The therapists and staff dont care about you. They just want to put things in youre record.

I do not think they were helpful in the least.

We have sent two of our kids through the IOP program and had a great experience with each of them over a year ago. The skills they taught our kids, and the lessons they had for both them and us as parents were very helpful. Both kids enjoyed going each day. The staff were helpful and accommodating when they were able, knowing that they do have a structure for the program for a reason. The IOP program helped give us a good reference point, through the sessions the parents attend and discuss, on the best language for us to use to help our kids when they were struggling with an issue. After completing IOP the business office was also willing to work with us on finding acceptable ways to pay the bill.
