We waited for hours outside and then hours inside and when the doctor came she did not do any swab tests at all. If done, maybe we would have recovered a little faster from the flu. This is the last time we are going to this facility - definitely do not recommend.

Poor customer service, had to go back twice for proper diagnosis of aliment. When attempting to handle co-pay and billing, wouldn't accept money order for payment of bill. Sent in payment via US postal service w/tracking in case they decide to say I paid late. Pathetically bad...

I went yesterday nov 7 for help I had a sharp pain in my heel it hurt when I walked on it for 4 days I went with it by rice method but it wasn't helping it ... so I decided time fo find out what's up. Laughs took off shoe and the first answer is gout . People with type 2 diabetes are more likely to have hyperuricemia, and people with gout and high uric acid may be more likely to get diabetes. Not everyone with hyperuricemia gets gout, but your chances go up as uric acid levels rise. I said gout? I dont do red meat coffee or tons of fish that raises uric acids and I wasn't giving blood either . Let's do a x ray of turned out foot spur a bad one showed up . Advice heel supports and ice and rest no pain meds ? All I was asking for was a answer and ibrprfreon .. the pa whos not a real doctor. Phuong Nguyen refused a script so I got the office manager told her what she said told her the pain I am in I need to walk ... only way about town besides a bus when too far and I was asking for a answer and help what I got was bs and no help well she got me the script thank you and that pa is worthless. Because I said no no blood for gout you said no to helping a person in pain ... smart idea.

Check in girl was great, assistant guy was polite... My issue was that I didn't see a doctor. I seen a PA who baby talked to me. I have a stomach condition. I had a fever.I had the shakes hot cold sweats and shakes. I had a migraine. Diarrhea. Bites on my leg. I felt fatigue. Weak. My joints hurt. The PA baby talked Me and gave me ibuprofen, ran no tests or asked to see the bites... I called my doctor today and she said that's the worst thing you can do to a person that has a certain stomach condition. They took me in and gave me other meds to lower my fever and performed tests. my stomach symptoms were excruciating after the ibuprofen. My doctor and specialist told me never to go there again. They Suggested a few urgent care facilities with staff who are knowledgeable...

I had a little puffiness on the outer lid of my eye. When I went in, Dr.Walker told me it was an eye lid infection and prescribed me the “proper” medicine. The medicine did nothing but make my eyes worse and the only way to get help about this is paying them another 40$ To get reevaluated .... You’re better off going to your actual doctors ! Save you’re money !
