Terrible bedside manner. The doctor was a joke that was more worried about what he was prescribing me than finding out what was wrong. I wouldn't bring my animal to the doctor I seen.

We brought our son to Essentia Health Sandstone due to his fever and terrible cough late at night. We received excellent care that was responsive and timely. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It's a beautiful new facility too!

We’ve always received excellent medical service, and have full confidence in the staff’s expertise. This is not just a standalone hospital - rather, it’s a vital and necessary part of our community. The staff cares about our community, and is always involved in local events and initiatives. We greatly appreciate our hospital and the people!

I give this rating for jonette. Usually I have a hard time at the er but she was kind enough to find someone to register us so we didn't have to wait! Great employee

Why did I hate this place???? Well maybe it's because I brought me 3 year old in for a fever of 102.1 and you idiots helped everyone but us. Lucky for us his fever went down while we say there for 2 hours. I will never bring my family to your facility again. I will take them to Mora or elsewhere but never again to the sandstone facility

My mother is currently undergoing care at your hospital. When I stop in to visit her, I am warmly greeted and impressed by the attentive nurses she has had. My mother reports that her care is being attended to and tgat the staff go above and beyond to make her stay comfortable and pleasant as possible. Thank you so much for caring for my mother so well.

Worst experience I had in the doctors office didn’t have any record of me ever being there and I had to pay a co-pay before they would even see me would not even bill it to me

Long wait times. Understaffed. Even getting a standard preemployment UI done here will take over an hour. The medical professional I saw at the weekend walk in clinic missed the obvious ear infection I went in to have treated and suggested I rub thieves essential oil on my face for ear pain. Luckily I was able to go to Gateway the next day and get an antibiotic. Cannot recommend bringing yourself or your family here, sorry.

I went to the emergency room with bad pain in two of my teeth. I had begun to run a temp of 101.1 ànd I have had 3strokes and my head was hurting so I figured my blood pressure was real high and I have high blood pressure as it is so I didn't want to have another stroke. I waited 20_25 minutes in the room before the doctor came in. I was told my blood pressure was 200something over 100something but the doctor said that is okay and did not ask about my fever, took a look in my mouth and said I will give you antibiotics and was gone. The nurse was moaning about how many allergies she had to go over with me...she said oh my god. My pain was never discussed which I am sure attributed to my blood pressure which by the way, set off the alarm on the blood pressure machine. The doctor spent 2 seconds with me. I never knew the doctors name. It was not on the paperwork given to me anywhere. The nurse gave me one dose of antibiotic and said we could pick up the rest at our pharmacy in the morning and that it would be waiting for us but when my husband went to get it, it was not there so the pharmacy had to call around go finally get it and we couldn't even tell them who the doctor was I saw. It was one big hassle! I will never return to your facility. Unprofessional and pure disgusting to me and my husband. I'm afraid I could die there.

I arrived at 5:00 am on my way to a week long fishing vacation in Canada the last week of June. I had the beginnings of pink eye but didn't know it. I was seen right away and the staff listened as I was speaking with the physician. Supplies and equipment were brought in to check if my eye was scratched before the physician order was written. I said something about being thirsty and a cup of ice water showed up. I received a prescription and was on my way in an hour. Great Care. Great Anticipation. Very attentive even though I was non-emergent. While this was my first visit at the new hospital, it was not our first visit as a family. The care has always been great. Thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff for being there when truly needed.
