The "doctor" or whatever she was, is just a lazy person who didn't want to do anything so she tells me to leave when my doctor told me to go into the emergency room if I had certain problems come up and as the e.r. Doctor apparently has no knowledge or understanding of this problem I was having and how severe it was in a 64 year old with heart problems. Dr Ott should be fired for telling me what she did and making me leave with no treatment. Guess what, the BIG hospitals do what I needed, and you telling me that your teeny hospital doesn't do it and thought it was a waste of time of the ER for me just shows how incompetent Dr. Ott is.

Am NOT impressed with this hospital. Left my 86 year old mother sitting in the ER waiting area for almost two hrs with a heart related need to be seen. Staff did not know how to deal with anyone with confusion, i.e. Alzheimer's/Dementia, therefore they discharged her early with on Resolution or plan for resolution of the problem they had admitted her for to begin with. There was NO Dr induty on the floor it was all done by video.

Most wonderful staff I've ever encountered. The power went out in alliance for hours, I have a 10 month old and the house was getting way to cold. So I thought to bring her there to keep her warm. Laura the emergency room nurse along with a lot of other nurses opened there arms to me to make sure me and my little one were safe and comfortable. I just moved to Nebraska and I wasn't sure what to do. I want to thank them so much, this general hospital really has some fantastic nurses.

This hospital doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion. The last word I would use to describe this hospital is "Care". The billing dept is a joke. I can't get a dependable number (amount owed). I've received bills from dates I wasn't even seen, and for services I did NOT receive. I saw Dr. Forney THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and ALL THREE TIMES was misdiagnosed. I went all the way back home to Wa to see MY Dr, because I legit thought and felt like I was dying, and he kept telling me it was ulcers without ANY- NOT ONE diagnostic test, not one x-ray, not one ultrasound- NOTHING. The day I returned home to see my Dr in Wa state, they sent me for an ultrasound and found my gallbladder was full and I was in the beginning of sepsis. I literally could have and WOULD HAVE DIED had I stayed and not followed my gut and went home for a second opinion from actual DR.s who are there to do their job instead of collecting a check and sitting on a stool. Having to come back to NE for my Husbands job has scared me to death. I will not step foot in this hospital because of the lack of "care" and "education", or willingness to help patients, no matter what dept it is. They want your money, not your health. They could care less about that. This Dr and this hospital need a malpractice suit brought against them. I see all my Drs at Regional West in Scottsbluff now. I'll be danged if I put my life in their hands ever ever again.

0 star! Went there to get my husband checked up. I know when he's in so much pain because he will complain a lot. If he can bare the pain he will to save money but he can't so we went to get checked up! Long story short, THEY DID NOTHING. LITERALLY NOTHING. Waited 3-4hrs for nothing. The nurse give him ibuprofen. I mean really? We have ibuprofen in our house. The doctor can't barely talk or walk. The doctor insist there's nothing he can do because there's nothing wrong. We left with the same pain. We shouldn't have just waisted time and money if we knew! Here's the worst part, they didn't do anything and charge thousand dollars worth insurance? WOW! This hospital needs help, bad!

My son had to go up there and needed a IV. We sat in the room they put us in for 6 hours. Still no iv. Finally had to go find a Nurse and she said the shift before didn’t tell them what he needed so nothing was happening.

Cafeteria went down hill. Billing Dept needs to figure out how to make a phone call.
