The ER is ok (very slow), but this review is specific to Dr James Quinn, who often works as the ONLY ER doctor on staff. If I could give him zero stars I would. I have unfortunately seen Dr Quinn 3 times now. Twice for my husband in the ER, and once myself today. I had an ectopic Pregnancy and was treated with Methotrexate this morning. I was told to go to ER this afternoon because I had severe upper back pain and was light headed. Dr Quinn was slow. Made me wait over an hour for ultrasound results to tell me nothing ruptured. He told me to return if I had severe pain, was light headed and felt feverish. I reminded him that’s why I came in, and he said “Well your pain wasn’t that bad. I could push on your stomach.” This man has zero bedside manner and zero sense of urgency in the ER. I will refuse to see him again and go to a different ER if necessary.

Came in due to cracked rib and sore back . Was the only patient in here at 1100pm on a Saturday night . And they acted ok first then when I asked for a note acked as if I was inconveniencing them . Excuse me ? Do your job and don't act like the customer is bothering you. I will crawl to unmc downtown before I come here again . Very rude horrible bedside manner . Nurse needs to be fired as well as the Dr . .
