So at 3 am I call this ER, not asking for wait times. However, just asking how busy they were. Is there one person there or 50? Staff was very rude on the phone. We are an ER were always busy... well you might not always be busy, if you keep treating potential customer like this. I went somewhere else... oh and yes.. I have great insurance courtesy of my employer. You missed out on that billing!!!

I have been here for over 2 hours and they haven't even offered me ice for my foot or asked about the swelling. The pain is horrible and getting worse. The intake nurse told my husband that she would have to go to supply closet to get ice but that was close to 40 min ago. She is still sitting in the same spot. Her initial remark when we came in was that (9 out of 10 of us that are waiting just want slips to get out of work) My foot is not getting better and most the same people who were here when we got here are still here. I really don't suggest this ER or hospital to anyone. I have never seen this before. Beaumont in Taylor and Dearborn are definitely thumbs up. Wayne Beaumont ER.....definitely thumbs down. In all honesty I can't even give them 1 star
