The nurse “ Laura “ in the ER is the most rudest person I’ve ever met! Makes you feel like your child is not welcome in this hospital. I waited in the waiting room for an hour , skipped me 3 times and the security guard that was on duty felt so bad he had to get up and tell her my daughter was crying , I was skipped and she still didn’t feel the guilt to help me or at least excuse herself!

The facility is beautiful. From the intake/ receptionist to the physicians...everyone is great and happy to do their job. The Doctors are knowledgeable and caring. Parking is easy and the facility was easy to find. overall my son and I had a great experience.

My son is 9 so he seen the sports physical therapists. A woman. But all the therapist seemed great. She took her time with the evaluation and gave us all the information we needed. Pleasant experience.
