Pro: - New doctor, excellent. Knows her stuff - great glasses selection - nice office Cons: - lady at front desk seemed as though she could not be bothered. didn't say hi. Made me stand there. Dr finally worked me up. - front desk has papers all over. i am a bit worried about my file being left out for someone to see. - 2nd lady in front was a bit nicer but still not the most pleasent. overall, i will come back. I liked the Dr. I did not feel rushed in like a Walmart. Seemed as though she really wanted to make sure all was good with eyes.

This is one of the few places in town that currently accepts my new vision insurance. I got lucky! I visited today, with my 2 super active children, and the staff were patient, extremely nice, and very tolerant. The frame selection is far better than Clear Vision and Eyecare Specialties. The girls up front were great, and so was the Doc. I was out of contacts, so they put me in a pair today so I'll have some until my prescription is delivered to my home. Large lobby, with an area for children to play. I'll be scheduling appointments for my husband and son after the holidays! Update: along with the mailed receipt, they sent along a rebate for my brand of contact lenses, it took less than 5 minutes to redeem online, and I'll be getting a prepaid Visa card for my rebate in the mail. Can this place get any better?!

I started seeing Dr. Blumenstock after he took over Complete Family Eyecare and I’m so happy that I did! Dr. Blumenstock genuinely puts the effort in to get to know his patients. It gives his practice a real “hometown” feel for someone not originally from Lincoln. My family has a history of retinal detachment and after bringing my concerns to Dr. Blumenstock, he listened to my concerns, provided answers to my questions and gave clear, understandable advice for me should I experience problems in the future. My husband has started going to Dr. Blumenstock as well and we’ll be bringing our kids here as soon as they need an exam. We’re extremely happy with the high quality eye care provided at Blumenstock Family Eyecare.

I used to go to Dr Blumenstock when he was in Oneill and I trust him with my eyecare. I actually moved down here almost two years ago and didn't know who to trust down here. As soon as I found that Dr Blumenstock had an office down here I switched to him. I recommend him to anybody who needs an eye doctor. Trust me you will love him just as much as I do.

Their great with my 8 yr old! But my mom just is where they took the cake! My mom came in because well I forced her too. Her cataracts was so bad she couldn’t even see under the big E. The staff there refused to let my mom drive home and drove her home because I was out of town and couldn’t pick her up. It was amazing they really went out of their way to make sure my mom made it home! The staff is amazing the doctor is awesome! Wouldn’t go elsewhere!

If I could give more than just 5 stars, I would! I must say...I picked the closest eye doc to my house. Thank goodness it was Blumenstock Family Eyecare. My 2 kiddos and I were all seen, and finished with out appointment within an hour. It was amazing. Brad (eye doc) was fantastic with explaining things to me, ensuring I was comfortable and did the same with my kids. Their equipment is so modern! We all needed our eyes dilated (which we all know isn't fun!!) and they have a machine that just takes a picture! Completely pain free process. Their Business Manager Amber was AMAZING! She sat with me and tried on frame after frame. Got me out of my comfort zone. They were all fantastic with my kids and made them feel extremely welcomed.

Drs. Brad and Derek Blumenstock are both terrific. They're friendly, attentive and very thorough. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They answered all of my questions in detail and walked me through the purpose and results of each test, which was reassuring. The staff is top-notch as well, and the equipment is all modern. Lincoln is lucky to have them!

Dr. Blumenstock is not only super approachable, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. The office staff was warm and friendly and I was seen right away! Unlike other optometrists I've been to, Dr Blumenstock took the time to carefully explain everything that was done at the appointment, why it was done, and then most importantly shared with me what everything meant instead of simply saying "this is what you need". He was gracious when I had additional questions and I really appreciated the extra care he took in my appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist in Lincoln!

I didn't know where to begin to find an eye doctor since we moved to the area. Blumenstock Family Eyecare takes my medicare supplement plan. Great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable doctor and staff. I would recommend them. They have been here since March of 2018, but spent 20 years in another town. He is NOT new to the eye business. We would recommend.

I went here the week before Dr. Blumenstock bought the office, and it was horrible. I had no idea who he was when I came back the next week for my follow up appointment. His staff was way better and he is a much more pleasant doctor than the previous owner. Dr. Blumenstock made a difference within a week. I am so glad there is an eye doctor in Lincoln with small town values and courtesy. When I called to set up my husband’s first appointment with Dr. Blumenstock, he was the one who answered the phone. He is not above his staff. Great place. We will go here as long as we live in Lincoln.

I went here in October of 2015 but neglected to write a review until now. The Dr. at Lincoln Family Eyecare seemed very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I feel like she treated me well and helped me find the right contacts that had the best comfort. I am scheduling an eye appointment at a different clinic this year though and here's why, The atmosphere in the waiting room area was very cold, the receptionists (there was 2 of them at the time) seemed more concerned about gossiping about the eye doctor then they did about helping me. I heard them whisper complaints and snide comments about what the eye doctor asked them to do in regards to the paperwork and process of how the Dr. wanted to get things done. The waiting room isn't far from the receptionist desk so it made it extremely awkward while I was waiting to be seen. It has been a little less than a year since I have been there so I sincerely hope they got everything worked out and that this is no longer a problem.

I have been going to Complete Family Eye Care for many years and would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends. My occupation as a dentist relies on my vision. Previously I had been going to the national discount retail outlets and there is a noticeable difference in the quality of service and products that are provided. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They all have many years of experience and are able to assist you in your eye ware selections and can make the necessary adjustments quickly. Even the strangest explanations that I might give seem to make sense to them and they are able to make the needed corrections. Complete Family Eye Care has very convenient office hours to accommodate most busy schedules. They are efficient in scheduling your appoints to fit your schedule and helpful in filing insurance. I have many styles of eyeglasses and I am often complimented on my glasses. When referring to Complete Family Eye Care, I like to describe them as a "Eye ware Boutique". They have a very large selection of high quality stylish eyeglasses. You will be very pleased with your decision to seek eye care at Complete Family Eye Care.
