The WORST mental health facility to get an appointment with. My husband was close to suicide and I couldn't even get them to call us back with an appointment and he was an existing patient on medication. I had to break down in the doctors office to get him an appointment in the first place because every time I called we were brushed off. They will prescribe medication yet never have you come in for a follow up or check in with you or anything. Such a shame for a "prestigious" hospital. This is why so many people in this country die due to mental health.

Friendly staff they treat patients with great care, the Valet parking is not Valet parking more like parking lot monitors

This clinic (both residents and attendings) doesn't seem to be very trauma informed, nor do they seem to understand how having multiple illness can impact the way each one presents itself. A truly bad experience that left me shaken and distraught.
