Tri County clinics are all around area. The people are kind and friendly. The care is based on what is appropriate for a local facility. If it is something that needs a regional facility, they will send you there. I don't really understand the other reviews that say they will not be nice to you if they find out you are a certain person. They've always been great to me and my family, very professional and highly skilled.

After a couple of weeks of suffering from intense sciatic nerve pain (I was trying to be tough hoping it would go away), I finally went to Tri-County. There the doctor ordered a x-ray, MRI, and that I eventually see a specialist and sent me home still in intense pain and barely able to walk. When people saw me still limping and hurting, all were stunned to hear that the doctor hadn't done a thing for my pain. Apparently, it is common knowledge that for sciatic nerve that fix is steroids and muscle relaxers. A week after this first visit, I couldn't take the pain any longer and went to the ER. Then I was given, steroids and muscle relaxers. What the hell!? Why wouldn't the first doctor have done this. Did he think an x-ray would help relieve my pain? He was either incompetent or trying to soak my insurance company for money. Probably both. He was going to leave me in intense pain when all I needed was some steroids and muscle relaxers.

My mother was admitted from a Nursing Home. Staff from the Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit and Medical Unit were all polite, caring and seemed to respect my opinions and questions. I like it when people are kind on the phone.

Had an echo cardiogram on Friday, June 7th. I was treated very well. I received feedback as to the good quality of the images taken. I appreciate that the your report and images were to be forwarded to my doctor at the Minnesota Heart Institute.

I'm pretty complex medically and have found TCHC a very competent and supportive medical care facility. Many specialists visit on a regular basis and the onsite, general medical providers have been around for a while and are committed and engaged in the community. They are aware of their capabilities and limitations, which belies a high level of professional competence.

Make sure you show up 15 minutes before your appointment so your total wait time is 1 hour 15 minutes or more, instead of just an hour or more! You might feel lucky when they call your name to bring you to your room, but joke’s on you, you’re just going to wait in there! This isn’t a one off incident, happens every single time... This place is hot garbage.

I had my yearly physical at Wadena Medical Clinic. Staff was awesome. I got in right away, treated very well. Dr Shaneen took time with me and explained all of my labs and visited, making me feel very comfortable. I then went to radiology for my mammo. Very good care there. From the front desk to actual exam.

There RUDE. I have called a few times there nice till they find out my name. If your there for something worth there time and paying out of pocket then there more then welcome to treat you. They have hung up on me more then a few times. I don't even know what I did to offend them. If I come in they take my info and tell me I am next in line and up just sitting there for hours while everyone else is helped and I am never even seen so I end up leaving and going to Perham Health in Perham, Minnesota.

Tri-County Health Alliance in Wadena is a very unprofessional place. First off, when I was quitting smoking, the doctor, Bob Davis, gave me only a week supply of patches at the lowest level of mg, and when they were out, he would not refill them. Only a human with supernatural powers can quit with one try, they do not use common sense. They discontinued one of my psych medications that was at a very high dosage of 450mg at the Wesley building because my level was low, I reside at a board and lodge that their clients abuse their medications, I take this medication (Wellbutrin XL) once every morning, and was tested for a ua right away that morning without the morning dosage in my system. I usually take ua's in afternoon with the units at 500, but in the morning it was at 150, and when talking to Andera Craig (psychiatrist who discontinued) she told me the medicine was 24 hours and when told her last time I took it was 24 hours ago, she did not acknowledge that and now I'm going through symptoms of depression, anxiety, and hostility. I DO NOT recommend this place for professional help.
