The look of judgment and smugness on the faces of the nurses at this place was absolutely sickening. As a student studying health care, it is absolutely deplorable to know that at my own university, such a disgraceful display of professionalism (if one can even call it that) would take place. Truly sickening to have experienced this, and it happened 3 years ago. If you hate your life or your job, don't put this on me, because how would you feel if it was you (or your kid) who came in to see the doctor and got nothing but judgment? I will never forget this experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm still waiting for your calling! Update 1: I'm still waiting for your calling! Update 2: I'm completely upset with your services. I called you three days ago saying that I had fever and sore throat. You guys said that would call me back saying when my appointment would be and did not do that. If you cannot schedule, you should call me back saying that I should go to the emergency or find other place to do it, but you did not do that! I am still with fever and everything is worse than before! Why do I pay my health insurance? The answer is: to get my appointment after 4 or 5 days after I get sick...

Over my four years as a student, I have never once had an experience here that was less than infuriating. If it's not the front desk staff that, when faced with a question they don't know an answer to, make up an answer, then it's the NPs that can't even properly take someone's blood pressure, much less offer any sort of care I'd trust or has helped me. Of course, none of this will likely be a problem for you, since you probably won't get a timely appointment; they are only open M-F (because students don't get sick on weekends, right?), and are often so booked you won't get an appointment for 3-4 days. Even if you get an appointment, don't expect to be treated with any sense of decency, discretion, or professionalism; more than once, I've had the NP try to correct me when I describe my own symptoms (not clarify, but actually try to correct). Save yourself the stress and just go to an urgent care if you can afford it. If you have to go here, then be sure to ask for Dr. Delaney; she is the only person here that has ever offered me any sort of professional, helpful care.

I absolutely love Dr. Delaney. She is the only physician who doesn’t make me feel rushed and she listens to everything I have to say without interruption. She’s thorough and so sweet. I recommend asking for her when you make an appointment, especially if you have any issues with anxiety/depression. The nurses though, they could work on being a little more caring. I’ve never seen any of them smile and they are always in a bad mood.
