I'm here visiting my mother and it took 52 minutes and talking to two people for someone to move her to her bed from the chair. And she wanted to move to her bed from the chair, because she was in pain sitting in the chair. 52 minutes it took to do this after the request was made. This is unacceptable. And another thing. Can someone clean this hospital. Its super dirty in this place. I can't believe how bad it is. Time to see about transferring her out of this place before she gets a infection.

Bobbie Broughton

Stellar staff. My husband could not be in better hands. This is a very caring group of nurses. Special thanks to Bo, who has been wonderful. Thank you so very much.

Janet Zajac

The people are really nice. They will go left and right, backward and forwards, to get a smile on the patients face. Also, they try to keep your health going strong so you can get better and get to your next step in life.

Anita Kalogeropoulos

Lots of changes at this hospital in the last few years. Pulmonary Center of Excellence to name the few and in the top 3% in the country with an 80% extubation rate!

My brother was taken to Regency after spending several weeks at North Memorial. When he left, he was starting to progress. Not even 10 hours later he started to go down hill again. When asked what could be causing the issue, we were told that they don’t know and because it was the weekend we would have to wait and see. Two days later, he started vomiting blood. I asked the doctor what was going on and he said that he wasn’t able to communicate with my parents because of the language barrier. I asked why a translator wasn’t called in to which he replied, “I am just the physician, that is the only job I do.” Which I kindly replied, “I would like my brother transferred back to North immediately.” And he stormed out. As the paramedics were strapping him in they asked the nurse what his last vitals were and she said gave him the 10:30am report (it was 7pmwhen the transferred him). The paramedic looked at her perplexed and she said, “I just got on, you can take it up with his previous nurse.” I don’t normally give reviews, and especially not negative ones. But this was totally unprofessional care and families shouldn’t have to feel like they are an inconvenience for asking questions and expecting the best for their loved one. Even when they don’t speak English. I gave it 2 stars for the few workers there that acted like they did care.

Jill Vafias

Completely incompetent. My mother was there for three weeks after leaving Abbott with liver and kidney problems. She was supposed to be preparing to go home. Instead she didn't progress at all. They staff is underprepared, understaffed, and unmotivated to help their patients. They didn't appropriately help her with health care, physical therapy, hygiene, or nutrition. She eventually had a night where she was in tremedous pain from 6pm through the night. They couldn't help her. They failed to recognize the condition she was in, and insisted all she needed was pain management. The following morning she was transferred to the ER back at Abbott. She is now in the ICU. They also failed to include all of her belongings when she was moved. Please, for the love of everything good, do not bring a loved one to Regency.

Why would anyone give this place a 5 I wish I could give it a -10 but I can't my grandmother is in this hospital here she has ALS and she can't move that well but the 1st week she was here a nurse said that she was using her call light to much and I bet she was using it a lot but a nurse should NEVER say that the 2nd week she was here the doctor put a catheter in one week later me and my family was in her room and my mom asked the nurse "when was her catheter last emptied " the nurse said "oh I should probably check " it was at 2000 cc. She also wasn't turned in 4 hours it should only be 2 hours. She also has air in her stomach me and my family went to visit her one and we asked her when was the last time they pumped her air out she said "it has been 4 days " the nurses should be doing it every 2 hours. She has to wait 1 hour before a nurse answers her call light and when you go out in the hallway there are nurses are showing each other pictures of their kids not answering call lights . None of the nurses know anything they are getting paid to be on their phones. PLEASE DON'T BRING A FAMILY MEMBER HERE

Shirley Heidt

Mark Mills

Regency has been wonderful for my son Jose Mills. He’s 17 and had several strokes which Regency’s handled beautifully. I can’t say enough good about the nurses and Dr. Vigo. They have been phenomenal including all the doctor. I would give more than five stars if I could because they gave him great care.

Bobbi ann Hafslund

Linda is the best aid! I have my confidence back! I love therapy. I look forward to therapy. They really support me. Jules is a positive influencer. Anna really pushes me. They are my cheerleaders. I want to put my all in everyday. They pay attention to my fears. I am beyond where I thought I could be. I am succeeding! I walked 13 feet today, the most in over a year.

Mark Poolos

Regency is an amazing hospital with outstanding staff. They care in such a professional way that I can not even say enough about their love and kindness. I will recommend Regency to everyone.

Geno Hafslund

My spouse is a patient at Regency. Over the last one and a half months, my wife has not only had received great care, but made new friends. The staff is amazing where she felt better physically and mentally. Nursing, rehab and the housekeeping departments were fantastic. Case management did a great job getting me set for home. Lastly, the doctors were amazing. As a husband, it was wonderful to know that my wife was safe, well taken care of, and most importantly, happy - even though she was in the hospital.

Anon Amous

Jerry Salzer

Dear sirs, I would like a complete refund. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a hospital. Why you would take a patient that you are absolutely not capable of taking care of. Your staff is nothing more than fumbling idiots who don't have a clue how to run the equipment when and if it's working. Every day I visited my wife I had to point out something you guys were doing wrong. Blatant mistakes made daily! Far far too many to list. My wife came to you in a taxi you returned her to the mayo twice and ended up in the emergency room because of your complete incompetence. How your doors stay open and people give you good reviews is beyond me. Please return every cent you stole from my insurance company. And have some dignity and don't accept patients that you don't have a clue how to take care of!

James Cunningham

I was transferred from another hospital post surgery and people at Regency Hospital took great care of me. All nurses and respiratory staff have a positive attitude and helpful. Everyone was wonderful. Going home today thank-you case management!

Kristi Voss

Jannet RN, Penny, Ndemene were very efficient at their jobs. My stay at Regency was very nice. Staff was very caring, helpful and efficient. Views from the rooms are very pretty. We got our needs met!

E Boardman

Nursing ranged from exceptional to unprofessional, yelling at a patient. Tried for an hour an a half one night to get through to a nursing station with no one answering. Upper management and privacy department were quite responsive, when three different breeches of patient privacy occurred. Patient indicated he didn't have access to daily items several times during the 31 day stay. Rooms and facilities were quite clean.

Ty Nelson

Very caring place which helped my fiancé make a miraculous recovery very accommodating and a speacial thanks to are physical therapist, doctors, Muhammad, Calla, Awol, Roselyn and of course are case manager Jessica Johnson couldn’t of done it without all of you

Marie Guzzi

It takes staff on an average 15 minutes to answer call lights. I was left on the bed pan several times over 30 min.

The nurses were very sweet and nurse Natalia is a sweetheart and she takes excellent care of patients, especially when my grandma was there. She deserves a raise for the charisma and knowledge she brought to the table. What a wonderful soul. Thank you!

Alicia Langer

Since day one everything has been really good. They are compassionate people that care about their patients and jobs. I am keeping a long list of staff names because I want to recognize the great work as I recover.

Fly XO

Terrible horrible no good place! My mom was transferred there recently after a surgery at Fairview southdale for respitory rehab. Kirk the liaison raved about the place. My mom was on a strict liquid diet a couple days into her stay she was given solid food. Thank god no complications occurred because of this. I was talking with my mom one night she said she had been sitting in the chair for hours she felt like her butt was blistering and she was falling out af the chair. She didn’t have a call button and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. We had to call the hospital and tell someone to go help my mom before she fell on the floor. Three days into her eight day stay the phone lines went down. They claimed they only had 1 line. Communication was not good from the beginning and was impossible after that point. When I called Kirk to voice my concerns about the care my mom wasn’t receiving he acted concerned and told me he would relay my concerns and I would be getting a call from a higher up. I never did. He also told me the phone issues were a golden valley problem, after five days of the phones being down I called the Golden Valley city office and was told it was not a city problem but a Regency problem. We live 100 miles from Regency and could not be with my mom all of the time. We would call to get updates. Sometimes it would be several hours before someone would call back often time we would never get a call back. Thank god my mom was transferred back to Fairview where they agree Regency didn’t help my mom only made her recovery much much more complicated. Please if you care about your loved ones don’t sent them to this place!

Peter Gildart

Staff is great at Regency; makes me feel better everyday with their top level of care. The rehab team is great to work with, got me up to speed quickly.

Sandy D

My family has great gratitude for the wonderful care and compassion given to my husband during his stay at Regency. I stayed with him every day and your staff treated us like family. The entire team gave such kind and compassionate care. We appreciate all of you. God bless all of you!

Tara Kleven

Totally inept. They gave my mom a huge open sore on the back of her head because they never turned her or bothered to check for bed sores. If you want your loved one to be neglected, it's the place to be. One star because you can't leave a review without checking something! This place is a joke.

Charlotte Hall

It’s excellent!!!!!!!! Nice CNAs, nurses and therapists. When you call them, they are right there and when you ask for help, they help! They help with bathing and washing hair. Staff never give up on you. The Wound care team is great at their job.

Since my first reveiw was deleted for some reason I will leave another. Downright terrible place to be! I was admitted there for a single stage 4 pressure sore and ended up leaving 3 months later with two more sores one that was stage 3 and another that was stage 4 as well as a second degree burn from faulty equipment. The day shift staff are on top of things for the most part but the night shift is absolutley horrifying! I had a wound vac and when the dressing failed the charge nurse came in to reapply it. After thinking all was good he threw away the additional materials, turned the wound vac back on and then realized it still didn't have a proper seal. At that point the charge nurse attempted to dig the materials needed back out of a dirty trashcan. When I expressed my objections to this he became very agitated and said I would just have to deal with it and that I needed to be grateful for what I had. I was transferred to their facility from mayo hospital and when I arrived I had PIC line placed for long-term antibiotics and blood draws, upon being admitted they removed the PIC line and discontinued IV antibiotics. Within 4 days I had bagan developing sepsis, when I expressed my concerns to my mother she immediately attempted to contact my nurse. After about 4 hours my mother was finally able to get ahold of the nurse to check on my state of health, the nurse said that she had not been into my room yet and hadn't read any of the updates on my chart . At that point she was 7 hours into a 12 hour shift. I also had property stolen that included a $55 straight talk refill card and a pair of brand new shoes that were shipped to me as a Christmas present. I am now working with with a team of lawyers that feel a malpractice claim is more then appropriate. I would strongly recommend looking into other options when it comes to placing a family member into a Long term acute care facility.

Nancy Martin

Alisha RN is excellent. Staff that worked with me were all good! Had a great experience here at Regency. Very kind and respectful staff.

Singing Tyler

The wound care team overall was really great. Darla was like family. She went above and beyond even taking care of small comfort items. RN’s and CNA’s were, for the majority, very nice. Dr. Hauer was the best because he listened and acted very caring towards my needs.

Kathy Chaika

I love the doctors and 99% of the nurses. I got great care, beautiful room. The view was amazing, other than the snow! Love watching the sun set. The coordination was great. I feel like they all helped me get better. I appreciate everyone there!

Danyald Purdis

This place is horrible and needs to be shut down. From not enough staff working to nurses giving patients the wrong medicine and dosage. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to stay here. Alot more can be said but due to ongoing legal reasons I just leave the above. If I could have given them a -5 stars I would've. BEWARE OF THIS HELL HOLE!!

Jen Urbach

As a newer part of the Regency leadeship team, I was warmly welcomed to an environment focused in delivering excellent care with compassion and empathy. I'm extremely proud to be part of the Regency family and honored to care for our patients ❤️

Julie Jenson

Everyone was really nice, respectful and efficient. Great care

Google you will have info who u should talk to in MN Patient abuse. Patient abuse or neglect is any action or failure to act which causes unreasonable suffering, misery or harm to the patient. Abuse includes physically striking or sexually assaulting a patient. It also includes the intentional withholding of necessary food, physical care, and medical attention.

Great place!

My husband was at Regency for 2 months. Except for a few exceptional nurses on the staff, the rest seemed totally clueless and had little or no compassion. The communication was archaic, right from the start. No family care conference was held. When I asked when that was going to happen, I was told they did it with just him the day after he arrived. He was on medication at the time that caused him to be confused. He had little recollection of it. When I asked for a list of his medications it took over 3 hours. Mainly, because everything is HAND WRITTEN! Entered at some later time in a computer system. We have been in hospitals many times over the last 30 years and this is the first one that I have seen in over 20-25 years that doesn't use an in room computer system. His first scheduled appointment with his surgeon had to be cancelled because they didn't note in the transportation order that he needed an IV pump. Another transport order never got issued even though it was on his board and I had discussed it with his doctors and nurses several times in the days before the scheduled appointment. Despite continually being told I could call at anytime, the phone often wasn't answered. When it was, I would be told the nurse would return my call. RARELY did that happen. One day I waited 5 hours before having to call them back. The day after Christmas he spiked a temperature of 104 degrees. He had developed a staph infection. When I next came to see him, he was very confused and unable to get out of bed. I was never notified of this development. Like many other comments I read, he would call for assistance and it could be up to an hour before anyone came. On one occasion he eventually tried to get to the bathroom himself and fell, knocking over the IV tree and everything. I really doubt if they documented that even though it is state law!! I had a doctor tell me one of my questions was "irrelevant". A nurse asked him how often do you think we can come in here a change his wound drainage collection pouch. (If it was faulty or leaked, he was basically sitting in a mess of acidic drainage.) He told her... "As often as you need to." When aides would scoot him up in bed, they would often pull him up too far hitting his head on the end of the bed. Or would carelessly/roughly grab him by his hospital gown, pulling on the JP drain tube he had in his abdomen. For some procedures they have independent contractors come in. He needed an ultra sound at some point and the man came through the door in a dirty jacket and blue jeans. He never said hello or introduced himself. Just said he was there to do an ultra sound. Very rude. He must have been incompetent also, because they had to redo it the next day. I had been down to the cafeteria on several occasions. Even though it was during the normal hours... nobody would be there so I would have to just get some junk food from the vending machine. At one point he was suppose to be getting protein supplements in between meals. I would ask the CNA about them and was told he hadn't asked for them. IT WAS IN HIS ORDERS! They would go down and check and found them in the refrigerator with his name on them. Then they would bring 2 or 3 of them at one time! Unbelievable!!! I would be down there 3-5 days a week. I just pitied the poor people that didn't have someone to be their advocate. I am giving them one star, only because of the few nurses that actually knew what they were doing. Horrible, horrible place. My husband hated it, but insisted that I didn't complain at the time because, basically, they were in charge of everything. He didn't want to "piss anyone off". He couldn't wait to get out of there and would never ever want to go back!

Walter Locklear

I would like to Thank all the Drs and staff who has been with my fiance Priscilla McCormick you all have done a AWESOME JOB in taking the best care of her. Me and my husband went to see my stepfather in regency hospital on 8/12/2017. We decided to get out of the car and smoke because we also have the 3 kids with us. While smoking the black skinny security guy drove toward us and did we can't smoke in the regency hospitals area. We responded, "Sorry, we didn't know and there was no sign saying no smoking in Regency hospital area(parking lot)". That security respond, "There sign are everywhere". Me and my husband didn't even see any sign plus the only sign was at the door at the regency hospital. After seeing my stepfather my husband told me that he saw another black guy who was smoking in the parking lot and the security didn't even say anything to that guy. I told my husband, "why, didn't you walk up to the sercuity. My husband respond, "will he has gun and Tayser". I respond, " he can hurt us unless we are a threat". My husband and me i asum that he the security guys is races to Asian ppl. This is one worst experience ever. Plus, we knew that this security guy is BS and the no smoke sign. Because when you drive in and out the area there's no freaking no smoking sign beside that sign at the door at Regency Hospital. This security guy should be fire for being races.

titi_on_fleeky gang

My sister was there and they was careless they don't care about them people this is a horrible place for any family member, I wish I can rate a 0 .....

Jody Norman

Staff is very nice! I came so far away from home, they treat me like family. PT/OT are very good here.

Michael Brouil

My experience has been great. Good staff and good food. Faucilities are beautiful Rehab is getting me back on my feet and hopefully back flying soon!

Cheryl Marcotte

Rehab got me from not being able to stand to walking 600 ft today. I am able to do more on on my own. They pushed me even when I didn’t want to. Nursing staff was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Dr Hauer was incredible. Aides were wonderful and the kitchen was super fast.

Patricia Foell

The nursing staff is caring and usually efficient. They really care about me getting better. I love all of the Respiratory therapy staff. They were kind and gentle. They explained things so I could understand them. Sometimes more than once. They could have a 10+ Physicl therapy ladies were very encouraging and helpful. My injuries made usual therapies difficult to impossible. Theyare truly happy with my progress.

Derek Adams

The best thing about regency was being here, getting better and the nurses. The nurses are dedicated. They are amazing!

Joshua Crouse

My brother was there for a week. They didnt bring him a food menu to order food and the kitchen staff had no clue he had moved rooms so they didn't know they were bringing his food to another person. He needed something done by a nurse four times a day, they would only do it once. They don't let you take your family member outside. You need a staff member everywhere you go and most of them will Tell you they are too busy to it but then 5 minutes later you will see them joking with another staff member for the next 10 minutes. I stayed with my brother for the week he stayed so I am telling from a first hand experience.

Marcie Sposito

Everybody is really nice, especially the doctors. I’m glad they got my tracheotomy out. Michael, CNA is super awesome!!!

James Gahn

This Hospital sucks. They take forever.

Awa Jawo

I worked at Regency Hospital briefly as a CNA while going to nursing school. I was amazed by the team work and was eager to finish school and join the great team. Unfortunately the pressure of school forced me to quit without giving a notice. Now that i am a nurse I wish that they would re-hire me. I regretted leaving without giving a notice. A great place to work at!!!

Carl Seehus

We have been at Regency for 9 days. Getting to know the staff and administration. Administrative staff are highly qualified and dedicated. A real special thank you to the charge nurse who put a tracer into the peg feeding tube when it was pulled out. He did such an excellent job of placement that a long surgery was not necessary and instead she was out in 15 minutes. EXCELLENT WORK BY PROFESSIONALS!

Jarrod Condon

My father came to this location on September 11th from Abbott after suffering a stroke on August 29th and boy were we given the pie in the sky tour before he came by the CEO of this location about how he would be taken off the trach and once better get all therapy at this location and how well he would be taken care of, and how we can reach out to him personally anytime and here's my card. This long term acute care facility was a joke as 35 days have passed as of yesterday and he was moved to a nursing home. Wait a minute...the CEO said he would get all therapy there. I feel like someone lied to us on the pie in the sky tour and the doctors had no clue what to say when I brought up what was promised on the tour by the CEO of this location. At one point I found out he was on oxycodone and yet it was never placed on the medication list I received. Yes at first it was needed as he went into septic shock. But for two weeks he was in what looked to be an overmedicated state. When did he come off??? Two weeks later when it was in the works to move him. How can he do therapy when he's in a over medicated state???? Once off the oxycodone he became more aware, alert and responsive, his bleeder was down 2 MM in less than two months and the overall pressure on his brain was down significantly, and notes showed from PT and OT he was responsive once off the oxycodone, but they still cant help him??? Also if a patient is on Oxycodone, shouldn't it be on his list of medications when they give you that list???? So much for a LONG TERM ACUTE CARE FACILITY!!!! I WILL SAY THAT THE ONE THING THEY DID WAS GET HIM OFF THE TRACH 100%. But other than this one thing everything else we were told was a joke.

Diane Rumsey

Everything was fantastic. Haddy was amazing. From the moments we walked in the door our faith was restored and trusted. Friendly environment with skilled people.

Ellie Scherber

CNAs and nurses were great. They made me feel very comfortable. I got stonger and I am leaving tomorrow.

E West

The nurses were all excellent. Nurses were compassionate and knowledgeable. They listened to my needs as an individual. The nurses are the jack of all trades. Each had different specialties and worked as a team. I was very impressed. Physical therapy was compassionate and pushed me to get better Nutrition came up to take my orders and did an excellent job. They offered good choices and alternate choices. I would recommend!

Dawn Wagner

Our experience is just like all the other one star reviews. 1. Slow call light answering 2. Not enough staff 3. No communication about patients needs 4. If patient is unable to communicate their needs do not get met. 5. Lazy staff all sitting at nurses station. One nurse reading a chart everyone else chatting while call lights are going off down the hall. 6. Dirty rooms 7. Patients unable to pick food for meals. 9. No excercises for physical therapy 10. Did not look patient in the eye 11. Staff did not speak to patient. 12. Staff does not return calls to family. I have worked in the medical field for ten years and never saw anything like this place!

Haddy Ceesay

Roger Prodoehl

The food was good and got the choice of what I wanted. Most nurses cared, sometimes had to wait. Rehab helped me walk and I am more independent. Overall I feel great. My trach is gone and leaving tomorrow!

Chico Barrett

I would not advise anybody to bring their loved ones to displace They do not take the adequate time to try to listen to the patient or to understand them They have very short patience with their patience and badd attitude I would not leave my dog or fish with them!!!....PS..they act good in front of family but You ask my wife who was a patient there who has stage 4 ALS not able to speak well at all my wife has complained to me on numerous Occasion's about the mistreatment the bruises how she's being ignored its terrible if you gonna bring your family there I advise you to watch them very closely because Because majority of the staff they are sucks not all love him but the majority of them... I'm just trying to keep it Real with the You all I had nothing against his face before My wife got there it wasn't until after we had been there a month then I start seeing all the stuff then I really didn't want to see at this place I thought they were nice too but I was wrong.

Maikee Lee

I wish I could rate 0 for this facility. I would not recommend to bring your love ones to this hospital. My husband had a heart transplant and has been at the University of MN medical center for 3 months. He need help weaning down on the ventalitdor. My husband have to transfer to one of this hospital which they're specialize in weaning patients with the vent. My husband chose to go to this hospital because it is closer to home. The hospital is in a quiet place and it is in a good safe neigborhood area. But, the level of care are horrible; the nurses are not well skilled enough and they're very slow. The medications that my husband was suppose to be given early at 8 in the morning, they gave it to him at 11 and noon time. My husband was given high doses of potassium. I've questioned the nurses and all they've said was that they were unsure and are only following the doctor's ordered. The medication that was suppose to be taken once a day, they were giving him twice a day. I always have to stay close by whenever they have medications to my husband because I'm afraid they were going to give more. The hospital looks like zombie place. The equipment for health care is very old and not updated. The x-ray tech is a very old version. There is also NO hospital thermometer. The food portion are so small and not good as well. The staff and the hospital are not professional. HEY! COME ON, NOW IS 2017! Everything should be updated and be more PROFESSIONAL . This hospital it is in a Twin Cities but how come it's like being in the countryside? Once, while I'm gone my husband call me back to come back to the hospital. He said he's not feeling safe staying alone, because seem like the staff are not respecting him and treating him well. He can not really do much to help himself because he's on the vent. And whenever the nurses are done with his/her jobs, they just leave the room without handing my husband his call light nor asking him what else he need. We been there for 4 days without therapy at all. Our goal is to go there to get therapy and help weaning down the ventalitdor but, no therapy and all my husband did was sit and go back to bed. They wouldn't allow my husband to stand up and move around without a nurse in the room. Luckily, my husband was able to get transferred back to the U of M again. We will never go back to regency hospital again. Again, I do NOT recommend this place.

Comfortable and caring setting. Nurse and staff were great. Physicians were attentive and manage my pain.

We had a close friend transfer to Regency after spending time in the ICU for a brain injury following a motorcycle accident. The amount of communication and compassion that was given to the family really was were the healing started. All the clinical staff from nursing to care aides share this commitment to care.

My stay at Regency Hospital was a great experience for me. The staff at Regency was AWESOME!!! They made a long rode short by being with you and treat you like a person. The staff makes sure they create a good connection with the patients and treat you like a human being. Go Regency!!!

Impressed at the changes made to management and staff. The new Chief Nursing Officer, Heather is not only a great nurse but a terrific leader. The wean rate of 76% is the most recent reported outcome as of 1/2018, the gift they give back to so many pts and their families with this skill set is beyond words, big thanks to the RT team for this work. So many other great teams operating here as well. This is a unique level of care to perform daily and they do it well.

I’m a patient from northern Wisconsin. I was transferred to Regency from Duluth. I’ve been happy with everything. The staff and doctors are good. Being removed from the ventilatior has been great. Looking forward to heading back home!

Lexi from wound care was very good. Staff that worked with me were great. Regency was a great place for my recovery. Very comfortable.

What a disappointing place! Patients can put light on for something, then a half hour later when nobody has come in, do it again. It often takes more than an hour for a response. And they call it patient care? More like abuse to me.

They really looked out for me and treated me well. The kitchen customized my meals. Case management helped me get home. Nursing staff was attentive and caring.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say...the staff was incredible and they truly loved my husband who was there for 4 months. I also loved how they treated our family and myself. My husband is now in a TCU closer to home and because of the amazing care that he received at Regency he is doing really well considering where he started...love, love, love the staff....all I can say is, take the time to get to know each one of them. Ask questions AND get involved....the staff is truly dedicated to getting your loved ones "whole" again....thank you all at Regency Hospital. ...

Regency helped me get better. I am going home today. Wound knew what they were doing and actually took the time to spend with me and cleaned the wound carefully.

Really good, kind, and thoughtful people. The team worked well with family and supporting our needs. Dr. Hauer spent quality time where he listened and answered all our questions. The staff are invested and it shows. I strongly recommend the Hospital.

Diane Brawley

Everyone at Regency has been amazing. They work as a team and follow through.

I've been here many times to perform medical tests. The patients who come here are in bad shape when they arrive. The hospital did not cause their problems. The people who provide for their care are underappreciated. The place is better than the reviews would have you believe.

Mohammed was phenomenal, Amanda was great. All staff excellent working with my family member. Regency has been a wonderful stay. Doctors and nurses are great!

JoAnne Neft

Such a disappointment. I've never stepped foot in a more unorganized, unmanaged hospital. I could go on but I'll leave it at that.

First time here. Visiting family. I really want to sweep the messy floor in this waiting area but that is the least of my concerns. My family member had to use the bathroom. She is not able to get up. Pushed the button for the nurse. Almost 5 minutes passed. Had to go out of the room and get the nurse. Even then nobody went into her room. Suggested they get me a bed pan so I could help her and STILL it was a couple of minutes before anybody went in there to help her. If there was a shortage of staff I could be understanding but there were at least 9 people standing around and visiting. This makes me really sad. If a person can't get their basic needs met here, what else is missing? I felt very unsettled leaving her here.

Im from Red Lake up north, and at Regency for major wound care treatment. Everyone has been great Doctors are great, especially Dr. Patel. Nurses have been excellent. Food is good too. Highly recommended.

All the nurses and doctors were great. Overall positive experience. All were so nice to work with and caring.

My 53 year old sister-in-law was transferred there for acute care after an illness left her paralyzed. She fell out of her bed TWICE while in their care. Because she was unable to call for help she was supposed to be checked on frequently. Last week, within 72 hours of the 2nd fall (and hours away from being transferred to rehab) she was found dead in her bed. The family was told she was cold by the time she was found. My brother has had to hire a private company to perform an autopsy because they refuse to order one. Disgusting.

I was there for roughly a month and a half in early 2016, for the most part most of the staff I had were really really nice and helpful when I was there. Had a few rough points occasionally with getting help sometimes but for the most part a lot of the nurses and cna's and the members of the therapy team I did work with treated me pretty nicely, and some of them even took time to occasionally talk with me and gave words of encouragement when they had a few minutes of free time to actually talk to me like a normal person

Even though Regency knew they were accepting a special needs young man, they by no means were prepared to work with him. The doctor just gave up on him, as well as the physical therapy dept, and the speech therapy. Even though most of the staff, cna, nurse, and respiratory people are very caring and helpful, I'd rate them as more than exceptional, but as far as the institution as a whole, as far as a rehab facility is a complete failure and waste of time, especially if they are special needs patients.
