Won't ever return. Lousy care. Doctor didn't try to figure out what was wrong with me. Nurse was nice but lousy service. Eded up going hone 2 hrs later without any resolution

Had went to ER with broken tip of finger. Doctor had little time for me other than to cause me pain. Only word sent from doctor where that will just have to get an x-ray was never seen from him after the X-ray was taken. Was discharged without his signature. And received over $1,000 bill for this care if you can call it such. How this establishment is a receiving awards at this point is beyond my understanding. I've been mistreated by this establishment and past also. What tried to contact the director Julia Nelson expect to be ignored and never contacted by. And if reminding her that she does have a job to do expect police being called for harassment even though she will not return your phone calls.

I echo Misty's review 100%!! My very first trip to an ER ever and everyone was fantastic. I was in a lot of pain and everyone tried so hard to not make it worse. I was admitted for the night and was extremely well attended to. Ice packs and warm blankets whenever I needed one and even when I didn't think I needed one. I'm going back tomorrow for surgery, I really like my ortho surgeon and my surgical nurse - I have complete confidence in the team and the hospital.

I delivered my son at Crossing Rivers last year. While there, he had his circumcision done and it wasn't done correctly! Now we have to have it redone at our expense. When it comes to billing, watch your bills! Crossing Rivers submitted charges multiple times. Luckily our insurance caught it. I would recommend to travel for better care and less stress.

My son was seen here December 2017 and received poor care. We had to follow up with another doctor and go somewhere else. Then we receive a $600 bill for follow up with a better equipped doctor and hospital. Never will I use this lousy place even in the event of an emergency.

If there was a minus 10 this mickey mouse facility would get it. I had an accident that resulted in a large sharp knife that went 3/4 into my hand. I had my sister take me there. Oh lord...what a nightmare. No dr available. There was a P.A. which I like P.A's...but what a bunch of bumbling idiots..i dont know how else to put it. I wont go into the care i recieved because there wasnt any.. the only time i recieved any was when i got up & walked out as i was so digusted...Then they ALL came a running...I couldnt even get the clerk to take my insurance card. No one could FIND her. I see why I go to Covenant in Waterloo..The care in PDC is TOTALLY unaceptable....I told my sister on the way home that if I ever suggest going there again ...to stick a knife in my other hand...

I have never had a trip to the ER that I can honestly say was great...let alone impressive, but it was both at Crossing Rivers!!! They were excellent!! The paramedic, the nurse, the radiologist, the phlebotomist (sp?)...even the lady at the desk!!!!! All too often these days I feel like many medical professionals have their guard up due to soooo many "pill seekers," but they took my concern very serious and treated me with respect & concern!! I APPRECIATED THAT!!! I think they are REMARKABLE!!!!

Denying a pregnant woman medical care is un ethical. Was in between insurances and since I didnt have a card for insurance I would have to pay lab costs up front 700 to 900! I will gladly drive to lax for all of my needs from now on.
