I had a resent ACL surgery done at the Lincoln surgical hospital. I have nothing but thankfulness amd admiration for what they do. From the time I came in at 6AM to the time I left the staff was incredibly friendly and caring. Nurses Anne and Katie are the awesome! If you are considering a surgery here I would highly recommend it!

I had arthroscopic hip surgery done March 30,2016. The front desk and nurses where very kind and friendly. Couldn't ask for better staff than they have at this hospital!!!!!!!

Amazing Staff and Nurses! From the time I checked in until I was sent home the next day I was taken care of extremely well. The Pre Op Nurses were great could not have been any nicer. My after surgery nurse (Denice) was great, the night nurse(can't remember his name ) also was great. Could not have asked for a better crew. Dr Henning you have a great group over there! Kindest and most Caring staff I have ever dealt with. Thanks again, Greg

Have had the opportunity of having two surgeries there. Both experiences have been nothing short of amazing. The care is fantastic, the nurses are happy to be there, and no want is out of reason. I truly feel like I have had the best medical care while recovering from surgery.

From start to finish my hospital stay was as good as it can get. I had Total Knee Replacement, and staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. They gave excellent care and were attentive to my every need. Their pre-surgery class was informative and helpful, and their follow-up post-op was a surprise as well as appreciated.

This facility is very organized. Impressive attention to detail. My husband's nurse (Nicole W) was extremely capable and even helped us set up a PT appointment before leaving, which I greatly appreciated. They even had a little area with free snacks and drinks, which I really needed right around lunchtime!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very politely. During my pre-op, the staff was very helpful and made sure not to forget anything. They knew I was nervous and made sure to calm me down. I had little to no pain after the operation. They made sure to call and see how I was doing the day after. I even received a card in the mail signed by all the nurses. Everyone was so sweet and helpful.

Waiting 3 hours for a 15 minute procedure very inattentive staff poor patient care. seems as if the amount of costly procedures outweighs the quality of care

Today I had surgery on my hand (right middle finger) the staff here was awesome.Very helpful to myself,and my wife while we both waited. So,if you need to visit. ....don't be worried,it will be a great time (hopefully ). DR Cullen and entire staff were great.

I have had over 12 surgeries but have never had them performed here. I recently had a surgery that required I stay overnight. I was in awe at how coordinated all the different departments were prior to the surgery; how smoothly everything flowed going to, during and after the surgery; how wonderful, kind and knowledgeable the aftercare nurses were. The food was amazing. I even got a thank you card personally signed by eight of them after I got home. Seriously! What a great place! This is truly the hospital to go to when a surgery is needed. If I should ever have to have another surgery, no doubt this place will be my first choice.

First I was yelled at by a nurse while coming to in recovery and my experience went down from there. The nurse assigned me for my care in my over night room spent the evening of my surgery "training" a new employee on their computer system while my pain went unaddressed, in fact while I went unaddressed for the entire evening, I know because I was awake. Upon my release, none of my take home instructions were completed, it was left blank in most "care and follow up" areas, I still have copies, nor was there much concern of my status or care period. Horrible, horrible experience.

My wife just had knee surgery there and her experience was neglectful and painful. This place is a cut and staple clinic that treats the patient like cattle in a feedlot. The first thing the staff does is to negate the family members as kind of a wart that cannot be removed. My wife could not get any sleep because the staff would barge into the room and turn on the lights every thirty minus to take vitals and ask about her pain number. The experience was like a CIA interrogation room. When my wife said the she was in pain the staff would act like she was some kind of drug addict trying to get a fix. When my wife tried to go to the bathroom the staff would take up to 20 minutes to respond to the call and would act like she was a burden to them. The monitors that were hooked up to my wife were on the highest volume and the staff would laugh when I asked them to turn it down so she could sleep. I silenced the alarm then they got upset. I was walking out in the hallway and heard on staffer say that another staffer was having sex with one of the doctors. I thought this conversation was very inappropriate for a nurses station. The physical therapist would not let me participate in my wife's physical therapy. I needed to learn what to do when my wife got discharged. I was not briefed for home care. We would have you think twice before you use this clinic because the scarring on my wife's knee is severe. There is other less evasive ways to do knee surgery. Its all about production and money for this place.
