This is one of the best hospitals I have ever dealt with. My mother, father, aunt, and grandmother have all been patients and we were treated as if we were family. Everyone on staff treated us with the utmost professionalism, compassion, and provided us with A+ care. From the administration, which helped with complicated paperwork and aftercare options to the wonderful nurses and doctors who gave unbelievable personal care...I could not have asked for any better service. Worst place ever! Took my son to the ER and no one was there, no one ever open the door even though I did what it says to do at the entrance!!!

If you or a family member are going to have surgery, in which you may need a urologist DO NOT use this facility. My father broke his hip and had to have it repaired. The staff there couldn’t catheterize him after 3 attempts and because of certain political red tape or contracts they couldn’t get a urologist to come to the hospital. My father was out of surgery at 1:30pm and at 10:50pm after prodding the staff to help him with pain and discomfort they decided to transport him to Kearney. Please look elsewhere for your medical needs.

$400 just to be told there is nothing they can do and got sent to children's hospital with no transportation. I was given the discharge papers and told children's hospital is waiting by the time they released her to me a tube had to be put in her mouth because she was that dehydrated when if they had released her to me when it first set when they first said that she would have to be going to children she wouldn't have had to have the tubes put in her mouth the issue I'm having is is they kept her there for 4 to 5 hours what did more damage then anything else and then they want to charge me $1,400 for them putting my child in critical condition

Was in here back in February cause I had something wrong the doctor didn’t do anything about it didn’t even look at my rash gave me a 20 mg pill sent me on my way had to go to another Er to get help I needed found out I had shingles...and now tonight in the er with my son been here 2 hours now and still waiting...I will start taking my emergency’s else where
