The Inpatient therapy dept is wonderful!!! Dr Flautt and the Nursing Staff really know how to treat the patients. There daily smiles really helped to brighten the day

These people take to long. People going to the back before my child. She really need to be seen by a doctor. These people going in the back can walk. My daughter can't. She is really sick.

This place is horrible. Most of the hospital is shut down and closed off for "maintenance" which apparently takes years to do. There was a man who's finger was cut off and he was in here for 5 hours before he was seen to. My Wife wife and I have been here for 3 hours. She has been having severe migraines that cause her to almost faint, makes her extremely dizzy, and even causes her nose to bleed. Does Greenwood Leflore Hospital care? Nope. The most unprofessional hospital I've ever been to. The city should shut them down and all medical licenses associated with this hospital should be pulled, permanently revoked, and burned. Never, I repeat NEVER go to this hospital. If possible try to make it to Grenada or Jackson.

Greenwood has to be the worst hospital on earth! The staff are rude and have u waiting rather it’s a life or death situation u have to wait half your life waiting to get checked !!! If your family members are very sick and close to dying bring them to greenwood and prepare for there funeral! The worst hospital in the world

My dad had a surgery on his arm Tuesday morning. We were very pleased with the treatment he was given. Every single person that we saw was super nice and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Nurses in the hallway would smile and ask if you needed anything. Thanks for taking great care of my dad.

Its is very slow and some doctors care and others dnt. No nurse in triage and ppl are still coming in not being seen very very poor service.And you really up a creek without a paddle if no insurance and you still should get quality care!!! So I wish they get it together because ppl get sick dnt get in the medical field if you dnt want to help ppl.

It very unprofessional and they need to do better. I took my baby to be seen and they were putting people that were barely sick in front of the babies with fever and who were really sick then when you ask them about it they have attitudes. They don't owe me a damn thing they need to hire new people. They don't ever I've to worry about me and my family ever again.

A 1 star is an over rating. My father has been in and out of this hospital for months. They couldn't ever figure out what was wrong with him til his ammonia level was elevated. Determined he has stage 4 liver disease. Today he became unresponsive and having seizures due to elevated ammonia level. So they decided today was a good day to discharge in the state he was in. They lack care for their pts. No one even thought it would be a good idea to take vital signs, clean him up, they didn't even see him off when the ambulance people left with him. What has our healthcare system come to. All they were worried about was sending him out and had cleaning people at door waiting on us to leave. I WILL NOT EVER BRING A LOVED ONE TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN!!!!!

Very disappointed with everything about this hospital except for the pharmacy... Please do NOT go here if you have a medical emergency!!! I'm not one to share things such as this but I feel strongly that people need to be aware that this isn't the place you want to go for help!!!! You will wait for hours

I am always treated well...from the check in to the services and to the departure. Great staff. I crack jokes to assist in my anxiety for visiting. The staff never disappoints. I've never had to wait longer than 15mins for my visit to handle my business and be out. ☝️

Only have 2 ambulances an dont really care bout bothering with you... my wife was suppose to be transported to west point an its taking them 8 hours for them to go to jackson an come back to take her to west point... an we arent even checked in but they refuse to let us go on our own... she had a c section in west point the 20th an she started bleeding again the night of 24th... the security guard up front at the emergancy doors didnt even give us a card to get in the system he just told us to just go sit down an he wrote her name down... i had to go back up there an ask for a card so we could even get checked in... this place aint worth coming to unless your coming in on the ambulance an this is your only option... even than it might be best to just put a hole thru your head because their ambulance is to busy an the other one is easing its way back from a transport

If you want your family or friends to receive some of worse patient services and care in America, this is the place to go. From the initial intake personnel to the ER staff, my sister received substandard and disrespectful treatment. For example, my sister was having (it was later diagnosed) a stroke. The ER nurse attempted to gave (with her bare hands, no gloves) my sister 2 Tylenol pills before senfing her home. Yes, with her ungloved hands. WHO DOES THAT?!! No screening was ordered or performed. Fortunately, we got my sister away from that cesspool of a hospital and out of that God forbidden state and admitted to a real hospital in Houston, Texas. For those of you who'll have the misfortune of having to use the poor services of this hospital, may God have mercy on your body, mind and soul.

I work for Gllh and considering I haven’t been serviced at the hospital just my everyday dealings with the staff has been wonderful, Every place regards of its name or location has its ups and downs; but with effort what can’t be fixed!! Stay healthy!!

The administration works very slowly and is quite inconsiderate. My mother was in a car accident. It was minor.However, the longer we waited, the more she hurt. We waited about 3 hours. If you are seriously in pain, do not choose Greenwood Leflore Hospital as your choice of service. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

My dad fell and broke his hip. I took him to Greenwood Leflore Hospital and they made him wait for four and half hours before checking him. I had to witness him suffer for all that time. They need a new crew or hire more people.
