This was my second tome giving birth at OPR. From the registration to finance to the nurses, everything exceeded my expectations. Lisa, the nurse maternity navigator, was wonderful! She kept in contact with me and made me feel special. The nurses were by far amazing. Taylor and Jill took care of me and they attended to my every need. This experience was better than the first and definitely made my transition from a mom of 1 to a mom 2 very smooth. I highly recommend this hospital. Oh, and the food is not too shabby.
Stay away from sterile processing. Unless you want to be controlled and be micromanaged by the lead tech. The manager let’s him run the department and he also leaves the hospital for hours on the clock. HR knows everything and they won’t do anything about him. He has also gotten physical with people working there. If you decide to work there document everything. Days and times. My advice is to stay away.
Fantastic hospital. my surgeon was top of the line. Nurses did a great job. My first surgery which required an overnight stay. I felt like every one worked well as a team. Will return there in about 3 months for another surgery. Should be way more than 5 stars!!
I want to thank Dr Farrell and his amazing staff for taking such wonderful care of my husband during his hip replacement!! They all were so very kind and considerate of not only his needs but mine. I also want to thank Dr. Edalati for two reasons one referring us to Dr. Farrell and two for taking time out of his busy schedule to check on Jim after surgery and comforting me that all was good!! I will tell everyone about the amazing service and quality of care we received for everyone!! Thank you all so very much!!
I had very good care. Would recommend this facility. All staff was very attentive. Thank you.
Wonderful nurse and Doctor. Could not have asked for better care. Thanks guys
At my recent emergency room visit, I was seen right away by a helpful and courteous staff. I was made very comfortable and I was satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment.
I use this facility for lab work all the time. I wish it didn't have to be so frequent. lol During remodeling and their different phases of construction they have always been very helpful at getting me where I need to go. The employees are very kind.
I've Never been to Kansas let alone overland Park regional medical facility but I bet it's great.
Very pleased with the visit. Had a CT scan, the radiologist was fantastic. She explained everything that she would do, and informed me of what I would experience. I told her that I was hearing impaired and she accommodated my needs.
Nice enough, directions to the facility are difficult.. the massage parlor in the shopping center has the same building number... the test results were not posted on the link for myhealthone and signing up to see them was a waste of time.. hoping the referral to reliable medical actually works and they contact me. Been a week and a half since the visit and the results were available two days after the visit. Had to call my doctors office to get back in touch with them for the results and who was going to contact me next... Remember you are in charge of your own health care now.. read everything and question insurance and doctors at every stage.. they know nothing anymore.
April 22nd I had a hysterectomy. Everyone was exceptional. The gentleman that greeted my husband and I when we arrived at 5:30 a.m. had my name and was warm and helpful with directions. I honestly can’t think of anything the hospital and staff could have don’t to improve our experience. Yesterday we even received a thank you card in the mail that was signed by the nursing staff thanking us for our business. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. That’s great customer service. Not planning anymore surgeries.... but if the need arises, we will choose them again.
All the staff kind and professional. Seen on time. Procedure explained. Results explained.
Excellent, quality care. They really do put their patience first.
Overall my entire experience was very good. I was greeted as I came in the main entrance and asked where I was going and immediately directed in the direction I needed to go.
I was treated with kindness and respect - exactly what I would expect from an HCA facility! My physician had requested additional detail be added to my scan report and the technologist listened carefully and explained to me how she would meet the request. My physician received exactly what she had requested and good news - it showed improvement from my past scans! My physician was pleased and I was happy. Keep up the good work OPRMC and HCA - you are the BEST!
The tech who performed my ECHO test was not familiar with my medical history at all. So I told her I was a cancer survivor. She then asked about my treatments, asking if I had had chemo, or "just radiation". I explained to her that saying that was very disrespectful to my journey and that there is no "just" in radiation. She got VERY defensive and explained how and why she knew everything about cancer because she had lost a loved one to cancer. I said I was just trying to provide her with a teachable moment. She was obviously not receptive to it. Someone should probably provide that sort of education to the staff there. Trauma informed care is really a thing, as is sensitive patient care.
I was very satisfied with almost everything related to my emergency-room and hospitalizatioin at Overland Park Regional. I was especiaslly pleased with the staff’s caring attitude toward patients. Even the food was better than expected. My only criticism is that the rooms are showiing their age a bit, but that would not be enough to discourage me from going back if I need hospital services.
My phlebotomist was very kind and professional. I would recommend Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
I felt well taken care of by organised caring seadoned professionals.
My Mother had surgery here on March 11th & I will tell you now, from the beginning to the very end, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOSPITAL WAS GOLD STAR! Professional, caring, attentive, and so much more!!! I cannot begin to even tell you how impressed we were with every detail! Thank you so much for caring so much for an 83 year old women who is everything to us! You showed that she mattered to you as well! Thank you!!!
Going for a biopsy is a nerve wracking, difficult thing to do. I messed up my scheduled day by showing up when my procedure was supposed to start vs 30 minutes early. The gal at the front desk was incredibly rude when she told me that they wouldn’t be able to do it. Feeling bad that I misunderstood the timing, I assumed they were just a tightly run ship and that I was 100% at fault. She could have been kind though. She wasn’t. Fast forward to the MONTH later when I was able to reschedule...I get there an hour early (to be on the safe side and traffic was light). I wait past the 30 minutes early, past the scheduled time of my procedure, and almost 30 minutes later, I get called back. Same girl, same annoyance and rude attitude. Maybe she’s a really hard worker. Maybe she has her own problems she is dealing with, but, she shouldn’t have the job of being the first person someone talks to when they are getting a biopsy for cancer. The scheduler was amazing, the doctors TOP NOTCH...this gal behind the glass made my experience more traumatic than necessary. Not looking forward to my 6 month re-check. But, my biopsy came back negative for cancer...so, life is good. Hope this feedback helps the girl behind the glass realize the impact her attitude can have on a patients experience and that the works to put on a more empathetic, cheerful, hopeful face.
It was great as usual. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
This is the best hospital ever! I almost delivered my son in the car because he decided to come so quickly. Luckily my mom was able to get me to the hospital and use the valet parking. My spouse was waiting with a wheel chair and took me up to the where we needed to go. All of the nurses there responded quickly and I immediately was able to get in a room and deliver. All of the nurses are fantastic and even though my birth didn't go as planned it was the best experience I have ever had at a hospital. A few of the managers even came in to make sure that I had the best treatment while I was there. Thank you Overland Park Regional! I can't even express how much I appreciate everything!
Excellent, among the best! Extremely professional, kind, considerate and understanding.
Fantastic experience with every visit! The Sunflower Cafe (cafeteria) has a great selection of hot foods and quick ready made meals as well. Welcoming atmosphere- would definitely recommend this hospital for your care.
Everyone I dealt with was kind and knowledgeable.
The techs there are always nice and very personable. I find that important because although this is an important exam...it’s never fun. It’s nice that the people performing the tests are sensitive to that and try to be as gentle as possible.
This is my best hospital from now on. I felt cared for taken Care of. My nurses were amazing! They all deserve five stars. I believe their treatment helped me emotionally as I was dealing with last minute decision making on a well needed surgery. The doctors from ER to the doctors when I was admitted were kind, loving and caring! I am so grateful! Thank you all so much for taking care of me! You better believe I will send my family and friends straight to you guys!! Stella Ayers
Had a great experience . Everyone was nice, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone
Love love love OPR! My daughter is a Paramedic and PPR is our choice!!! Dee Danenberg
I was doing an overnight stay after a pacemaker implant. The nurses were fantastic but the constant vitals check....blood drawn...x-rays....and ankles apparatus that puts a tight squeeze on you every 15 or 20 seconds was a little over the top! Don't ever do an overnighter & think you can relax & rest because at least every hour & a half, something is going on to keep you awake.
Everyone was extremely attentive to my needs during my hospitalization. Special thanks to Wendy in Recovery and both Justin and Melody on the fourth floor.
Fantastic, polite, professional service and care is what I experienced with my last visit. Would highly recommend OPRMC to anyone in need of hospital care or treatment. Thank you
I had several tests done and was in radiology for about four hours. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, helpful, efficient and made my visit a god one. Also, a very nice and clean facility.
Fast check in, very professional, kind staff. Kept me well informed in language I could understand. I was in good hands my entire stay.
I was admitted to the ER for abdominal pain and back pain. I was quickly brought to an exam room and within 10 minutes nurse Michelle had started my IV and the doctor had examined me. After a very brief wait I was taken to the CT scanner by a very nice rad tech, had my scan, and was returned to my room. I was offered and given pain medicine twice, and was discharged within 2 hours. Dr Shubin and Michelle were wonderful, caring, and competent professionals who quickly diagnosed my kidney stone, and discharged me to home feeling much better and relieved to find out I didn’t need surgery. I’m proud to be an employee at a facility where such amazing care is given.
The staff was amazing. They were so polite and helpful, I actually miss being there now that I’m home with my newborn lol. My only complaint wouldn’t be about the actual hospital but the photographer. She didn’t show up until we were leaving, LITERALLY we were dressed bringing our bags downstairs and that’s when she showed up so obviously I opted not to do the photos because it was time to go which kinda sucked
I completed the survey saying that all nursing and anesthesia staff that worked with me during my pre and post op (and I'm sure during the outpatient surgery I had) were very kind and professional!!! I have had MANY surgeries , and the 2 I've had at Overland Park Regional were honestly my best surgery experiences.
Went to pick up in home sleep study equipment from their location in Olathe, the staff was full of information and answered all questions. Highly recommend!
Molly was a delight, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. Made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
I've had all 3 of my babies here, and the staff, nurses, and doctors have all been amazing!
The level of care and professionalism displayed by the doctors and staff here is simply amazing. I was a walk-in ER patient and was taken care of immediately and every procedure was explained fully and to my satisfaction. My stay here lasted 6 days and every single staff member of the hospital that I came in contact with treated me in a compassionate, caring, and professional manner. Nurses Olivia and Jeremy and Care Taker Missy as well as many others are top-notch pros that make OPRMC stand out as a quality health facility that delivers quality health care far above and beyond what is normally expected at a hospital. I hope to never have to use their services ever again, but if I do, I know I will be getting the absolute BEST health care in Overland Park! Outstanding job everyone!
I could not be more pleased with the care I received during my stay at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. The surgical team was great as were the nurses who cared for me afterward. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing care.
ER was quick and thorough with my diagnosis after a serious car accident. They were all very knowledgeable and kind! Nursing staff on Neurology Floor was outstanding!! Overland Park Regional Hospital is my choice for a Trauma Center!!
Your level of care was outstanding. My nurses Samantha, Christy and Jeanette were very helpful and attentive to my needs.
This hospital is absolutely AMAZING! They saved my sons life. I am so thankful that I was transferred here from Lawrence. My baby was in the NICU for 54 days so I was there every day. Medical stuff aside, they were just amazing human beings. They went above and beyond and helped in every way they could.
All of the hospital staff were professional and very attentive. Good parking and the interior of the facility was attractive and immaculate. Very short wait time. DL
The doctor gave orders for and MRI and xrays. They did the MRI and sent me on my way. Doctor called after he got the MRI report 4 days later and had to have me go back for the xrays so my diagnosis has been delayed.
I went to the ER today because my son was experiencing a terrible nosebleed. Not only were blood clots coming out of his nose but he was throwing them up as well . They are NOT kid friendly. I had a terrible experience here in 2015 and vowed never to come again however because of how severe the bleeding was I took a chance . Not once did the staff comfort my son (you know the kind of comfort and pep talks you give a hurt or sick child . Children’s Mercy does a great at this btw) the doctor wasn’t kid friendly and seemed to be impatient with my son . Blood starting coming out of my sons eyes and as a mother I of course am beginning to freak out . The doctor snarls and matter of factly says “you don’t watch YouTube ?” Ummm actually I don’t . As a concerned parent in the ER with my sons nose gushing like a water fountain , it took him two hours to get the bleeding under control , I would expect a doctor to explain to the concerned parent WHY HER SONS EYES WERE BLEEDING! On top of that he decides to put a nose back in my sons nose . AN ADULT NOSE PACK, but we are in the pediatric ER . Needless to say it was painful for my son . AND I didn’t even get a diagnosis as to why this happened, asked if I should follow up with my sons PCP and doctor says “no, it’s just a nosebleed “ case in point DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE ! Take them to children’s mercy !!!
Excellent customer service on the phone when scheduling, at the desk when checking in and during my mammogram appointment. Thank you.
I had a great experience delivering my baby there. Nurses were awesome especially night shift nurses. If I have to say one in particular that’s Emily from labor and delivery unit. She was amazing and huge shout out to her. Overall stay was really good.
Although the majority of the staff was very kind and caring, few of them instilled any confidence. Professionalism was sorely lacking.
Very happy with the care provided by the entire surgical team for my 80+ year old dad.
What could have been a great delivery experience was ruined by an unprofessional and unknowledgeable triage nurse.
I was seen quickly and the medical team was comprehensive, professional and caring in the service provided
Dr. Johnson is so thorough and explains everything so well.
We had the best care staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. The surgery went as scheduled. The staff answered all questions. Thank you for a great experience.
Great personal care and follow up. I received a personal call from one of the nurses a week later. Fantastic customer service
Fantastic and personal care from a staff that I will miss.
I am from out of town and came through the ER/Trauma center after a bicycle accident. I have previously worked in the healthcare field and have had multiple experiences with ER's and hospitals. I can say unequivocally that from the moment i came through the ER/Trauma center doors I had the best care I have had with any healthcare experience. Admissions, nurses, Doctors, Techs, housekeeping and meal service - all 5 stars! I ended up on the Ortho-Neuro-Trauma floor for 7 days and I have nothing but 5 Star comments for the entire staff on that floor as well. Thank you for getting my healing process off to a great start and for the outstanding care you gave me!
All my nurses made a very difficult day more bearable. They all were extremely kind and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Malory really stood out, her compassion overflowed.
Dr. Tim Martin and his surgical and hospital team were top notch. Nursing was extremely attentive and my room quiet. Highly recommend this physician for robotic surgery and OPRMC.
Great work in the emergency room. I got exactly what I needed in terms of care. Why just 4 stars? Passing me off to a specialist was done poorly. I was told by OP staff that I had an appointment with a specialist in a few days. When I called to confirm my appointment the specialist seemed unaware of it and I learned that the specialist is not on my insurance plan. The specialist staff was exceedingly non-empathetic about the situation and offered no assistance. It was very difficult and stressful trying to find a satisfactory specialist on my own at the last minute.
Excellent excellent excellent! From the Surgery group and operating personnel to the guy that took my dinner order. Everyone was top notch! I felt very well cared for in a safe. caring, sterile environment.
I do not like to be checked in eith an ipad. I want and demand a real person. Your internet is weak and slow. Does no good to have if I can't get my email. Your channel selection for the tv in the rooms can best be described as very poor. If someone is awake (and can't get internet), they should be able to have a higher quality tv experience. It stinks.
Everyone here has been very professional and kind. This is my 5th child and hands down the best experience I’ve had from check in to delivery to post baby. Thank you, everyone here for making this special day as peaceful and perfect as possible
Everyone was really nice and professional and made my experience more bearable after being in a car accident. From the ambulance drivers to nurses/doctors I was very pleased with my treatment at Overland Park Regional. Thank to everyone in ER!
I went to their ER after a car accident. I was taken by ambulance and the staff was wonderful. I was very shaken up, scared, and in a lot of pain. They were so compassionate and quick with ordering tests. I felt so well cared for and confident with my healthcare team.
I went in for a stress test. Fortunately I was served by two very intuitive health professionals - Angie & Megan. After reviewing the conditions present, a LifeVest, they determined it was not the time to rev up my heart. Angie called later in the day to confirm their decision. I am thankful for the training a high degree of caring professionalism they displayed. Thank you Angie and Megan, Jerome Fink
I recently had shoulder surgery at OPRMC and do not think I could have gotten better care anywhere else. Everyone I encountered from my first preop nurse to the environmental services employees were so caring and thoughtful. They made an experience that was rather painful, since I had involved orthopedic surgery, less traumatic than it might have been without such great support. Thank you all.
I was greeted promptly and welcomed to the office for my annual mammogram. The technician was warm and personable. She explained everything she needed to do and what to expect. While this was definitely not my first mammogram I appreciated her calm and professional manner.
I was visiting from out of state when I fell and fractured my foot - badly. Everyone from check-in to discharge and in-between was absolutely awesome! And the ER Docs set me up with a terrific surgeon. Thank you for your care and kindness.
The staff is one of the best in KC. My only reason for 4 stars is the food. I admit, it was better with my last visit, but definitely could be improved. I'll still go to this hospital first.
Keeping me alive with science, skill and compassion!
Staff extremely nice and professional.
Mother and baby unit is great. Wonderful said staff and food.
From the Doctors, surgeons, staff, nurses and even down to the employees cleaning the rooms I was very very impressed with their attitude and performance. I highly recommend OPRMC.
From the time I entered ER I was treated as if I was the only patient in the hospital. Without a doubt I had the most experienced nurses that exist. When I was moved from the ER to ICU there were five or more nurses waiting for me and with thin five minutes or less they had me ready for the ICU including the most comfortable bed in any hospital including tucked in, medicine given and light turned off. I felt very safe. The only problem was Dr. Pierson who told me that I needed a stress test at the hospital to make sure my heart could handle everyday life. He insisted I have it before I left. I didn’t take the test. However, later I felt he was right; I called his office so he could arrange for one that day. I found out the quickest I could get in would be two months or more since I needed an appointment first which proved I either never needed one or he was willing to risk my life because he was pouting. I certainly did not expect such a tantrum form a Doctor with his experience. Either way he was unprofessional and for the first time I felt unsafe in the hospital.
Everything about our time was exceptional! Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond! The facility was very clean and the food was actually really good! It was my second time having a baby at Overland Park Regional and I was overly impressed on both occasions! If anymore kids are in our future I can’t imagine going to any other hospital. Can’t say enough good things!
I needed a CAT scan of my knee. Everyone was great. They made sure I was comfortable and explained each step of the process.
My procedure was completed in without issue and done in a short time.
Everyone starting with the check in desk to recovery was excellent. My two nurses Kristi and Julee were amazing. Outstanding patient service.
Nurses were very nice and attentive. Procedure went smoothly. Would feel absolutely comfortable coming back.
Staff was great. Very personable and caring. They all went out of their way to insure I was comfortable before and after surgery.
I had never visited a free-standing ER before. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Highly recommended.
Had to return for a problem they created. Could have been avoided. The staff was great and attentive.
Was in the ICU - had wonderful nurses - Sam - Becca - Angie. They made a world of difference!
The team and all the people I dealt with during my stay were great, amazing people. Thanks for all you guys did.
If there is less than 1 star then I will use it, my son now is 2 years old and i m still receiving bills!!!!! My wife had severe fungal infection which cost me more than $500 post delivery. They keep calling and sending me bills under my wife' name for more than 6 months against my baby' services and i had to tell them every time to correct the name. Lastly, i have received a bill of $1900 afyer 2 years against services. My God. I m sick of those people. I paid all the cost upon admission and discharge and after that. A natural delivery cost more than $20.000???? For what???? The insurance told me last time they have not denied any claim. It makes me very afraid how they using the health system and now when I called the hospital no one from billing or account department to answer me. Ok. What a service. !
This place is very good. Amazing staff
There were a few issues with my appointment. When they called to set up my appointment, they gave me the wrong address for the location of my testing. Once I finally got to the correct place, the check in process was a disaster. The workers were not very friendly, they were disorganized, and didn't seem to have a clue about what was going on. From there I went to the Heart Center and it was a fantastic experience! My technician who did the echo was fantastic! She was so nice, very informative, and always made sure I was comfortable. I asked several questions and she knew the answers to all of them, and even gave me a small pep talk to not feel so worried. If I had the choice, I might go back to this location but I would definitely consider other options as well.
Every single person I had contact with that was an employee at this hospital was amazing!! From the first person I saw to check in with down to every single nurse , anesthesiologist, etc . Everyone was so friendly and attentive and made the whole experience a lot more comforting and put me at ease . I cannot thank them all enough.
In the pass when I went to the emergency room I didn't have insurance, and they wouldn't even see me back to see a doctor. Something must have changed because I got really really good care this time around from the doctor and the nurses. The doctor was really attentive and even gave me a affordable follow up physician that I could afford, not having insurance.
The doctors and nurses were fantastic at this hospital. Being at the hospital is not the most enjoyable experience, but the staff met your needs with grace and humility. A special shout-out to Kelsey and Anthony in GI /Bariatric unit. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed at the hospital. An additional thank you to Angie as she was great and funny. Overall, excellent staff at this hospital. I hope you never have to meet them, but if you have a medical issue, I would highly recommend Overland Park Regional Medical Center. They are definitely top-notch in service.
Went to ER w/ massive elbow and swollen arm and a history of infection that got into artificial joints. In spite of that they took no sample from the elbow and no blood work but started me on antibiotic so that 3 days later when it was out of control and I ended up in the hospital for 4 days they couldn't get anything to grow because I'd been on antibiotic! I believe if they'd taken samples I either could have avoided my 4 days in the hospital or at least ended the ordeal 3 days earlier! Very polite and professional but not impressed with competence . . . more interested in moving me through than solving the issue.
Not a positive experience, starting with my reminder caller who gave me incorrect information about my procedure preparation. I arrived an hour early the day of the procedure, as requested, and was taken to....and left in... the wrong waiting area. After I was found and lab staff started prep work, it became clear that I had been confused with another patient. Doctor who performed the procedure (who wasn't the one scheduled) was almost one and one half hours late. Silver linings? The lab staff members were very nice and the procedure was successful.
My care was great. However, when I was moved from one room to a second room on my second night at around 9 PM, my hairbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush from home were thrown away. No compensation was ever offered. I realize the monetary value was not a lot, but nothing was ever offered except, "sometimes this happens". I did feel a bit brushed aside. Robert Sindt
Very friendly care givers all around. Really appreciated Dr. Pierson putting a pillow under my knees for my comfort.
Every one from pre-op, post-op to floor nurses and PT took very good care of me. I was impressed at how quickly any requests were taken care of. I had a very positive experience with OP Regional Medical Center.
My husband was there for 3 days. Excellent care! Professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
Very good information . I need to use the information better than I did, I will in second part.
Excellent care as always. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, compassionate and gentle. Nursing staff was great, most were compassionate, encouraging and informative.
We had such a great experience with OPRMC! There were a couple of nurses that we didn’t necessarily click with, but others were amazing! We were in labor and delivery as well as mom/baby. Our night nurse Taylor was THE BEST as well as our day nurse Jill!!! I don’t know what we would have done without them!
my hospital by choice, all my doctors work there. The nurses are not too young and not too old.
I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience with labor and delivery at OPRMC. Everyone who we encountered was pleasant, helpful and genuinely seemed to love what they did from the nurses to the meal delivery staff to the housekeeping.
Staff was amazing and very pleasant to work with. Could not have asked for a better team of doctors and nurses. I do wish OPRMC was a bit more like Shawnee Mission with more on demand movie options and / or movie channels. Would make the "room time" more pleasant.
My nurses and doctor performing my surgery were amazing. The before and after care were great, but my anesthesiologist was horrible. He stabbed my throat so many times when he was intubating me that I had multiple sores in my throat that took over a week to heal. I was in a massive amount of pain and no medication, food, or drink helped. However, the other staff members were great!
I had a bone marrow biopsy and all the staff involved were exceptional. Anna Johnson runs a professional department and the employees were fabulous. AJ and Dr Best were amazing and I felt well cared for and in the best of hands! Thanks so much. I’d recommend this dept to all.
The people here are great. In my time of need they performed like family. What more is there? THE BEST!
My procedure went well and my nursing staff was amazing. However I told everyone I came in contact with that I don't do well with anesthesia and have severe nausea/vomiting from it including telling the anesthesiologist. I emphasized that I needed to be pre/post medicated to counteract this. I was told no problem before the procedure and that the anesthesia being used also had an anti-nausea property to it. BUT waking up in recovery I found out that they did NOTHING!! Spent 4 hours in recovery vomiting.... my recovery nurse did everything she could, but it should not have happened. It is unacceptable to be blatantly ignored by the anesthesia staff.
If you can enjoy a visit to a hospital, Overland Park Regional Medical Ctr. is the place to go. They treated me with dignity and respect. Caring for my needs promptly.
People were nice. Excited to see my doctor there. Other than that, I felt like I was in a storage room for my procedure and felt unsafe.
We had an amazing experience at OPR. The staff was helpful, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t change a single thing!
I had a surgery with Dr Martin from the women’s healthcare group, amazing. The nursing staff was top notch and I was well taken care of.
Our birth went great, my nurses were great, and everything went really smoothly.
From meeting the maternity navigator all the way to being discharged, I had an amazing experience delivering my baby via c section at OPRMC! I could not recommend them more! Amazing nurses and doctors all went above and beyond to make us comfortable and take fantastic care of our baby girl!
Nurses ,surgical Tec,and the entire staff@the Operation/recovery were just awesome.wish I could remember all their names individually.i sure got the best care for the couple of hours I was there..thanks .God bless you all.
