You will be able to see all the feddbacks of real people who used the services and products of VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (Hospital) in the area close to Michigan.
To this day the business has a rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 and the rating has been based on 262 reviews.
You may have noticed that it reaches an feddbacks average is good, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to give their score when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to write scores when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Hospital corresponds to the category of Veterans hospital.
Have had only pleasant experience at the V.A. hospital. Very satisfied with my care and treatment. Recommend it to all my family and friends.
Been coming hear for 7yrs and my experience is varied yet repeated at each one (great)
To Whom it may concern, As a veteran, I recently had to have a couple surgeries at the VA hospital. I confess, I was somewhat concerned about how things would go. My concern was, of course, first for how I would recover and then how I would be treated. I was pleasantly surprised. From the time I was diagnosed, through the time I was released and even when I went back for my follow-up, My treatment was top-notch. Dr. Jonathon Warner explained what the procedure would be. I would need two surgeries. I needed some pre cancerous cells removed from my skin and then, in a few days I had to have a skin graft by the plastic surgery team. All together, I spent 12 days in the VA hospital in Ann Arbor in room B528 The surgical staff did a great job. They explained what would happen and when I woke up it was done. They and the doctors came up to see and follow up with me. They stayed long enough to have real conversations with me. They asked me if I had any other questions. I realize that they have rules and procedures to help them make sure they see all their patients. However, when they were in, talking with me, they didn't rush on to the next patient too quickly. As for the kitchen staff, they were outstanding. In addition to being friendly, they looked after me and honored my requests for extra coffee from time to time. I could not believe the high level of professionalism of the nurses, nurses aids and interns. My surgery was embarrassing have and to talk about. The nurses helped reassure me that it was “just part of their job.” None of them were ever inappropriate or unprofessional. They took excellent care of me. I was very impressed with how soon they would come in if I hit the nurse button. I didn't have much pain, But when I did, and I called them, they did all they could to help me. I always felt that they wanted to be there. They never made me feel like I was a burden or wasting their time. Dr. Ranganathan came in and checked on me daily I believe. In addition to dressing my skin graft, she was also very pleasant and professional. Dr. Conkle was also very helpful and informative. I've spoke to a lot of doctors over the years. The bedside manner of the doctors in Ann Arbor is second to none. I filled out many of the forms to say how much I appreciated a good number of the nursing staff individually but I'm sure I missed some people. I'm sorry I couldn't remember all of their names. I am a student of leadership and I saw evidence of it throughout my stay at the V.A. Hospital in Ann Arbor. I can not say enough good things about the way I was treated. Thank you all very much for everything you all did for me. Most sincerely, Steven A. Bedgood
NO one Better then the professionals at the VA in Ann Arbor! Great Care! Forever grateful to them!!
They are slow like any other dr office, but other than that service is good
Listen up fellow veterans... this facility is very clean and the staff are friendly to your face... they'll even make it seem like their working extra hard on your issues. It's a smoke screen. It's a teaching hospital so yeah they are on best behavior, but the chief of neurology their Dr. Michael Wong lied to my face about policy and treatment options on 5 seperate occasions in front of my mother... I recorded the visit I suggest all you vets record your visits to the VA because they are lying to you... I don't care how polite they are to your face their job is to keep you stagnated in healthcare not get you the appropriate treatment.
Its nice to see you removed my post if about 3 weeks ago. I thoroughly looked twice. Part of it was flatering and the other part was not so great. Very dissapionting. Guess 4th stage vancer is not important. Typical of the government coverup. My star rating just dropped.
The are doing a lot of work on the building again that looks nice but they need to step up their care of us Veterans. It shouldn't take months to be seen or cared for.
Long wait for appointments
Great really nice kinda sweet helpful
Had DBS Deep brain stimulation today and surgon was great. Can't ask for better.
Without a doubt this is the best VA Hospital I have ever used in my life I've been to the VA in Phoenix Arizona Riverside California Oklahoma City Oklahoma and this is the best VA there is or that I have been to. If you feel unsatisfied with your services that you receive here at the Ann Arbor VA feel free to visit the Detroit Veterans Hospital I am certain you will feel that you would want to return to Ann Arbor, better yet just stay in Detroit.
Go here constantly they take good care of me
Abysmal phone support, employees just don't care about customers.
Just spoke with the operator while looking for my father. He was short and very rude acting like he was being bothered! "Nope" is not an answer when asked again if my father was there!
I recently became a patient at the Ann Arbor VA in July. The staff is amazing however my only complaint is, my physician ordered a sleep study done for me as she suspects I have sleep apnea, and it is now 3 months and I am still waiting for them to even call me to schedule an appointment for it. I will be starting midnight shift very soon and will likely have to decline the appointment because I won't be able to get the night off to participate. The rediculously long wait time for appointments is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. Everything else is incredible.
Worst care in the world. Am suing them as I speak.
Limited by the fed not the facility. Great place, great staff.
Overall they are good. I would not say great as it can be a month or more to see the doctors. My knew is bad, and I had to wait a month to see my doctor, and then 6 weeks to see the department that gave me the shot for my knee. They can spend millions on the new 'welcome center', why not spend it on more doctors instead?
About time!
Why are there only outstanding reviews about the VA? Reality is the VA is a failed system costing our nation over $150 Billion annually where the VA uses those resources protecting their funding and influence. With over ten years trapped inside the VA system bogged down by court appointed financial and medical conditions pushed on me by the VA, repeatedly the VA medical leadership I experienced did not understand Post 9/11 american special operations warriors. Fearing our training and experience, they failed to understand the reality of our plight with being associated with fighting extreme Islamic fundamentalism and public awareness. Meaning the mental health costs of Post 9/11 are not the same as previous wars. With that heightened sense of urgency returning home from war, failed efforts with the VA only complicated matters with my mental health. Worse, the VA was given full authority and influence on my future and care to include how my financial benefits were distributed. As if being a 42 year old Post 9/11 repeated combat volunteer was not enough to prove my maturity. The VA got away with dictating how my life was managed. It took me fighting in court to push away from the VA. Do not prop up this failed idea costing us crucial lives in American volunteers (Formerly known as veterans) and vital federal funding best used elsewhere. SOLUTION: Abolish the VA replace minimum with private healthcare options funded NOT MANAGED by the Federal Government. If you want to continue resting at peace every night fully confident we continue to volunteer protecting you, if we fight for the federal government, they have an obligation to fully fund post war healthcare for those who fight. Volunteers are not free.
They are always FANTASTIC with my grandfather who just turned 95, they have been SO much help to him over the years. I don't know what we would have done without them. That being said, I didn't give them a 5 star because we always seem to have to wait an hour or two PAST our scheduled appointment to see anyone. There really is room for a better process, especially since we drive from hours away.
Love this va
I have been receiving services here for over 6 years and love them! Best VA in Michigan!
i have never anywhere in my life been treated with more respect the VA HOSPITAL in ANN ARBOR Michigan from parking to the greeters inside a few times being unable to drive the shuttle has picked me up and the driver helped me from my door step onto the bus the greeter inside Jeff always makes everyone feel welcome and knows where and will take you to the clinic appointment, the shuttle drivers Chris and TOO TALL have made me feel safe with their good driving skills my PAC and DR are wonderfulVery clean This is a great team THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF OF YOU FOR CARING FOR OUR VETS Lt. Colonel Woody Combs USA RETIRED GOD BLESS AMERICA
I love the staff, any one you meet,is so nice
Among the best of the VA centers I've seen. Parking is available, free to veterans. Emergency/urgent care 24/7. Caring, friendly staff and volunteers. Associated with UM Health Center, which is good and bad. The experienced docs and nurses are great, and you can have access to some UM specialists; but you also may be seen, diagnosed and treated by brand new docs in almost every specialty clinic, who are not as skilled.
Where as the staff give you the grestest care.... Dont waste you money a the cafeteria. The brother who used to work doing short order eggs, chilli dogs, fries used to do a great job. Fast and freindly. But now. The short order cook makes terrible eggs. He is very slow and can't multi task. The woman working with him is slow and un organised. People line up and wait for their food. Not because of socializing. But because the cook is slow! He can't do more than one thing at a time. Please, please, teach this man. Over medium is not runny eggs! If you can't make a egg right, your not a cook and need a different job.
The location in Ann Arbor is head & shoulders above the Detroit location. Veterans are treated with respect and dignity.
Great care by great people, every time I have been here. They make us veterans feel like we are part of a royal family. They really do care and appreciate us as veterans. to Thanks to the VA in Ann Arbor. Michigan
I'm 63 years old and never had any experience with the VA system in any way. However, I've always heard bad things. Well! I've just been exposed to the VA in Ann Arbor through an extensive stay for my dad, who's a Korean War Vet. I cannot say enough good and positive things about every aspect of the experience. Every staff member--from ER, intake, all the docs and nurses, social services, even parking attendants, etc. etc.--have all been exemplary. I'm 100% confident that my dad is in very good hands. I do, however, have to comment about the food, which is frankly like prison food. It needs some serious nutritional attention and the cafeteria is even worse. Both UM and Beaumont Hospitals have done a great job bring variety, diversity and nutritional options to their patients and their public cafeteria. I believe patients, staff and visitors would appreciate and benefit from a serious overhaul of the food options available at the VA. Other than that, carry on!!
Our family is so thankful for the wonderful care our dad was given. We were so impressed by how everyone we met was friendly and helpful. From ER to ICU to the in patient 5th floor and his final stop the CLC. You helped the family on this journey and it is greatly appreciated.
Best clinic ever staff is very respectful and knowledgeable
Appreciate the email regarding this matter.
Great staff and highly efficient.
The whole team is there to help you The numbers of new people grows every day but the team is doing a great job handling the surge.
Overall I received outstanding care from the VA staff. I lost 50 pounds through to their MOVE program. My primary care physician is very outstanding. When I used the ER a couple of times, their service was outstanding, and my health issues were resolved.
Any VA in Michigan has always treated me great.
Clean place. And unlike Detroit they have Friendly employees. Fast service. Signs posted everywhere to guide you. And no language barriers here.
Bit of a strenuous experience I've had with the VA the past 5 years. During my time in service I was experiencing issues with my back, and found myself discharged in 2011. After which, I visited the Ann Arbor VA ER for further problems with my back and right arm; the result of this was a recommendation for my wife to massage my back. After seeing my newly assigned primary care physician and being told nearly the same thing, I found myself discouraged from this health care system and would not find myself back into their care for this issue (which I had learned to tolerate) until September of 2015 after a rather nasty car accident. I had been diagnosed with whiplash, and underwent physical therapy which did little good in remedying the more intense and bothersome pain, which was an intensified type of the one I had felt for the past 4 years at the time. The doctor was concretely opposed to running the proper imaging tests, even after the physical therapy had ended. After this, they found it suitable to run an EKG/EEG on my legs, although the nerve pain was primarily in my arms. Luckily, I found myself in the care of a recently transferred doctor in the past few weeks, and was more than glad to help figure out why I was in pain, not stick to a diagnosis; it's only because of her fresh status that I feel I got the care I deserve and can possibly be on the road to recovery, if the damage hasn't already been done. It's for this, and only this reason, I cannot in good faith give a 1 star status, because with perseverance you can get the healthcare you deserve through the Ann Arbor VA. If you are a new patient to this hospital, expect to be: suspected of drug seeking; treated both poorly and condescendingly; lengthy, tedious, and impertinent tests. Furthermore, expect to see the current failures of the American Healthcare system on show in a grand fashion.
Stayed for 7 days, the shower room was filthy, cleaning crew came in, when they left there was still garbage on the floor. Had to wait until day 2 to receive toiletries.
worst 2 days. If I had the money I would never go to a VA hospital. To many new doctors that don't know what they are doing.
Best VA I've been to and I've been to lot of them
I LOVE LOVE LOVE AA-VA...enough said. Thanks to all!
They treat you like a number.
I left my paperwork from the doctor at the hospital after my appointment. I called to see if I could retrieve it. The person I talked to on the blue team was very short with me, said she couldn't help and hung up on me. I don't know why she was so mean. The doctor and the staff were very nice and attentive during my visit. I guess there's always one...
Doug from Harbor Beach, I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, Dr. Lien, the hand surgeon was amazing, along with Doctors Lindsey and Dr Gagnet. These people are a class act.
We were in and out of VA Ann Arbor in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Saw the primary care doctor, had blood drawn, got issued a new ID care. We had the best service there. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
Great doctors and nurses. Wonderful and caring staff. Very dedicated to their patience. Never had any issues.
I have been a patient at this facility for almost 10 years. The healthcare is excellent, the facility is clean and large enough to provide just about any specialty you need, and the staff has always been very helpful. What else can you ask for from ANY hospital?
Obligated custom may be morally praiseworthy but not obligatory. Respect is earned and can be lost.
The support staff and nurses are superlative. Too bad any experience here is worsened by the arrogant, self-righteous, know-it-all, demeaning physicians from UofM. They must give special classes teaching how to belittle patients and make them feel as though any health problems were caused by their own stupidity, and, if patients were just as excellent as we intelligentsia you'd be just fine.
I’ve been trying to get them to fill my medications for weeks now. When they finally get my script to the pharmacy the can’t even fill that right. Some how my doctor managed to get my script wrong four times in two weeks. This place a joke. They want you to go crazy so they don’t refill your medication on time.
I get the help I need. Very professional. Thank you VAMC!!
unusually good VA hospital. amazing staff.
Thank you for saving my life. I had 90% blockage in my veins and they made them good as new. Best care I ever got in a hospital. Love to all of you for your time and have.
Great staff. Very efficient and friendly.
I love the people there. Hands down one of the best places to go for treatment in the VA system. I am almost always seen at the scheduled time or very close to it. It’s always nice to see familiar faces and be remembered by a very nice staff that makes you comfortable. I go here for my RA, the arthritis clinic is good, and I’ve had some tests done and procedures to investigate various problems I’ve been having. Every time it’s a pleasant efficient experience and everyone is professional and willing to answer any questions I have. The only thing that doesn’t make it perfect is the wait time for appointments, because the VA is always so busy and booked up months ahead of time, but they have made great efforts and successfully got me in sooner when someone cancelled. I really appreciate the people at the Ann Arbor VA and thankful to this country for providing it to us vets. Even with my good health insurance, all my meds and tests would have me almost bankrupt by now. I don’t know what some of the bad reviews are talking about, my experience has always been good and my doctors are always thoughtful and cautious with treating me, unlike others who just throw pills at you that end up causing more problems. With the care I get here and my team in Toledo things have improved for me over the last year and I’m thankful for that! Yes sometimes it can be frustrating dealing with the VA, but these doctors see tons of patients per year and the staff has to deal with the same bureaucracy we do. I’m fortunate to have alternatives since I can still work (thanks to these people), but I’d rather go here than most private practice doctors.
Criminals paid to hide a diagnosis from people who tried to do something for their country. They do not care about you. If you are not sick or being managed they don’t want to help you it’s not about being healthy it’s about them controlling you. Reposting at my leisure. Google will just hide your honest review.
Slow wait time for Emergency room, and pharmacy. But everyone is very friendly and helpful with my visits so far.
Been waiting 1HR 30 min for my appointment. Can’t believe we cannot do anything to improve this! Losing pay while I wait... if we are 15 min late, they cancel our appointment. Need to hold Dr.s to a better standard... Veterans should not have to drive 1 hr and wait so long for their appointment. #wrong #tooOldForThisShit
excellent excellent the purple Team, Sara and Dr Pilz are the best
"Very Knowledgeable And Caring Team, We Thank You For Your Service!!"
The ANN ARBOR VA HOSPITAL (in Michigan) is THE MOST AMAZING HOSPITAL!! <3 Because of an unfortunate "serious life crisis", I have been coming to the ANN ARBOR VA HOSPITAL, regularly, for the past 7 years! It has been a TRUE Life-Saving Experience for me!! <3 From the moment I enter the hospital, there are "Angels" that welcome me as I come in, "Angels" that work in every department (and, Yes, I have been in almost every single department!), "Angels" that volunteer walking around on every floor, and "Angels" taking care of Veterans, Everywhere!! <3 It is the MOST CARING, ATTENTIVE, SUPPORTIVE, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, VETERAN-HONORING PLACE I HAVE "EVER" BEEN TO ~ I AM ALWAYS "EXCITED" WHEN I REALIZE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, and I ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE A "QUEEN" WHEN I GO THERE!! <3
I had my triple bypass here ,they take.really good care of all veterans I have no complaints
Every visit to the Ann Arbor VA is the best experienced. The staff is the greatest, I have been going to this facility for the last 10 years and I am always impressed with the care and concern the staff has. There are a lot of scandals concerning the healthcare at VA,s around the country but I'm here to tell you it is not this one. If the folks in Washington are ever going to solve the VA issues they need to use this facility as the model. Congratulations to the staff for a job well done you folks are the greatest and a special thanks to Dr. Clay and Reiko Buckles for making my life worth living.
I like my care at VA, it has a system that you must use to get proper care. Using myheathevet is essential. You secure massaging to to your doctor about your health problem. He will respond. If you call another depth and no one answers leave your info and they will call back. They have taken care of my every need
OUTSTANDING SERVICE at all stations. I do not like the phone system though.
The most incompetent and useless hospital and system around. Our country should be disgusted that this is how we treat our veterans. My 11 year old could make a better diagnosis than my father's so called team. His doctors rotated every few weeks which means zero consistency and follow through. An absolute joke.
I will not go to the VA hospital downtown they treat you as inconvenience to their work load. This facility bends over backwards to get you the care and treatment you need. Kudos to the entire staff
I am not impressed with the service there. I still haven't received my meds. in the mail, I called Dermatology last week and left all my info on their answering machine. still no call back! And you wonder why the V.A. has a bad rap!
Outstanding. Keep it up.
I have consistently had nothing but problems with this VA. I have to drive over an hour to be seen by them. There has never been a time where something isn't wrong. Whether they cancelled my appointment and forgot to tell me, or forget to fill my prescription and never mail it to me, or many other problems I consistently have with them. The staff has a bad attitude, the doctors I've seen are bottom of the barrel type, and it is a nightmare every time I have to go. I can't get calls returned, or prescriptions filled. They are absolutely horrible.
Good people... good everything!
Good people. Great service
We Love our PCP Dr. Park. She listens, is caring and makes sure follow up is done. Best doctor there in our humble opinion. The blue team nursing staff rocks too. Thank you.
Been coming here since 98 and have never been disappointed with the staff and facility.
Honestly the best care I ever received anywhere. I cannot say enough about this Hospital
Awesome! Great tool being in an unfamiliar place and finding any destination we've needed!
My Dad always have appointments here. They get him in on time always. There always nice to him my
SMH... if you need to use the emergency services here as a 100 disabled vet but have no way to make the hour and a half drive or the pain won't let you have to play Russian roullette with your wallet if you use a civillian provider. Why is this allowed? I couldnt get one person to give me a direct answer except you might have to pay if use non govt.
Drove a friend here to help him out.
I get all of my health care through the Ann Arbor VA.
As a homeless veteran, once part of the Vietnam conflict, i since ran into hard times, with the Salvation Army Harbor light program combined through the VA Hospital. I get the medical need met. Diagnosis with Vocal cord cancer, the hospital gave me the care i needed. the Salvation army gave me a place to live. The VA travel bus system seen to it that i got from the salvation army shelter. to the VA Hospital. Thank you all for allowing me to feel. I fell welcome home, after all these years.
Recently had a my first experience as an inpatient. The care was equal to or better than any I have received at ANY hospital PLUS I was always treated with respect and thanked many times for my service. There needs to be a greater appreciation for newer therapies that are available, but that is in every hospital.
My treatment is outstanding every time that I have an appointment at this hospital.
OUTSTANDING Service! On all levels, and at all the stations
My Father has received the utmost professional, top notch, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable care here!
Helpful
Best VA hospital in Michigan
Cause i am a VA and they take care of me good
Very wonderful staff. Doctors are wonderful. Friendly.
I was recently admitted through the Ann Arbor VA Hospital Emergency for a severe reaction to medication that was rapidly closing off my airway. The entire staff put their knowledge and skills together and saved my life. I will forever be grateful for the care that I continue to receive through this wonderful Healthcare facility. The kindness, compassion, respect and overall care that I receive is of the utmost highest-rated quality. I will forever sing my praises about the entire staff; from the Dr's, Nurses, and on down the line. Absolutely everyone there deserves recognition and praise for yet another life saved and another person given a second chance at life. Thank you. My heart is full.
Excellent Services, care & staff. Very advanced in medical field & technology
Every time I take my Dad, we are met with smiles and professionalism. Everyone treats my Dad with respect.
Very efficient for the most part at getting appointments scheduled. Coming from the north M-14 is closed so must loop around to Bedded Rd
Greatest medical assistance I have ever received. I have had two surgeries done there and I'm extremely satisfied. I must have the best primary care physician. I can't ask for a better neurologist. Wonderful sleep clinic. Every person that I have ever came in contact with in the16 years that I have been going to the Ann Arbor VA has been professional, caring and just wonderful. I travel about 180 miles round trip; so, I can use the Ann Arbor VA.
Great staff, sometimes a bit slow at the pharmacy, but over all great.
Great place for any age veteran
Very friendly and helpful staff!
The best. I wish I could be a cheerleader for the VA
Primary care visit. Great Doctor, he is out of U of M. Donates one day a week to the AAVA. Lucky us.
Very nice medical center with friendly staff
The Best medical care I have ever had, either an outpatient or inpatient. They are the best hospital in the US. OUTBEATS THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN A LONG SHOT
Great staff, very informative. Couldn't as for better care.
Fast courteous and complete patient care.
Loved the VA hospital! When my mom had to spend a night there the nurses were really nice! They let me stay there with my mom during here stay there! Plus meeting all the vet's and learning what they went through during their experience in the military!
I love this place. I have been in and out of doctor's office both in civilian life and in the VA hospital I think ends down the VA treats patients much better than civilian Docs.
I also rate the facility & health care with 5 stars! Thank you & keep up the great work!
Every time I make an appointment here I am seen about an hour after the scheduled time. If I just show up an hour late, the time I would be seen they cancel the appointment. Just a loose loose kinda place. Keep the veterans down sould be their logo.
Dr Cynthia Culler and her staff are excellent but I did not care for the Emergency Room Staff, If I am unable to get in touch with my Dr I will go to another ER. I have worked in the medical field all of my life and from a 10 rating I would give the ER at the VA a 5 at best.
Worst service ever. My mother had called several times to get my great grandfather into the gastrointestinal clinic for a swallowing test, but each representative she had reached was either rude and hung up on her or they were unprofessional and didn't know how to do their job. If I were other people, I would not call this company! Calling elsewhere from now on!
This is the best Facility ever! My wife isn't a Veteran, but she loves going with me! I think she loves the VA as much as I do!
Good place for Vets.
This place is wonderrful in every way . THANK YOU SO MUCH.
VISN 10 isn’t worth the time - watch ur records people - VISN 10 is NOT trustworthy...
The call center for this facility is made up of the most incompetent, inconsiderate, and disregarding individuals ever. These folks do not even know how to cancel and/or reschedule any appointment and then you will showing on as a no show due to the critical and chronic level of incompetence and disregarding of its staff.
The staff in the ER were rude, inconsiderate and had no concern for patient confidentiality. I went in for severe chronic pain and was sent away untreated. They did nothing for me. I am disgusted and will contact every representative and congressman and news outlet. I am disgusted!
The staff does not work with an urgency to take care of patients. Once they actually see patients, the doctors are not capable of making a proper diagnosis. Government run healthcare is terrible
Nearly impossible to speak with someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I left messages on several answering machines, some even with patient advocates, and STILL haven't heard back. Going on 4 weeks now. Garbage for customer service. Once you get past the scheduling, nursing staff is pretty good.
Very professional
The best VA facility we have been to. Always attentive to my husband's need. The purple team and Dr. Hoover are the best. Two stints with doctors that come from the U of M. Wait time is similar to a civilian doctor's office. It is easy to contact the doctor through my healthevet web site and they are prompt with their answers. I wish I could go there.
The VA in Ann Arbor has been excellent in my experience.
Place don't care about patients.
Great staff, Top rated service.
I drove 2.5 hours each way from Holland Mi. When the Dr saw me he asked what I was there for I told him , then he ask some family history and about my injury (something he could have found out from my records but that's fine) then we went true my medication and he wanted me to try a medication that I have been using for over a year but since he for some reason didn't bother to look true my records didn't know that .So he told me to get some blood work and he'll let me know if he finds anything, but I had blood work done a month ago so instead of getting directions from the rude staff I drove 2.5 hours home. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. WE COULD HAVE DONE THIS OVER THE PHONE.
