NOT RECOMMENDED: The customer service at this office is a disgrace. I called looking for assistance and was immediately brushed off due to my healthcare provider. I understand that is an important piece of bringing on new patients, however, when I asked for a referral or another payment option I was only again told that my insurance was not taken there. For a psychiatric facility who is supposed to help those in need they should look into better staff or at the very least some training. I can only hope other offices in the area can handle patients with a little more compassion. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need assistance.

One of the very few places that was able to see me (when I was a new patient) as early as possible. The receptionist was very nice over the phone, and in person. As long as you are honest with a situation (financially), they will provide you all the options possible. Everyone is excellent, even the billing staff! Highly recommend this place if someone is searching. The only thing I did not like (stars don't show this because it is not their fault) is that they do not accept United Health. My employer switched from Blue Cross Blue Shield and I wanted to stay with my doctor; however, I was not going to be able to put in the time it takes to submit required information for out of network doctors.

Rude and more rude! They basically terminated me as a patient. Some advice to them... if you have patients that come to see you because they need HELP being rude and to have no empathy is a shame in your profession. Dr. Jones was decent but the secretary Mary was horrible. I dreaded talking with her to schedule anything.

Wonderful experience so far! Dr. Jones is willing to work with you to find the right solution to your individual needs. She does not hesitate to make changes if one path is not right for you. I would highly recommend her to anybody needing help.

The office staff are rude and NOT helpful. I have chosen to see care elsewhere solely because of their poor interactions, attitude, and lack of willingness to file paperwork through insurance.

Kicked me out of their office because we ran out of time when I was distraught. Accused me of "doctor shopping" when she was my only doctor and hurded patients in like cattle. Charged for every piece of paper and charged my credit card 200 for services not even provided yet. If need of help seek elsewhere...

I was seen by Dr. Dickson for about 6 months, things were going good. However, after a dark time in my life landed me in the hospital, after seeing her for the appointment last week, she wanted to see me the following week. However, I had to cancel, due to work constraints and being unable to get time off work to see her. I advised I was free next week anytime, but was told by her secretary she has now cancelled our plan of care, without warning and is sending me a letter stating the reason why. I was at a shock because her and I had a great relationship and then suddenly, because I couldn't see her asap when she wanted me to, she immediately canceled my plan of care. This was shocking and incredibly saddening to find out. I have never felt so dehumanized in my life by a doctor and I am incredibly hurt by how abrupt this was and how she refused to accommodate by work schedule. Dr. Dickson, you are incredibly disappointing to act in such a cold manner. It would be understandable if I was a non compliant patient, but this was not the case.

We are very pleased with the help we have received from Psychiatric Services. Dr. Lubberstedt was able to assist us in helping my son with ADHD. It has been an easy, and painless process working with his staff. We have had a great experience.

Pshychiatrists are very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me profoundly. The only complaint I have is that the management staff are very rude and belittling.

Today on 8/10/2015 I get mail from the billing dept i spoke with Jamie i informed her that my insurance policy was not over due it was paid at the time of service. she then told me that well i am not going to argue with you i will get with your doctor and see what she wants to do. Jamie was Very RUDE TO ME ON THE PHONE SHE MADE ME FELT AS I WAS NO BODY SHE SAID I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU I THEN SAID I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING JAMIE SHE THEN SAID BILLY I WILL NOT ARGUE WITH YOU I THEN SAID JAMIE WHAT ARE YOU WALKING ABOUT MY POLICY IS PAID IN FULL THEN SHE HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER THAT I WAS SO UPSET MY MOTHER HAD TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT THE PAYMENT, THE INSURANCE COMPANY THEN SAID THE POLICY WAS NEVER LATE IT COMES OUT OF MY MOTHER CHECKING ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAID IT IS HER JOB TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOT OUR JOB. JAMIE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME!! I FELT AS IF SHE DOES THIS TO ME ON PURPOSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE HAS DONE THIS TO ME! THIS IS NOW THE 2ND TIME SHE WAS RUDE TO ME WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE IS MAKING THE COMPANY LOOK BAD BY HANGING UP THE PHONE AND TREATING CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE NO BODY! SHE THEN SAID I WILL HAVE TO GET WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO SEE IF SHE WANTS TO SEE YOU AGAIN TO BE HONEST I REALLY DONT CARE!!! THE BILLING DEPT IS VERY OUT OF ORDER! I SPENT THE WHOLE DAY UPSET! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME SHE HAS CALLED ME AND LIED AND SAID I WAS PICKING A FIGHT WITH HER JAMIE I AM NOT ONE OF YOUR KIDS NOR AND I AM YOUR HUSBAND WHEN YOU CALL ME YOU NEED TO COME CORRECTED! TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WERE IN MY SHOES!! ONCE AGAIN I AM NOT YOUR KID NOR YOUR HUSBAND I AM A GROWN MAN, AND I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE THIS. IF THE DOCTOR WANTS TO END MY TREATMENT BECAUSE YOU DIDNT DO YOUR JOB RIGHT ? GUESS WHAT THERE SHE IS NOT THE ONLY DOCTOR I CAN SEE IN OMAHA THERE IS MANY MORE I AM RESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE AND THATS THE WAY I WANT AND WILL!!!!!! BE TREATED!!!!!
