At their West location, waited 20 minutes past my appointment time just to get a mammogram. When I questioned them about their tardiness, they tried to blame me for not knowing what time my appointment was. By the way, they are all white but I am not; perhaps “racist” as the other reviewer pointed out. Update: The scheduling rep on phone told me I have an appointment at 1:30. From my experience with them before I knew I had to arrive 15 minutes earlier so I arrived at 1:15 to check in. It turned out the scheduling rep did not explain she meant I was to check in at 1:30 with an 1:45 appointment. It made me waste time in the waiting room being bombarded with a loud TV. Very unpleasant experience.

Myself and my family have ALWAYS received excellent care at Bryan! Staff friendly and kept me informed of processes expectations and the little important things(warm blankets) checked on while waiting for results available if needed. Sometimes waiting can be a little long, but understanding that a life threatening emergency needs to be treated before other non life threatening situations. A hospital is not 1st come 1st serve, it’s how I would want myself, friends and family cared for. I will ALWAYS choose Bryan for my care! Advances in medicine and technology leading edge and amazing Drs who collaborate to provide excellent care.

I have had two traumatic experiences here. They made assumptions that inhibited progress for me. Firstly, they assumed I was anorexic when I didn't eat breakfast due to wanting to sleep after a stressful event. Secondly, a male nurse harassed me to the point where I had to stop talking to him and let my mom know I was being harassed. I know that these things are subjective. However, if I have always been judged and punished for needing help at this establishment, why does this it exist? What is the purpose? I will do anything in my power to never return to this incompetent place.

Everyone here either has no bed side manure or are complete a**holes I'm having lower right abdominal pain ( severe ) I was screaming its hurts and they gave my a shot of a medicine that I told them 8+ times that it only makes the pain worse but they didn't care one bit, I really think it's my appendix but they keep saying I have ibs witch is complete BS. Never go to this hospital for help they will ruin your day or night.

Took over 3 hours of waiting in the ER lobby to get fluids for alcohol poisoning. Go to any other hospital this one is the worst in town hands down.

Called the billing department and they said everything was paid for. Get a call months later from collections. Bryan health has poor communication when it comes to billing and would not recommend.
