I went here about a month ago because my daughter's hands had swollen up. The doctors were really nice and laughed and joked with me and my daughter. But the nurse and receptionist were not professional at all. When I first arrived I stood in line to be checked in, instead of calling me next like they did the other patients the receptionist at the desk just sat there staring at me. About 5 minutes later she just turned her head as if she did not see me, I stood there for about another 3 minutes until someone else asked "Excuse me do you need any help?" My daughter and I sat in the waiting area until 1:30am finally the nurse called her name, the nurse told her to step on the scale to be weighed, I started rubbing my daughter's shoulder to comfort her because she was scared and out of the blue the Nurse slapped my hand away and said "Don't touch her. I have to weigh her correctly & I do not need you to put any extra weight on the scale." I was shocked! I could not believe what she did! I looked at her & she looked away as if nothing happened. When she took us to the back room to look at my daughter's hands she handled them really roughly my daughter was screaming in pain but the nurse acted as if she did not care. Whoever that nurse was, she's in the wrong line of work, to me she was not professional or patient at all.

This is 'The' place to bring your children. Extremely helpful, courteous and caring staff at every level. Activities for the kids if they have to stay overnight. The patients food is basic 'hospital' food, not too appealing to the little ones. If coming in to the emergency room use the free 24 hour valet parking service. I was highly impressed with the professional level of service they provide. (Remember when things calm down to tip them.) If you're anywhere in the metro area it's well worth the drive to insure best best care for your children.

Very nice working place. Nurses really care about your children. Main door closes at 9pm open at 5am but emergency and parking door are open 24hour. Parking and Emergency Valet are free.

I have had my daughter here since her first surgery (open heart at 2 years old) and 7th surgery (hip fusion at 13 years old). We have had nothing but amazing staff from the doctors and surgeons to the nurses and even a great cafeteria.

Really really upset. I got here at 8pm and it's now it's 5:44am and we still have no room and my child is crying because he's Soo hungry and thirsy. It's been 24 hours for him since he has went to sleep. No nap and it's not easy keeping calm a 4 year awake and clam after 7 hours of waiting. Disappointed

The nurse on the 5th floor Morgan was amazing!!! Only nurse who seems to be doing her job right. She was great with my daughter Alihana. She is the only nurse my daughter doesn't cry with.

They were nothing but kind to my son and my husband and me. The pediatric anesthesiology was amazing. My son has autism and they were understanding and helpful. They also gave him a blanket, which not only calmed him down but he loves to this day. They were efficient and respectful and I wish every doctor I have to go to (and we go to a lot) were like this.

I called in for an appointment, had to wait a month. Showing up today for my appointment and waiting for over 1 hour (which I would've stayed longer if I didn't complain about the fact that everyone is coming and going and we haven't been called). Reception says Dr. Kim who we were assigned still has a patient to discharge + 2 patient in front of us? I was like you assigned us a doctor, we don't care which doctor we see, she said that is their process and we would have to reschedule. Only reason I came here because a friend told us it was a good hospital, going back to Henry Ford Pediatrics as we never had to wait over 45 minutes for am appointment we scheduled. I would advise this hospital to fix their broken system where someone has to be assigned a doctor who doesn't care which doctor as long as they are seen in the order they came in.

The ER is better than when he was admitted. They admitted him to a small room he had to share with someone else. He got no sleep because the people next to us made loud noise all night. Then you share a bathroom with the people next door also , so 4 patients 1 bathroom. How many germs are really spread.

I was there tonight at the ER with two very sick children, and the lack of care and urgency was appalling to say the least. High fevers, and nobody seemed to care, and 1 of them has an immune deficiency, so you’d think that they would take that into consideration. We were put in a room quickly, and that was about it. 2 hours and no nurse came to check on us, and no doctor. I have been to several ER’s throughout my life, and this was the absolute worst I have ever encountered. That’s really sad too, because it’s a hospital that is supposed to be devoted to children. We arrived at 840pm, and ended deciding to walk out with no discharge around 11pm. The nurse said she was sorry as we walked out, but I truly don’t believe they were sorry... but apologizing meant nothing at that point. My children were in pain, and they didn’t care.

This is suppose to be the best hospital for children.. I disagree cus my son has lead poison since December of 2017. They was suppose to lower his lead level. From 36 and gotten higher to 59. Told us it was ok to go home but it never went down. We got discharged but his lead level was still high. 2week check up came from him bein on the cumulative and it was much higher than before. So they told us to come back to the hospital for another 5 days.. They really kept us for another 8 close to 10 days. I was very upset and frustrated cus the day of discharge they held us back talkin about 27hrs.. Now they put an extra 3hrs on my sons time.. Its not fair to tell a parent that they are leavin at a curtain date and time, then when its time to actually go on that day.. They Will set you back on the time that ppl are suppose to be discharge. Its not right to do that at all. Some of the nurses dont care. That why i feel that i cant leave my son in that hospital by himself.. Since we been in the hospital he caught a fever which was 99.5% high. They told me thats normal. Its not normal if your child os burnin up and comin down wit somethin. They ran a test to see if he had anythin amd said he doesnt have a cold. But i see and hear how my child is comin down wit somethin cus hes congested he was fine b4 he got here.. The doctors are horrible. So parents please keep an eye out on your kids while bein here

Been waiting to get my daughter seen we have been here for 2 and a half hours... we asked how long they think it will be for her to be seen and I was told they have no clue!!! What a great hospital NOT!!! I would say avoid coming her unless you have no plans for the day and make sure you bring food !!!! And a blanket oh pillows try to make your 5 hour plus stay a comfortable one

The call center to make appointments is ridiculous. They need better phone systems because I can't hear the people talking on the other end then they get mad at me when I ask them to keep repeating. Then they hung up on me. Get some new operators

I have been trying to get an appointment for my son to have a biopsy for several months. It has been nothing but stressful and so far, unsuccessful. We visited with the oncology department with absolutely no problems. But trying to get this biopsy done has been impossible. At this point it seems we have to switch to u of m hospital and that’s just a shame. This is NOT how the family of a sick child wants to feel. A little empathy and effort would’ve gone a long way.

My fiance' and I went in to Childrens Hospital E.R and were scene within minutes. We did however wait quite a bit after getting registered in th E.R but they were pretty packed. My son was brought in for jaundice. Once the nurses got his vitals we were given a room in the NICU in which all of the young ladies working were extremely knowledgable and very caring. They treated my son very well and we were out of the hospital within 24 hours. Thank you NICU for being so gentle and loving

So very sweet, kind and considerate of what was going on with my child. Very clean environment, no unwanted smells. Everyone washed their hands upon entering the er room as well. They sincerely listened to our concerns. They tried their best to help my little man get better! I recommend Children's Hospital of Michigan.

The ways DMC Children’s has changed in the 11 years I’ve been going here. Some of the reasoning are good others are bad. First, most of the time they have great bed side manners. There are a few times though they have been rude and uncaring. The doctors here are always wonderful and help me understand what is going on and if I ever need help they are always there to help me and my family. Next, in the past I was part of a Christmas family thing where another family got my family a bunch of gifts because I had been in the hospital so much that year and it was hard on my parents. If it wasn’t for the other family, my parents probably wouldn’t have been able to give us much for Christmas. Lastly, the most important thing about children’s hospital is the changes they have been making for years. They just rebuilt the Emergency room, it is now beautiful and a lot more updated. Now they are working on the parking deck and the front entrance. They are completely redoing the front entrance and it makes it a hassle to get into the hospital if you don’t know where you need to go. They have also just set up automated pay stations at the entrance and exits of the parking deck. This causes a backup in the deck and it takes a lot longer to exit the garage. I would continue to keep going if I wasn’t about to age out.

Love this hospital, I have been here many times and have always been treated well by the staff. My son had closed heart surgery here two years ago and everyone on the team was great. I don't take my children anywhere but to Children's Hospital. Every specialty clinic they have here has amazing doctors who are very professional. I would give 10 stars if I could.

It was okay. Not the best. I have pancreatitis and it is especially painful... I have to go into the waiting room for emergency and it takes hours of extreme pain to be seen. No other kid had any pain worse than mine yet I had to wait for hours. They don't have enough nurses or waiting rooms. Once I get admitted some of the nurses have an attitude. The doctors are okay but not very knowledgeable when it comes to extreme cases of pancreatitis. The overall care is for the most part good. Even though house keeping people are very mean when they come in your room if you are an inpatient. This one lady who I had when she came in she always had a frown and never said anything to me, she kind of just stared. Troy location is A LOT quicker

I was at Helen Devos with my Nephew for 75 days...Then my Nephew got transferred to Detroit childrens Hospital for rehabilitation..He wasn't there for 3 days and the social workers stepped in and took my rights from seeing him only phone calls aloud...Now they trying to violate those rights saying he talks to much on phone with me while in therapy..lmao these people over strong there authority..if any one can give me advice on how to handle this or what i can do plz I'm willing to listen thank you

The ER staff is excellent. We were in and out today with no issues. The hospital could get a 5 star rating if they get their ER valet staff in order. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Please retrain or hire new employees for that area, because the current staff is horrible

I was referred here by my son doctors office to have some test done. After seeing the doctor my son came out with 3 different offices I had to call. It took me 3 hours calling back to the office in Southfield to this office. So finally it's time for my son to have his sleep study the woman at the sleep study office insured me that I can call the next day and get his results. It took me an hour to finally reach someone who was stepping in for my son doctor assistant she told me she haven't received the results yet and that she'll call me back to see why they wasn't received this was Friday, Feb 9th at 10am never heard anything back from her. Finally yesterday I call again spend my hour lunch break & both my 15min breaks to get nothing but transferred to this person that person and still no help. Once again today I call finally get the manager I spoke with Friday that never took the time to call me back just for her to tell me it's going to take 2 weeks for me to get the results back. This hospital has made an already stressful situation a nightmare dealing with the unprofessional nurses. I have started looking for my son another doctor that does not work for children's because this was unacceptable especially when they took no time charging my insurance for them to get paid.

Children Hospital has lost the quality of care for their patient. ICU is terrible! They double critical care patients in one small room, your child will not get the rest that they say it needs. The Doctors will tell you different things. I really think they don't deserve the credit of being the best children's hospital of mich! They will misdiagnose your child.

Nurses need a lesson on how to treat patients with compassion. It was like they didn't want to be there. My son vomited as soon as he walked inside the room. The nurses in the front desk had this zombie look. I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my son, and they just sat there like nothing happened. And it wasn't busy as usual. When management care about patient service, it shows by how their staff handle themselves. The thing is that my son is autistic and gets nervous when he's at a clinic or hospital. He vomited because of that reason. The funny part, upon discharge the nurse tells me he has a virus!! There were no blood drawn or any other tests performed other than an x-ray for his sprained ancle, which is why we were there. So, you just guessed he has a virus! Yes, it could be a virus, but don't say "he has a virus" when you haven't performed any lab tests. The best service was from the janitor, he came in with a greeting and a smile and left with same attitude. Maybe he can teach the staff. Overall, the atmosphere there was unprofessional.

I am here now and could not wait to do this review. First off the guard treated us like criminals. Even spoke to my seven year old son like he had a gun in his pocket or something. This place is disgusting. Detroit is horrible for the most part and this hospital experience is proof. Everyone in the triage seemed very tensed and mad. I am in the back now in the zero waiting and have been waiting for 15 minutes. I will come back to update after my child gets care if I don't leave and go to Troy ! Update: I am still here and this place is horrible. I am in disbelief ! These hospitals treat people like they are nothing. I will be contacting whoever I need to. I am about to leave and go to Motts ! It's sad that you can't come to a hospital in the city because it's disgusting and health care professionals are inconsiderate and rude. Where is the standard ? Values ?

I cut my hand really bad, was a big cut I could see the bone the blood couldn’t stop, my dad took me to there, I was injured really bad, when I arrived at the emergency room they put a bandage and took my blood pressure and let me wait for two hours and half in the emergency room. I can’t believe how I was in pain, how they respond to the situation!! I think they need a lot of training and how they respond to injured people when they arrive to the emergency room. Bad experience at this hospital never going there any more. I hope they start train there employees the right way!!!!

I have had some of the worse experiences from a emergency room in my life. After my kid was sick for 3 weeks already, they said it was nothing they could do. Just do house remedies, which I already been doing. Waited 3hours in cold weather to get no medication. Now my kid is worse the very next day. I will never go to another children’s for them to tell my kid it’s nothing we can do for you , basically cause we not life threatening. This place is zero stars. Staff will nicely tell you it’s no medicine to give you, do stuff at home or take the medicine you been taking for 3 weeks.

The nurses and care givers that rock and feed the babies or tend to the children are awesome their heart is in the right place and you can tell the way they treat your child and know your child is in good hands with the nurses and caregivers if you have to step away. For a little while to shower or nap. There is also a room with recliner chairs or books or watch TV in case or just take a few minutes to get away and Gabby your thoughts. And the food vouchers for the nursing mothers what a great idea You go children's hospital in Michigan, You totally rock thank you for making our healing and worries easier and our children healthier.

Had an amazing experience today. Had a re check appointment today with Dr. Turner in cardiology. What a great Dr and awesome staff! My son is 4 and was a little nervous, they were all so good to him, & so understanding that he is only 4. My son did great because the staff was so good with him. Dr. Turner is such a good doctor, my son no longer needs to see him, which we are thankful for - however, Dr Turner will be missed. While at the hospital today my son received 2 gifts from staff. He was able to get a cool super hero bandana and he picked out a very nice wooden tool box with stickers. He loved his visit at the hospital today. As we were leaving the parking garage, a very nice security guard stopped us and gave us 3 tickets to today's tiger game. My son had never been to a game before so we figured - let's celebrate! I would love to send a thank you card or something to the special security guard - I wish I would've caught her name! I cannot even begin to show my gratitude to the staff that we encountered today, I would recommend this hospital to anyone with children!!

I have been lied to and disrespected during my son's hospital admission. The staff isnt even consistent on the information they release. One person says my son xray is good and hours later someone else comes and says its bad. I have to practically beg to even get any test results. I told them i didnt consent with a part of my son's treatment plan because his primary doctor had already adressed the issue and they continued with no regard for my decision. I have been yelled at and even ignored during his stay and i qould NEVER recommend this facility!!

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had my daughter was admitted on Thursday her nurse was absolutely amazing no complaints on her but the nurse from last night staff Rachel horrible the nurse from the day shift on today Amy absolutely horrible customer service advised me not to take my frustration out on her when I simple asked for my child’s milk to be changed and I advised her she can leave and find a new nurse that would be glad to care for my one week child then to make matters worse the charge nurse defended this rude behavior and the icing on the cake the clerk came into my room advised my child’s name was incorrect and some changes needed to be made when I asked a simple question like once it’s updated correctly how will you’ll know of what has transpired here during this stay if she comes back she made a joke laughed and stated I’m making things difficult as if she didn’t apply for this position so maybe she lacks the necessities to perform her job duties I’m highly upset that this hospital was rated number one when you have staff such as the ones mentioned above working and could care less about the well-being of my child had I not stayed my daughter would have choked on her own vomit because the staff failed to check on her I pray after this stay I never have to come back here for my baby care EVER

Amazing hospital with poor contact personnel. There is no more medical questioning over the phone you have to take your child in and get them checked out. So, if you have one question they will not be able to answer it over the phone. There medical questioning line was discontinued. Doesn’t make any sense! You could be wondering about something you think is serious and it could be about another child relative that you have no control over but are worried about.

I usually leave nothing but Good reviews, when I do leave one.. but last nights experience was very disappointing. I doubt it will answer any of the questions we came there for considering faulty equipment. The Tech seemed way overwhelmed and it didn’t even appear busy in the sleep study area.. He said there was 4 patients but there was another tech. He would disappear time and time again leaving my daughter sitting there while in the middle of getting all hooked up.. anticipating going to sleep, as it was getting late. Well in the early morning hours apparently they finally realized they were not hearing snoring just to realize the microphone was broke, not to mention the camera (which he told us was broke in the beginning) So it took hours to figure that out.. Also the room was filthy I was shocked to learn that the room she was getting hooked up in was also the room she was staying in. We have been to Children’s numerous times with overall pretty good service.. But last night has me rethinking a lot.

building was ok. processing system does make you feel like you are part of a herding process and they move you from one destination to another. before you get the doctors office/suite. Then once you get into the specialist dept it is large and uninviting which i can get over since i am there for medical purpose and do not expect much more. The Dr i saw was very thorough and her staff was very helpful and friendly to me and my child. The Dr said "we are going to try this test but it may not work because she is so young." The test did not work. I received a $1000 bill from the hospital and $300 from the dr office for performing procedure. I received the bills from the Date of service from both hospital and doctors office. When i wrote and disputed situation, doctors office waived the service fee. Hospital did not respond and sent me to collections

Excellent fast service!!!!! great staff!!!.. Be careful. park in the parking structure never on the street only if your paying the meter. There is a towing company (father and son) that works with somebody that lives in those apartments over there and I think he gets a cut. THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR!!!. even if you park in their apartment complex. Do Not Park ANYWHERE ELSE!!

The staff can only be described as angels on Earth. My son had bacterial meningitis which was treated quickly with expertise and love. I am eternally grateful for the level of care, compassion, and communication that we received. He is improving every day as a result of their efforts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Took our child into childrens hospital the other day. Every single person we came across was so friendly. The people in the cafeteria, the security guards, doctors and nurses, just really everyone. We were there for a few hours for multiple appointments on different floors and everyone was very helpful and scheduled us and fit us in all in the same day. The areas we were at were also very clean.

I don't know where to begin. First let me say this 1 star is not for my children's doctors or nurses. They have taken great care of them. This is for the Childrens DMC business office. This is exactly what they are a business for profit. I am a hardworking mom who pays her bills and does what she can. I do not appreciate being called 3 days before my daughters surgery and being told pay over $1k or reschedule when you can. They lied to me 3 weeks prior to her surgery about just bringing in something so and pay the rest on a plan. When I told the coordinator they are denying a child with a tumor in her leg surgery to relieve her pain she said" We are absolutely not denying her care, just asking you to reschedule until you are caught up" Really? What is the difference. If I am showing good faith and coming with half of what is owed including her procedure, what is the issue? After 3 days with a different answer every time the doctor finally stepped in and talked with management and we are proceeding but had to post pone again for 1 week as they just went ahead and cancelled it. Let me again state the Dr and the nurses are wonderful. The regular staff and the business office, not so much. How dare you hold a child hostage for profit. Shame on you.

Like a 3 world country. My son was directed admitted from his Doctors office. We get there, first I have to bring him up to the room myself. (I'm disabled). The entire stay we have no water, the main pipes broke under construction. No places to lay or even food provided for parents. Bathrooms are shared with 4 people. Dirty old beds and equipment. Torcherd my 8yr old son. 6 people held him down to put in stomach tube, no pain meds or anything given to him. He was also bruised up after that. Was unable to eat for 3 days, and no blood work done to see if he was dehydrated. Student doctors trying to figure out how to care for children. Not one thing was a good experience. Please go to a better hospital. I am an RN. I would not treat an animal that way.

Went here from like 97 to about 2003 having various surgeries ...dr rozelle dr hildinbrant dr hubbard ...all the rest i cant recall ..some of the nicest most sensitive people i ever met ...they took such amazing care of me...they were amazing to my mom ..no question was brushed off ...the entire hospital staff was just too cool...the greatest .ill never forget it

My daughter and I were sent here from Sinai Grace and from beginning to end everyone was so compassionate and caring and sweet! I especially enjoyed her nurse Christine, very caring and understanding and she just loved my baby. I don't think I'll ever again consider any other hospital for my children. Dr. Laura Downing is the most condescending and least empathetic doctor I have ever dealt with. I’ve worked in medicine longer than you have attended medical school and I have better bedside manner and empathy for patients. You can get off your high horse and at least reassure patients in a better tone that their child is fine. This and many other reasons I will never attend another DMC hospital. 3 stars because the nurses were great!

overall Staff and nurses are friendly are nice. Discharge paperwork is very slow. We were forced to more than 4 hours just for discharge. Speciality doctors has no defined hours of coming in especially during weekend

When I went to Children's Hospital of Michigan, which was a long time ago now, it was the best place for medical care on the planet as far as I was concerned. My doctors were the best. The nurses were genuine and cared. Everything and every one there was at the top of their game. (1974-1986)

The people from Children's Hospital literally saved my life when I was around 7, and ever since I've went back up until recently when I turned 18. I had many of my ear surgeries here, and also has two major surgeries done here. I still see the Endocrine team, and the Stomach doctors. I never had a problem with the nurses or doctors here. Truly as a patient's standpoint I love this hospital.

I will NEVER go back. Went there for surgery on my daughter elbow they did nothing. Very poor communication by all cant even get anyone to call me back regarding the visit! All this hospital concerned with is revenue. I'm disgusted!! My daughter Dr in town is disgusted also. They also gave my daughter Morphine which was unneccessary.

My daughter had to come from Hutzel NICU to Children's NICU to get an MRI and I never wanted her to leave. I had Alice and Deanna on the 3rd floor and they were AWESOMESAUCE. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable... I'm really sad she has to leave because everyone made us feel welcome. Myself and her dad were locked outside trying to get back to Hutzel and Alice came in to let us in and walk us all the way back to the room after making sure he could get to the car. Deanna was very sweet and acknowledged my feelings while listening to an issue I had with a nurse at Hutzel. The environment is very clean and secure. Again both Deanna and Alice were awesome and made me wish that the duration of her stay would be at Children's. I had no fear of leaving my daughter in the room when I had to step out because the response of not only both her nurses but any nurse that walked by was perfect and they all seem very caring and they love their job. They all work as a team and I'l have nothing negative to say. THANK YOU CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL NICU STAFF!

My daughter was hit by a car we rushed her to the first emergency we seen Receiving Hospital (affiliate of DMC Children’s). They were able to incubate my daughter, and then transferred her to Children’s (Thanks Sincerely). When we got to children’s from Sunday the 28th of July to today the 7th of August our daughter is leaving ICU. God touched her, and brought many great doctors, nurses and staff to help her. I am very touched and grateful to have been blessed. I thank God, and Children’s. May, “They All Be Blessed”.

Usually when I come we are in and out of here very good Services I do like the doctor's here but this time I've been waiting for a long time almost like four hours no one has came in there to tell me what the wait was for we are just sitting here I should have taken my child to Henry Ford but I mean that all the times that I've been here this is my only experience I have been coming here for years I have four kids but this wait is horrible that I have been coming here is usually never this long of a wait

Children's Hospital has been where I have taken my daughter since she was 2 yrs old. I have been satisfied with the service given and my daughter's asthma continues to be well controlled. Children's also 20 yrs ago saved my best friend's life as she had a tumor wrapped around her heart. 20 yrs later she was blessed to have a beautiful family of her own and is still cancer free because of God sending her to Children's and his healing taking place.

Excellent staff, and an awesome enviornment for kids. The staff were very friendly, and helpful also. By far one of best hospitals that i've ever been too. Great job!

TBH this hospital doesn't even deserve the 1 star I just put on here I was admitted yesterday night into this hospital I recently turned 18 they sent me a letter saying that I can still be admitted here till the end of this year so I get there they dont even care about how much pain I was in my sugar was at 600+ I'm a diabetic my back and legs were killing me I couldn't even move they make me wait for over an hour just to take me in they hook me up to an IV after hours and don't give me any insulin for hours even after they gave me Lantis my sugar was still going up and down without eating or drinking any carbs then they decide to take me to Dmc through the tunnel and I get there and they me squeezed in with drunks and crackheads like the beds are so close that you can smell the persons feet laying next to u I've never felt so disrespected in my life and the fact that I can catch some disease just being there DMC children's is the only hospital I've ever been too and I always thought it was the best hospital but not anymore DMC is the worse hospital in Detroit I suffered all night from pain and when they squeezed me with the crackheads I just left at 7 in the morning because that's no way to treat someone in my condition that's going through so much pain thank you DMC you SUCK

You can check anytime you like, but you may never leave...been waiting 4 hours to be discharged...how can you send your team to check on children but never put a discharge through...my child is tired of being here.

Children's hospital of Michigan ENT Department is horrible my daughter appointment was at 2:45 pm.. I arrived on and have been in the waiting room since and it's now 4:45 pm . Why schedule a appointment when you spend 2 hours or more in a waiting room. If I showed up 2 hours late they would not see me but you can make me wait over 2 hours just to get in a room. This is ridiculous I will be switching very soon.

Working with Childrens Hospital is an extremely frustrating experience. Was told my daughters MRI info would be mailed last week - still don't have it. No one answers any phones there. The main number just hangs up on you when you select an option. I've left multiple messages for the scheduling department - there message says they'll call you back within 24 hours - NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. The only department that ever communicates is the billing department to tell how much we owe. Trying to reach my daughter's doctor is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional!
