The staff here is GREAT. HOWEVER, They could certainty use a few more surgery waiting rooms. Setting in the lobby is NOT good. It is so loud due to the people coming & going. Also the seating is NOT comfortable if you are are waiting long.

ICU nurses were just okay. They do their job and order meds according to needs but Lauren didn’t do a good job of communicating that with her patients. My mom complained of heartburn and she types something on the computer and she said she ordered it when I asked her later in the hall but neglected to say anything to my mom like “okay I’ll check into that” and they let her sit in a chair For over 3 hours as they were waiting on a room in PCU and she had to go to restroom and they kept telling that she could go once she got upstairs. Stop paying things off. I do give all nurses in PCU five starts. Especially Moe. She is a rockstar nurse and she hit “gets it” She’s amazing!!! Overall very satisfied but mainly again PCU.

Unparalleled cardiologists. Great service. Put me at ease. I would never want to go anywhere else - regardless of whether I live in Indiana or elsewhere. Dr. Uppuluri and Dr. Malineni are the best!

Professional staff was excellent! Auxiliary personnel very unfriendly and curt !! Starting with coffee shop,. Attendant was not friendly ? Talked fast and seemed unhappy about having to repeat herself when I asked! Cafeteria, man at the first station, making cookies , no greeting , no smile ..when approaching the lady at the food line , I asked for tongs for salad. . Curt reply ! Then I asked ,” do you have a smile for me?” She replied” I am busy working “ as she wiped down salad bar . I was very sorry to be treated like this ! I am a retired RN from CHN , having worked there for the last 27 yrs. Sorr to complain , but these persons were bad representatives for CHN Vascular Hosp ! A curteous and friendly greeting would be a priority for the non _ professionals !! Sincerely , Karen L Beratis , RN!

My heart Dr is Dr. Blumenkrantz I trust him. He is so very nice and much younger looking than his pic online. He doesn't try to rush out the room he answers all your questions. His nurse is just a wonderful delight. If your in a bad mood or not feeling well she will change that her smile and personality is just contagious. There is hardly a wait time. All the staff is so nice.

The medical staff is very attentive and give much care to detail. I experienced great interactions with each person and felt like they listened to my concerns and questions. I would recommend this hospital to anyone, even if you are not in the "chest pain" ER. Glad I found this place!

Went to Community ...chest pain...they done EKG...I ask about it....NO RESPONSE...Nurse TOBI..... Was VERY UNFRIENDLY!. The male nurse was sort of friendly but his breath wud curl your hair...woooo...DR FARLEY WASfirat rate BUTTHOLE...I was there15/20 mins I had enough!!. No more Community for me!!!.

My experience with Community for the most part have been positive. Your never gonna have all positive experiences all the time with everybody. It's part of life... but I live this hopsital and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Big kudos to the staff at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular. I arrived for an appointment to have some pre-op testing done, and there was an issue. The scheduling office had told me to be at the hospital on a certain date, but there was confusion about that date. Enough about the scheduling issue...I explained to the awesome staff at registration/information that I had driven over an hour to make the appointment. The staff at registration, along with radiology, moved Heaven and Earth to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. You do not see that level of caring or concern everyday! Kudos.
