REVIEWS OF Centennial Hills Hospital IN Nevada

Joyce Ferris

The staff at this hospital is amazing - polite, professional and caring. That included everyone from the doctors, nurses, people that drew blood, even the cleaning crew. I would definitely recommend this hospital/

I had my baby here 2 yrs ago and I would have to say, I wish I had all my kids at this hospital. This facility not only is beautiful and clean, but the staff is awesome. My baby was born prematurely and the level of care provided to the both of us was incredible. I was treated like a queen and they also provide a meal for the new parents. It was like a date at the hospital with my husband.... awesome hospital.

Darlene Headley

Wait time was a bit much, but that's not the hospital's fault. Facility was clean and orderly. My intake nurse Tomi was FANTASTIC, and she made me feel comfortable. My experience with the nurse in the recovery room was the TOTAL opposite. Maybe she was having a bad day or received some bad news, but if yesterday had been my 1st time in a hospital setting, I'd have been very frightened and confused.

B Wolsey

From start to finish everybody was so nice, kind and helpful! Nurse Jose and Nurse Kim are rockstars!

Crystal

Horrible hospital. They staff acts like you nothing but a worthless person. They have no manners very rude.

Bobby Chavez

I really don't like being in a hospital, but the staff and Dr. Yang gave me a very pleasant experience while I was there. Thank you very much.

ashley mccormick

Literally the worst experience I’ve had in a hospital. I was in incredible pain and the women in the front was extremely rude and ruff with me after she knew I was in pain. When the doctor came back to talk to me she was doubting everything I said like I was lying to her. I had surgery and have an artificial disc in my neck and it doesn’t feel right and it hurts but apparently when you go to this hospital it doesn’t matter if you need help because they aren’t willing to help you.

I came to the ER department due to irregular heart beat, dizziness, and headaches. Upon arrival one if the nurses did say hello, but the other seemed stand offish, and like she really didn't care. Once in the back, the nurses you could tell were unhappy, as well as the one that did my vitals in the beginning. You could tell that most are not happy working where they're at. They had showed no compassion, no eye contact, act like they were only talking with you because they had to in order to get paid. When this hospital first opened, the first couple of years... I LOVED IT! Which was part of the reason I decided to have my son there. The nurses were caring, showed they cared, always on point, and loved being a nurse (not just loving a paycheck). But I have seen this hospital go down. These new millennials coming into the nursing field lack compassion. They do it, in my opinion, bc it's "just a job and pays good". But I also put blame department heads. Employees are the replica of their "leader". If they're not being valued, then how can they value the clients/customers/patients??? No matter how hard you try, you can't fake it. And you can tell that the employees of the ER are not happy. Therefore I was treated the way they feel, unknowingly... lousy. Tonight will be my last time willingly visiting this hospital. I work in healthcare, so I understand. BUT, as a customer, I can not give my business or trust my health in those hands bc the majority of the staff hearts are empty. No need to reach out to me... just take care of your employees... start valuing them more, so they can value human life the same. God bless.

Robert Huren

I would love to give a 5th star but, because of the "Appointment Systerm" fiasco, I just cannot. Had appointment to pre-admit. Was finally seen well over an hour late. As i am on oxygen (with a portable concentrator) it was fortunate that I had enough battery life to get through the entire process (almost 2 hours). NOT SATISFACTORY. The procedure went very well (liver biopsy). Radiologist explained everything in detail. CT staff was very knowledgeable and took great care of me. The best part was the nurse I had in Recovery. Kim did a superb job and made sure I was safe to go home. I can't describe all the things she did, but, as a retired medical professional, I will say she is one of the most thorough and caring nurses I have encounter, EVER. Thank you Kim for a job well done.

Penny Aikins

ER was quick got me admitted promptly as needed. Still not happy w/ an incident down there. Had great care by some of the staff. Others were rude dismissive defensive forgot to communicate. That attitude made my stay more stressful but my care over all by staff was very good. They have an awesome team of CNAs at least the ones I had.

Grant Smith

Worst hospital in Las Vegas. Nurses don’t care place looks filthy for only being 10 years old. Their staff also don’t document records properly. They say someone had a full range of motion and no difficulty walking but prescribe a wheelchair. Bunch of freaking idiots! Go anywhere else

Quisha Coleman

Beautiful facility great people thorough doctors I just won't do the six floor

Michelle Williams

My brother was admitted this past Friday because this was only hospital his Dr works out of. Mind you my brother is a 47 year old paraplegic who has no feeling from chest down. With every admission there is usually a 2 to 3 month stay in rehab facility for antibiotic infusions. This man on phone last night was in tears because since his admission 3 days ago he has not been given clean linen for bed, a wash basin with towels or even a toothbrush. He also has 4 ulcers on his back side which go to bone and about size of baseball. The surgeon came in and told us they are beautifully taken care of and he doesn't have to do anything. That's because bandages and cleaning has been done every 6 hours to them for years. This hospital and the wound team is only caring for them once a day even after being told. Where does a patient's health have to be to be treated with empathy, compassion and common courtesy. It isn't as though a bed bound person can wander halls and go to nurse's station to complain or get what he needs.

Elaine Middleton

I am writing this because of the admission desk at the ER station. I walked up to the counter and the employee made no attempt to help me. He just kept starring at his phone, scrolling and giggling. I waited patiently for him to look up but he didn't. A second woman approached and still he starred at his phone. We both just stood there. It wasn't until a nurse (or person that looked like a nurse) asked if she could help us that he finally looked up. He seemed out of it and really didn't want to help me and even lied about information I was requesting. Worse customer service. Would give -0 if I could. He should get a career that he likes instead of just being somewhere to get a paycheck. He is actually a nurse by the name of Darby. Hefty guy with dark hair and a beard.

mindy cannizzo

this hospital is getting worse waited 3 hrs and I have ms 2 people in waiting room but took 3 hrs to get to see someone. I will be returning to mountain view hospital

James Brown

Staff was so nice everybody they really take care of you thanks centennial good job

Rishonne Dunn

Every one there is very friendly very curious. .its very clean and everyone is very helpful the nurses the doctor. The receptionist i love that hospital

Sherrie Lewis

The nurse Maya push my meds way too fast I was feeling out of it, the doctor came to talk to me but I don’t remember because I was so out of it and I got nauseous, it was suppose to help with my pain when I stood up I could barley walk and I was still in a lot of pain. Maya said you can take the barf bag with you. I always come to this hospital but that particular night was awful. I really can’t believe they let me go home in that much pain.

Gmoney Bundle

Went in for outpatient surgery on 10-7-19. Everything was smooth sailing from beginning to end. I also received 2 calls from the hospital the next day checking up on me to see if I needed anything. This hospital is well run, very professional, and the nurses, doctors, and all staff members treat you like family. I'm so glad that my doctor is affiliated with Centennial Hills Hospital.

Stephanie Bell

The wait in the waiting room was not long at all, the nurse who checked me in was very pleasant and once in the back immediate attention was given to me. Had an xray done and results came back in a timely manner.

Vasilios Christakos

Overall, my hip replacement here went smoothly. The majority of the staff members were attentive and legitimately cared about my health, safety, and comfort. However, they may have been understaffed during my two day stay aa a patient, because there were two separate instances when I rang for assistance and was left waiting for 45 mins. to an hour, which I consider to be excessive in a hospital setting. Overall, though, I was happy with the staff and accommodations.

Rhonda Hatcher-Malone

Clean efficient care with empathetic staff. For someone who has been treated at prominent hospitals in Southern and Northern California, and a former business director for community clinics, this hospital ranks at the top.

Josh Reiter

Wife came in to get treatment, and the ER staff was amazing. Amber, the nurse supervisor took her time, answered all of our questions, and this was at a time that all the rooms were full. Thank you all for your help!

MICHAEL GANN

Everyone in the facility except the man who "greeted" me at 5:50 am did an exceptional job. As I looked at the sign in book, that man stared at some papers in his hand and mumbled something. I said, "I'm sorry I didn't hear a word you said." He did not reply and left after a few seconds. All the rest of the staff were attentive and efficient.

Ken Dixon

The service was excellent, the nurses, CNAs, and techs were very helpful and attended to my needs. Dana was the RN that was with me most of time, she was very kind and attentive, Great person

Steven Arnett

I would never hesitate to recommend this hospital. I have been an in-patient and an out-patient twice there. I came in through the E.R. both times. I was treated very professionally by everyone I encountered. The care was first rate and very thorough. I have worked in a hospital environment for 29 years and am very familiar with how things operate. I will always use Centennial for any emergencies in the future.

Alexis Hood

The nurse Katie C. was the biggest sweetheart ever. This was the best hopsital visit I've ever had. They try their best to make sure you're comfortable and they definitely make you feel like you're their top priority.

Joy Falkowitz

My care was good

Cheryl Epperson

Zero stars if possible - I had a family member stay in this hospital and had the very worst experience ever. You would think since it is in a nice area you would receive good care. Pros: My family did receive her surgery- Cons: They couldn't find an extra pillow, they don't answer the beepers (nurses talking to each other in the hall ways), Can't receive food let alone eat it (one hospital meal in 3 days), check out medications sitting for hours then you pick it up, Lots of yak-yak about all the patients conditions out in the hall way so anyone can hear it, you have to literally beg for help - just under being tortured. Nobody should have received treatment like this - this is not health care.

Daryl Tanner

My wife had a bad migraine and she was not taken care of. There was no blood testing done or any scans or testing to determine why she had no feeling in her legs from the knees down or why her migraine was worse and different from previous visits . They gave my wife and anti-psych medication that she is still having residual side effects from. She is afraid to go back to this hospital or any at this time for fear that her condition will not be taken seriously . I am watching my wife struggle everyday with her migraine at home because she has lost faith in this health care community. We have dual coverage for her and still the ER visit bills are ridiculous for the lack of care she has received . I will never bring my wife here again and will tell all my family and friends not to seek medical help at this facility.

gloria holt

Great staff (very personable), came to help almost every time my call light went off, they had a good menu of food, physical therapy was great and was able to leave the hospital after just 2 days from having a total knee replacement.

Lisa Foster

I brought my 90 year old father in to pre-register for a kidney biopsy a week ago. The procedure had to be reschedule because we were never told to discontinue his medicine. So they did his blood work and scheduled the procedure for the following week. I bring my 90 year old father back the next week @ 7:30 am in the morning as instructed - only to be told that no records existed; he is not on the radiology schedule; they have no records of him and am not sure if they can even do the procedure today; so we have now been sitting here for 2+ hours in this cold front desk area waiting for them to resolve and figure out what to do - all so disappointing and a waste of time.... No one apologized, its super cold... generally a miserable experience.

Ken Wilkins

In 2017, I had an x-ray of my knee and ankle after falling down. I entered the hospital through the emergency room. My wife dropped me off at the hospital before parking the car. I was promptly treated and released. I had no broken bones and went home. Service was excellent and very professional. I recently visited an eye doctor at New Eyes in the adjacent medical building. I have a follow-up appointment this month.

Tanya

It was a nice and clean facility And I did get the care I needed however the physician Nicole Woosnam, pa essentially attacked me. She insinuated I had an alcohol problem. Her words “it’s simple math”, immediately I knew it was all down hill. While doing her “evaluation” not once did she ask me if I had eaten before drinking. Had she asked that one question she would have been able to diagnose me without having to Brutally insult me. Instead of educating me on eating before having a drink and drinking responsibly, she told me to get my drinking issues together before I end up having to deal with worse issues in my 30s. Bedside manor is something she knows nothing about, and that, is the reason for my rating.

donna allen

Smooth process from start to finish, the Dr. was running behind, but then when does that not happen.

Betty JH

Professional, caring, efficient. The medical attention given to my husband and information given to me on his evaluation and necessary treatment was relatively quick. I've always been pleased with the medical service we have received at Centennial Hospital and would always recommend it to anyone needing superb medical attention.

E S

I had both of my children at this hospital & both times the staff made it a wonderful experience

Maria Elliott

I was very happy by the way I was treated by the staff. Everyone was extremely nice. I would not really consider this a compliant but I spent the night in there ER before being moved upstairs the next day. I understand the rooms upstairs were full. It was just noisy which was expected. But a nice nurse Lisa moved me into a room in the ER that had a door to it. Made a big difference. It's never fun being in a hospital but things went well. Thank you.

Roseann Voigt

Received excellent care yesterday when I had to go to the ER.. Fast efficient and courteous care from start to finish. Recommend highly

NIKKI ROBINSON

I visited the Centennial Hills Hospital E.R. a couple days ago where I was seen by a practioner, Lindsey Perry and Dr Ahmed, Omar Syed. When I expressed my concerns to Lindsey she basically laughed in my face when I gave her my medical history. So I asked if I could speak with Dr. Ahmed, Lindsay then stated he will come when he has time. So I continue to wait meanwhile I'm watching Ahmed take the alternate route multiple times to visit other rooms before coming to me and he just reiterated what Lindsay said. If he would've just listened to what I was trying to say and not over talk me he would've known that the medicine he was trying to give me I couldn't take. Instead he just shrugged his shoulders and stated I'm not going to lose my license to treat you. He kept raising his voice and repeating himself. There is only so much I can say to ensure my privacy is respected but there were some serious lines crossed and I intend to draw as much attention as necessary to make sure it doesn't happen again. Horrible care for sure!

Lance O

Very nice staff and professional. I would definitely recommend Centennial Hills Hospital to everyone,

Steve Meredith

My daughter came in due to abdominal pain. The nurse did not use gloves to give her a shot and did not use an alcohol swap to setup her IV. The nurse then left abruptly without an explanation. It took them 7 hours to run a blood test and do an ultrasound, then another hour to write a script. They were all nice enough, but didn’t seem to be in any hurry. No wonder the ER had very few patients.

Linda Bonebrake

I went there for a female procedure that is normally done awake and in the doctor's office. But because I am not am not normal, I had to have it done under general anesthesia. All the personnel there were very nice and professional. I would recommend this hospital to everyone who needed a procedure done.

Vee Morales

Poor communication skill with one medical record employ. After how many times I have to come up to u to make sure there was a sign in sheet. Like why I wasted 20 mins because of u thank u. And if u don’t like my attitude maybe u should do ur job right.

Jason M

They did a great job with my little kid!! No wait and very professional and kind. Will come here again if needed, no offense but hope I never see y'all again lol

Chessly Lynn Loper

Two years ago my mother went in for a simple hernia surgery. The doctor brought in a few interns and told my family he nicked her lung and she was filling with fluid. They put her on life support and strapped her arms down. I got on a plane and was shocked when I saw my mom helpless not able to speak or write. She was fine and they kept doing test on her. Of course, she could not tell me she was ok with arms tied down and tube down her throat. After one month she died from sepsis. I know in my heart that my mom was mistreated by this hospital. She was only 71 years old when she passed. I really wish I read the reviews before letting her go there for a simple procedure ...I will never know what really happened to her . My gut tells me she was used as a Guinea pig . Started with a mistake and ended in death.

Toni B

I've been here twice n the service is horrible both times I came I had to wait 1hrs total just to be seen by a doctor. Then on top of that when they finally put you in a room u waiting another 2hr for a nurse or doctor to see you, it's like they have 1 doctor for the whole ER department...if I wasn't so far from Southern hills I would be over there, I only had to wait the most is 1hr30min tops, I'm in and out with no problems.

Joseph B

The nurse I had, Jason was one of the best nurses I have run across in many years, and the ER doctor was empathetic , knowledgeable, and excellent at what he had to do. I was treated with respect, dignity and caring.

Dakota Eslinger

My pregnant girlfriend was told by her DOCTOR that she had an induce date for tomorrow but instead it was today!!! This hospital has poor communication and some of the most disrespectful nurses, and the doctors aren't much better. I don't suggest this hospital

Noah Fernandez

experienced the same as most concerned and unsatisfied patients. only one of the nurses was a true joy, and took her job to heart. all others seemed plain miserable and were quiet rude. my mother waited 3 hrs for her PLANNED procedure because there were no signs of the dr. WHAT? I asked if this was common.... apparently it is. very unhappy with the service here. i was unaware of the derogatory reviews, my mother was brought here in an emergency like most patients noted, unfortunately this is not a hospital of choice, and will continue not to be. i do hope they improve, patients and their families deserve courtesy and CORRECT information.

Bob Schaefer

Day nurse, Robyn was great on the 8th floor. Dr, Wilson was very patient and we had a great conversation.

Armando Cervantes

Service here is amazing, very comfortable & peaceful. The food is amazing, honestly better than most food places around here I've been too for a great price.

Hope Vitale

I am currently sitting with my mother in ER #21... she has a femoral bleed, albeit a slow one, but a major artery is bleeding nonetheless. We've been here for 5.5 hours now and we've been seen by a student nurse (who this bad review has nothing to do with, she can only do so much.) and a physician's assistant that did not listen nor gave any indication of caring. They don't have her wound dressed or are showing any sort of concern for her at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. She's on blood thinners and they don't give a damn about her potential life threatening bleed. Excuse the hell out of me for thinking a hospital was supposed to help patients rather than take Facebook quizzes at the nurse's station and bullshit with each other like this is a god damn social event.

DONALD GOVE

Wonderful Dr's and nurses here, very professional, always friendly and helpful, great bedside manners, room's are great, and food is even good.

Steven Rogers

My son was in the NICU for 2 weeks and even though it was hard having him in there, the administrative staff, doctors, and nurses (especially the nurses!) were awesome. Everyone was attentive, kind, patient and very much an advocate for the parent's wishes.

Leah McPheeters

The worst hospital I been to. The nurse in the lobby had an attitude and then told me to stop being rude. They took forever to do nothing, the nurses in the emergency room are gossiping and cursing, and it should not have taken a half hour to gather up discharge papers. The only thing that made it worthy of the second star was one nurse taking blood properly, and the work note I received.

Erik F. Olesen

Very good nursing care with an earnest effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and always quick to respond.

mysti porter

The staff was exceptional, kind and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

mizz mariposa

Almost 4 hour waiting no Dr or anything alot people left down to 7 people and they been waiting out here to get results of testing in the loby inside alot empty spot worst service

Nancy Labanca

Went in for a knee injury, felt rushed & I felt as if not enough was done for what I went in for. The doctor took a look felt my knee, sent me for an x-ray & here we are 3 days later my knee still hurts & I don't feel I should go back for something they didn't think was important enough to take their time with. I should have gone to urgent care as it would have cost less & I am sure they would have done the same thing as the hospital, referred me to my family physician which I went to see my family physician & he has done more for me then the hospital.

Nisa Norris

My visit here was good... From the time I went in for my c section into having my first son. .. All of the nurses and the doctor were great .. And a special thanks to Jennetta,Donna, and Luz for keeping me comfortable for the 3 days that I was in the hospital :-)

dontworry behappy

I wouldn't of even given 1 star but had to , in order to write this review. My mom was brought into hospital by ambulance as she couldn't stand up and was very dizzy. We got her in by 10:30 pm and left at 4:30 am. We sat in a room for hours and waited, they put in an IV and never started it, until they over heard me say a few hours later that it wasn't on, then they came in and just removed her needle . Unbelievable! You call this a hospital. Careless and make understaffed?

Lisa Sori

The service offered, from start to finish was met with professional excellence. Kind and thoughtful staff at every turn. I highly recommend Centennial Hills Hospital.

Ellie Booker

Very nice staff

Fran Abram

Very pleased with my short stay at Centennial Hills Hospital.Food was good and served hot. The nurses were great. They work very hard making you comfortable.

Kitty Bright

This hospital is disgusting. I've been in here at least 5 times in the past 6 months (all for the same thing) and they finally admitted me yesterday. I saw the Doctor for 2 minutes in which he just tried to blame my sickness on marijuana. He didn't ask me how I was feeling or talk with me about my diet at all. They've put me in a room before that had someone else's blood on the counter. The nurse saw it, stared at it and then ignored it, didn't clean it up and continued to talk to me.xD This hospital is a JOKE.

Johnny Colossi

I had a Revision on a left above the knee amputation and the staff that tool care of me on the 7th floor Ashley and Stacie ESPECIALLY went above and beyond. Thank You Centennial Hills Hospital for all you did.

Sandra Patane

Caring and friendly staff. Andrea in Er was great.

Denise Adamson

I cannot express enough gratitude to the wonderful staff at this hospital, from the nurses to the cleaning crew, to the cooks, to everyone that made my almost 2 week stay enjoyable. To Rosemary and the rest of the nurses on the 5th floor, although I can't remember too much those first few days, you were all so kind. I transferred to the 6th floor, and there I was treated with the utmost dignity. Mia was so kind to me, she even braided my hair, to both Heather's you were both so sweet, and to Jennifer in training, you have a sweet disposition. To Aaron, you were so kind, to my respiratory therapists, Patty, Jason, and to the other guy (sorry can't think of you name), all of you were just amazing. I will never forget you guys, you were all so kind. If I forgot anyone, it wasn't intentional, but you know who you are. I'm doing much better, still healing and getting stronger daily!

Shaina Prichard

We went last night thinking our son had appendicitis. The nursing staff here is incredible, especially Wendy! She got his IV in first try and gave him a big hug after to comfort him. Luckily it was nothing serious, but, all the staff from the nurses, to the doctors, to the radiology techs, were phenomenal. Couldn't be happier!

A woman

Labor and delivery experience was the worst I can remember. From RN Lee to the night charge nurse. Too bad for the other stuff who was actually professional. Will not recommend or come back to a place where stuff show prejudice and is dismissive.

Christine Exelby

My surgeon, Dr. Hillock, my Dr. Seifzad/Dr. Watt and the entire 3rd floor nursing staff was EXCELLENT. I had a left hip replacement in March and the right hip replacement in May. It was a wonderful experience. The hips are great, Dr Hillock did an amazing job. My medical care from Dr Seifzad and Watts was perfect, I felt very well taken care of. The nursing staff kept my pain completely under control, they kept me very comfortable and I never had to ask for a thing, they were always ahead of the game. And the food......was really good!! Great job everyone.

Kathy B

The ortho ward nurses and assistants were wonderful. Ebony kept me laughing and was always there when I needed anything. Becky and Tony an the other day and nights nurses kudos

Jeffrey Carstens

Great staff and facility! Very pleased!!!

Sands of My Beaches

I would have given 5 stars, but I felt the service on check in could have been better. Maybe a welcoming smile and basic customer care. Front office lady upon checking in made me feel like a bother and she had more important things to do. She appeared to be gossiping about something to another male working with her. They need to work on their guest experience interactions. Other than that, wait time was about an hour all together

Libby A

The nurse who took over he was very mean to me and not compassionate at all to the fact he is a nurse and I was a sick person. The wait until I was able to leave was very long as well.

JACK WARREN

Beware of the nurse on the 5 floor AMY She enjoys confronting and verbally assaulting Family members. While our father clings to his life

Ayesha Jaggers

I went to the emergency room (for the 3rd time this week) with an extremely painful ear infection that was progressively getting worse. I felt awful. I explained that to Dr. Storey. I also informed him that the medicine that I was currently taking was not working. He treated me like I was a drug addict, refused to give me anything for pain, and stood outside of my room loudly stating that he couldn't give me any "narcotics." (Which I never asked for) He told me that it would take 7-15 additional days for relief and to keep taking the medicine that wasn't working. He completely embarrassed Me! The nurse that discharged me was present for his behavior and even offered to get the Charge Nurse so that I could make a complaint. I will be making a formal complaint as well. I have never been treated so poorly!

SGC NYuhaveit

Every staff member was respectful, polite, and attentive. I love ordering my daily food choices off your menu and the kitchen made sure I stuck to my program.

Renee Mack

Everyone was nice and attentive!! Best hospital I have been to.

DOUG PESARESI

NURSES WHERE ALL great. md and anesthia all drop by felt safe in my envirement over all was tops and this ia a nurse writing this,,only problem was pre op the bathroom door was sticking hard took me a while to get out

Kathy Sylvester

I am sitting in my husband's hospital room waiting for oxygen and the case manager. My husband was discharged six hours ago and we are still waiting. One to two more hours and we should be good to go. Up until today the service and care was great but this is no way to treat anyone. Customer service training must have been done by the same people who trained United Airline personnel.

Mary Sue McKay

My sister was taken to ER and treated there before being relocated to the 8th floor. My sister and I were both treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism in ER and on on the 8th floor. The hospital is clean and beautiful, well equipped and well staffed. The physician staff as well as the nursing staff was excellent and responsive. My sister is a retired RN and feels quite qualified to say that, notwithstanding her illness, Centennial is a great hospital.

Raushanah Singleton

The ER doctor at 1st I thought she was blowing me off because when I was telling her what was going on it seemed as though she wasn't listening. It seemed as though she wanted me to get to the point. She heard everything I said and then some her care was amazing. The best experience Ive had at Centennial...and trust me Ive been there a whole lot.

Ronald Lollar

My husband, Ron, was brought to Centennial on an emergency basis due to he had collapsed at home. He was admitted to the hospital for observation and further testing to diagnose what happened. Certain staff members on the third floor staff were amazing and very attentive. One in particular was Kelly. She was always so nice, told us what was suppose to happen, and answered whatever questions we had. She really cared. I want to say that this hospital is my first choice for care. However, his 3 day stay was less than favorable in certain instances. We were told he had tests to be done, but we would sit there for hours with no definitive time frame as to when. I know hospitals are busy, and so are the staff, but I constantly had to be proactive and ask to get things moving. If he was told this is what had to be done, then it should have been followed thru. I am not going to list my frustrations fully, but what topped off my list was he was discharged at around 6:30 pm on Monday night. I got him ready, and I went to get the car while they got a wheel chair. He was told to stay seated on the bed until they brought him a wheelchair. I stood outside the front doors for 45 minutes. Concerned something happened, I went back upstairs. I saw his name was cleared from the board, and I inquired where he was taken to, and I saw Kelly, who had just started her shift. So I asked her if she knew whether Ron had been taken down. She looked puzzled. We went to his room and there he was still sitting on the bed, in the pitch black, still waiting. I felt so horrible, and Kelly was mortified. She was apologetic, and one other nurse came up, and also apologized, and figured that with the shift change he somehow got overlooked. She assumed that one nurse told another nurse and neither did it. Kelly personally made sure she got him downstairs and in the car. That should not have happened!!! I will still always come to that hospital, because to me it is the best in our area, but they. definitely, need to be more aware. Oh, one other thing, we still have no idea what was wrong with him. He was discharged with no diagnosis..just follow up with his doctor.

Bryant and Jacklyn Morrison

The hospital staff were very courteous and the Doctors were extremely knowledgeable! Dr Emmanuel Onwutuebe is the absolute best at what he does! His passion for medicine and his care for people is second to none!!

This is a wonderful facility. All of the staff was kind, courteous, and professional. ER processing was quick and painless. Floor staff was very attentive. If I ever have another hospital stay, I hope it's at Centennial Hills!

Stan Mann

Super-caring staff, dedicated to restoring your health and helping you be as comfortable as possible during your stay

Cathy Castro

Been a patient here before, never again, been a visitor here recently and hope to be never again. The nurses are rude and they all assume everyone there has addiction issues. They offer no pain management but then everytime I've been here the nurses are standing in the nurses station talking about alcohol... which summer ale they like..crisp and cold..bold with a lemon or orange wedge...and the one nurse whose veen here forever, I wish I knew her name brings it in for the nurses to try. After hours to send home with them fine..but who's got issues here?

Julie

Centennial Hills was, for us, a wonderful hospital. My father had inpatient surgery and was treated with such care and genuine understanding. It really helped make the best of a sad situation. His pre-op nurse, who's name sadly escapes me, was fabulous. He was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and wiity. We couldn't have asked for anyone (or anyplace) better.

Davida Butler

The doctors and nurses were very nice...I was seen upon arrival and things seemed to be going at a consistent pace. After a few hours I felt forgotten about as nurses stopped checking on me...after 3 1/2- 4 hours someone finally came in and spoke with me. They apologized for the long delay. Other than that they appeared very efficient when treating me. The nurses and the attending physician were very nice as this was my 1st ER visit for myself.

I review

this place doesn't even deserve one star. They took my pressure wrong, used a baby cuff on a medium weight adult. the cna did it, on the eighth floor i think so. this was going on for like several weeks, and i was over medicated based on the wrong reading. someone else pointed this error out to a nurse and they were rude defensive and try to kick that person out of the hospital. they walked around bullying that person all night on the shift cause they don't want to be wrong. the worse hospital ever, watch out for errors and nasty nurses on eight floor. or something like that. nurses here abuse patients if they use the call light to call for help, nurse went in and yell at patient, " are you just playing with your call light. "go to st. rose much better.

The hospital is shockingly filthy. It was a horrifying experience having a loved one there.

I was a patient in labor and delivery. I came here as a mom who had given birth naturally to her first son, so naturally I was a bit apprehensive towards having a hospital birth for my second son. The Centennial staff were extremely supportive when it came to natural birth as well as breastfeeding. I even had a nurse who was an experienced Doula volunteer to stay with me and guide me through labor, which was so comforting and so generous of her. The care I was given postpartum was excellent. When you do a hospital birth it's expected that, yes, you'll be visited by many medical professionals, which is not what us natural birth mothers are accustomed to. Sure, it was sometimes overwhelming to meet all these different people, but it was necessary for the health and well being of my son and I. My son and I were very well taken care of. We were always routinely checked on and everyone was so polite and considerate; there definitely wasn't that 'burned out' impression of an overworked medical staff. Everyone made me feel like the birth of my son was a HUGE deal. All new life 'is' important and a huge deal, and I really sensed that same philosophy from the Centennial staff. The even greater thing I found out was that now babies are allowed to stay with moms in the room, and breastfeeding is initiated immediately after birth, skin on skin. You can even postpone baths for the baby. They make it so you are rarely ever separated from baby, which is awesome. I definitely recommend Centennial for any mom, but especially for moms who are considering having their baby in a hospital setting, but are also skeptical of hospital births. I'm telling you right now, all the scare you hear from the natural birth community isn't always true. I wasn't forced into doing anything I didn't want to do and if I ever decide to have more children, I'll definitely be coming here again.

The entire staff at Centennial Hills Hospital were gracious, helpful and knowledgeable on all topics. Dr. Carr, who replaced my right knee is superb in his profession. His assistant, Marissa, shares this quality. I was in very good hands. My nurses at the hospital, Leah before surgery, and Lexi, who was my post op nurse, were both the best. Going the extra mile on all services.

The male nurse over night Josh I think his name or Jason was the worst he was super lazy and screwed up my arm really bad trying to put an iv in. He didn’t even feel he Just used a light to find my vein after my arm swelled up he then told me the iv is barely In. So i told him to just forget it. This was over a week ago and my arm is still super bruised up . People think my arm is from the car accident but it was from Him. I wish it would let me post a pic. Also a cna I think her name was Melissa she not only tripped over the wires attached to me and yank my broken foot down she also told me right after “sorry I’m really clumsy” which made me so nervous she couldn’t even lift my broken leg or anything it was very frustrating . Thank god for my amazing nurse Erin she is what made the experience good. Even when Josh/Jason was leaving and reporting to Erin since she was taking over he left Out half the Information about me and what was going on thank god she was there Erin is really the best

Delly Garcia

Wonderful experience! Staff extremely friendly, and the nurses are exceptional made me feel at ease each step of the way!..

I had a heart attack and ended up here. I absolutely love this hospital. It's clean, nice, and the Dr and staff is very polite and organized. I love the hospitality and they show that they care. They cried with me, and laughed with me. I enjoyed my stay and give 5 stars. U guys rock

Barbara Holmes

Clean an efficient ER. I was taken care of immediately and given tests after a head injury. The Doctors and staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you Centennial !

My experience with the health-plan-assigned hospitalist, Dr. Mandip Arora, at Centennial Hills Hospital in 2016 was very poor and - in my opinion - below the acceptable minimum standard of medical care. And this was not because my family member, who was hospitalized for what is normally not a life-threatening condition (bilateral lower leg cellulitis), unexpectedly died just 6 days later. Dr. Arora appears to have consistently poor ratings on the various healthcare provider websites such as Vitals, Healthgrades, WebMD and the like, as well as a substantial paid malpractice settlement recorded with the NSBME. See the 01/30/19 LVRJ, LaQuinta Murray case. If you enjoy being kept in the dark about what is really going on when a family member is in fact dying, then this is the physician and the hospital for you! Dr. Arora and other medical staff at Centennial Hills Hospital are real experts in the silent treatment who will ensure that you remain uniformed and will need to personally consult the pertinent medical records later on to render your own diagnosis. This attending physician has to this day failed to discuss the patient's care and what actually happened - why mere lower leg cellulitis ultimately ended in pneumonia and death. When the originally fully conscious, mentally sharp and completely oriented patient suddenly became totally unresponsive on the fifth day of hospitalization - likely due to multiorgan failure in sepsis - and the consulting neurologists were busy ruling out possible neurological causes, an infectious disease specialist (Clint Anderson PA-C medical practice of Dr. Dhaval Shah) ordered a 2-view chest x-ray to check for possible aspiration pneumonia. Interestingly, a post mortem review of a prior chest x-ray in the patient's medical records indicated that pneumonia as well as congestive heart failure were likely already present shortly after the patient's admission some 4 days earlier. Neither of these two life-threatening diagnoses was ever mentioned by Dr. Mandip Arora or any of the other treating physicians/nursing staff at Centennial Hills Hospital either downstairs in the ED or upstairs while the patient was still alive and fully conscious. Of course, the problem with this is that if the medical personnel treating the patient were unaware of such important diagnoses, then perhaps the patient was not treated properly and the fatal outcome could have been avoided? I still wonder about this to the present day. Two months after the patient's death, I contacted Dr. Arora, Dr. Dhaval Shah and the CEO of Centennial Hills Hospital, Mr. Sajit R. Pullarkat in writing regarding my concerns about the patient's care asking for clarification. Although Mr. Pullarkat was the only individual courteous enough to promptly respond, his letter was little more than an acknowledgement of my concerns. No pertinent information or any meaningful explanations were provided. Needless to say, condolences were never expressed by Dr. Arora or any of the "professionals" at the medical practice of the admitting physician, Dr. Dhaval Shah. During the past two years, I have had to go through the extremely time-consuming process of filing complaints in this matter with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and the State of Nevada Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance. If this sounds like a fun thing to be doing shortly after a family member unexpectedly dies and you are naturally busy doing many other things, such as grieving, then by all means feel free to consult Dr. Arora and the other "outstanding" medical practitioners at Centennial Hills Hospital for your emergent healthcare needs. My family and I will not be doing so in the future: the crucial elements of trust, forthrightness and respect are missing at this hospital. I give Centennial Hills Hospital two stars instead of just one since the patient's prior contacts with this healthcare facility - one ED visit and two brief hospitalizations all in 2015 - had been quite good. And the nursing staff was consistently kind and attentive overall.

Rosmery Rodriguez

It is a super fast hospital to get out and to go in.. Hospital staff are nice and very clean hospital.

Jess Gz

They take too long and doctors don't even bother to explain what's going on.

Johanna Crupi

Exelent care from all the staff good service plus the was really good with my service dog stayed there for about 5 days. On the 8 floor

Sue Wesselius

Awesome care givers

Tonya Larsen

I have to admit that I have heard quite a few negative stories regarding Centennial Hills Hospital, but for our ER visit (which then turned into an admitted patient), it was a great experience. The only reason I may be hesitant about the five stars is for the person greeting us that checked us in. He was attentive, but definitely not the most friendly. Our issue was addressed in a very reasonable amount of time, the rest of the staff fantastic. They listened, they were attentive, they did what they said they would do and they did the best to make an uncomfortable patient more comfortable. I now have a more positive outlook because of our personal experience there.

Alvina Baugh

The stay was so easy. The staff was excellent. They were attentive to all my needs and very courteous and respectful. It was like being in a five star hotel!

I had very severe pain in the entire area of my left cheek, the lower and the upper jaws. I had swelling in my left cheek. I was so worried that I had some type of infection that was spreading from one jaw to the other. The doctor in the ER that examined me for ONE minute had zero compassion. I told him that the nurse told me that I had very high blood pressure. He replied that’s due to the infection and pain. Then he left. A nurse handed me the prescriptions for antibiotics and pain medication (no explanation) and nothing for the high blood pressure. His prescription for my horrendous pain was for 5 tablets. I was treated in a cold uncaring way. This made me feel even sicker.

Dick Cuppett

Great Team and Facility We would like to especially thank all the following team members for their great job attending me and my cardiac problems. They were all great while attending to my needs and comfort and helping me and my wife through this harrowing experience. In ER, Dr Morgan and Nurse Shannon While waiting for test results and preparing for the Stent Procedure, Nurses Carolina and Mallery and Aides During the Procedure Nurses Loretta and Annette who especially visited with my wife to help her understand what was going on and why it was taking so long In Recovery, all Nurses and Aides including Nina, Heather and Vennah and of course Dr Lally who performed the stent procedures. We really appreciated his taking the time prior to explain the procedures and allay our fears while visiting with us.

John Caprine

Had to get my appendix out... And they were super helpful and attended quickly to my needs. Did a great job and got me home!

Rosie Muro

My experience at Centennial Hospital was awesome i got there around 3pm on a Saturday and got out less then an hour later. Everyone was nice and helpful, i felt like the nurse and the doctor really cared thank you =)

Tiffany Gallegos

I want to thank the amazing team at Cenntennial emergency department I was very impressed with how kind all the staff where. Thank you to all the loving women nurses that helped me with my two daughters who are 4 and 5 years of age. Thank you for welcoming my little ones and not turning us away. And thank you nurse theo for doing a awesome job with my IV

Rafael Mejia

Excellent patient care and wonderful staff

Shanita Turner

Very caring staff , They did everything right in my same room... I appreciate that especially being an overprotective parent they made our experience soooo awesome!!!

Lisa Popovsky

We have been to this hospital several times and have always found it outstanding. This time my father-in-law was there for about 48 hours and was only provided one meal, and a frozen sandwich from the nurse when he asked if he could go out and get food. This was not due to a medical restriction but a error in the food service system. But what was fully unacceptable was the fact that despite beginning a discharge at noon, we here told at 4 pm that he would need to stay another night because some medical supplies were not confirmed for a home delivery. These were supplies the 1) they provided us with a 20 day supply of 2) the doctor told us we could order on Amazon. The ironic part is when I asked the case manager why he was unable to get the supplies order in a timely manner he said he had received the order right before his lunch hour!

Jerry Enos

Moved through system really quickly. Lots of help. Very nice staff. Considering some type of emergency my day went as they planned before hand. Back at home following post op recommendation. +++ for Centennial Hills Hospital

Pred Driver

ER visit was horrible, brought there on an ambulance, and they started pushing drugs without asking me what drugs I was on, or what I was allergic to, I assumed the medics passed that information, but after asking the nurse I found out they didn't know. I would not trust their staff with my life again if I had a choice in the matter

Alexandra Alvarez

I would never go back to this ER or recommend it to any of my friends or family members. My doctor was awful and had zero bedside manners. He asked me what kind of treatment I wanted with frustration. He treated me like I should be used to having MS. It was an awful experience. I would give a zero if I could.

Keila Belt

I was going to give you A5 star review but that all changed until the night time shift nurse that started at 7 that came in said she would be back I haven’t seen her since 7 when she started her shift and she was supposed to be back at 11 o’clock to give me my pain medication but therefore I’m not seen her once she has not checked up on me once. Her name is Nicole and she’s on floor 8 the worst nurse I’ve ever seen in my life. She told me she would be back nothing at all, and I'm still in the hospital 11-5,6-2017 still in here it's early Monday morning at 1:15am

We recently had our child at Centennial Hills Labor and Delivery. We went in because of lack of movement. One of the nurses wanted to do an ultrasound because she was concerned and she called my wife's OB. They did a cesarean the next morning. The doctor said it's a good thing we came in, because he was stressed and we could have lost our son. Once he was born he had low blood sugar and had to be in the NICU for 3 weeks. The whole staff in the NICU were very helpful and always answered any questions we had. They ensured we had all the information and that he would go home without us having to worry. It was a stressful experience for my wife and I, but this hospital was wonderful and made our experience a little easier.

Lynn Bonds

I love the staff that was there on 08/12/2019. Kim, Chris and the other ladies were super amazing. Dr Vernart has been nothing but thorough since the day I met him. I will forever remember you and will be forever grateful. I truly love you all and continue to be a blessing to others. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

April Merritt

Very clean and nurses and staff very courteous and truly concerned about you and your situation.

Yvonne Alvarado

The staff starting from when you first arrive to the nurses to the Doctors. Everyone extremely nice and caring. Was not there for many hours , Thank God.

Peggy Maners

I have been to this hospital a number of times. All Staff were great. I was always taken care of GREAT.

Visiting a family member and the staff on the 8th floor is amazing! Gina, Cici, & Christy!

carlos Hello

I made 2 visits to the ER within 24 hours due to heart palpitations. the first visit I felt like my concerns were being addressed and recommendations were given. the 2nd visit middle of night felt like I was just being ignored. nurse never came in to check on me. doctor came in reviewing the previous records from the day prior and seeing my ekg info that just got done. The doctor stated I have anxiety and its or congestion that's causing you to Triger the anxiety; and follow up with a cardiologist. how is it anxiety when in the middle of my sleep the palpitations start happening? the doctor could not give me a clear answer; he just said he will review the records to see if there something else he can do. xray person came in took chest xray. the a hour later im getting discharge orders with no follow up explanation from the doctor or visit from a nurse.

Wendy Risdon

I gave a five star purely on my experience with the nurses and staff once taken back to prep for my procedure and following my procedure. I felt confident that I will be taken care of, and the professionalism and genuine care I received was amazing. What was not so pleasant was the woman who did my admission. She was curt and not friendly at all. I felt like she hated her job and I was ruining her day by coming in. Not a great way to start my experience, I was already very nervous and worried about my procedure. Thank God, the rest of my visit was very pleasant.

Karen W

I think people here need to have a personality, they walk in front of you don't bother or have the decency to say hello. To me it look like they don't know much or know what they are doing, I think I will stick with Mountain View my husband had a surgery there and they treated him very good and people are really nice not like snubs like this Centennial Hospital.

Rayann Keyes

Always get awesome care here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bella PinkSavage

The nurses were truly the worse in the ER - not going above and beyond the call of duty. I called for the nurse on the button and waited two hours before anyone came to assist me. ( What if I had an emergency ? I was their concerning chest pains people ! ) Nobody, came even to turn that loud noise off. It was an awful experience and it seems like all the hospital personnel was miserable. It was a bad experience for me. Instead of dealing with the stress of " Will I make it ?" I was worried about am I going to get any assistance here? What a horrendous experience glad to know I will never walk in this hospital again. Maybe all the miserable staff who hates their jobs can get new careers so their bitterness does not flow to the people who need them the most.

noel concepcion

awesome!

brianna campbell

Gave birth to my daughter here . Staff were absolutely amazing, and gave me a worry free stay . Definitely recommend it!

RACHAEL BARNES

The staff was great. I had zero complaints other than needing more comfortable beds !

Debbie & Jerry Dickinson

I found Emergency Room was lax about sample control. When I gave urine specimen it was unlabeled, set on top of a cabinet back in corner along with two viles of blood. It was still there when I moved to room one hour later. At that point one could only assume who left that sample. The IV line was painful. Eventually leading to leakage resulting in need for anti-dotal shots. Quickly administered and explained them forgotten. I still feel issue is unresolved. Painful and swollen. The progressive move to “room service” is ok but far from polished. Without explanation of parameters requests where denied for Dinner choices due to excessive sodium intake. When I go into Hospital (seldom) I have many things on mind none of which involve meal planning. I didn’t have menu for two days. When I did it wasn’t explained that kitchen staff counts your sodium intake. The only place I ate for 4 days was Hospital. If excessive sodium was consumed they need to reduce their addition of it. The nurse staff was excellent, they are rewarded on mentions from patients. Again when I am in Hospital it is impossible to keep track of all the names of Dr’s, Nurses, procedures, drugs, sodium intake....they do not offer pens and paper.! So I mention the entire nursing staff whom helped me regain stable health allowing me to leave. It wouldn’t be fair to mention last Nurse just because I remember who it was. Even though he was a Champion in getting me out early, The Cardiology Dept. was excellent in profiency and professionalism. Staff explained activities and made patient comfortable, very efficient. Finally, telephone should be evident to patient as should controls, how to dial out is important. Nurses shouldn’t have to spend their time explaining administrative requirements. I reiterate the need for Administrators to understand most people seldom require hospital stays. It is foreign territory. We are overwhelmed with our own concerns of outcome and costs that everything else is going on outside our realm of control. We are not at home in Hospital setting it has to be made that way by administrators not nurses.

Manuel Querrer

To my Nurses Amelda and Ryan thank you for making my stay in the hospital very comfortable 10 stars to you guys

Phyllis

I was treated at Centennial Hills Hospital ER on 8/18/19. I was attended by the most professional and knowledgeable staff members every step of the way. All staff members at Centennial Hills Hospital are caring and compassionate. I give the highest praise to these medical professionals.

andrea mitchell

The hotel is well kept, while the personnel was always friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and the coffee that is available at all times is to die for! On top of this, the rates is very reasonable! The noise, that some people referred to, was non existent!

Nickolai Edwards

My daughter was born at this Hospital 9 years ago and it was awesome, sad to say they've gone downhill so bad. Had to make a trip to the ER last night it was disgusting trash all over the floors doctor came in for 2 minutes and blew us off. Will never take my children here again.

michael kawaha

Best hospital I’ve been to. Thank you for what you have done for me.

Gilda Garcia

The staff was kind and helpful. Especially Marcello he went beyond with the care I received. He made suggestions for a more comfortable and speedy recovery. Overall was pleased with the care received

candy delucia

Worst hospital ever, waited for 12 hour with chest pain in er waiting area, admitted me for 4 days released me said nothing was found, 6 months later went to ER Mountainview, found gulbladder was blocked, removed it & have had no problems sense. Centennial needs to get it together on the health part. I've had better treatment at a quick care.

Nascar for life 18

No one would tell me what was going on when they finally did a procedure they discharged me right after. I still have no idea whats wrong with me. I did ask and was told someone with that info would come talk to me bht they never did. Only complaint is that lack of communication everything else was great

Tink gresel

I was a patient admitted to be induced 3-11-18. When I first arrived the check-in process was easy the receptionist at the maternity unit was very nice. When they took me back to my room the nurse I had was very kind and explained everything to me. I was in labor for 23 hours and all of the nurses I had while in labor and delivery were very nice, very professional and very attentive to my needs. I had made the decision for safety reasons to have a csection, the nursing staff and OR staff came together as a great team, each one new there role and got me prep promptly. These were the nurses that provided excellent patient care: Heather Vanessa Sarah Barb The post partum nurses and CNAs were also great! They help me with my recovery from my c-section. They answered my call light quickly, they never made me feel like I was bugging when I needed things. Everyone had a great helpful attitude. They managed my pain very well, even if I was skeptical about taking narcotic pain medication. The charge nurse Mercy helped to calm my anxiety about taking a narcotic pain medication and she made me feel so much better, also providing me with an ice pack for my incision. They took care of my little boy very well, they explained every test that he needed in detail and they were very gentle with him and patient when he was a little fussy. And i was glad without me having to ask i was visited by a lactation consultant and helped me with pumping and breastfeeding since I was a first-time mom. The discharge process was explained to me very well and made me feel comfortable going home. These were the amazing nurses Mercy Ivy Adeline Rachel Kaitlyn And CNAs Jacqueline- so nice and kind! Always had a smile on her face. Luz- helped me clean up in my worst time after my csection. Also, the housekeeping and dietary staff were very nice and professional. My room was cleaned and stocked. And the dietary staff help me fill out my menu, and the food was pretty good. As a fellow nurse, I know personally that this line of work at times is thankless. So I wanted to say THANK YOU To staff at centennial hills hospital for the wonderful care I received.

Alisha Lecavalier

I went to the ER with abdominal pain. Labs and other tests preformed. After waiting in a very uncomfortable chair , Dr Blomberg told me he could find nothing wrong, and sent me home. A few weeks later, when I was able to pull up my reports online I saw that in fact I did have something wrong with me. My labs and CT scan indicated a large ovarian cysts and fluid around my gallbladder. I am completely horrified to have found that I was lied to by the ER Dr. What kind of practice is that?

Paul B

I have been here with family and friends around 6 times. Longest wait was around 3 hrs (Saturday night), shortest was 5 mins. Always has great care

Dave Kobernik

My treatment was amazing by the team thank yluy

Nicolette Luna

When the "emergency department" takes a blood pressure reading by placing the cuff OVER a sweatshirt being worn, that's just bad. I don't recommend this centennial hospital to anyone! In fact when a conversation about someone's health comes up, I make a point to let them know how bad our visit was.Bad enough that Centennial Hospital sent a certified letter acknowledging my complaints.

Karen Coy

I was admitted a few days earlier for a transfusion after an accident. Then wasn't feeling good so I took an ambulance back a few days later. The ER doctor was rude and sent me home. Then a day later I went to ER again. Sat there for 6 hours then was admitted. Then sent home by another rude doctor. And my blood hgb was LOWER than when they gave me the 2 blood transfusions. I don't get it. What the hell? That's $500 in deductibles 3x and I feel worse than I originally did. I think I will sue.

Leona Munro

During my mom's stay, the IMC nurses and staff were amazing. Alex, Angela W, Crystal, Crystle, Kirsten, Meghan, Felice, Rodney, and everyone we had the pleasure of working with went above and beyond to make sure she was attended to in every way. Janine, the director of the unit, personally made sure she was happy and on her way to better health. What an incredible experience.

mindy noel

This is the the best hsopital in Vegas. I have not only been a patient there, but my Grandma just spent 8 days there. The enire staff, esp the nurses go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I have nothing bad to say. Everyone we had contact there was amazing! #BestNursesEver

Michelle S

Plain and simple their goal is not patient care. Door to door terrible service and no communication from the staff. ER is outsourced so to speak so as long as they get their money they don't care about their patients and unfortunately upstairs is no different. A staff member completely opened my grandmother gown in front of a male transport that didn't even work for the hospital . Apparently since she is too old to know better it's okay to show her body to anyone and show her no respect. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

Tianna Miller

I had several seizures. They didn't even do testing. They did not treat the pain and they forgot to call in my seizure meds leading me to 3 more seizures after I was sent home. Never again. I'd rather go to a hospital farther away that I know will take good care of me.

Kathy Franklin

Everyone was nice and professional.

Andy Brittell

very impressed with this facility

Gary Jackson

Really a terrific experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff at centennial hospital. I had total hip replacement surgery and the whole experience was great. Highly recommend this hospital and all connected with it.

Sofia

I went to Centennial Hills Hospital on 3/13/2016 I got to the ER around 3pm and it was quit a wait because it was Sunday but the staff was very friendly and caring when I finally made it in they did some test and I had to wait for another bit for my results and to talk to a doctor, around 8:50pm to 9:00pm the doctor came in told me what was wrong and gave to a prescription after he left a nurse came in gave me some papers took the iv out and said VERY rudely your free to go I asked her that I forgot to ask the doctor something she breathed really heavy and said I will go take a look at your papers she came back and said there's nothing there that's probably why he didn't mention it I said is there anyway I can ask him my self please she said for what I told you theres nothing in your papers I was in pain and she yelled at me in front of the other patients I just looked at her and said okay thank you I will just ask my doctor to look into it. I do not remember her name but I do remember she was blonde light skin she had on a aqua blue uniform other then this RN being very rude and unkind this is a very good hospital.

Suzee Cash

I was taken by ambulance on this past Monday to Centennial Hospital with an episode of falling and head pain. They cleared me and sent me home within a few hours. By the next morning I had fallen three times, could not focus my eyes, had a severe headache and could not walk. I was admitted to Summerlin and as of Friday I am still here due to an accidental overdose of seizure medicine. Centennial hospital just blew me off.

Jennie Gertz

Worst hospital I have ever been too. Horrible and pathetic, if I would have treated my patients like this I would have been fired. The ER dep. Is a joke, first off told us the wrong diagnosis multiple times and forgot a diagnosis, only reason we found out was looking at discharge papers that weren't explained and a family physician's appt. Every nurse said something different, my sister was screaming for two hours even after trying to get nurses they ignored us and eventually a young man came and said "I'm shutting your door".And left us in there. I smell a lawsuit on there hands if they don't already have one! I also wheeled her to the bathroom with a foot and back injury, isn't that a liability? Nurses' were rude, uncompassionate and some seemed uneducated. Especially when one said there was a monitor on their patient and there wasn't. Left screaming in the ER room for hours with nothing. DONT GO HERE
