Every departments healthcare is great. They also have in house radiology, pharmacy, and bloodbank. I can see my doctor and have any other order in the above mentioned in-house services taken care of here without going to the hospital. The parking is right outside the building in a covered parkade and is free. And did I mention they are conveniently right off Interstate 80 Coralville exit!!! I love all my doctors here. Perfect!!

RL as it is affectionately known is the most recent addition to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The new outpatient clinic building boasts both primary care and specialty clinics in a more convenient location with plenty of parking and nextdoor to the Iowa River Landing development. Inside the clinics, the modern and updated clinics are aimed at making the entire patient experience more efficient. The pharmacy located on the first floor is integrated with the clinics upstairs and is aimed at saving patients time during their visit. The building has an immense number of windows, has a large number of open areas in and outside the building and plenty of seating throughout. Overall, IRL is a great addition to UIHC and gives patients more efficient access to their providers as well as a reason to hit up the new establishments nearby.

The Staff here is amazing! Friendly,Helpful.Professional. Dr. Dirksen,Dr. White, and Dr. Kam are all wonderful doctors! Great bedside care. The parking is so much better than the hospital parking as well. A+++++++

Great parking...but that is about it. (Ohhh..and right next to Trader Joe's!!l Get ready for a two hour wait (after your scheduled appointment) and that is after having made said appointment 3 months before. Ridiculous.

Just witnessed a nurse give two patients a $10 gas card because they had to wait longer than normal. Neither patient was upset, but she apologized profusely when she gave them the cards and told them that they would be going back soon. Excellent patient care.
