I am very disappointed in the discharge planning of this facility. My son was discharged unsafley without needed equipment tp help him at home. He has a broken foot and fractured back. There was no consideration by discharging the discharging staff of the apartment he lives in. His apt is on the third floor with very long hallways to and from the elevator. The only equipment he was given was a back brace and Walker. They refused to give him a wheelchair, instead telling him he had to purchase one. He was unable to hop down the hallway to his apt with a walker and had to purchase crutches on his way home. I am so disappointed in the lack of compassion this staff had towards my sons needs. The social worker there could of at least listened to his requests and attempted to locate a donated wheel chair or let him borrow one. Shame on your social service staff and others involved in his discharge planning. You dropped the ball this time and sent a patient home unsafely.

Been here twice since I started college and both times they really helped me. I'm thankful for all of the hard working staff that are there to help me when I need it. Today Dr. Mackenzie helped me and he was really kind. Thanks again.

Normally the people who work with the patients are nice and professional but sometimes when we hear from Wendy Lombard it’s apauling to have to deal with someone who lacks professionalism. I don’t understand how someone can go above and beyond to be nasty to the people she expects to process her requests at the snap of her fingers without providing information needed to do so. I though being professional was in her job description but apparently that’s not a requirement when working at this facility. Maybe she’d be better off flipping burgers at Macdonalds so she doesn’t have to interact with others. But then again she’d probably spit in their food.. I’m beyond dissatisfied with her lack of professionalism.

Staff was wonderful and polite. They showed great patience with their patients. Good food & great results in recovery. Service animals were a great spirit builder & art projects done by patients were very enlightening, they should be displayed in shopping centers across the country. Overall a wonderful place, you can feel confident about having yourself or a loved one stay here.
