Boys Town Doctors are the best. I know it sometimes takes a while to get an appointment but that just shows how much people love them. Dr. Hoarty always takes the time necessary to discuss all of my medical tests and questions and makes sure all follow ups are scheduled before I leave. If I need to see someone outside of Boys Town, the nurses get me the number of who I need to call. The nurses line calls back in a very timely manner. The receptionists were able to sneak me in for my blood draw, even though I came at the wrong time, and they were very nice about it.

I am so glad I have moved my health care to Dr. Hoarty at Boys Town West. Dr. Hoarty, her nurses and the Boys Town staff have always been helpful, informative and friendly. One service of this facility I really enjoy is the patient portal option...I can quickly review my appointment notes and medications. I have also used it to request an appointment with prompt results. I am confident that my health care is in the best of hands.

Boys Town Research Hospital is by far the best health care facility in the state of Nebraska. The staff are always courteous and respectful. Dr. Leight is by far the best ENT doctor in Omaha, and will always go the extra mile for his patients.

What an amazing doctor, Dr Schwab is! He takes his time explains all you need to know. You never felt rushed through.He is genuine and has your best interest at heart. His nurse Becca is on top of things. She gets back to you promptly if you have concerns and questions . She is personable and kind. Thank you both for all you do for my husband and I.

I wanted to give this hospital 5+ stars because of the awesome care and work they did but they have basically ruined our 2 year old from sleeping at night. We had a simple ear tube and adenoids surgery for her. They did not allow us to go back to the operating room with her or be there when she woke up from the surgery in the recovery room and now she is terrified, for hours every night that someone is going to take her from us. She use to be our best sleeper. However this changed the night after her ear surgery. If this is the normal policy then it should seriously be changed. We now fight this every night. I hope that others have not had this experience.

I have three doctors at this facility, and they are all fabulous. Dr. Nair, Dr. Emanuel, and Dr. Bowman really care about their patients. They take their time with you at the appointments and really try to understand what is going on. The support staff are also always very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this hospital and the staff they employ.

They always make us feel welcome. They answer any and all questions we have and they do not try to rush us at any time, no matter how long it takes. If I have to call and leave a message, no matter who we are calling about or which doctor we call, whether it's the pediatrician, allergy specialist, etc., they always call back in a very reasonable amount of time.

I think everyone is afraid of potential heart problems. Dr Gums and his nurse calmed the toughest of patients, me. All the right questions and treatment. And it was all done with the attitude I needed. Getting well is relaxing when you're feeling well.
