Brought my child in, the care was excellent and we saw the doctor quickly. My child needed surgery and was admitted to the hospital. Everyone was friendly. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

FBuffalo hospital was just okay. Because, I thought I broke my ankle at overnight camp just 15 minutes away from there! They have not see a whole lot of patients who have rare disabilities. So they just drew blood. And instead of figuring out what was the problem! They just diagnosed me with some crazy diseases. And sent me back to camp. But after the my overnight camp was finished. My parents finally took me to Gellite Specialty Healthcare Hospital. And Gellite finally found out the problem with my ankle. And they treated it probably.

By far the worst ER I've ever been to. The nurse knew nothing I was asking her. Gave me attitude for not keeping my kids shots updated. And just overall a nasty person. On a happy note my kids got Popsicles and the Doctor was very respectful of my choices. But since you spend more time with the nurses. I won't be coming back

Worst experience ever! I should’ve listened to everyone who warned me about this place. My husband went to urgent care and they wanted to take him by ambulance to hospital but he declined to have me his wife take him to hospital. Once we get to buffalo hospital it was immediately a noticeable negativity in the air from staff. Husband blood sugar was well over 300 and he needed meds and a new reader. After arguing and going back forth with dr he finally got the meds and the reader. My husband was weak, vision was shaky and the entire visit he had to fight for what he needed, we were shocked that he never was put on IV or anything to lower his sugar. We filed a complaint and received a response letter today stating Dr Hall offered my husband the reader and an iv and that my husband denied both! We are beyond frustrated on this lie this dr Hall has told as he never was offered either one. The reader my husband had to argue for and explain to dr on what’s the use of the meds without a reader for him to track his sugar.My husband then went to another hospital in Waconia where they took great care of him and gave him prescription for reader and set him up with primary doctor.

Had a back issue admitted by ambulance friendly emergency staff. I was admitted to the hospital all the nurses and doctors were wonderful concerned about cost and I had the best care possible thank you

I went into Buffalo Hospital with very bad stomach pain. They did an ultrasound and i was told my pain was because of cysts on my liver. They informed me to schedule an outpatient CT because it was nothing urgent. I asked what i could do or what i could take to get this pain to go away, knowing that Tylenol or ibuprofen wouldn’t help, and was told to just go home and rest. I was looked at like all i was looking for was drugs. I was home for maybe 2 hours and ended up heading back to the Maple Grove hospital where they did an emergency CT and found that my appendix was about to rupture.. i ended up having emergency surgery and am in recovery right now.

Took my grandmother to the ER, sat there till 11pm when they decided to admit her. She had fallen and had hip pain but it was not broken. The next day I sat on the phone for over an hour getting transferred because no one knew where she was. They had no record of her and even asked me if I was calling the right hospital. Very disappointing.

Was just in for a 6 day migraine at that point it's now at day 9 and no relief. Dr. Kinnans treatment was unprofessional and incomplete. Sent me home without makung sure I was 1) able to go home.. thanfully i had a driver and 2) was feeling better. The Buffalo ER has gone down hill in servicing their patients.

Horrible place. I've heard bad things from others but it was the closest place. I went in with extreme dehydration and was vomiting. It took them 2 hours to see me and all they gave me was some nausea meds and a Gatorade to drink. After I threw up the Gatorade they just told me not to drink so fast and kicked me out before I was feeling better. My sister is a nurse at the mayo and said they should have given me an iv of saline.

I severely cut partially through three fingers on my right hand while doing some work outdoors. After providing myself first aid, I had my husband drive me to the ER in Buffalo as it is the closest place. I'd been to Buffalo a few years back and had a decent experience then as well. This time, they got me in immediately. I had seven stitches placed in the fingers during the visit. They were thorough and professional. The visit was quick and the staff were courteous. I would certainly return if necessary and have full confidence in the nurses and Doctors employed there.

I’m updating my review. Buffalo Hospitalstaff nurses always treat me well. I have been suffering from chronic pain for the last six months. Upon going there, I was shamed and threaten to be sent to detox because there was alcohol in my system. Apparently threatening someone to send them to city 30 miles away has worked before. Not this time. negligent and cruel? YES YES YES. I’m sure if you got shot they might treat you if you were nice enough.

The staff is very friendly and attentive! They have mundane procedures asking the same things over and over etc but in this sub happy world these days I understand completely.
