We have been choosing Iowa Specialty for all of our families health care needs for 4 years now and am doubtful we will choose anything but in the near future. The first thing that stood out to us was the kindness we received from every staff member. From the greeters to the doctors. Iowa Specialty has exceeded all of our expectations for four years and we will continue to use their services and recommend them to our friends and family!

This happen back in March of 2013 I went to the ER for a kidney stone and while there both my doctor and the doctor in the ER was giving me drugs for the pain. They gave me too much and ended up putting me into the hospital to see what would happen. I had a drug overdose, found almost died and bought back to life. Now doctors are only human but please if you are in the ER or the hospital have a family member with you or you make sure the drugs they are giving you is the right amount; everyone is checking with each other. Because if they did this to me, I wonder how many other people they have done it to only they died?

Horrible! Can't even get a hold of anyone when I call to make an appointment. I literally called multiple times and only got a machine. This service is just sad.

Absolutely caring and outstanding group of people. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They took my pain seriously and had me in surgery in 3 days. I will always be grateful for ISH and Dr. Pallet.

Had total right knee replacement. Dr Emile Li was great as was the entire experience with this hospital. Private rooms, joint camp prior to surgery, nursing and nurses aid care, pt, Ot, dietary, and cleaning staff. All friendly. Never had a person walk in without asking before they left how i was and if i needed anything. Follow up from hospital to make sure all was gong well at home. This is a best practice as a lot of times you dont have questions until after you go home. We were given all numbers to call if we needed any further assistance. Highly recommend hospital to anyone.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the clinic and my Dr. (Dr. Diamond), but we took my daughter to the ED. We got there at 630 in the morning. Told the nurses and the PA that we had been up all night with her. Needless to say, we ended up being there for approximately 8 hours. We saw a nurse 3 times - in 8 hours!!!! No one updated us on the wait, offered us food or drink or even warm blankets. Only time we got anything was when we went out and asked. Paramedic even laughed when computer died when talking to a doctor online for a consult. Never went over lab results with us or anything. Very disappointed with the experience.
