Took my daughter there because she was playing basketball at the High School and was knocked in the head and hit the floor with her head. We are from Nampa and was advise by coaches and people at school to take her to this er. What a mistake(The Nurse was ok) very poor care, very rude - especially the PA and then we were discharged going to leave and, I realized they never even got our information, medical insurance, phone number anything. Very unprofessional. I have called twice and left two messages and have not received a call back. UPDATE- finally got a call back talk to CEO and Medical Director and another - over all still very disappointed with care and how unprofessional everything was done. But at least I got to verbally express my concerns and hopefully they can learn from this, but personally I will never go or take anyone to this facility on my own free will.

Great care in a small community, appreciate what they have done to try to improve care in the area. Would recommend the ER, they were kind, but didn't just try to knock out my mom with morphine, and then send her home, but rather tried to actually figure out what was going on.

My wife was bitten by a dog over the 4th of July, so we went into the Cascade ER. They told her she needed stitches and sewed her up. For the next few days the pain in her leg got worse and worse. We headed back to the Valley and she went to her doctor, who, after assessing the wound, said it NEVER should have been stitched and that now it was infected. He sent her to a wound specialist to reverse the damage done to her by the Cascade ER. She spent the next 10 days immobile in bed with her foot elevated. The bill for the treatment done to reverse the damage done by the Cascade ER is now over ONE THOUSAND dollars so we are contemplating whether or not we should sue them for incompetence. If you need some sort of medical treatment in Cascade, I would recommend driving to Boise as fast as you can instead of taking the risk of having the Cascade doctors exacerbate the problem.

Love this clinic and the staff. They are all extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Ellsworth is a great doctor who has great bedside manner and listens to his patients. My wife drives over 4 hours just to continue seeing him.

Had a buddy break his ankle while riding motorcycles in the mountains. 60 miles of wet freezing snow later we arrived, all 13 of us. While they tended to our friend they were VERY generous in letting us use their hot showers, break room to eat and dry wet clothing and much more. Every person there was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to get our friend taken care of and head back out warm and mostly dry to our destination. THANK YOU!!!

I want to commend all PA"S and nurses. I went to medical center because of some problems. I saw Rachel and she was so helpful and is a wonderful PA. The nurses are so kind, I felt so safe and knew everything would be ok. I am so thankful we have this medical center in a rural town.They take so much time with you and really listen. My son visited the ER after breaking both of his thumbs snow boarding. The care was first rate. We have since used the Family Practice Clinic - you can get in the same day and the providers are excellent.
