it was not a good experience

My experience here is with more sympathetic and intelligent practitioners than I've known elsewhere, going above and beyond when and where they can. Only problem is that contacting them via phone is unreasonably difficult. I'd suggest you just go in person unless you're leaving a voicemail to cancel.
