If I could give zero stars I would! This is my second time dealing with banner health.... in June I tried to get an appointment to see a doctor they told me it would be August well I couldn’t wait that long considering I was pregnant. I called two weeks ago got an appointment for the Thursday the 21 9:00 am I arrived at the office at 8:48 they said Dr. Lee couldn’t see me because I wasn’t 15 minutes early. When I walked in they could have given me the paperwork but instead they wasted my time looking for a new appointment. I don’t play baseball so two strikes your out. Just rude!!!

Just to get to the desk took 45 minutes with only three people in front of me. Then another 15 minutes to "Check" in. I had services approved by my Doctor so what was all the typing and "checking in" all about? The young girl at the desk said she had the Doctors approval, so what more checking in other than a few approvals on the screen were needed. When I asked if there was a problem she said casually and succinctly "No problem" and went back to doing whatever she was doing for so long, which she never explained. The point is that it took an inordinate amount of time just to get some lab works. The labs system didn't seem to be synced to the clinics system as she had to even ask my SSAN, and had the wrong phone number.

I have been seeing Darla Kneeland as my primary care provider since November 2015, since then my quality of life has improved. Her bedside manor is very pleasant, though her abilities are limited as a PA, she has always done what she could to help by sending me to the right people for help. The staff has always been very nice and efficient in getting appointments, follow up calls, and always a smile or a concern for me. I dont know what the grip is on these bad reviews, unless there is a glitch in their new computer system recently installed. I dont agree with some of the limitations the clinic/practitioners have, but I do know the quality of care I personally have received has been acceptable.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Jani, at Banner, in Fernley, on November 2. It was a very thorough appointment, I brought all my prescriptions with me and they were made a part of the record. I decided she was a great choice for a new-to-me primary care doctor. I had my second appointment on December 6, one month 4 days later, after labs. Tuesday,I called and requested a refill, or renew of a prescription I brought in on November 2. Today,I requested the prescription on the Bamner portal, and received a msg to call Banner. I was told that I needed to make an appointment to see Dr. Jani before the prescription would be renewed. I am looking for another Primary Care person, as I will not be coerced into spending an additional $200.00 in order to get my prescription. I appreciated Dr. Jani's good care, however, I haven't anything good to say about Banner Health, Fernley BANNER HEALTH REACHED OUT TO ME TO RESOLVE THE ABOVE SITUATION. THE EMPLOYEE WHO ADVISED ME INITIALLY CALLED TO APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE, AND TO GET MY RELATIONSHIP WITH BANNER HEALTH FERNLEY BACK ON TRACK. THANKS TO THEM.

I felt as though the doctor did not care and thought I didn't know what I was talking about. I paid a $20 copay to be seen,and laughed at for 5 minutes

My appointment was at 4:30pm they took me back at 4:45 and I was sitting in my room for an hour and 15 minutes before the doctor came back.

I went in to get my Keno-log shot today 5/11/2016. I always get every 3 month. Usually i get it from the nurse. I had to see the dr which i don't mind but the new dr not my dr I usually see said because i have cancer he will not give me my shot so i can breath. I have assma and sever allergies. I don't see what my shot has anything to do with cancer at all. Which by the way he has no say in that matter my oncologist does. I already had all my test done for this allergy. And no i can't have more of the stuff which makes me have allergies due to cancer. My immune system can't take care of both. So I got to go home without the shot and i can't breath very well at all. I don't recommend this dr's office at all to anyone. You don't send someone home that can't breath. This shot is my only option even though the slight side effect. I am very unhappy!!! and can't breath.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician. Rude and unprofessional nurses. My husband set an appointment needing a new doctor and when he arrived they denied him medical care. When the appointment was set is was stated very clearly why he needed to see a doctor and they had no problem setting the appointment. When he arrived they told him he couldn't be seen and made him leave. With no explanation of why. The nurse did not give him the chance to see the doctor and explain why he was there for his medical concerns. Even if the doctor couldn't help he should have been professional enough to refer him to a doctor who could help. We will never go back.

There financial services is so non- cooperative and when you get the bill, they hike the minimum due from the arrangement of $223 to near 500 a month?? WTF. PLUS MEDICARE JUST GAVE THEM 25,000 for the medical procedure payment.... I can’t afford it ... never going to banner again...ever! Might need a lawyer to look over there money practices & patient Billings.... ?,!

Called at 3:30 pm and was told they had a walk in clinic till 4:30. Got there at 4:05 and there was a sign on the door that the facility was closed early. WTF?
