Used this facility for x-rays only. The technicians, etc. were nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, the billing department is totally out of the norm. The facility is located in Washington state, the statement comes from Idaho and the payment is sent to Spokane. Makes absolutely no sense and the scariest of all is that the bill comes with the note "no details available" please pay this amount... I would not use this facility if I had a complicated situation that would require a complicated billing process. One would never know if the charges were correct or a compiled guess.

I would never take anyone in pain here. Sucks to watch someone you care about be in miserable pain and people take there sweet sweet time. Never seen slower workers in my life. Good for small appointments but otherwise a joke.

My Son was in excruciating pain and he couldn’t answer a question the way the nurse wanted so she was extremely rude to him. She got up and walked out and slammed the door. He did not deserve such treatment. If you or your loved one is in real pain I would advise taking them somewhere else. I’ll never take anyone there again. Extremely unprofessional.

My husband and I were driving through town going further south to visit friends. We stopped at the store and he started experiencing severe pain. We googled hospital and Whitman came up. From the time we pulled up to the ER and there was someone already waiting for us, to now we have had exceptional care. He had to have emergency services and it’s Easter weekend, but everyone has been so supportive and helpful. We have had some wait time, it is a holiday weekend and more emergencies happen so it’s to be expected. Overall, everyone has been awesome. Thanks Whitman for being there for a couple of stranded out of towners.

Emergency room staff were friendly and efficient. Made my mom’s visit as comfortable as possible and took time to thoroughly explain the best steps for care at home.
