I was in Vegas for my son’s wedding. I woke up on Tuesday, October 23 to find I had no voice. I wanted to find an urgent care close to the Bellagio. I found one but the taxi driver recommended elite bc it was closer to our hotel. The sign said “Elite Medical Center” which made me think that I could receive care for my illness here and that my insurance would cover it. I had to pay a $200 copay bc of it being an emergency room facility. I was not informed of this until after I had seen the doctor. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly. I just wish the receptionist would have told me up front that my “urgent care” visit was actually an ER visit. Since then, I’ve been told that the staff would do a better job of informing patients about the type of facility this is. I did get medicine and was able to enjoy my son’s wedding.

Amazing staff and great at their jobs. I was waiting ridiculously long after i was discharged due to technical issues, but they accommodated me with some free snacks and a goodybag chock-full of stuff like playing cards, a nice rag, a poker chip, and a huge water bottle. Then, the next day they called in and checked in on me!

Unfortunately not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. I contracted the flu with an upper respiratory infection in Vegas last weekend. The crew at EliteLV saw me quickly, was very attentive, and offered a fast, accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Service was far better than I could have anticipated. Thanks to Dr. Karr and his team for a great experience under the circumstances...Anthony, Dave, Eric, Kim, Art and Neomi were all top-notch. If you're in need of medical attention in Vegas, based on my experience, you won't find better care anywhere else.

My daughter had a health scare, while we've been out here in Vegas. I found Elite Medical Center online and brought her there last week. We literally had no wait time and when we got in-we were treated with empathy, dilegince, professionalism and compassion. I visited Elite Medical Center ER and had the best experience I have ever had in a hospital. I did not wait at all and I was seen, and discharged so fast. The staff were so friendly. Great experience and great care provided by Our nurse Danielle and Anthony, our Techs Dedriane And Eric and Noemi! We are here are vacation and my fiancé became very ill. We walked to this facility and they immediately took him back, ran labs and xrays and had results on no time. He tested positive for influenza A and they took such great care of him. We were in and out in an hours time! So thankful they were so wonderful and caring.

This place was literally a life saver!!! My wife happened to go into anaphylactic shock after eating anchovies at Caesar's Palace at their buffet and after some definitive signs of anaphylactic shock we grabbed her, cut the taxi line, and drove over to here and get her with an EpiPen right before he throat was swollen completely shut. This is a very very nice new facility. There was hardly anyone there so my wife was able to get the attention she needed. The rooms are brand new and nice! The waiting area for family members upstairs is super nice and comfortable! They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks free of charge. They take care of patients and family members well! I highly recommend going to them if you have a medical emergency! Plus, they are 24/7!

I experienced a allergic reaction while on vacation and I’m so glad EMC was around the corner from our hotel. I was seen/treated right away. The quality of care was phenomenal. Anthony, Schebania, Kim, Noemi & Charles took care of me. I have never been treated with so much compassion before. I stayed overnight and the rooms were clean & spotless. This place was amazing! On May 7th while I was on a mini vacation I got sick, with what I thought was Allergies. I was coughing and could not stop, so we called the concierge at The Park and they recommended Elite Medical Center. We got there and was taken care of almost immediately. We saw Dr. Singh who was great. The RN Annabel was very nice and helpful. Also the techs on duty Charles, Anthony and Isabel we also nice. We were very impressed with the service and the wait time. More of these type of clinics should follow your procedures.

This place is absolutely the worst I went in with stomach pain votiming and with a fever over all just feeling bad they did tests and they said everything was fine so I was discharged with an attitude from the doctor and staff so I went to a real hospital where I was admitted and still currently in the hospital my advice to anyone is if you could go to a regular hospital you will be better off.

For the most part I felt Elite did an excellent job providing health care. I was in and out of the facility 4 times during about 2 weeks. The only real issue I had was on the last admittance,. We were trying to fly home and asked if they could stabilize me for the flight. They said there was nothing they could do. We took our 2 hour flight and had to go immediately to the ER at home. I have since spent an additional 3 days in the hospital. Elite certainly could have administered a pulmicort breathing treatment to help open my lungs. This was one of the first things out ER did. All the previous visits I felt they did a good job but I was quite disappointed in their decisions. When I arrived at our home ER I was only able to breathe at 25% of normal. I would have chosen to present this review in a more private way but it's Elite's decissde to make them here. John Lincoln, Nebraska

Good medical staff. Landed in Las Vegas with a chest/eye infection, chose this place because of the reviews. Why 3⭐? Outside of our medical provider. Saw the Dr for 10 minutes and cost us a few thousand, ouch.

Ok. So they will tell you that they take Culinary insurance. They dont! If your have Culinary Insurance. Do not go here. I'm stuck with this $1300 bill because they told me they take my insurance. I called the Culinary Health Fund. They told me Elite is not on their list.

These folks were awesome. Short trip from my hotel. 5 minute walk from the strip. I had an allergic reaction, they got me in and out with a steroid shot in a matter of 30 minutes. I barely had time to fill out my paper work before they had already taken me back. Very friendly and through in their explanation of their diagnosis and why. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation as I did these guys will have you back doing your thing in no time!

I came to Elite Medical Center because I have been suffering a pain in my right wrist in for the last 4 weeks. It hurts so hard when I try to grasp things with my right hand. I was very worried because I rarely see a doctor for check ups but Dr. Tang and the whole Elite Medical Staff put me all at ease and got me IN and OUT SUPER FAST! Aside from being very professional, everyone was so positive and helpful. I really felt that they genuinely cared for me. Gloria from the Front Desk was very patient with me and helped me a lot despite I forgot my insurance card at home. RN Anthony wasted no time taking my vitals and getting my thorough medical history. Techs Ken, Charles, and Anthony assisted me in getting my wrist X-rayed (multiple views). Beatriz from the Lab popped in to see if there was anything that she could do. Fortunately, no lab work needed to be done. It took only 5 minutes for Dr. Tang to assess me, do a simple diagnostic test, and come up with my exact diagnosis. He gave me a simple treatment plan and also printed out some information about my diagnosis: De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Charge RN Vicky followed up promptly with discharge instructions and gave me a splint, and got me on my way! No words can express how impressed and satisfied I am with the personal medical care that I experienced! I would recommend Elite Medical Center to any one of my family or friends that need some urgent medical care!

I had such an incredible experience here. I got the flue in Vegas and was having trouble breathing. Everyone there was amazing. Compassionate and knowledgeable. Wait time was almost nothing. I was sitting with the doctor within 30 minutes of walking into the building. The cost was less than a tenth of the cost of other emergency rooms I have been to. I can't recommend them enough.

We had such an amazing experience here!!! We had just arrived in LV and my 3.5yr had a rash on her leg that we had to get checked out. Of course I was a little hesitant about finding an UC right off the Vegas strip and especially for my toddler. Didn’t know what I would be walking into?! Elite Medical Center was nothing but amazing!! They took us back right away and I filled out my paperwork in the room. Everyone was so friendly and nice, the building was immaculately clean (I work in healthcare also so i notice these things!!) and everything was brand new! They were so quick with everything my husband and other kids were able to wait out in the car! I have recommended it to many friends who are going to Vegas just in case. All the staff was extremely nice and amazing with my little girl. Katy and Vicky were the RN’s, Sarah was the Tech, and Jen and Gerardo were Registar. Thank you again!!!! I came in here for possible kidney stones and let me just say this has been the best possible emergency room I have ever been too. TALK ABOUT FAST!!!!! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. It is extremely clean and the receptionist, Noemi was so friendly and welcoming. I walked right into the room and was flooded with 3 really happy smiles- Sara, Anthony, and Anthony. My first time in Vegas... Got a very bad sore throat, and googled a medical clinic close to my hotel, and EMC popped out, with the best reviews. Went there @ 7 AM, and was seen from a doctor within minutes! Very friendly and lovely staff, everything so clean and tidy! The reviews were short! This place is awesome! Although I ended up having pharyngitis (ouch!) I have to give a shout out to Noemi, Kim, Milla, Liz and Dave, and of course to Dr. Singh! On a side note, while I was being examined and treated, my boyfriend was sent to the waiting area, where he had cafe mocka and cookies, while watching TV :) Best Medical Place Ever!

I went in for Sciatic pain and did not have to wait to get taken back immediately. Noemi was very polite and took all my information quickly. I was greated by nurse Anthony promptly. He was very friendly offering me water and anything to help me get comfortable as I was clearly in a lot of pain. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen by Dr. Downs. She was very thorough asking me questions and moving my legs to determine where the pain was coming from. I asked her questions and she was explained to me what was going on. Nurse Anthony came back to give me a shot and he was very good at easing my fear. I was released and went back out to see Noemi who had all my paperwork in order. It was a very quick yet professional visit. I was able to get on my way to relax comfortably in my own home. Thank you Elite for your prompt attention and ease of my pain! If your a local do not hesitate to come here. No wait, very clean and professional.

First time to Vegas I'm all my 25 years.... got here 11/17/2018 with a small pimple like spot on the corner of my mouth. Within 24 hours that pimple turned into the worst bacterial infection I have ever had. So the first thing I do is go the closests ER and Elite Medical Center has amazing reviews. So in the Uber I went. I checked in around 12:45AM and within minutes was taken back to start my work up, tests, CT scan all within 30-40 minutes of being here I was feeling so much better. The pain was subsiding FINALLY! All because of the wonderful Nurses, Techs, and Doctors. This place takes wonderful care of their patients. It is 17 hours in counting, I am still here but I am still so amazed and grateful for the care given to me. The bed is super comfortable, you get a legit comforter so you can really snuggle in and go to bed, as well as the most hospitable care. I am on Round Three of IV Antibiotics so anytime now my swelling will finally subside as well as the infection but until then, I am perfectly okay with where I am at. Thank you Elite Medical Center! ❤️

As an out of stater, I was there when doors were 1st opened. Staff at counter lacked needed knowledge as it was his first day of work...all other staff was good. Way too many and repititive info on forms...should be narrowed down to one or two...not 7 or 8....filling them out took more time than doctor review. Prescriptions they provided seem to be helping bronchitis issue. I am sure they will learn to be more efficient

We were vacationing in Las Vegas my mother got a virus and became very ill I had to find medical assistance for her we found out about the Elite Medical Center I can not recommend this place any more the staff is fantastic very caring and extremely attentive! I wish our hospital from my home town would come out and take some serious lessons on caring and compassion! Our staff consisted of RN Anthony and Sahborig and the Techs were Anthony and Isabel and the girl from registration was Gloria (who greeted us with a smiling and compassion) also Dr Carr knew exactly what was going on with me mom! So that being said we were treated and discharged with 2 hours with my mom feeling better! Thank you to all!

I just flown into Las Vegas and had an issue with my leg. My friend was worried it was a blood clot so I googled ER’s in LV and Elite Medical Center popped up. I liked the fact that it wasn’t a traditional hospital ER but had everything there to treat most issues and that they guaranteed I would be seen quickly. When I arrived I knew I had chosen wisely. The Center was super-clean and all the staff was professional and pleasant. I was in a room within 5 minutes and the doctor saw me within 10 minutes. After an ultrasound confirmed I didn’t have a blood clot the staff called a cab for me! I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I wish we had an Elite Medical Center nearby. My experience was positive, the facility was sparkling clean and the staff and attending doctor couldn’t have been more helpful. I was in the ER for no more than an hour and the checkout process was very quick, unlike any ER I’ve been in. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Medical Center.

I was in Vegas for a wedding and got really sick ! I sufferer from crohns , rheumatoid Arthritis and I was In so much pain . I was seen by Dr Singh !!! One of the best doctors ever ! The Rn was Liz , Anthony and Jessica . The Tech was Brian and Anthony . They all did an amazing job and got me on my way as I came all the way from the east coast ! While on vacation I had an unexpected visit to the clinic. As soon as I walked In, the staff immediately welcomed me and began assisting me. I was given paperwork to fill out while I waited to be helped. I was in a room getting my usual check ups before I even finished the paper work. Staff was amazing! While waiting for the Doc. Numerous nurses and staff walked in to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything else. The staff was friendly, genuine, and seemed to care about my health. Wow! What a wonderful place Elite Medical Center is. My mom was having breathing problems and we decided to take her to the ER. Elite Medical Center had an awesome Yelp reviews and it was right down the road from where we were staying. Win Win! They took her back before I even got the 1st page of paperwork filled out! They accessed her, brought in a mobile x-ray unit and did lab work, and gave her a breathing treatment. Only 1 1/2 hours and we were on our way out the door. Awesome Service & Treatment! Our first time to the US was to Las Vegas from Australia to celebrate my sisters birthday. The last thing you expect is to end up in a medical centre (or hospital). Unexpected medical emergency lead us to Elite Medical Centre. Being from another country we were very nervous to see a doctor we are not familiar with. We have been made to feel very comfortable and walking it was clear it was a very clean and tidy and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. We waited less than 5 mins before Alyssa and Anthony greeted us and took us to the room my sister would be tested and treated. Alyssa asked the general medical questions before Sandesh arrived to ask for more detail. The service and facilities here are great and comforting when you're so far from home.

Awful all the way around. Had to travel back home from Vegas the next day, was admitted for emergency surgery at home. The doctor who looked at me at Elite, didn't even touch me...visually he said nothing was there and said to take motrin for pain also gave prescription for antibiotic. I wish I knew the name of the "dr." but what a waste of time and money and a potentially life/death mistake!!

I was greeted warmly by Gerardo at the front desk who checked me in immediately! Before I even had my papers filled out, Gena took me to my room and checked my vitals. Brian was on her heels to assist. Dr Downs came in moments later to assess my condition. Alyssa arrived a couple minutes after that to start an IV, get blood and give fluids. Milena ran the blood samples very quickly. The charge nurse Liz checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Brian did my imaging and explained every step of the process very well. This amazing team was able to diagnose me in less than an hour. I was referred to a surgeon who took care of my problem several hours later and I was back home the next morning. The staff are all friendly and professional! The building is very nice and extremely clean! Their processes are efficient and effective! It was absolutely the best ER experience I’ve ever had!

STAY AWAY! Better to get treatment on any of the craps tables by any of the dealers! Not only did they misdiagnose me (didn't know until I got back home and saw my dr.) but they ignored to address and treat the symptoms I initially saw them for. They also prescribed me medicine that I didn't need and could have ended up doing damage to my body. The doctor was nice but sounded very inexperienced. This place may be new and look nice, but stay far, far, far, far away!!!

I walked in with my 15 month old, hoping that this was an urgent care type of facility, turns to find out it was a Hospital. He was running a high fever so I wasn’t going to leave and go somewhere else, to say the least not excited for the “Hospital Bill”. Anyway my sons fever went down and I spoke with the doctor she was smart and her bed side manner was great! She considered it an evaluation and discharged us. I was shocked, most places just wants your money but here, I felt that they really cared! Thank you team Elite.

This medical centre and it’s employees are second to non! The care I received was incredible. I was here on my wedding day and they made that bearable by being so lovely. From doctors, nurses, receptionist and even the security is so kind. I can’t name everyone because I was back and 4th four times, meaning this would be the longest review. I’m pretty sure I met every staff member and each were brilliant I just can’t emphasise that enough. However, special mention to Danny who actually followed up on how we are doing and when we said we were back in hospital he asked if we needed anything which was great of him. But that is pretty much the level of care the employees they have here. Can’t thank you all enough.

I had to go to either an urgent care or an emergency room for my health concerns this evening. I was looking at another urgent care that I have been to before when Elite popped up in my feed. It is closer than most of the other hospitals, so I decided to give it a try.. I am so glad that I did. I was in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours and that was with full labs, IV, CT Scan with contrast, reading of report, speaking with all staff, getting prescriptions, discharge, checking out and then home. What a difference. That place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and it doesn’t matter if your issue is big or small they will treat you Kindly and with respect no matter what. Thank you to the team That took care of me, Danny, Brad, Ken, etc. everybody deserves a shout out there for making it an amazing experience, including the security guard who came right up to us as we parked to make sure I didn’t need assistance inside the building.. we need more ELITE MEDICALS in Las vegas

I really wish I was able to give this medical center more than 5 stars! Everyone was so friendly from the SECOND we walked in! Noemi first greeted us with a a warm smile & welcoming demeanor! On my first day of vacation, I managed to fall and break my arm. The staff were great. I didn’t have to wait very long, and they were very efficient. A pretty bad eye infection brought me to Elite Medical Center. I was greeted at the front desk by Tara, I experienced no wait time. Robert and Anthony took my vitals found out what the problem was and Dr. Karr quickly saw me. Medicare was not yet accepted by this clinic therefore I thought I would have to find another place but Dr. Karr assured me that this would be a complimentary visit. He gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and my eye started to improve by the next day. Kris and Jessica finished my visit at checkout and I couldn’t be more pleased. Honestly, care was excellent as was the staff that I saw. Couldn’t ask for more when you are away from home.

Our 2nd day in Las Vegas my husband wasn't feeling well I had to get him medical attention and the employees at our hotel sent us to Elite. I would like to say thank you to Michelle, Vicky, Danny, Danielle, Lorraine, Cameron, Anthony and the doctor her shift changed before I could get her name. These people were wonderful in the care they administered. They felt it better if my husband stayed overnight to receive what he needed to stabilize him but his concern was me going back to the hotel alone. The doctor told me there was no need for me to leave and that I could spend the night with him. They tended to my husband all thru the night and the next morning when they felt he was doing better they discharged him. If there is such a thing as a five star hospital Elite Medical Center is it. Thanks again to all you wonderful employees you are a great asset to the center.

I'm just going to write about my personal experience this past Friday night. I was greeted by Darwin one of their Security Guards; he was so kind and professional. Between my pain and heart issues his empathy was at the for front. I was checked in almost immediately and taken back to nurse Jessica, and Michelle who were beyond amazing. Then enters this incredibly intelligent, and knowledgeable Dr. Dejong. Wow is all I can say! She's great. Dr. Dejong and her staff were remarkable, and expedient at getting me on my way to healing. I don't go to the ER often, but over the past year I have been to both UCLA Westwood, and Santa Monica a few times, and in my conclusion I will state that the level of care I received at Elite was so much more comprehensive, caring, and at the very least solvers. Thanks to this efficient visit I will boast about my experience for years to come with recommendations to make Elite the facility.

Excellent staff; place was impecable as new; MD services were also excellent. My girlfriend was not feeling well she was having problems breathing and losing her voice rapidly. So we looked up for clinics close to our hotel and this pop up in a walking distance. So we decided to go and it was perfect. Really easy process at the front desk with the registration, considering we are from Canada, they explained really well how the process should work with our insurance. Once my gf was in the examination room I was sent to a really nice waiting room (coffee, snacks, tv). They took all necessary tests and gave her the corresponding medication (she got pharyngitis ☹️). We are really grateful for the services provided. Highly recommended.

I am new to the area and went here for a head injury. I am covered by a Medicaid plan and I was informed that they do not contract with Medicaid. She told me I could stay and be evaluated but would have to pay out-of-pocket. Mind you I have a head injury and have persistent headache and dizziness. I look on their website and it states that anyone with Medicaid who is provided treatment will be given treatment with no cost to the patient and that treatment would be given to a patient regardless of ability to pay. I am disappointed that I was sent to another hospital considering the reason I went into the emergency room in the first place.

Had massive asthma attack and being from out of state, had nowhere to turn. Found Elite. Treated with utmost care from the front desk (Gloria) to the triage Tech's (sry, I can't remember their names, I was in a bad way) to nurse (Schebania and Dr. Karr). No nonsense, they got me alive and breathing and set up for my duration in Vegas until I returned for home. Seriously, if you find yourself in a bad way in Vegas, Elite should be your first stop. This is a stellar clinic. It’s actually an ER/Urgent care. Imagine urgent care on steroids. The staff was excellent. The doctor was superb. Issue was quickly diagnosed and a plan in place right away. The location is convenient too. It’s just off the strip. So, for you tourists who drink a little too much and injury yourself or get sick, this is where you want to go. For the Vegas locals, same. The facility was super new & clean.

Visited here in May 2019 whilst on holiday from the UK as my wife was unwell. Had all the correct medical insurances in place. We were given a hefty bill which we had to pay on the day. Since returning home Elite Medical Centre are not answering any emails/calls from our Insurance company, so 4 months on we are still out of pocket! Very poor communication, be very aware if you are a tourist as they don't seem to assist you in your insurance claim once you get home.

This is definitely a 5 star medical center. Our family is on vacation in Las Vegas and my father woke up not feeling well. The closest medical center to our hotel was Elite Medical Center. My father was attended to immediately. The staff were very caring and professional. A big shout out for A. Taylor who brought out the wheelchair and assisted us into the medical center. He treated us with the utmost care as if we were family, showing us to the 5 star waiting area. This medical center was extremely clean and modern. Let’s just I have had to live in and out of Er since 2012 from multiple medical issues and 15 different surgeries. I happened to be here in Las Vegas on business and had to make an emergency stop to help my breathing. I woke up at 245 am and was in terrible shape but got right in. They are the only er room that has ever made me feel like I am the only patient there. Never except once when I was rushed to an Ed via ambulance dying have I ever received quicker treatment. Beautiful facility. Everything needed is readily available. THe staff were wonderful, especially Anthony and Brian, when I brought in my husband. They were fast and efficient and kept him company and comfortable. They couldn't have been nicer and enabled us to travel home the next day. I wish to God we had this staff in our home town were from East Texas and in our whooooole entire life we have never ever had this kind of treatment..... From the moment i arrived at the clinic i was given immediate and professional attention to my injuries .The staff from the receptionist, to the nurses, and the doctors treated me with compasdion and a high standard of care . All helped me feel at ease and addresd my needs in a very efficient and effective manner. This clinic is much better than most hospitals. The clinic is very clean, orderly, well equipped, with an excellent staff. I am very pleased to have been fortunate to find the clinic in my hour of need. Special thanks to Dr. David for his attention, explanation of my condition, and fantastic tresment of my injuries. I highly recommend this clinic for immediate medical care.

I absolutely love this place! My mom and I took my grandma in over the holiday weekend. Excalibur sent a paramedic who referred us to Elite Medical Center. Gerardo immediately greeted us and was so kind. Danny came out to get us before I could even start filling out the paperwork. He quickly made us feel at ease. Within minutes of being taken to a room, Michelle came in to assist Danny with attending to my grandmother. Dr. Singh was great at explaining to my mom and I as to what was going on. Ken was so sweet to my grandmother when he took her back for radiology scans. He was very patient with her and explained everything that was going to happen. Rowena was great with the lab work. Throughout our visit, Sarah, Danny, Michelle, and Vicky would come and check in on us and ask if we needed anything. My family and I come to Vegas quite frequently, and if we ever need unexpected medical care, this will be our first choice!

Lightning quick. We showed up and were back being evaluated within seconds. I.V. started, labs drawn, 12 lead EKG done immediately. Lab results were returned quickly, expertly evaluated and explained as well. Those folks really know their lab ranges!!! It's clear they have years of experience. RN Danielle was the best, she was able to clear snow from the television. The tech Eric, was courteous and comedic (best tech ever!). Tech Gena did a great job on 12 lead EKG and even furnished me with a perrier!!! RN Annabelle popped in and flashed a beautiful smile. RN Anthony came in and sat with us and was a calming force in a uncertain, stressful, and hectic scenario. Radiology tech Zaim was courteous and efficient. The person that checked us in was named Noemi and was kind and professional. Even the Security person Daryl greeted us with a smile. Paramedic Lopez brought the patient in in part due to the wonderful reviews. The doctor (DR De Jong) seemed very professional, knowledgeable and caring. All in all a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience here. I came in with an allergic reaction to a medication and all the staff were compassionate and knowledgeable in helping me. Dr. Karr, nurses Carolina and Danielle, the two techs Eric and Isabel, and Kathy and Jamie at the front were all very generous and helpful with me. The facility is brand new and very clean. I was a little hesitant about how a Las Vegas ER would be, but it was an overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting or near the strip and needs immediate care.

My wife was not feeling well on a trip to Vegas and we went to Elite. It was close, very clean and incredibly clean. We were in and out very quickly. While I waited in the reception area, The receptionist were very friendly. This was a shift change and I did not get the name of the lady that came up midnights but even after being there all night she was incredibly pleasant and helpful with information about the city. The daytime person (Noemme?) Made my wait much more pleasant. they had coffee and light snacks in a very nice waiting room with some televisions that had the news on so I could pass the time. The nurse's Dave and Anthony, The lab tech Beatrice along with the tech Kim and Isabel and the rest of the staff once again did a great job hopefully I remembered everyone especially Dr Karr who my wife said was very understanding.

No wait time, incredibly warm staff and their genuine concern make this one of the best hospital visits I've ever experienced. I won't go into detail with what happened that caused me to have to come but there is a silver lining to everything and that was the peace of mind that the staff Danielle, Dave, Anthony and Naomi offered with their friendly and calm demeanor (it really helped me keep my cool in the situation). Thank you all for being so professional and for all that you do.
