This place is the most unorganized doctor facility I’ve ever been too. Had a 3pm appointment, after not having record of my appointment I was finally given paperwork and told to keep and give to the doctor when taken back. After an hour and a half of waiting, I go back up to ask what the deal is. I was told I didn’t turn in my paperwork I was told to keep. Long story short I was here for 2 1/2 hours to get a physical done for employment. I will never use this facility again.

My husband has had the worst experience with the occupational health side of KUMW. All other services have been very prompt and well organized but occupational health has been a nightmare every time we have had to deal with them. They have been at least 2 hours behind schedule EVERY time he has had an appointment, they have LOST his Urine sample, have made him wait WEEKS for test results because the doctor was "out of town" etc etc. I could go on and on. Horrible organization and patient care. I love KU for all other services but this office needs An extreme make over in how they schedule and attend to patients.

Was told to be here for a UA. Waiting 55 minutes, was stricken with gastric distress. Was scolded by the personnel for using the bathroom. Diarrhea IS NOT A CRIME, jackasses.
