ER is literally nothing but a shame. Got off work around 11:35 p.m and rushed mother of my child to ER cause she was heavily bleeding. I now sit in this room at 4:00A.m for these people to tell us that nothing is wrong when she is clearly bleeding and in chronic pain. Where are the real doctors and not the ones trying to play pretend.

The ER tries to get you out without having to help you if they can. The staff that helped with my pregnancy was great but the ER is a disaster.

There this eve in the ER Dept. Upon arrival there were several patients that stated they had been there several hours waiting to be seen! While there the service to those patients was poor at best, with staff coming out to the waiting room for some of its testing. An elderly woman with a large gash to her forehead waited bleeding through her towels. We waited 3.5 hours then our little one was finally taken back not to a room but a bed in the hallway by the nurses station. No words can express how poorly it ran this eve.

Fantastic Care! I have been a Patient there for a surgery in February and everyone took wonderful care of me! Everyone there is welcoming, caring, and wants to give the best care possible. My husband had his meal paid for him by an employee while he waited on me.

New in town and unfortunately had to come to the ER. The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Thanks ladies and gents for making my stay a little better.

When I got super sick they blamed it on smoking. When I was so weak and couldn't eat or keep water down they still wouldn't admit me until my mom had to flip out. They found out I was deathly sick.

I dont know if its professional or whatever to mention names so i wont but y'alls Wound Care Clinic is awesome sauce. From the checking in girl all the way to the nurse practioner Please let them know if the "O" s read this. Or someone from Admin reads this. Y'alls ultrasound girls are stupid awesome also. Courtney from ultrasound is top shelf. She has been there the longest, it seems, by the other two female techs interact with her. My o my there need to be more stars. MARY LANNING YOU GOT TOP SHELF FOLKS. Everyone with badges on, ur employees, walk by me, as a patient/visitor say hello. I cant say enough

I recently had a bad experience with a local hospital in grand island. I won't name names but everyone knows. I went to this hospital (chi for short)by ambulance. I was told after catscans and xrays that there was nothing wrong with me and was sent home. Thank god a relative of mine suggested I go to marylanning in Hastings. Their professional staff instantly discovered my problem and I was admitted to intensive care unit for 6 days in critical condition. The 4th floor staff saved my life. I will never forget them. I would recommend this hospital to anyone seeking healthcare. Again thanks Mary lanning

Husband had to stay a few nights due to illness. Spacious room...with 2 folding chairs. Asked staff for a recliner for elderly mother in law to get feet up. Got Nothing after being told they would find something. Asked to get another tray, so elderly mother in law could eat a meal with her son. She sat in front of window sill to eat, no tray. I understand the main purpose is to get medical care for patient, but I find this ridiculous, considering medical costs rising. Patients tend to feel better when family and friends come and visit. I am positive this stay is costing a small fortune. I don’t know if they have new management or what is going on, but really considering finding other arrangements next time a trip to the Hospital is required.

Since we arrived we have been treated with the best courtesy ever. My wife just give birth and we can't be more happy with the staff. The ladies are great and really cheerful. A big 5 not only for the way we get treated but for the patient and the love this people put into their jobs.

My mother was there for 3 days. Out of all the aids, RN'S and staff, there were only about 3 who weren't rude or were actually doing their job. They kept trying to put her on meds from 6 years ago because it was in the system. Hello!!!! I gave you a current med list!! She was supposed to get a pneumonia shot before she was discharged. Didn't happen!! Call lights flashing from green to yellow to Red while staff standing around chatting. Didn't get meals correct. Hospitalists need to learn to treat a person not a symptom!!! No bed side manner. Maybe the administration need to have dummy patients to check on their staff.
