Just.... just no. Took a friend here not too long ago as he was having a hard time breathing. Apparently they didn't do to well as they only checked his breathing via stethoscope. Eventually he went to Idaho Falls and they found the problem. It was not something you could have found with a stethoscope. The other experience experienced here was also not mine but as I am related to this said person i feel it necessary to comment. The doctor was insistent that she had (very specific condition) and had her do a very specific test even though it was impossible for that condition to occur due to health reasons that prevented it. She protested the test but apparently the doctor was having none of it. Did the said test and what do you know, test was negative. We as well went to another location to get it sorted out. I know this is hospital and people have received genuine aid and got the help they needed so I wont say they do everything wrong. I don't know if most know, but I find it more sad the longer I live here the more I find that this hospital is the butt end of a lot of jokes. From observing, that normally is not a good thing for a hospital. Cheers! Edit: I do not want a reply as I have noticed you (the hospital) seem to try to reply to make things right. Not saying that's bad, but we are comfortable in another source of care, even if it is further away. Cheers!

Not that good of a place just go to idaho falls to save your time. There restaurant is good though.

I came to the emergency room because I hurt my back, I arrive at 1:40 and I got a bed until 3 pm. After I got a bed the nurse came ones to my room saying that the doctor was coming. The doctor show up one hour and fiftheen minutes latter to check me.

In a short time after arrival at Madison Memorials Emergency Room, my sister went into cardiac arrest. Dr. Packer was not able to get a heart beat for some time, but tirelessly worked on her far past what was normal protocol. Finally they were able to revive her and she is with us today. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for the professionalism and compassion they showed to my sister and our family. There is no words to express how grateful we are for the incredible ER staff at Madison Memorial. We have had many encounters that have ended us up at their ER and have always received the upmost respect and care. You are all our heros!

When I broke my arm, they were fast to get me in, smooth to get the x-rays, and reasonably priced for an emergency visit. I also felt a genuine care and concern for my welfare!

This is way past due! About a month ago the ER staff showed me in person how amazing they are. Timely ck in & assessment by staff & physician, they kept me reassured & informed of my options. I came in with tachycardia I had been trying to stop at home for hours with medication, etc. with no luck. I tried all the right things before coming so they proceeded to stop/start my heart with Adenosine, (which they have done for me in the past), all was well for awhile then I went into A-Fib so they monitored & determined to do Cardioversion (electric shock) to get it corrected....long story short, they were absolutely STELLAR. I put my husband through a lot that day.....the care I received took care of both of us..we were cared for in the strongest sense of the word. I had tried to do a more formal post earlier-that's taking too long-you need thanked now!

My mother was having heart issues, and they whisked her right in and took great care of her! I was so impressed at their speed and knowledge. The doctor and nurses were patient and answered all our questions, and we felt like our wishes were heard.

The staff here are wonderful! I got in very quickly and I felt like they really cared about me. I was extremely dehydrated and they got me feeling better in no time. Definitely went above and beyond. My doctor was Edwin Wells. He just popped in for a minute and was very kind. I had the nurse practitioner Amy for most the time. She was excellent! She was the sweetest person ever. They were all very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their job and truly wanted to be there. If I ever had to go back (hoping I don't) I will definitely choose them over other places in town. 10/10 would recommend.

When I was seriously sick they were quick to process me through, evaluate my condition, and give me the treatment I needed. I am impressed by the professional and friendly way in which the staff handles each patient and work are.

The emergency room is terrible. Maybe some other facilities are nice but not the emergency room. They take forever and for me did hardly anything but still ended up charging me way more than I feel was necessary. Even if it is an emergency, next time I would drive literally anywhere else.
