The outpatient/pre admit staff were kind and did a great job of making the process move quickly, while still being thorough and meticulous with their duty. OB staff was went above and beyond to provide comfortable, enjoyable, stress free, and high qualitity health care provisions before during and after my stay there. The staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive. All needs and requests were addressed and fulfilled quickly and professionally. The time here during this momentous event provided an atmosphere for wonderful treasured memories of the special occasion!! The Doctors nurses and anesthesiologist performed their tasks diligently and methodically.

I went twice, once to get a procedure done and a mammogram the next day. The staff and doctors are so caring, they took really good care of me. If I have anything else to do, I will surely go there.

I was here for a week and the first doctor I had was rude so I asked for a new doctor and he was nicer. The nurses are pretty friendly but they must be very much so under staffed because if I ever called for anything it took a VERY long time to get it. And sometimes when I would call whoever would answer usually seemed like I was bothering them. Once I asked for an extra pillow and the response was "Well I'll have to see" Really?! I also had an ultra sound scheduled and I decided to refuse it because I just wanted to go home but the doctor highly advised I take it so I stayed an extra day. When I went to take it someone (I don't remember who) made a nasty comment something a long the lines of how I wasted their time because I canceled the ultrasound the day before. Honestly this is not the worst experience I have had at a hospital but I would not recommend anyone going here.

Brought my daughter to the Emergency Dept this week and they were very quick, attentive, efficient and the only 'complaint' I may have is that it got a little noisy (talking, laughing) when they changed shifts & with her being nauseated & in pain, the noise level did not help. But, overall it was a very good experience (service wise). They didn't just quickly diagnose from her symptoms & send us on our way. They were thorough by running an ultrasound to be sure that it wasn't more serious. Nurse Manager even came & spoke to us before discharge. Great experience.

The outpatient OR staff is the best. Everyone was friendly from pre admit to Doctors nurses anesthesiologist(when he let me wake up enough to talk to him) .Every question was answered you never felt like you were bothering them. Even staff you passed in the halls greeted you and said hello. I want to especially thank Dr. Trahan, Mary, Darlene, Delores And the OR staff. They even called a couple of days later just to check on me. I will definitely make the drive to Crowley If I need surgery Again(Hopefully not).

This Emergency room is the worst. If you don't watch it the dr will put you in a phioenx rehab.

I was here twice this week for blood work and another test and both times I was greeted upon entering and leaving and I dealt with amazing people in each area that I visited to get my lab and testing done. Thank you so much for how Kind and Caring you all are!! My time in and out of there was the best it's ever been from years in the past and that really is a great thing. I love how you all are taking care of the patients. Love Acadia General Hospital!! Please let all the staff know that their hard work is much appreciated!!

I'm going to start off by saying the one star is for the staff bc i feel sorry that they have to work under noneducated doctars. i took my 5 yr old daughter there on a sunday afternoon, she had been having a sore throat since Friday morning and a fever. sunday her fever had gotten up to 102.8. i gave her meds but decided well i better take her in before it gets any higher. we get there around noon well her fever had done went down to like 98.4. the joke of a Dr comes in looks at me and says so whats going on i begin to explain to him tht she was running a high fever and i just didn't want it to get any higher than 103.0 and that she had a sore throat. He tells her to open her mouth and he shines the light in her mouth for about 8 or 9 seconds and tells the nurse to do a strep throat test...now before he had done this he had asked me well what would u have done if she would have started to run a fever of 103, i said well i would have brought her in, he said and then what, i just looked at him with a stupid look on my face and said well i don't know your the dr. so anyway the nurse, (whom i don't think did a very good job at swabbing my daughters mouth), swabs my daughters mouth, and leaves. about 30 mins later the joke of a dr comes back and says the test was negative..i said ok well can u prescribe some antibiotics for the throat or for what ever it is she might have he said no, antibiotics don't cure everything. i said well if she starts to run a fever of a 103.0 or higher do i bring her back in he said NO, just keep giving her motrin and Tylenol. I WAS FREAKING MAD!!!!!!!!! i said well ok then. now this was at about 2:00 we get home at around 4:00 tht day her fever rose all the way up to 105.2 i had to put her in the tub with cold/warm water, packed on ice packs and waited in fear as the fever dropped every hour...i brought her to her dr Monday morning and guess what???? YEP SHE HAD STREP THROAT!!!! and shes on antibiotics. by Tuesday night i noticed a difference. on Wednesday she had not ran a fever since Friday with no meds being taken for at least 18 hours. THE MORAL OF MY REVIEW IS THAT IF THE "DR" WOULD HAVE BEEN DOING HIS JOB AND ACTUALLY LOOKED IN HER THROAT HE WOULD HAVE SEEN THE PUSS IN THE BACK OF HER THROAT AND SECOND THING IS DO NOT EVER, EVER TELL A PARENT NOT TO BRING THIER CHILD IN IF SHES RUNNING A HIGH FEVER!!!! I WILL NOT BRING ANY OF MY CHILDREN NOR MYSELF BACK TO THAT ER IF THT "DR" IS WORKING!!!! WHAT A JOKE AND A WASTE OF OUR TIME!!! LITERALLY THKS FOR NOTHING-but on another note the staff is nice and it did look clean from what i could see!

My dad is 94 years old and had surgery here about 3 weeks ago. I drove down from Houston to make sure he was in good care. I was very surprised by the great service we received. Every employee that we came in contact with was pleasant. The nurse Jess, The doctor and everyone.

MY NAME IS NORMAN HEBERT. I WAS RECENTLY IN YOUR HOSP. I WAS IN ICU AND WOULD LIKE TO SAY HOW AMBER, KASIE AND . .CONNIE DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE MY STAY IN ICU AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE. THEN I WAS MOVED TO THE WARD AND ALEXIS EXCEEDED MY EVER EXPECTATIONS IN HOSP CARE. TWANA, COURTNEY, MICHELLE AND EVERYONE ELSE EXCEEDED IN THEIR DUTIES.

The WORST freaking hospital I have 1DIEever had the misfortune of being taken to. I would rather DIE than go back there, and I probably will. You guys got 1 star because that's the lowest I could give. "hospital, staff, etc can go to hell since that's where you're going to send your patients anyway.
