If i could give this place a 0 out of 5 . I so would. It dont take 4 days to get a referral and the fact that you constantly have to call after having an appointment on 12/11 and unable to give referral on the day seen is ridiculous. Dr. Sandiford acts like she honestly dont care about patient wellness. Glad to change providers and would never do business with Mercy
