My ex-wife and I chose Dr. Scott together. She's looked after my daughter her entire life (6 years). Dr. Scott is attentive to our individual concerns, and is everything I'd look for in a children's doctor. Would be hard-pressed to find a better children's Dr. The staff is also excellent, and knows what they're doing.

My daughter summed it up: "I LOVE THIS DOCTOR APPOINTMENT!" But I'll elaborate. First of all, the staff at this pediatric practice are thorough and accommodating. If you let them know you need something, they make sure you get it (prescription refills, records for school, etc.). Dr. Scott-Mordhorst and her staff are very good with children of all ages. They treat my 13-year-old as his own person, capable of talking for himself and making his own decisions. When my 3-year-old decides she's suddenly going to be a kitty-cat, they go with the flow. In particular, they are sensitive about any concerns you have about your child's health, behavior, moods, performance in school, etc. I've been clear that my son should have a part in the decision-making process at his age and they always speak directly to him, including him in our conversations, which I appreciate. I feel like my children are in good hands with Dr. Scott-Mordhorst and Children's Physicians.

I went to Dr. Scott as a child and now that I have a daughter of my own I chose to take my child to her. I love how I was taken care of and how well Dr. Scott takes care of my daughter and explains everything to me in detail. The staff is always very friendly as well and knows every child and parent so well. I would recommend this office to all of my friends that are parents.

My husband and I have both felt confident with her medical expertise and intuition. She is friendly and down to earth which makes visits so at ease for our family.
