I had my son 8 weeks ago at women’s & children’s hospital and it was the most traumatizing event of my life. Just got done writing their 1 star review. But I was discharged from this hospital yesterday and I could not have been more happy with my experience here. I came in scared & nervous because of how I was treated at women’s. I Came in through emergency and only waited about 15 minutes! Every single doctor I met was so nice & caring. Turned out I needed surgery, all my doctors carefully explain the procedures and reassured me. I really felt that they knew exactly what they were doing. Even the surgeon that would Be working on me came in and talked to me about what would be happening and he was the nicest man ever. I had no worries because I truly felt that I was in good hands. I will never go anywhere else

Could not sleep because of the laughing and loud talking ALL NIGHT. Dirty floors when I first got in.

I have an issue with their emergency room wait time. I had my nephew brought in at 3:30pm, and as of 9:20 pm he is still waiting. I understand that patients are seen according to severity, be we have watched people come in and go with our critical issues since waiting. We were told he had top priority on. Bed due to his issue. Like I said, i understand critical cases being seen first, but we have seen minor conditions come and go even after we arrived.

Excellent facility. Genuine care and compassion exhibited by every employee my family met during an extensive hospital stay with my son. I would highly recommended this facility! -Prompt service -Willingness to answer all questions regarding diagnostic work, findings and treatment plans. -Friendly employees
