REVIEWS OF Piedmont Newnan Hospital IN Georgia

Jackie Alexander

As my father in law lay dying on the 8th floor (with good insurance, mind you), I have never experienced such lack of care for both his well-being and personal hygiene or the well-being of our family. His room felt like a cess pool. The gross neglect of his condition was so unreal that it felt like a bad nightmare. We begged for him to stay and not go home, knowing he was dying, but we were just looked at as if we were crazy. He ended up passing away the next morning at home in such a traumatic manner that my mother in law will no longer live in the house. This hospital used to be the Taj Mahal. Now...I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Pure neglect is what you will receive instead of any sort of dignity.

Giving the hospital 1 star is my being generous right now. Went in this afternoon with difficulty breathing. Everyone was great up until the doctor came in. He was the most condescending and dismissive doctor I had ever seen. But I’m struggling to breathe, so I stick it out. Get a breathing treatment that ends at 7:15. Never saw him again until I called someone at 9:30 cause I was feeling tight chested again. He came in, said I would get another breathing treatment and see where we go from there. As he left, he didn’t shut the door all the way and I heard him tell the nurse he didn’t believe anything was wrong with me. So I asked to be released after letting him know he was in the wrong profession. I will drive to a different hospital before I go there again

I am a chronically ill person. That's the short version and as such I visit the ER a little more often than I would like. I never ask for pain meds (cardiac and Gastro issues aren't treated that way) only answers. The mantra is "if your symptoms worsen or negatively change go the the nearest emergency room". Basically the entire staff knows my face and I am no longer a priority to them. I am on beta blockers to control angina and have intestinal issues that could lead to perforation. But I will never willingly go back to Piedmont in Newnan. The receptionist rolls her eyes in full view of me and says "what is it now sir?" with such contempt that she obviously needs a new job. I can hear the nurses complaining about me from the hall. I'm paying THEM for a service and 90 percent of the time they don't run anything other than blood work which cannot see a blocked artery or a hole in my gut. Ridiculous. I have endoscopy pictures and EKGs to prove my condition but it's apparently all in my head and I am no more than a nuisance. The hell with this place. EDIT: After an EKG and an x-ray showed right atrial enlargement (heart failure) they chose to simply brush it off and not tell me. I would not have know if I didn't pull up the result in MyChart. Thanks a lot.

My son is in this hospital Since October 22, 2018 his bed was change one day yesterday October 30 because I spoke with the head nurse Miss Sabine. He can’t get out from the bed , but they put his mill tray in the entrance of the room by the door. I’m deseable and my husband but I tried to be as much as possible in the room. A few times he even noticed that the breakfast is in the room, they put the tray at the front and when they bring lunch they take the breakfast tray intact. The nurse Christine 3635, she is very nasty, and she treat my son very bad, I can’t take and tolerate this any longer. I have some pictures that I will share with the Hospial . Be careful with your family.

A honest review of this hospital. I have been to this hospital many times For serious medical emergency and never seem to have much issues with the staff. I will say the nurses need to communicate better before they leave their shifts and the doctors need to communicate better to the nurses about what treats they will be doing and won’t be doing for the day or evening. The reason I’m granting this hospital two stars is for the unsanitary kitchen and employees that work there. It is utterly disgusting. I have found bugs in my food and the workers down there do NOT seem to care at all. It’s over priced for what it is and the sliverware provided to the patients in the hospital is dirty and not clean. This is extremely disappointing. People pay a lot of money to stay and be treated at these hospitals and to have issues like this shouldn’t happen.

Scott Strahan

The only reason I give one is because I can't give a zero. I waited 3 hours in the ER only to be told I couldn't go back with my fiance while she is pregnant and having issues. The wait still continues and no idea what's going on.

Grace Josha

Took my mom here and the doctor in the emergency Andre really took care of my mom. I recommend

Many Piedmont mishaps, that were blatantly unhealthy...This is just the latest one that blows my mind. A Piedmont employee, in Piedmont scrubs, came into a hair salon and proceeded to tell the lady cutting her hair she had the Flu this week. In the WORST Flu season ever. FYI, that girl that did your hair...has an auto immune disease, if she catches it.... I hope your hair still looks great at her funeral.

Daniel Davis

We recently had out little girl here and the staff was fantastic!!! Everyone was very attentive and was very polite. We didn't meet a negative person through our entire stay, and plan to use this hospital again if we have more children.

Sandra Wiler

I'm being released from being admitted. I got such GREAT care while I was here. Nurse's and the rest of the crew are dedicated people who you can love their jobs! Keep up the fantastic job your doing. Glad to know we have a great hospital when we need it!

Terry Myers

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Asked for something for pain. So my pain would not get worse. 1 3/4 hrs later nothing. Been waiting on transport since 5 this morning. It been 4 hrs. Came here because of care back home. I would say this is just as bad if not worse. Go some Where else don't come here.

This hospital absolutely needs rearranging and revisions in policy/procedures!!! My mother sat in the ER for literally 12 hours with severe stomach pain, vomiting, body aches, and a fever. Anyway, my mother finally gets taken back 7 hours later, all to get put on a gurney in the hallway. Then she sat in the hallway for another 2 hours before anyone would see her and that only happened because we frequently stopped nurses and doctors walking past in the hallway before someone even listened (an that occurred after we told them we were leaving). They did this knowing she just had a stroke a few months earlier so, one would think to hurry and get her back to begin to run tests. She was looked over when she had her stroke and now over-looked a second time while in pain. In the end, they took blood, gave her an IV because she was severely dehydrated (from the vomit and diarrhea) and referred her to a gastroenterologist. No medicine facility should ever operate like this. I’m in law enforcement and when help is needed, I have to respond quickly and appropriately. Something needs to be done about this facility and medical personnel aren’t held accountable for those patients that are over looked. Heck, they weren’t even that dam busy. It’s was exactly 4 individuals in the lobby, when we came in. Quite frankly, I would give zero stars but it won’t let me- for not only how they treated my mother, but how I seen multiple others treated. Even the nurses that work there, have told us to go to other nearby hospitals. Avoid at all possible.....

Was taken there unconscious by ambulance. I had a heart attack it took them two days to figure that out, they insisted I had pneumonia. They could do nothing for me but stabilize me. At my wife's insistence I was transported to Piedmont Atlanta. Once there it was determined I needed a quadruple bypass and a valve. I received wonderful care and a year later feel better than I have in years. Piedmont Newnan should be avoided for anything cardiac related.

Areex Zipttlu

I was in a stressful situation and the emergency room hped me quite well.

tokyo nokio

Heartless nurses. Told a nurse to check how long it will be. It like to go home I buried my dad today. She didn't give one f**k. Fu** this hospital.

jessica sims

Takes too long my mom has been sitting here since about 2pm here it is after 9pm and all e need is her discharge and is taking an hour to do that

M.R. Davis

Great access, great staff, great doctors and nurses. My sister came here at 4am with awful gut pain. She and my mom both said that everyone was incredibly sympathetic, attentive, and friendly. They were exceedingly professional but not too stuffy to hug my mom when she was crying. They had to rush my sister into exploratory surgery and it went quickly, the surgeon is incredibly professional, well spoken, and my sisters and mom were happy that he is easy to look at. :) he explained everything well and had a very good bedside manner. The architecture of the building can't be understated. It's as if the designer wanted to show off a study of light and angle. Everywhere you look, there's a beautiful view of light and shadow, it's sculpture in light. The light show is therapeutic and comforting. It gives a hopeful feeling in a place that doesn't always have good news. It's clear this in intentional. Well done.

On my recent visit on March 23 2017. I was in need of a very urgent/emergency surgery from a urologist. The urologist on call would not see me because I was not already a patient in their group so they transferred me to Piedmont Fayette via ambulance. The staff and everybody that I did meet were very nice. I personally think it's bull crap that you have a urologist on call but won't see you because you're not a patient of his urology group. So now I have to pay two ER co-pays Plus the charge for the ambulance ride. All because the urologist on call didn't want to see me because I wasn't his patient.

gabriel garcia-mata

The people are nice and treat you good

Matt Mowery

Worst hospital experience ever! My wife has chronic migraines that have become uncontrollable and about once a month we have to go to the ER when she can't handle the pain. Well the nurse practitioner Mae was rude, called my wife a liar and refused treatment because she thought shewas a drug seeker. The next doctor did the same and was also rude to us both saying "I work with migraines occasionally so you should be fine, get a neurologist. " we told them we have seen 6 and this is our only stop when shes in this much pain. What we didn't say is we are both medical professionals from the community and know there is no set protocol for pain and they were dismissing us. I plan on telling everyone who will listen and naming names. The only bright spot of the 6 hour ordeal was the nurses. But we will never go back to another Piedmont facility, which is sad because we both worked for Piedmont at different times. They should be ashamed.

It's a beautiful hospital. That's all it has going for it. I've been waiting since 1:18 p.m. for blood work in outpatient services. It's now 3:00. That's almost 2 hours, with no end in sight. They haven't even brought the paperwork yet and when I ask they said, "It shouldn't be too much longer. There are 3 people ahead of you."

Brought my 80 year old mother in with Bronchitis. Every single person we met during her care was extraordinarily kind and caring. Great experience...(except for the bronchitis part.)

D Portwood

Very good

lismery menendez

This hospital could not have been better in treating my 5 year old son. from the ladies in the front checking us in to the doctor everyone was absolutely great the service was extremely fast the doctor was wonderful with being honest and upfront and letting us get everything done so quickly to get back home .

Henry Dupree

Awesome staff in delivery! Could not have asked for a better experience during the birth of our son.

Bob Lutz

Seems to be lack of communication among staff. Although, most staff is friendly and seem truly caring.

Michelle Minix-White

This hospital is great. The doctors and nurses in the ER are attentive, compassionate, and seem to really CARE about the people. They actually listen to what's going on with you and try their best to make your visit as comfortable and quick as humanly possible. Although the construction going on can make it difficult to navigate in the area, the expansion and growth are welcomed since it's allowing for such awesome medical care to be available. Not to mention it's getting a new exit off of I-85 to make it easier to get to in the long run.

Octavia Warren

I would give this a zero if I could. Waited over an hour before we were taken to the back. They called our name and when we came to the desk they had taken someone else back and when my husband told them they took the wrong person back the lady told us to wait because she didn't know who he had called. We waited 15 minutes and hey said oh they sent the wrong people back. Then they took us back and sat us outside the rooms to wait for the doctor. No privacy, nothing. Once the doctor came he just issued pain meds, nothing else. No x-rays - nothing. We will never come back here! Worst emergency room I've ever been too. These people have no bedside manner whatsoever. I would rather drive to Columbus or Atlanta before we come back here.

Dylan Doole

I waited nearly 6 hours total, and spent maybe 30 minutes actually being treated at the hospital. Staff was friendly but the bill does not justify the quality of service I received.

Marie LaTraille

Sitting here now in fast track waiting to be seen. Hard bed with no pillow and no chair for the person who came with me to sit. Floor is filthy around baseboards and corners. I have a huge knot on my spine and in severe pain. I have been sitting here for 30 minites and waiting on someone to come in to see me. Do not come to this hospital unless you have no choice.

Christina Jackson

Everyone is so sweet and caring. The tests are way more thorough. Never going back to tanner medical.

My Aunt Went to Piedmont Several Times , The First Time She Was Sick & Went There They Told Her It Was A Urinary Infection . So She Took Meds & Slightly Improved & Then It Was As If The Same Stuff Kept Happening . She Had Gotten Smaller , And Sicker & Could Hardly Walk . Then We Went Back to piedmont they said it was the infection passing over . So She Was In An Nursery Home , Passed Away Around 4:00 Pm Yesterday . And Doctors From A Hospital in atlanta Said That she Had Cancer In All Her Intestines . It's Nothing like loosing a loved one

Took my daughter (1yo) to the emergency with a high fever that just kept spiking. Male nurse who "took vitals" was rude and only took her temp, then had to ask us what it was and what her weight was, after rudely telling me as I was comforting her from having a rectal temp that she'll get over it. After sending us back to the waiting area and saying we will bring Tylenol we waited 20mins to not receive any. When asked about it the reply was "we have no idea, we just changed shifts" after asking what exactly they were doing and telling them the male nurse had not done his job and being mocked at the front desk and having the nurse roll her eyes when I told them to give us the Tylenol now so my child's temp would stop spiking we walked out. Parents should never feel they need to take their sick child else where late at night because you have been made to feel she will not be taken care of there.

Linda Gregory

They were very caring and kind every time I had to bring my husband there.

Tenisia Mahone

This place is the worst, some great staff and that's about all...they will you here...absolutely sad to call this place a hospital....

Julika Parjan

I had my 2 babies here and my experience was great. Amazing nurses and staff, everything was super clean.

Jason Adams

I have had good experiences at this place

Jessica Trawick

Maternity ward is amazing! I loved my experience there. The nurses here are friendly and confident. I felt great being in their care. The ER is awful. I was having a miscarriage, sent there by my OB because he was worried I was losing too much blood. I was there 6 hours before being seen and after checking me out I was immediately admitted due to the amount of blood loss I had experienced. If the staff at the check in counter had taken this seriously, I assume I would have been seen sooner but apparently my doctor being worried about me bleeding out is not a major concern to the staff working the ER.

Wanting to share my story in hopes that other patients can prevent this from happening to them. I used southern crescent women’s healthcare after this practice had been recommended by a handful of moms in my area and they were supportive of VBAC. I never had an issue with them throughout my entire pregnancy. At 38 weeks I went into labor and chose to deliver at Newnan because I was familiar with Dr. Dyson and she was the on call doctor at that time. I feel she made all the appropriate calls throughout her shift to ensure that me and baby were healthy. Her shift ended and I was now under the care of Dr. Thomas. Dyson left at 7am and I delivered my daughter at 10:33 am. I would also like to say that I had amazing nurses up until this point. Long story short, I finally felt lots of pressure and my body naturally began to push. (My epidural failed so I felt everything) I asked the nurses to check me because I felt like I was fully dilated. (My son was a csection so I had no experience in a vaginal birth) they told me I was FINALLY a 10 and we could “practice pushing” well practice pushing soon became the real deal. The nurses started talking about by daughters head and how much hair she had etc. they had not yet even told my doctor that I was pushing. At this point I still hadn’t met Dr. Thomas. I believe I pushed for a total of 45 min. The nurses then had me breathe through contractions (hold in daughter). I had to do this through 3-4 contractions. When Dr. Thomas finally made it in I had to start pushing again. The nurses were also late when calling respiratory (there was meconium when they broke my water) She had enough time to put her gloves on. The staff did absolutely nothing to help avoid tearing. In fact it was my mom and sister guiding me and helping me through the pushing process. My last push, my daughter came flying out so fast the umbilical cord broke, Dr Thomas fumbled my daughter, and I tore internally and externally. I had to go to the operating room after delivery. They told my family I would be gone for 30 min and ended up being in the OR for 2 hours being stitched up. I then had to have 3 blood transfusions. I feel that if my nurses had called my doctor when I started pushing this could have been avoided. My sister delivered at piedmont fayette with Dr. Bonzer and her experience was night and day. The nurses called her doctor before they allowed her to start pushing. Then the doctor came to her room and observed her pushing and then she was there when the baby was ready to come out and massaged her perineum with oil to help with the tearing process. She was incredible and so was the staff at piedmont fayette. Her experience only solidified how neglectful mine was. I now have issues with incontinence and I’m having to pay for physical therapy. I was also on pain medication for 2.5 months because the pain was so bad. I had to go in for a second procedure because I developed granulation tissue that had to be removed. Dr. Shepard was the only one that I would allow to examine me, but unfortunately for new moms you aren’t guaranteed a doctor when you go into labor. I hope that piedmont Newnan takes this seriously and offers additional training to the nurses that were in the delivery room. This experience was traumatizing and I would hate for someone else to go through this. I chose to have a vaginal birth because the recovery is supposed to be better. That was not my experience.

The given good service went you needed

Anthony Gamble

My experience with this location of the Piedmont Hospital brand has been consistent in care, advise and service. Any location of the hospital that I was in was very clean and organized. The staff were as friendly and informative as I was to them.

Kristofer Conklin

The staff is incredible, so I hear. This would lead me down the road of five stars but, there's been argument amongst my family concerning the food. This lack of unanimity leads us to four stars.

Priscilla A.

Piedmont Newnan went above and beyond in caring for my elderly father, especially in the last week of his life. The doctors and nurses (especially the nurses) did all they could to help him bounce back from the latest issue, keep him calm and comfortable, and help us (the family) help him. When it became obvious he was not going to recover, they gently helped us make the end-of-life decisions such as deactivating his implanted defib device, bringing in hospice, etc. Nursing is hard and good nurses stand out as caring professionals who provide comfort for patients and families. I highly recommend Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Beverly Wilkinson

I had the BEST nurses, day and night!

Haley Sault

The nurses in the women’s services are incredible. Having my baby there was a good experience because of the staff.

David Freeman

My wife delivered our son on Saturday and cannot say enough good things about the nursing staff, nurse anesthetist (Steve), and doctors (Cole, Guther, & Curtis) on floor 4. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

Nanci MacArthur

My husband had 3 surgeries and one ER visit at Piedmont Newnan and every experience was first class. I am perplexed at the negative reviews. Coming from California the hospital here in Newnan and Fayetteville far exceed any hospital stay we had in 65 years in California. If you want long waits in ER and poor attitudes don't go to California! Be thankful we have the professional staff here locally. The doctors, nurses, physical therapists, lab techs, have all been wonderful! Clean rooms, keep you updated and involved, respond to questions and needs. All with a cheerful heart! I can't say enough good things about Piedmont Newnan Hospital. P. S the Bistro restaurant and The Poplar gift shop are great there and very reasonable.

laquita n

Horrible!! The nurse gave me an IV and when it was done she yanked the needle out with one hand and blood splattered on the bed, and on the folded sheet. They don't take their job seriously and no consideration for the patients pain is taken. The nurses in fast track laughed at my boyfriend because he was crying while they were digging in his open wound for glass, they were whispering to each other that he was faking! Now he has nerve damage in his hand, no function in his index finger, and something like a high five would send sharp pains to his hand and up his arm ..... still think he's faking!!!!!!

Jacob Harrell

Wife delivered there last year. Great staff, great food. Glad that is where we ended up.

Shay Kiing

They have a great team! I love my doctor, she is amazing. Only downside is when you go into the ER they take a really long time.

Simply Made

Horrible racist people I hate this hospital

Alex Salvatoriello

They reported me when my newborn had a diaper rash and lied when under there care

Shannon Elder

Every now and then they move at a quick pace and every now and then they have great doctors and nurses. I hate when they put you in the hallway. It's like no one really cares when you're in the hallway. My last visit. I came in around 1:30pm and didnt leave until around 8:40pm. They literally kept forgetting about me. The doctor had an "i don't care and ready to go home" attitude. It was horrible and that was 3 weeks ago. One more thing, they had a lady in pain in the hallway across from me and she kept hearing my business and i kept hearing hers because they wouldnt keep my door closed !

Mr GK

Awesome hospital they took great care of me when I came

Darius Mitchell

Yes I arrived today 1/16/17. It took two hours to get back to the E R .And I know that they treat you according to your illness severity. And I am a very sick man. And three caucasian,,s went straight to the back from triage. And once I got to the back they put me in a bed in the hallway and tried to give me privacy with a folding partition. I called for the doctor or nurse @ least 4 times.and no one responded..Now it's 6 hours later. If you have a real emergency go somewhere else

Dereck Todd

Came for a nephrectomy due to an early spotted tumor. No issues. Medical education was on point. I am happy to be alive.

Jennifer Woods

This hospital sucks. I went to ER about 10am did not get seen til after 3. I was in sooooo much pain (sciatica). They did not give me anything for pain even though a had another person bring me in. They just gave me a Rx and sent me on my way...never actually saw a doctor.

Nazzir Santana

Horrible service. New born with issues in the ER & yet they take over an hour an a half to get her inside.

b lewis

Slow service

Cory Clifton

Don't waist your time please go somewhere else that is more professional This place is a joke!

Trinidad Lookloy

Slowest service...broken collar bone 4 hrs..possible ruptured appendix 3 hrs and waiting

B Davis

There seems to be no sense of urgency with the staff. Have COPD and the handicapped parking is always full. Attempting to walk a quarter mile when you can not breathe is difficult at best. When checking in it seems similar to a doctor's appointment than an emergency. When the bill arrives the doctor's in the ER do not work for Piedmont that is not disclosed at the time of treatment. The treatment was adequate once you finally see a doctor but the discharge process is interminably slow.

M B

Calling to talk to my uncle nurse, I had to call 5 times and ask for a supervisor the 5th time to get some answers. Horrible

Morgan Britt

This is the worst hospital in history they are poorly educated and people have died behind this hospital the staff is horrible the wait is horrible the customer service is horrible the hospital itself is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people in Coweta County are driving miles to Fayetteville hospital to receive good services which is pathetic refusing to go to our local hospital I'm pretty sure they'll have a lawsuit soon.

John Hrinko

Currently sitting in the hallway of the ER. Have been for 10hrs. Came in with a post surgery infection. The lack of bed space in this hospital is appalling. I'm expected to sit in this hallway all night waiting for IV antibiotics. No sleep, I had better rest in the simulated POW camp I was in during my Marine Corps training.

Ariel Lay

Waited 6hrs and still got told I had to wait longer to see the doctor. Dont waste your time it isn't worth it.

Arlene Anna Lacey

My spine surgery was on 10/20/2916. With Dr Kessler. I will tell you i was terrified. I told anyone at the hospital that would listen. From check in ,,to anasthesiaologist (she was amazing to comfort me), to post op. Every single person, on every shift was, professional, very current with procedures. They where immaculate. I cant say enough about this experience. Everyone took good care of me. Food was great for me diabetes. ITS IMPORTANT THIS BE POSTED> THIS SERVICE IS UN HEARD OFF> Now you all know AAL

Christin Tilley

I would like to thank Dr. BAILEY in the ER for her special attention toward my 11month old. You're a blessing. And I wish you the best Holiday season. -Christin T.

Arely Sanchez

Hello everyone! I recently deliver my second baby at Piedmont Newnan, and to be quiet frankly, I had a very nice experience to say the least. From the front desk all the way to the delivery room, everyone was helpful. I have to say that I arrived around 2am, and of course, people are tired and sleepy, but I can tell they did their best. I had my first child at Northside Atlanta, and it's a much rather busier hospital and smaller rooms but staff was nice for the most part. Good overall ☺

Tesie Marie

In 2012 I fainted at my home, I was rushed to this hospital by my friend. I was not able to talk but could hear what was going on around me.. I could hear the nurses taking my vitals. I soon became more alert.. About 15 minutes later I screamed with excruciating pain in my stomach.. I mean the worse pain ever.. Immediately a Dr came in, and started explaining to me that I needed emergency exploratory surgery.. I was so scared and in so much pain. The DR. told them to rush me to surgery and put me to sleep. I will forever be thankful for the DR that saved my life. Thank you so much Dr. Charles McCord! The staff and the emergency room staff were so very good to me.. I’m late with this review because I honestly forgot until today. The only way I remember to review is because my daughter is currently in the ER and in sever pain.. I’m in Texas and I told her to go there. I know they will be good to her.. I pray she will be ok. I can’t get info over the phone due to patient privacy and she’s 19.. but, anyway... Thank you all !!

Corey Caudle

Pathetic!70 minute wait time for e.r.no rooms available. All this work to build a hospital and don't even make it big enough .should've left the one on hospital rd open too.

Terri Freeman

Excellent and caring staff. Calm and efficient atmosphere.

Fjord Pitsky

Amazing staff, great care. Got several tests done and their results back within a timely manner. Baffled at all the negative reviews on the ER -- medical care takes time, especially on walk-in! They're doctors, too; they know more about drugs than you. If they think it's necessary, they'll provide. Drugs shouldn't be given just because you asked nicely.

Mariah Tyler

Great staff in all departments. Large, beautiful hostpital. It can get crowded at certain times of the day, but it's a hospital..that's expected, but typically as far as going back and being seen in the E.R., getting a room and being seen by the doctor, is a pretty quick process. Labs & CT scans take forever though per usual

Elizabeth Chada

Buckle up kids, this one's a ride. My husband is bipolar and he had an episode. Not a big deal, he just wanted it to be on record because he's applying for disability. Well, they put him on a 10-13 chapter!!! For those who are unaware, a 10-13 is a court order where you have to stay a 3 day minimum at a mental hospital because you're a danger to yourself or others. He was not suicidal or self harming or anything. And, they didn't even tell him he was on a 10-13, he found out he was when a nurse came in and said "oh I didn't know you were on a 10-13". Great, right? Oh wait, it gets better. So they insisted that he go to Peachford, a hellhole in Atlanta. Well all that happens and when I'm having the family meeting before picking up my husband they tell me that he had "SUICIDAL" written on his chart, when he was not and never even used that word. Found out later that the doc who admitted him also works for Peachford and that other people have had the exact same experience! Weird, right? Also, when my husband tried to leave the hospital they tried to have security tackle him WHILE HE WAS HOLDING OUR SON. And the head nurse, forgot his name, was literally the biggest prick I have ever met. Sorry, but that's the only word for it. He got in my husbands face and acted like he was going to try and hit him while my son and I were there and while police were standing there. Don't go to this hospital or send your loved ones there, unless you're looking for a swift death. Or unless you wanna go to Peachford.

Nicole Bentley

Amazing staff who are so considerate and so friendly. Great place to go of you need help.

Margaret miles

Not once had a good experience. Staff are to concerned with watching youtube videos and all else to take care of patients even when they are in critical condition.

Bubba Price

Doctors are very good and it's a very clean hospital

terry mcalpin

Once I said I didn't have insurance.there went my stent. he did the heart cath but said since he was assuming I would I not take a 6 dollar meds.he would do it out patient. So I signed my self out

Terry Birdsong

Doctor on duty at E/R did not check my feet as I needed him to. Instead two children did who had gloves and still wouldn't exam my feet. . Just gave me a prescription and pushed me out the door. They did nothing to treat my sores.

My husband was in acute care unit and received disinterested attention from the nursing staff. Even the Supervisors didn’t seem to care. He was left on the toilet for 45 min and only got help because I had gone home and he sent me a text asking for help. I called the Supervisor and she did get attention, but asked him why he called me. One assistant came in and told him he needed to go shower himself. He just had both knees replaced ...are you kidding me. We had to ask for him everyday to be bathed and no one ever voluntarily did anything for him. I will avoid this hospital at all cost.

My wife and I came in when she was having terrible pains on Thursday. Turns out she was in labor at only 34 weeks. The staff rushed us upstairs and she had a vaginal birth with zero pain meds. Both baby and mommy are perfect. The nurses on the 4th floor were amazing and so helpful. After delivery we moved to mother/baby side. Once again the complete staff has been so amazing. We could not be happier with the care, attention and professionalism with all the nurses and staff. We have asked a million questions and they always went out of their way to help us and get all the answers we needed. Thank you Piedmont Newnan.

To the CEO.... in Newnan Georgia. Please sir make a difference for our patient. And please read all the review all of that is true no one make it up for nothing . Every life it manner . Thank you and God bless .

I actually rated this place 2 months ago for improper diagnosis and negligence...guess i gotta do it again...11/28/2018 i had a mental breakdown...so i got to the ER for help as a good lil citizen does... I will summarize. not only is there policy for dealing with those with mental needs horrible, but they discharged me with GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) I'm a freakin schizophrenic! And finally made the decision to go back on meds good for me right? Nah screwed again by piedmont they presciribed me vistaril....hydroxyine pam...a freaking allergy pill! Btw they dont like complaints and will popcorn you around... Finally got thw voice mail to the er "manager" yeah itll be a few days until i will be reached because this is their pattern...ive heard Fayetteville is the place to go DONT COME HERE especially if you have state Medicaid you are treated like a drug addict or second rate!

WHATS THE POINT OF COMING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM, IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS!!?? My 3 yr old boy who has bad ear PAIN and I have been here since 11 PM and its 2:19 AM right now, and we are still waiting to be called. My son has been crying on and off for the past 3 hours and 20 minutes because his ear hurts and all ive been told ia to wait for my turn.

Brintie Blair

Just awful....waited almost 4 hours in waiting room with a possible ruptured appendix. Doctor has an "I hate my job" attitude and I'm still in server pain after 2 hours of being put behind a curtain not an actual room. As soon as I told the Dr. my symptoms he automatically assumed I had a UTI. 6 hours and still in pain with no answers. Do not come to this hospital.

christina bright

Came in with severe chest pains in my already weak heart. So they kept me waiting five hours. No food or water for this heart patient. Then they locked me in the x-ray room for close to an hour. Confined to a wheelchair, alone and helpless. Nice new doctor is the only good thing..

Bryan Roy

The PA Andre is very nice. He took care of me and my mom with great care.

Tabitha Williams

Two nights ago I went to this hospital.. Just horrible.. 1.I waited in the waiting room for 3hours before being taken back to a room 2.While waiting in the waiting room I'm sitting by a sweet elderly woman on a walker.. She said she had been waiting in the waiting room for 4 hours.. She got up and stood at the front end desk for 15 minutes being practicality ignored.. finally she gave up and went back home.. 3. I came in with symptoms of constant diariahh sharp back pain no period for months with a lump on my side and extreme pain.. the nurse comes back and give me pain medication without asking me am i the driver.. i didnt know the policies at the time.. Remind u that my fiance is in the hospital room with me.. 2 hrs later after them doing nothing but a blood test pregnancy test and pelvic exam i still have no clue whats wrong with me.. im not pregnant my pelvic exam came back fine blood tests fine so whats wrong.. i know my body .. they did no further testing they sent a different nurse in to remove my iv she asks me is your fiance driving i say no i am he has no licence .. she says hold on and leaves the room.. she walks in moments later with the nurse that gave me pain medicine without asking me if i was driving.. and she says oh im sorry thats my fault i was supposed to ask u before i gave it to u.. i couldnt find a ride so i had to get myself home .. and they refused to give me my papers with my prescription and my referals.. SO I LEFT NOT KNOWING ANYTHING.. WITH NO REDERALS OR PRESCRIPTION.. UNSURE AND UPSET .. WORST EVER

Jelita Fitzgerald-Booker

I think the staff that I have come in contact with here are great people. I have had two babies here. I recently went to the ER they treated me very well and helped me feel better. I read in one of the complaints here someone was waiting for blood work for a hour and a half, ok blood work takes up to 4 hours sometimes. Let these people do their jobs.

Dede Reid

at hospital tooth was killing me doctor hooked me up and fast at that

worst emergency room i have ever been to. they give everyone an iv before you see a doctor. they don't even know if you need an iv or not but they charge $300 for the needle. I have never seen an emergency room routinely give IV's to every patient. the staff is unprofessional and impatient. It appears that the nursing staff I made of people with very little experience. getting an IV placed in one try is easy on a patient with good veins, but on a patient with crappy veins it can require multiple attempts. That just multiplies all of the above downsides (risk of complications, patient pain, time and efficiency, expense). Why are they doing this to every patient routinely? There can only be one reason, they want the money. They are letting people sit there for 6 hours, just what I saw, with an IV when they didn't know if the IV was necessary. People are under stress when they go to the ER and this makes it worse. Once you have an IV, you are committed to stay, instead of leaving to go to another Emergency center and you are committed to pay for the IV when you may not have needed it the first place. This is a money making unethical practice!

Anthony Lewandowski

Feel like they hire anybody in here, Go to fayetteville if you need to visit the doctor. Newnan Hospital Staff is a joke. Cafeteria food is good though!!

Devery Weeks

Frustrating No communication, unable or unwilling to answer questions. Had multiple attempts to do tests that had already been done. Requests for results of the test were ignored. Requests to send records to primary provider were ignored. Had to request that they would give me my regular medication and then dosages were wrong. Scary. This place seriously needs a new system.

Chuck Kerr

This place is nice. Very clean and not busy. Is like to say we'll be back but considering the circumstance, I'll pass.

Shirley Young

I had my large hiatal hernia repair done on May,2 and my care was top notch. The Nurses were caring and helpful. I could not have asked for a better care team. If you need a great tummy DR. Please see Dr. William C. Statton. He's the kind of Doctor that knows exactly what he's doing. Very professional.

Becky Caldwell

The ER sucks...they refuse to help people with issues!!! Having seizures due to pain and they say take tylenol!!! Guess thats why they Practice Medicine!!! Maybe they should learn!!!

Lizabeth Meadows

My father in law had went to be seen for his blood pressure being at stroke level. It was severely high when he went in there he was also delirious due to it being so high. The doctors did not do anything but do blood work. They did no kind of tests to check his heart nor did they do an EKG. The doctor was very rude. They did nothing to try to bring his blood pressure down at all. The only thing they done was draw his blood. They where very rude to him and his wife. Sent him him home with his blood pressure still very high and did absolutely nothing to help him. He is in the process in getting disability and has no insurance so the doctors didn't want to give him the proper care he needed. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hospital because they treat there patients very poorly. If i could rate this at a 0 i would.

I was scheduled for an induction at 39 weeks pregnant. Supposed to go in at 6 am but they called at 5:50 and told me they didn’t have room for me (not their fault, 4 people came in already in labor) so I call back at 8 and they say they can fit me in at 9. I got put in a triage room which was fine but super small. My nurse Tina (she was amazing, loved her) walked me through everything, told me what was going on, and really made me comfortable. My water got broken, I was given my epidural and had my daughter within 3 hours of my water breaking. All was well until Tina’s shift was ending and we got moved to a bigger room. My daughter had swallowed fluid during delivery so they took her to the NICU to monitor her breathing. The nurse taking care of me took me to see her and the NICU nurse Sarah was super sweet and let me hold my daughter for the first time since she had been born. The next day the NICU doctor came in and told me that my daughter was doing great and that they were going to be able to move her back with me shortly. I go to visit with my mom and the NICU nurse Jennifer rubbed me the wrong way. I told her what the doc had told me and she seemed very excited until I explained that I wo uldn’t be breastfeeding. Since she was taken from me, I didn’t end up breastfeeding so they gave her bottles. Jennifer tried very hard to push breastfeeding on me and when I refused, her demeanor changed. She told me that they were going to have to keep her longer and that she is a greedy eater (didn’t pace herself, but that is normal and it can be fixed) and that it wouldn’t be safe to move her yet. I decide not to go back to the NICU until night shift. The minute I walked in, they were unhooked my daughter and greeted me and said that she would be coming back with me right then. They said that my daughter should be with me and that she is perfectly fine. Other than that damn nurse, everyone was great and took good care of me and my daughter. They are a very breastfeeding friendly hospital keep in mind.

HansGruber Olo

They put my father into a medically induced coma without asking about his existing conditions (sleep apnea in this case) and he passed. When the nurses were discussing lowering some of his meds and they realised I was listening they moved outside the room. They were evasive and sneaky. There is no worse feeling than having to take your loved one off life support.

Be B

Visit another ER!!

Bryon Chancellor

On October 4th a nurse named Jill in icu told me that I had to have a pin number to get any information about my moms condition, I called my uncle and he said that he had no idea about any pin! I sincerely hope her mom never has a nurse like her.

Weylin Orr

Please Please Please do not come here to deliver a child. Labor and delivery staff was horrible, careless and overall rough on my wife during her labor and birthing. Gave her too much sedative to ease the pain and made her and my baby extremely lazy to push a vaginal birth and was told she was to have a c-section. They dont move in a timely fashion. S/O to Hannah our nurse on the other side of labor. She is the real MvP. Please take head to my warning. They will let anyone work here.

Larry Cusson

Do not take your children here under any circumstances. We've taken each of our boys. The first time our 7 year old had meningitus and they diagnosed him with a headache and sent him home. He was sleeping for 23 hours per day and when he did wake complained of a very bad headache. Took him to Children's and he was well taken care of, quickly diagnosed and comfortable. The second time, our pediatrician(also piedmont) told us to take our 4 month old there when he was throwing up all day. We didn't want to and requested Children's but she insisted saying if he has a gastrointestinal issue she doesn't want us driving that far. She called ahead and got approval. Once we got there, they admitted us, but refused to do anything. We got a $1,300 bill from the ER for sitting in a room waiting. Then we received a second seperate bill from the ER doctor for over $1,000. Our pediatrician and OB experiences were phenomenal but the bedside manner and service of the ER is awful.

Cindy House

Had to visit the ER for a medical emergency. The staff was phenomenal. The facilities were great. I received excellent attention from all especially Dr. Chinedum Ikpe Clark

Candice Peet

These doctors an nurses are not pofessional. They more worried about money instead of making sure the patient is ok enough to go home. This hospital sucks. If u don't have insurance go to another hospital. Don't waste your time.

Daylo Scoot2official

This is my first visit here with my bf who has sickle cell. He came here in a lot of pain, it's New Years Eve and we got here at 9:14pm. They popcorned us around the first few hours we were here. They had us in the lobby with an iv getting fluids. They never gave him any pain meds every hospital we've gone to has been able to give him some kind of pain meds because he's in excruciating pain. They sent us to the back where the nurses are and we have been sitting here for and hour. They finally gave him pain meds at 1:39am. We've been here 4 hours! Not getting a bed anytime tonight just sitting.

I experienced an internal bleeding incident in my colon mid-afternoon on a recent Saturday and drove myself to Piedmont Newnan Hospital's emergency room. I was not in pain as I announced myself to the reception desk so prepared for a long wait. My name was called in less than 10 minutes and I was immediately processed into the emergency room. The care I received was capable and immediate. The doctor and nurses were professional and caring. I was admitted to the hospital for further testing. Early the next morning I experienced a serious drop in blood pressure and a very serious increase in heart rate. The Rapid Response Team was immediately assembled and they stabilized me until the danger passed. I was only semi-conscious but still aware of the calm and professional actions of the nurses and doctor who attended to me. I left the hospital three days later and have recuperated nicely since then. My experience at Piedmont Newnan exceeded all my expectations. From the medical professionals to the housekeeping and kitchen staff I had nothing but wonderful people attending to me. I want to give a very public acknowledgement to Piedmont Newnan Hospital and all the people there who gave me such outstanding care. Well done and thanks.

Steve Hobbie

Went in for broken ankle and the staff seemed like it was a bother for them that I was there .I will say once i was moved to a room the people there were somewhat nicer

Anthony West

The name of the local hospital in the city of Newnan, Georgia is Piedmont Newnan Hospital. This hospital is very clean. The Emergency department is very efficient at helping patients in emergency situations. The wait time in the emergency room is excellent. The After Visit Summary is easy to read and understand. Awesomeness.

Rachel C

Great staff! All very friendly. Everyone took time to explain went they were there and what was going to happen.

Keunte Horsley

Need to be shut down cause if you don't have insurance you get poor help they don't care to help you

There is very good reason this hospital has such horrible reviews!! My grandmother has had to go here on several occasions. Neither experience has been very good. On Saturday there were dirty blankets and pillows laying around her room, at 12:30 she hadn't been given breakfast or lunch, or told why she wasn’t being fed, even though she asked. We had to contact Administration to get her fed in a timely manner. Laurel Shay came to her room and assured us she would be taken care of from here on out. On Monday we were told that she will be going home today or tomorrow. By 11:45 am she still hadn’t been served breakfast or lunch and once again has not been told why. This place needs NEW LEADERSHIP DESPERATLY!!!

NNylari Iralynn, LLC - Artist

Good service from the front desk receptionist. Everyone was very patient and kind to us.

This ia the worst hospital I have ever visited. The staff could care less. They act like you are just here cause you have nothing better to do. If I drive myself .Nobody knows anything here horriable people and service.

Dake Royce

POINT BLANK PERIOD!!! DO NOT GO to NEWNAN HOSPITAL FOR CARDIAC CARE. Don’t let the first responders tell you they’re going to newnan after you’ve requested somewhere else. Worst experience of my life. I’m so thankful I lived considering the unprofessional, attitude from the drs. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. It wasn’t what they did wrong. It was a matter of what they didn’t do right. Turns out a heart attack at Newnan hospital is not an emergency. There was a few Nurses and RNAs that did a good job. Thank you to them.

Roy Watson

Top notch care! I have been a patient and have had love ones there, I prefer this hospital over all the others I have used in my lifetime!

Jennifer B

My experience with the staff was pleasant and professional. Took very little time to be seen compared to another facility which was over a 3 hour wait. Thanks!

Gigi Curry

When I called having a single question about Piedmont the lady acted very strange and rude I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying! They don’t deserve no type of rating from me period! Lady that answers phone loves to hang up on people! Don’t go here for anything

brittany bishop

I dont know what has happened. They used to be a great hospital. On several occasions that i have taken my kids it has been horrible. My daughter waited 8 hours with a high fever and pain. They did not think she deserved care quickly. As we watched hour after hour ppl that got there after us were being taken back. By 10pm i was ready to leave i had a 3 week old baby and my 8yr old not being cared for. By the time we saw anyone we had to be rushed to children's healthcare. By this time my 8yr old was life threating. If you want your children taken care if DONT GO HERE

Monica Dunklin

I have been in the medical field over 20 years and have never experience medical care like my 67 year mother received Sunday 24 March thru 27th. The nurses have the attitude as if we owe them something. I see why people switch to Emory.

Sherry Carpenter

My better half was taken to Piedmont Newnan Hospital on March 26th, 2017. He is a diabetic. His sugar went up to over 1400 and had septic shock among a few other health problems. He was immediately admitted to the ICU. For those of u that don't know anything about septic shock, it's a bacterial infection that gets in ur blood stream and 85% of the people who get this does not survive. The evening he was admitted, he stopped breathing 3 times and ended up on a ventilator and was put into a medically induced coma. They gave him a 10% chance to live. He had also had pneumonia. The doctors, nurses and staff worked with him and worked with him day in and day out for right at a month. They then transfered him to Atlanta Select Medical for vent weining, rehab and a few other things, where he continued his stay for the next month and a half. They never gave up on him. I am soooo glad I chose this hospital because they did a fantastic job. Words cannot express how grateful and happy I am right now. I just want to thank the entire 5th floor ICU and the ER for saving my man's (Mr. William Tyree AKA Billy) life. He is now home and doing real good. He gets around so much better and feels a lot better. He too sends his love and appreciation.

I have been trying to get a lab bill resolved for two months with no luck. I have called and called, and I'm promised that someone will look into with no return calls. Yet, the threatening bills keep coming. At my wit's end. What to do?

Tori Collins

I arrived there with obvious trauma. I was in so much pain that in triage my bp was 190/85. There were plenty of REAL rooms open but I was put in the hallway across from the room with a combatant drunk and diagonally from a combatant meth addict (I know these things because the nurses love discussing and making fun of patients very loudly). It took them almost two hours for a doc to even talk to me or have anything done to me. It was almost 30-40 minutes before a nurse even spoke to me (again, besides the two combatant people there were only two or three other patients and before anyone says they could have been busy elsewhere, they weren't seeing to the patients, they were laughing and joking in the nurses station). I asked the doctor questions like "is my leg damaged further?" (my whole quad is paralyzed). All he did was shrug and hand me my discharge papers. The combatant drunk harassed me almost the entire time but my nurse was no where to be found and because I was left in the hallway I had no call button and I couldn't walk well enough to find her. They had me roll up my pants leg in the hallway (the nurse) and when she saw the scrapes from me landing on my GRAVEL driveway she accused me of scratching my leg on purpose. Now about this time I hear the drunk DEMAND morphine and a script which he got! Me on the other hand, I was given a pill for pain and no explanation of what could be wrong done verbally by the doctor. I asked questions and only got dismissal. He prescribed me 10 pain pills. As I'm limping out intot he parking lot I see a guy that came in after me. I'm curious so I asked him how it went and he said he got a room, a shot of morphine.... a script for 30 vicodin, a script for 10 valium, and two other scripts for some steroids. He had just pulled his back, something that everyone does every once in a while.... Meanwhile, my paralyzed leg is still in agony, I said as such before I left, and I have lost even more feeling in my toes since my fall. They did not care. They didn't take my vitals more than once, either. I will be calling the administrator on Monday.

Called an ambulance for the first time in my life. The medics were amazing, they were energetic, dedicated and very informative. From my research online, it looked like I had severe sciatica but the bigger issue was my bones in m legs were feeling like they were going to explode. I am not a doctor but that I wanted to be as informed as possible for my first ER visit. On the ride in the ambulance the medic performed an EKG and showed great concern because it appeared as though I had an anomaly indicating at blockage, my resting pulse is in the high 40s and I am not the athlete I once was, in theory it should be around high50s or 60. The medic also performed a lot of blood work. When I met Dr. Hill and explained what I was feeling, I made it clear that I had never had it properly assessed, he said he would get me "fixed up and proceeded to intravenously inject morphine, valium and a steroid. I was then orally administered hydrocodone and ibuprofen. I have never had morphine, valium or hydrocodone. I waited maybe thirty minutes and the pain did not go away it only intensified. I was told that I was being discharged by staff. I explained that I was in the same condition that I come in and would not be able to make it back to my hotel. I could literally not stand for more then a minute. As a former athlete I have endured great pain, broken bones, knee issues, injuries not foreign to high level athletes. I explained it was embarrassing to call an ambulance for myself while at a hotel and would not have done so if the pain wasn't unbearable. I was treated as a patient with sciatica and no regard was given to my irregular heart beat or extreme bone pain. I was told I was being releasesed shortly after the drugs were administered and the doctor did not even come in to see me after I asked to speak with him to inquire as to why I was being released. They sent me home without even removing any of the EKG pads placed on my chest and calves by the ambulance medics. This is subjective but he seemed perturbed that the medic would offer an opinion about the EKG and when I asked if he was going to look into it further he said "not to worry about it, it's probably due to the pain". I asked if a ct scan or mri was going to be performed regarding the sciatic nerve and he stated that I should go back home and speak with a doctor and get one ordered. I have very good BCBS insurance. I told him I will not make it home, I could not walk after 1 minute. When I was leaving after being dismissed I had to lay down in the hallway of the hospital until the pain went away and explained that I could not sit down in a wheel chair. Then I composed myself and hopped on my good leg to the sidewalk outside to lay down on the ground until an Uber arrived. I got out of the Uber three times to lay down in the street until the pain subsided en route to my hotel that was only 5 minutes away. It's a day later after being injected with morphine, valium and steroids along with regular doses of hydrocodone, valium, ibuprofen and prednisone I am stuck laying on my stomach in a hotel away from home with no way of mobilizing back home. One of my coworkers is arranging to drive me 5 hours home in the back of his truck so I can seek treatment. Since when do we administer narcotics, get no pain re and allow a patient to leave worse off then they came in. Understand I have never used a narcotic and rarely use ibuprofen so between all the drugs administered I should have had some response. I can not endorse this professional due to lack of concern for the patient and the information provided to him. Just because sciatica is common it does not mean that you don't owe it to the patient to rule out any other possibilities such as why do my bones throb so badly and feel like they are going to explode? Why is the pain moving to my groin area now?

Chelsie Smith

ER is horrible.

Prissly Mena

My fiance and I have been in the ER waiting room since 5:30pm.... it's currently 10pm and the only thing that's been done is his registration and vitals. When we got here we were greeted with smiles and patience and once the night shift employees hit we were overlooked like a side of brussel sprouts that nobody wants. He has been in severe abdominal pain accompanying a fever and he has quietly been suffering, awaiting his turn. Needless to say that this may be our first and last time with the Piedmont hospital branch... I always try to give healthcare providers the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, when there have been almost 3 rounds of newcomers that have come and gone and we're still aging in the same chairs, I'm pretty sure the wait is not worth it. Sorry Piedmont because you do have some good employees, but service is severely lacking.

Art Glen

Just horrible. Going on 5 hours sitting here for stitches.

Mireilly Smith Adrover

Had a great experience here the staff was wonderful

Phylicia Presley

This is the worst hospital south of Atlanta. The doctors don’t know anything. They are inconsiderate about the patients well being. I see why the loose a lot of people on their hands. They sent me home without and meds for sore throat, Fever chills and body aches. I then passed out and had to go by ambulance to Fayetteville. I refuse to go back here.

J Noles

Went here yesterday due to chest pain. They were kind up to the point of not having insurance and inability to pay the $150 private pay deposit. Before that a nurse explained that I would be admitted to have a stress test done the next day. Well that never happened and their controversial excuse from a RN was "sorry we don't have that type of test available in the ER. You'll need to followup with a cardiologist..." then they sent me on my way. I'll never go back needless to say.

shad barr

It was easily the best birth experience we have had of all our kids. Great nurses and doctors, excellent facilities.

Sue New

Do not do not do not use this hospital. I was admitted and faced the worse experience I ever had with any hospital. Nurses yelling at patients, one nurse did not want to be bothered with me having to assist me to the bathroom each time as I was a fall rick due to passing out so the secong day she turned off the monitor and unhooked three devies from me and tood me to just hook myself back up when I came back to bed. No doctor or nurse seemed to be on the same page with me care. Ine doctor promised they would not let me leave until they found out the soorce of black outs but they had another doctor discharge me prescribing medicine that I was told earlier by a nurse practioner that no scrips would be needed. When I told her of the violent reactions she still wrote the prescription. When I asked about the other doctor's stayement regarding my condition her reply baffled me. Call Emory. I asked for a referral. "You don't need one". Just call and see if you can get some class of students to " think out of the box" Really? No care or concerns for someone obviously SICK. Passing out mutiple times a month and inability to stay put of bed for due to extreme fatigue. My health is not anyone's concern.

toby olmstead

sucks

Desado Knight

This hospital nobody know anything really low in experience. Need professional please

Adam Folickman

I don't understand the negative reviews because I have been here more times in 2017 then I ever want to be in a hospital. I have received very good care from kind and helpful staff. If I detect a problem or something I don't like I speak up. Maybe the people with the negative reviews don't speak up ? I find that the doctors who work here listen to me and are straight forward with me. On numerous occasions the nursing staff has done extra things for me that I ask for and are very helpful and nice. I also see that the treatment they provide for me is correct. If I am sick and here, I research it myself how I should be treated and the hospital's treatment has been correct so far in my experience.

Jeannie Aument

I came in through the ER with pulmonary issues. From the time I walked in to the time they put me in a room, including waiting for a chest x-ray, a CT, blood work and having to wait for a bed, my total time waiting for something was less than an hour. I was on 7 (shameless shoutout). And if you get Dr. Haugabrook you're gonna be just fine!!! I didn't meet one grumpy person. 5 stars and I hope I never go back!! Lol!!!

Called them today to get an answer about something important and they were no help. They get no stars from me. (They won't let you post without at least one but they get none from me.)

Melissa Merriman

Nursing staff were rude. Doctor hardly spoke to us. They rescheduled my husband's appointment three times and then were 3 hours late. No one came in to his room to inform us what was going on or came to check on us. This was the absolute worst service we have received.
