I would give the surgeon dr o with ent 5 stars absolutely amazing as for everyone else on the 4th floor except for day shift yesterday was horrible and lacked respect and the nightshift tonight absolutely horrible. My 3 month old daughter had surgery on her airway and since 430 pm till no has been screaming at top of her lungs in agony with monitor blinking red n alarm going crazy because her heart rate is hanging around 190-200 and a nurse one comes to check on her unless the lead nurse is called by phone. I love the surgeon's but the hospital staff just suck.

I had to take my daughter to the hospital for wheezing the 1st day of school. They gave her steroid and breathing treatment with instructions to come back if she is still doing it in the morning since it takes 6 hrs or so for the steroid to kick in. ok. that makes since. The next day, I took my daughter back in since she was still wheezing. They gave her an hour long breathing treatment, then checked on her after a little bit saying she sounds better. Then they gave her one of their slushes and took off the o2 that was on her finger. The girl who would normally eat the whole thing and ask for more only took 3 bites. They came back in after a little to check on her again. Since she sounded normal they are going to discharge her. When they came with the paper work, I signed it then turned to get my daughter ready and I noticed she was turning a little blue around the mouth. Instead of leaving, I went looking for the doctor that had checked her over. The lady said for us to go back to the room so she could look her over again. When the doctor came in she listened to her breathing, watched her breath and counted her beats per min. (my daughter was still blue around mouth). She kept looking at her mouth but then looks at me and said, " Well, she sounds fine, she is acting fine, able to carry the backpack ok.... I would like your dr to listen to her." Seriously!!! My daughter is getting blue around the mouth and you want me to take her out of the hospital and go almost an hour down the road for her doctor to listen to her? (the doctor didn't even check her oxygen level)! The Doctor asked if I was ok with my doctor listening to her. I said yes, since if this Doctor thinks its ok to let a 4 year old leave the hospital when she is starting to turn blue, when she is already having breathing issues, I didn't want her treating my kid anyway. The Doctor goes to schedule my daughter with our Doctor and comes back with an appointment for the next day. THE NEXT DAY!!? So when I got my daughter into the car I gave her the inhaler and called the doctors office and told them what happened and asked what I should do. After they new what was going on, I was told to take her straight over to them. Our Doctor ended up changing the Steroid medicine that the er Doctor gave my daughter to a bigger dose saying that that medicine wouldn't do anything for her and she needed it stronger, then also put her on inhaler steroid. Had to take her to Floyd Hospital the next day (not only because I didn't trust the Children's Hospital but also was told not to take her back there) and they ended up doing a swab and blood work and hooked her up to an IV. The next day she was hungry and wanted to eat again... Thankfully

This Is the worst hospital ever. If you care about your child take them some where else. My son came in here with life and because they do not listen to you and are very arrogant my son is now in a coma. They over dosed my son and I got up set. So I got kicked out. Apparently it's ok for them to o.d. your child but you can't get up set about it. After that there security started harassing me with the exception of two who were very professional and new the hospital was on the wrong. Matt the tall billing type was walking me out and as we pass a large group of parents with their children and some nurse was saying how he has a mug shot of me for being arrested for heroin. I have never seen heroin nor used it. This is not a safe place for your family

Were at the hospital for day 5 now with my son and still no help. We go through the same test over and over again "because they dont communicate well" were told completely different things from every nurse or doctor to the point where we dont even know why were here anymore. Seems like a bunch of unprofessional money hungry scam artest or something dont even know what to think about it anymore. Don't come here go to floyd.

Horrible! We came here for my grandson to have a sedation MRI. The staff was horrible, rude, ridiculous! They took 3 tries for the IV. The Kosiars on Brownsboro Rd. Is 100 times better and will be requesting that one from now on. Get it together you work with kids. If you don't have patience or don't like kids then get a new hobby! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service!!!!!!

The services my son received after being born premature was beyond exceptional. Majority of the staff members were amazing, to include the neonatalogist, nurses, respiratory therapists, speech therapists, lactation consultants, chaplains, physical therapist, housekeeping, and occupational therapist. The parking garage can be full during midday and the construction can make it difficult to navigate, but definitely a wonderful children's hospital.

My son was treated at kosairs 6 years ago for Thalamic Glioma. Unfortunately as hard as they tried , a cure couldn't be found. I although he didn't pass there, I thought I'd never be able to step foot in there again. Eight months ago,I gave birth to my daughter. She was born without a soft spot which resulted in her having Muenke syndrome. She also has a congenital heart defect. After going to another hospital who didn't even try to help us I found my way back to kosairs. Less than a week has passed since they put a feeding tube in my angels belly. I can already see a change. A month ago I thought I was going to lose my youngest child as well. Thanks to the doctors and nurses here, we are given another chance. Thank you so much!!

Brandy Wooldridge

We were here last week with my 4 month old niece who had RSV and a double ear infection. From the emergency room to 5E the nurses, doctors and everyone who we came in contact with were wonderful! Great attitudes, very friendly and always explaining what they were doing and what was going on with her. They were very good with the baby. Can't say enough good things about our experience here!

Nicholas Riley

The nursing staff and doctors are top notch, no complaints Now the billing department is another story. The their billing staff is the rudest staff I have ever dealt with in my life. One phone call about a $800 charge resulted in both of us yelling at each, come to find out they billed it wrong to my insurance and tried to stick it on me My newborns surgery in September was stressful enough, 5 months later still trying to get billing issues resolved Greedy bastards is all they are, I feel sorry for any family that has horrible health coverage

Strawberry Tsuki

My son has a neurological issue and has been treated wonderfully here for 3 years now. I've never had an issue

Absolutely awesome staff... sitting on the 4th floor right now with my 19 month old son who is receiving treatment for burns to his face. I could not ask for anything else from them. It was a heck of a trip for us but its worth it.

Took my daughter here after another doctor wanted to rule out appendicitis. Waited almost 2 hours before a doctor came in. Only work done was a urinalysis. No blood work or anything else. Although I agreed it was unlikely her pain was appendicitis the fact that no blood work or anything was done is ridiculous. Especially for the amount of time we were there. We spent almost 4 hours there for a urinalysis.

The hospital was great to me and my family, the food was good, the staff are excellent and amazing. This place is really good and they treated us like family. They are amazing. I highly recommend this hospital for everybody especially for kids.

My son was born 3/9/15 and got sent to kosair on 3/12 with oxygen issues and got released 3/18 and found out he had two holes, one closed up by 4/10 and the other one we've recently had surgery on 11/04 and the Nurse etc have went above and beyond for my son. Couldn't ask for a better group to care for my boy then kosiar nurses

Just got home after the longest day ever.. our poor little man woke up refusing to bare weight on his leg so off to Norton’s we went. The staff was beyond amazing and a huge shoutout to our nurse Trevor. He was so good to our son and I don’t think I’ll ever forget it. He made bloodwork a breeze and even brought our son a robot toy for doing such a good job for him. The staff is always top notch and we are so blessed to have such an amazing children’s hospital right around the corner. Thanks to everyone that worked with Skyler today!! We are so grateful for you guys!

Lots of experience with this hospital group. Positives are the outstanding people who work here providing loving care to children and friendly, compassionate, better-than-expected care to adults. Highest rating possible to the nurses, doctors, and staff who are treating the vulnerable and ill. Unfortunately, this does not extend to the billing staff who are adversarial and rude when questioned because a bill does not match an insurance EOB. This arrogant, aggressive approach to patients seems to mirror that of the leadership team who believe that they are worth millions in compensation unmatched by much larger provider groups nationally. It is frightening to see this group grow to control healthcare in our community. Executives are finding riches while asking for charitable donations at the same time, hiding behind the non-profit status and faith-based history.

Stay away from this ER! Horrible treatment. Hippa violation. Didn’t even know proper protocol for my child’s needs! I will stay with Cincinnati Children’s all the way.

Horrible bedside manners from a nurse in training and care is questionable at times. Be sure you get to talk to the real doctors not the resident doctor. You have to be here for your loved one and watch and analyze everything done because nobody cares for your loved ones like you do!! It's not a Godly place but there are good and bad present here at the same time. Always be there for your loved ones and know the difference. Take care and God Bless!!! Prayers and love to all suffering from any sickness!

My daughter was lifelined here... The level of services we recieved from the staff was amazing. I have a medical background and i can say that even i didnt have one complaint about our time here. Very amazing staff. Thank you very much!!! They have truely been angels! Update: 3/6/2019 The pictures show 3 days after the accident and 10 weeks after... she had just got her mouth unwired and cast removed... She still has alot of recovering to do but they saved her life... i cannot thank them enough... p.s. she would probably kill me for posting the pics but i kept it pg 13 lol... most of them are probably to much for some to see...

I had higher expectations from Kosair. At an over night stay the nurses are totally unsympathetic. Very rough and rude. None of them have educated me on results and they have given me no explanation for things they did. It was an awful experience. Not to mention how loud the nurses are at all hours of the night. I can tell you all of their weekend plans because they are talking so loudly even after I addressed this issue. After I talked with a nurse a few moments later I overheard the nurse repeating what I said to her and adding her own opinion and thoughts about me. That is very unprofessional and makes me very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed in Kosairs.

Would have rated a 1 star but the Dr who was caring for my son was really friendly and accurate with all her information, also kept things at a timely manner. The person who did my sons X-ray was also really gentle with him. The main thing that really got me was trying to get a hold of my sons nurse which seemed nearly impossible! We have requested for her multiple times and she would not show at all and the lady who we paged to get a hold of my sons nurse was rude and an expert of saying I dont know! When requesting for my sons nurse for the last time and she didnt show I peeked out just to see her talking it up with co workers.

We were discharged within 45 minutes after my grandson had an invasive procedure where he was put under sedation. We were not given discharge papers and we had a 3 1/2 hour drive home. He developed complications and we were not prepared because we weren't given after care instructions. It took a full day before I could talk to someone in the sedation department. They never returned my calls, I had to keep calling them. I wouldn't trust them with my dog after this.

It sucks they had to take the McDonald's out of here an then they r going to put a stupid health bar there RU crazy we don't want that we want the McDonald's back

Josh Brodfuehrer

Not so much fun, but the service is fairly quick and the ER is staffed with friendly people.

Ultimate Music Everyday

The Nurses were very nice. But the room was really small and in between the couch thing and the wall, the paint was chipped off a pretty decent amount. Lookin like a Holiday Inn that's been in buisness for 15+ years lol. And the FEMALE older security guard was very rude. Acted like she owned the place. She could have gave us a simple answer to our question but she smarted off to us and was just being rude in general. Definitely not how to treat someone. I guess she was just mad that she didn't get to sit at the desk like the other security guard. But other Than that no complaints. Like I said, the nurses were really nice.

BEST EXPERIENCE. A few hours ago, I chopped my finger with a bread knife, and It bled tremendously. I rushed to the ER in panic attack mode and everyone helped calm me down. It was an extremely soothing environment, and the staff is amazing and tended all my needs. I will never forget this special day. I'm glad I was rushed to Peds, instead of the adult wing. Anyway, I must rest my finger. peace out Sincerely, Bread knife Finger Girl

If i could give a neg num i would. This is the worst place ever i honestly wouldnt bring my dead dog here... There are only a few doc that we trust & a handful of nurses... Our daughter came in on Sept 25th & still here today on ECMO day 21.... We posted the begining of our experience on here from her dads acct Stuart Jones.. So to follow that it is still a nightmare its dirty the cleaning staff DONT deep clean anything & to do procedures in her room you shouldnt be able to wipe the floor & still get a black rag when done after they just cleaned. The RT department is the worst we have a few we trust but besides that for the life of me i dnt understand the way they think when they do their job. They dont care cause its not their child laying here fighting for her life... Once i get my daughter outa here she WILL NEVER come back going to miss her cardiac surgeons love them they r the best but the hospital floor sucks. We have not left in 6 weeks now & the things u see are mind blowing... Please please please do NOT bring ur child here if u want them alive....

Provided great care for my baby girl and staff is super friendly, helpful and honest!

My son (11 years old )was in there for 55 days after an auto accident, most of the staff was decent, 1 nurse was outstanding. Son wasn't allowed solids because of trauma, food service lady had failed to read to order and delivered a full meal, (day 42 being there) son had started eating it before we seen it and when brought up she decided to try taking it away from him. Dr. Foley is amazing. After 4 weeks released (had A G/J tube in )we had to take him back in to ER for extreme pain, he ended up having kidney stones, we also found out his g/j tube had flipped yet again (4th time) ER doc stated he was removing it and placing a regular G-tube. No pain meds, no sedation, the doc ripped it right out (like the pulley you use for bayblades) that tube was flipped and up towards esophagus, so the feeling son had, was like his throat was being ripped out through stomach. Only reason for 3 stars was because of the great nursing staff.

Hussein Algburi

Thanks to Dr. Cynthia D. Downard and all her team for making my son feel better after the surgery, Thanks for your very good care and concern, thanks to Erin Sizmore and all of you, Love you all

The Childrens diabetic team on the 5th floor is amazing!!! We just found out my 14 year old son is a diabetic. They did a great job teaching us about diabetes. We where traumatized and by the time we left the hospital they had us giving him his insulin and feeling very confident on how to treat his diabetes. Couldn't of asked for a better team!!!

My daughter was referred to the ER at this facility and then admitted for observation this padt week. In a time when she and I both were scared, exhausted, confused, and worried, the staff at Kosair's (all staff) were AMAZINGLY compassionate, urgent, and extremely competent! I am overwhelmed by the care that was given to BOTH of us! Amazing experience! Thank you to every single employee that assisted us while we were in their care!

We are not from the area so using Nortons Children was nerve racking for us, however We can not say enough good about Nortons Children! We delivered our son here and was amazed at the care we received. Everyone was amazing and our nurses were great!! Our son also had tubes put in and everyone in outpatient services was so wonderful and comforting knowing my child received the highest level of care. We also received a card in the mail from the nurses and OR team, as a mom that means alot to me! We will always choose Nortons Children!!!

The nurses here show they really care for my niece's wellbeing. The only issue is their security. Keep in mind, yesterday was my first time visiting the hospital in 2019 so knowing their policy is left me in a blank. This morning a security guard stop me today because of the visiting hours are 9a.m. to 9p.m. without a visiting pass or wristband for visitors, OK then why did no one stop me yesterday when I casually walked in 7:27 in the morning? I even have the pass from yesterday that shows I been here and have a relative to visited. Nope. I need today pass and JUST BEEN INFORMED that I need a wristband to visit. It's 8:15a.m., my sister is with hers ill daughter in the room while I'm trying to get a pass. I've ask them to look at the patient's list of relatives, ask them to call the room to talk the patient's MOTHER: they don't want to do it. Some person who give visitors passes comes in 30mins early; still won't give me a pass. IT LITERALLY TOOK MY SISTER TO COME DOWN WITH HERS PATIENT LIL' GIRL TO TALK SOME SENSE TO THE SECURITY GUARD.

So nice and helpful

I have been blown away by the level of service from Kosair's. Everything from the EMTs to the Nursing crew to the surgeons have been top notch. It honestly feels like an All Star team of health care providers. At no time during our visit to their ER, overnight stay and subsequent follow-up visits, including outpatient surgery, did we ever feel like service or skill were lacking. In fact, in every instance our experience was superior to any other health care experience we've ever gone though. I am very thankful that when we needed Kosair's they were there for us.

This review will cover my volunteering experience at this hospital. In 2015, I applied to volunteer at this hospital. The application process seemed reasonable. Everything seemed fine until the volunteering orientation began. The head volunteering coordinator, who has been there for quite some time, repetitively instructed us to say, "I am not volunteering because I have to for a class. I want to volunteer because of the children." I was annoyed at her about the fact that she KNEW that the room will have a number of nursing students who need volunteer hours. As she went around the room asking us about why we want to volunteer, I saw quite a number of applicants exaggerate their mission to 'save the children.' Simply speaking, this coordinator was instructing us to lie in order to be accepted. I was sitting patiently as I viewed a theatrical performance. When my chance came, I told everyone that "I want to volunteer because I am required to for a class and also because children are important to society." In a world full of many instances of deceit, being a hospital volunteer shouldn't be one. Honesty and respect should be the baseline for our important infrastructure--like a children's hospital. I never got contacted for a volunteering opportunity at this hospital. I could never see myself being under the guidance of this coordinator. Luckily, I've gained better volunteering experiences at other hospitals in our city. Glad my honesty and respect is accepted elsewhere.

LEARN THE PARABLE OF THE FIG TREE

My daughter is a new young mother, and with this being a "children's" hospital you'd THINK they'd be overly trained on how to deal with the concern of parents, especially parents with babies too young to speak for themselves. My grandson started having seizures at 5wks old, very heartbreaking and stressful for baby and MOM. My daughter don't want to leave his side understandably so. Well today at approximately 4mo old now, my daughter goes to Norton's children a SECOND time for his MRI because the FIRST time they messed up the appointment and blaimed her, which is false because I MYSELF scheduled the first appointment. So today they grabbed baby from her and told her he'll be back, But of course she wasn't comfortable with that and asked if she could accompany him. They told her NO, because he was having general anesthesia and they didn't want parents and people back there, to disrupt their focus on baby.

My daughter was supposed to have a routine ankle fracture repair on 2/4/19. During the anesthesia, she was administered a nerve block in the wrong leg. Therefore causing undue pain, suffering and stress. We did not get to go home an hour or two after the surgery as planned, instead we were admitted for a 23-hour observation, she had to under go physical therapy and still it made it very difficult for her and her recovery. Children's Hospital allowed a "new" anesthesiologist who had not been properly trained simply walk away with no consequence. I have been told numerous times that they have now changed policies and procedures. While, I hope that helps future children in this hospitals care, my daughter received no compensation for her pain and suffering and they had the nerve to not only bill for the anesthesia, but all full hospital costs and when I complained and requested compensation, I was told that the anesthesia was successfully administered. Outrage!!!! Shame on a hospital that would treat children in this way. Steer Clear!!!!

Kosair is a wonderful hospital. They did a great job of serving our family. Thank you all!

I'm from Louisville but live in Georgia. I was in town for Thanksgiving and my 13 month old son got sick. I took him to the ER around 3:00 Wednesday morning, and we were out of there by 4:30. They didn't run any test on him. He was running a fever of 104. They said that he had an Upper Respiratory Virus. He continued running that really high fever so I had to take him back Thursday night. He wasn't eating or drinking and was extremely dehydrated. No test was ran at that point but they stated that he had Croup, an ear infection, and his tonsils were very swollen. They only started IV fluids and didn't run any test. I told them that he was breathing very strange and had a weird noise coming from his lungs. We left and came back home to Georgia and I took him to see his pediatrician. She said that he had the Flu and most likely had pneumonia. She was very surprised that they didn't swab him nor do a chest X-Ray. I believe that the reason why they didn't run any test on my son was because he had out of state insurance. I am so furious with that hospital because it shouldn't be about money or insurance, It should be about patient care. That was a great hospital when I was living in Louisville. It was still Kosair at the time. Now that they are under Norton, I think the whole system has changed and it is not a good change. If a child comes from out of town, they will let your child die. Sad to say.

Lindsey Javorek

The NICU does exactly what they need to do- no more no less. My son is in the NICU and has been for a month now. I come in and there are crying babies and nurses on Facebook just listening, etc. However, they do for my son what needs to be done: temperate, bathing, feeding. Just no more than that. I have also noticed and even experienced a lot of mom-shaming from nurses for not breastfeeding, not visiting as frequently or visiting too frequently. Again, I appreciate the care my son has been given but honestly would choose another more caring facility in the future.

I am beyond blessed for all of the amazing staff. We are from out of state and visiting for a week and my child got a head injury. The ER staff was all so helpful and keeping us calm during a very hard time. They explained everything to us so we can understand and helped us the entire process. The staff also in the ICU where hands down the best! They truly care about their patients and it shows. They made sure that not only our child was getting quality care but that the parents also are also taken care of. I am forever grateful for this hospital!!!

Amanda James

This is a poor excuse for a hospital! We live 2 hours and 30 minutes away from Louisville. My 12 year old son has been passing kidney stones since he was 6. We went to his Nephrology appointment and he was trying to pass number 37th kidney stone. The Dr sent us straight to the ER! Called a head and everything. He told them exactly what to do, here we are almost 3 hours after arriving and still have not started his IV, or given him anything for the pain! It's completely ridiculous!

The nurses were real nice however your concerns are really not heard. Stayed over night for observation with my son and wished I would have not stayed at all. They had us share a room after numerous times asking to have our own. Needless to say our concerns were not even heard. The people they put in the room were obnoxious, loud and up all night. The kids next to us was only 9 and played on his games all night instead of resting with both parents in the room with him. The music on that games about drove me crazy ALL night. The staff nurses knew these people were very very difficult but refused to hear my request. There were actual rooms from which they got me extra pillows which were empty. Worst exprience I ever had. I pray I never have to come here again.

Something Nice

This is a really great children's hospital! I've been coming here since I was a kid and the doctors and nurses are great! I'm an adult now and I come and visit my sick cousin who is a minor and the doctors and nurses treat her so well and take great care of her! Not once have I had to complain about the staff or the care they give to sick children! This place is Awesome! And I would bring my future children here if they ever need emergency and regular health care! This is a really nice hospital that gives great care to children!

Don't go to Norton's ER! Worst experience of my life! We were referred here by my daughter pediatrician. The waiting room was filthy! There was trash all over the floors and the chairs looked as though they had not been wiped down in weeks. Triage went well and staff was friendly. We were placed in a room too small to hold the bed, a chair and IV pole. This room was also disgusting. The doctor ordered blood work and an xray. This process took 5 hours to complete. We randomly saw multiple different nurses and multiple doctors before actually being given the results of both tests. We were taken back to our "closet" of a room at 11 am and it is now 1045pm. We are unfortunately being admitted into this dirty facility and we are still waiting for a room with a crib for our 15 mo. The staff don't seem to know up from down and cannot get one task accomplished in a timely manner. Will never come back to this rediculous place they call an ER.

I took my daughter that has autism and misophonia that triggers violent outbursts for treatment and help. We were told in the emergency department there is nothing they could do for her violent outburst. I am so frustrated that you go the the 'best' and get nothing. I am sure they will charge when we recieved no help!!!

Great trauma surgeon's, and good picu nurses and even nurses on the 7th floor. I have had a overall good experience other than one nurse who claimed my child used the bathroom on herself due to her lack of cleaning my daughter. Then had the nerve to come in her room and be a smart ass and say something like "apparently i didnt clean u enough so is this good enough cause i dont want you to think i didnt clean u enough"? To me she was not professional at all about it and was mad that she got in trouble. But other than that this hospital saved my daughters life and gave me her back.Dr murrel and her team is amazing along with the Surgery team as well...

Im from Lexington Ky, my newborn son had to have eye surgery done here for glaucoma. I was very pleased with the facility and staff. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful (staff and patients/parents). I would highly recommend this hospital for any child in need of care, and I thank everyone who we run into there and around the hospital.

Could not thank this staff in this hospital enough for what they did for my newborn son, we were tranfered from frankfort to Nortons and the staff was amazing everyone made us feel like a priority which can be rare, we lkved frankfort but we were tranfered to Nortons due to the fact that they had the people and professionals to perform the surgery on my son. Could not be happier.

Thank you so much to nurses and doctors .our 10 year old son was I DKA. One of the most scariest days of our life. But thanks to the staff they made our stay comfortable and took excellent care of our baby boy . Miranda 1284 our nurse was amazing... Big smiles treated our son as if he was her own . Dr Lyons walked us through every step. Every medication they gave him she explained in detail . We her heard stories of the PIUC on the 4th floor.. but we never expected that they would be our saving grace. Thank you so much. Your all are truly a blessing .

After a trip to the ER I'm impressed with the short wait time, cleanliness of the facility, and thoughtful professional staff.

Fantastic staff and very clean

Staff members are great! Surgery was scheduled for 9 am. Took 2 hours to get there almost with traffic. We got to room very fast and was hopeful this wouldn't be an all day event. It's almost 11 am and still waiting. Was told at 10 am that she was next. They just took the second person back since then that we have seen.

Hospital is very good. Just give 3 stars for the wait. Be there for hours and hours. Feels like an eternity there.

As previous reviews stated, the room was very dirty and stank quite a bit. In addition, the last nurse that treated my baby was extremely rude and stressed out. She did not have herself under control and deliberately hurt my baby so badly that he was screaming in pain. We were too shocked to react. When I called the nurse in charge the next day she said she would investigate and call me back. I never got a call back. I wonder if that was the same brutal nurse that tortured my baby. People like that should not be working in a profession where the “client” is already weakened. Not to suggest that type of behavior is tolerable towards the healthy. It just makes it all the much worse towards a very sick baby! I hope I won’t ever need to go to that place again!

They don’t have good services here. You call the nurse and they don’t come to help you. Rather they are very rude, very irresponsible. They almost killed my son giving over dose medication, parents please make how much drug are they giving ur child and why are they giving, if I could call the state and let them know Wht they do my child they would lose Wht they have earned till now. They are crazy at their care. Not happy at All
