Holy moly my experience here was like no other! From the time I walked in until I left was a total of 1 hour, including an xray!! That is unheard of in Ohio! The staff was so friendly and caring. I felt very cared for and they even wrote prescriptions to last me an entire month and extend my care past this visit!

Please do not visit this location,they have no idea how to deal with any situation.Nurse and Receptionist speak poor english ,seems like you dealing in some asian country where they dont understand what you saying. We are visiting Hawaii on vacation and suddenly my daughter starting puking all night. I called in today morning to make sure that they accept my health Insurance from mainland USA for my daughter who required an emergency medical help (United Health Care with is accepted almost everywhere) lady on phone said yes. i take my daughter to their office.I fill out the forms etc ,give my insurance id,drivers licence etc and they said your deductibe is $30 BUT in between her medical check up they come to me want me to pay minimum $201 and then more if tests are required.They want to be sure that they are paid by insurance.It was almost like a blackmail to me.I consider it unethical and third world tactics where they trying to make money when you are stressed out........ I did not continue over there and instead took her to Urgent care at Ala Moana Blvd where they gave her the time and attention and treated my 10 year old daughter and prescribed medication.
