Terrible time. Ive been in there twice since August for myself and a few times with my boyfriend. Each time has been absolutely terrible. The doctor seems to know nothing about anything! And then after waiting all that time to hear "i have no magical way of telling whats wrong with you" come out of her mouth. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Place is great on the family medical side. Urgent care not so much. Some drs just don’t wanna be there and try to rush you out without really helping you. NEVER have Amanda Anson PAC see you. She is awful and should not be in the care giving profession. She was rude and very unprofessional. Absolutely no help at all after waiting for an hour to even be seen.

I love this facility. Both Dr. Inguanzo (lovely lady) and Dr. Qaqish (thick accent, but a sweet guy) are wonderful. I go there regularly for check-ups and other non-specialty care (as do both of my parents). It's a beautiful building, the staff are friendly, and my visits are always stress-free. This building, specifically, has only been up for a few years, but my opinions towards them carry over from when they were the Alegent Health in the Brentwood Square shopping center. 10 out of 10; would recommend to a friend! :D

I've been going to this clinic for 10+ years (long before they moved to this location) and have experienced nothing but top notch care. From illnesses to yearly checkups, my physician (now retired) has been both professional and personable. They always make sure that I'm up to date on my immunizations and labs. I'm in the care of a specialist for a long-term illness and they always ask how my treatment is going. I came in once with a broken hand and after the x-ray, they referred me to a orthopedist. However, they didn't just refer me, they actually made the call to schedule the appointment! Obviously, I'm very happy with this clinic and will continue going there for as long as they're open.

I really wish my new insurance covered me where I used to go (Methodist Physicians Clinic) because CHI is ridiculous. The first time I went in there, it felt like I was being ran through a machine. None of the staff cared to get to know me, not even my own doctor. After my first appointment there, my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy after I told them where I wanted it sent. Then, I find out that my prescription was a 10 day supply when it was normally a whole month. I called them to fix it and they said they did, so I go to the pharmacy, and guess what? No prescription. I call them again and I'm told that at CHI, I would have to pick up my prescription from them and run it down the pharmacy myself. I have a pretty busy schedule and it's bull that I wasn't told the information in the first place. I highly recommend finding somewhere else. Update: I picked up my prescription. They got the dosage wrong. Go figure.

I was in for a routine physical, I made that as my chief complaint. I work with insurance and understand that for the billing to be correctly done I had to say specifically what I was in for. I ended up recieving a bill for an office visit. I contacted the doctor multiple times to get them to change the coding and they wouldnt. To be able to take insurance they have to abide by the rules and they didnt. What they did was wrong and quite possibly against the law and I had to pay for it because they wouldnt fix it. I will not be returning to this office and i will bad mouth them any chance i get.

I used to endorse this clinic 100 percent. However after the few interactions I've had recently, I do not. 1) The urgent care after hours staff does not care. I had problems with my jaw, and the xray techs did an awful job, as well as the Dr. who saw me gave minimal effort. It's was a waste of time and money. 2) I had an interaction with a receptionist that was more than a violation of HIPPA. I was 15 minutes late to an appointment because I was incredibly sick and had some delays due to my symptoms. She said I could no longer be seen, and when I told her I absolutely needed to get in she, in front of everyone, asked "What exactly is your problem?" Here.... let me tell the entire waiting room lady... Now, I've screwed up my knee and am trying to get a reference to an orthopedic clinic to get a CT scan. I have been told 5 times that someone will get back with me, and no one has. Every time I follow up with a call to the clinic, I get "It looks like there is a response from the doctor, but I am just a receptionist so you'll have to wait to get a call." Fantastic. A two minute phone call takes 3 days to get. Insanity.

I don't know what kind of licensing this place requires, doctors here are dangerously unqualified, do not care about patients, and have no idea what they are doing. I wouldn't trust the physicians here to bag my groceries, let alone conduct a competent medical exam. If I could give negative stars I would

I DO NOT recommend the URGENT CARE. Find another location. I've been going to this location for the past 5 years. I enjoyed my OBGYN doctor. Had a few primary care doctors then finally found one who I liked but she left. My biggest complaint is with the urgent care. I've used this service at this location at least 5-6 times within the last 5-6 years. It is awful! The last 2 times the doctors didn't seem to really know what they were doing. They are actually PAs most of the time and not MD doctors. During my last visit to the urgent care, I went in for dizziness and a possible sinus infection. The PA looked in my ear canal, didn't say anything, couldn't figure out why I was having dizzy spells and said it could just be a virus going around. I went home and was charged for the visit. A week later, the dizzy spells remained. I went in to a doctor at a completely different clinic (NOT CHI). Told her my symptoms, she looked in my ear canal and told me I had A TON of fluid build-up and prescribed me medication to flush it out. She had no idea why the PA at CHI didn't catch that. I would NEVER return and do not recommend their urgent care to anyone.

It’s hard to give 2 because the clinical staff is wonderful but... the front desk staff is ALWAYS rude. It’s like you have ruined their day by calling to make an appointment or ask to send a note to your doc.. I called last week to let them know I still wasn’t feeling well and the nurse said to come in if I’m not better.. so when I called the girl that answered said “I don’t mean to be redundant but that’s clearly what her note says so when do you want to come?” How was I suppose to know she left you a note?!? Sheeesh! So I got in and the doc said try an over the counter med first before an antibiotic so I did.. but nothing still.. so I called to ask if I can get the antibiotic.. Kayla... at the front desk, always so very rude at any encounter I have had.. she tells me “well I don’t know your information so I can’t send them a note” well you didn’t ask for it, you just asked how you could help me - as I tell her my information there’s a big sigh like man I’m sorry that I upset your morning today... I love Dr. Inguanzo and her staff but I am definitely considering a new PCP just because of the front desk gals are not friendly at all..

Dr. Kristen Fulton is fantastic. Always listens to what I have to say. Have been seeing her for years & love, love, love her! When I didn't have insurance, she recommended & prescribed inexpensive alternative medications that did the job without breaking the bank. I've also seen her husband when she didn't have an open appointment available on short notice, & he was just as caring & helpful as she is.

I was there because my son put a tiny play dough in his nose on Sun morning. Waited for at least 5 mins for the doctor to find the small flash light. Waited another 5 min for the nurse and doctor to find the smallest tool they could find. The play dough was all melted by the time the doctor was ready. All she could get from his nose is watery play dough and ended up charging me $500. I won't go back. Oh...you will be lucky to meet with American doctor at any Alegent Urgent Care facility.

Best health clinic I’ve ever used. Includes a walk-in clinic, primary care clinic, and a pharmacy. The front desk had five attendants when I got there on a Friday afternoon. Zero wait to check-in. I waited in the lobby less than 1 minute before I was called in. Then I had my medicine in my hand in less than 5 minutes because the pharmacy is right here! My doctor (Anne Mullin) was super. And the staff were fast and courteous. I ended up bringing my whole family in (because we all had the same cough). It’s also a beautiful and modern facility with free Wi-Fi and coffee. What’s not to love?

This place does not give you answers that you need. If something is completely wrong they won't take the courage to refer you to other doctors or specialists that would be able to take care of the illness. The doctors here do not seem to care what is going on with your body. It is like they are more worried about taking your money than making you healthy and doing what it would take to get you the help you need. When you go back in for another appointment too, they say the same stuff. They say you have the same illness. They blamed everything on anxiety. It is unfortunate how it seems like these doctors do not care about your health. I will never send someone to CHI Health and I'm going to find a different doctor!

It's funny that one person would give a bad comment based on their experiences with one doctor at the location and think the others are the same. I do agree that there are some bad doctors out there but it's still your jobs to do research and find the doctor that you would want to go back to. For goodness sake it's your money and body. I have a preference doctor that I go to at this location, Dr. Erickson, and I can tell you that I've never had a bad experienced with all of my visits. In fact, the doctor even recommended me to other specialists that are really great as well. One of them even found the answer to my illness that I've mistaken for a common illness for so long. I would recommended this place. However, I do not like the front desk, there are days that they don't seem to be friendly and helpful much. But, I'm only there to see my doctor so I can tolerate that.

Takes forever to get in to a primary care doctor and when you do they never give you answers. Had to get a stool test done and literally had to call the hospital where I dropped off my sample after five days for them to contact CHI lavista for my results.

I have been here many times, between my kids and my husband they have all seen the doctors there. The pediatrician Brandi Reeves is amazing! She isn't their doctor but remembers all 3 of my kids. Love this place, granted we use them as a back up but they are always great to my family and talk it out with us.

Went to what used to be called "Urgent Care" in this facility for sinusy-type stuff. The visit went fine and the staff was professional and courteous, but despite being assured a couple of times that my prescriptions would be sent to the right pharmacy, they weren't. This cost me time and money. A friend had a similar experience at this place recently, so we're not sure if prescriptions are prioritized to go to one pharmacy over another but we wish this place would get it right the first time.

It has now taken over six weeks to receive my test results from a very basic test. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone. They do not respect your time.
