My 6yr.daughter had a Cystoscopy yesterday June 17th, and we were met with 100% top-notch service and continued with meeting with Dr. Malm-Bautsi after the procedure and when we left the hospital! My daughter had a wonderful experience as we as parents did as well. Thank you so very much !!

We just returned home from a week long stay in the PICU. We will be forever grateful to the doctors and nurses for their excellent care of my almost 2 year old son, particularly a young nurse named Jordan. My son and I were treated like Royalty during our stay and I was able to return home today armed with confidence in my son's ability to recover. Thank you, again for making our stay a pleasant one in spite of circumstances!

We went to the urgent care that leads into the the hospital because we were scared I had appendicitis. The urgent care wanted a ultrasound done but they were about to close so they sent me to the ER in women’s and children’s hospital. The service was great they had a room for me when I got there. The doctor came in and examined me then the nurse came in to give me an IV. He did I quickly so I didn’t have as much pain. Then I had my ultrasound. The lady that did it was super nice and explained things well. The part that was super surprising was that right when I got there the child life specialist came in to talk to me. All of the staff took there time to explain every thing and made sure I understood everything. All of the staff here is amazing. I would never go to another ER in Columbia.

WCH has an excellent NICU. Those Nurses are the best in my opinion. Everytime i visited they where absolutely focused on the babies. The Hospital out side of the NICU is a scattered mess. The leadership is ..well there seems not to be any. Department higher ups are just filling their positions they are not fullfilling them. It seems who ever is incharge of this Zoo needs to be audited. P.S. The PICU is also awesome. Hope one day its reorganized. Its a shame..

Woke up to my 3 year old having a swollen face and puffy eye, took him to the er and they wouldn't even prescribe him antibiotics. He was complaining of tooth pain so they kept insisting I take him to a dentist instead (when they could get me in they said). My toddlers face is completely swollen and red at this point! So they made me wait in the er room for over an hour for "paperwork;" which was just numbers to dentists offices in the area. While I was waiting for this paperwork I called a dentists office myself and got him in right away; they prescribed him antibiotics right away and agreed it was ridiculous that a team of doctors could not figure out he needed them.
