It took 2 months to obtain an appointment. That is fine I guess. Drove 2 hours from the west coast of Florida to the east coast in Weston to go see a gastroenterologist. Worst experience ever. Brought all previous tests results with me. Doctor spent minimal time with me. Have not been able to eat for almost 1 year now without severe pain. Had such high hopes for my visit. Was not examined, etc. I have lost close to 25 lbs as I cannot digest food. Explained to the physician I am going to die if I do not eat. Reaction was 2 different medications and see a psychiatrist. Asked me if I wanted a feeding tube. Not the least bit concerned with my symptoms. . Was sent home. I am absolutely enraged and do not know where to turn. They may be a highly recommended and accredited hospital, but my experience was a zero.I must add the physician name——- Kim Su Bin. Absolutely terrible. Would never ever recommend her. Am sitting here wondering whom and where can take care of my ongoing problem.

This is an excellent hospital (with others all over south Florida). It is clean, well run, with a national reputation. Excellent facility with great medical staff. Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Great ER. Accept most insurance.

Tajae Robb

They are hands down the very best in terms of customer care, compassion, empathy and genuiness to see their patients get well. Dr rosenthal is awesome front desk staff is awesome. Very clean hospital too. I gave four stars only because parking is terrible at the moment.

RE: Dr Lo Menzo Cleveland Clinic - General Surgery Department Weston, FL I had an inguinal hernia repair and an umbilical hernia repair, both small, at Cleveland Clinic Weston, FL with Dr. Lo Menzo from the general Surgery Department on May 26, 2017. The swelling and discomfort never went away. First, Dr. Lo Menzo said it was a Seroma (blood ball). After a few months, he said it was scar tissue. I had a sonogram in Sept 2017 and a CAT scan in August 2018, and both confirmed that I still have BOTH hernias. Adding insult to injury, Cleveland Clinic officials have not been receptive to my frustrations regarding what should have been a simple surgery, not the failed surgery it was. Maurice W Weston, FL

the gynecology here is top notch. i went in 1 time for a problem that 2 other doctors couldn't figure out and Dr. Veneroni figured it out the first time. i really appreciate her knowledge and being able to help me on something no one else could

In late 2016 a close one was in the ICU on life support for 2 weeks with no hopes of recovery as stated from two doctors. Per the patient request (a conversation I once had if this situation ever happened) I informed the doctors to keep her alive no matter what it takes. With having faith, amazing medical staff, support from family and friends she miraculously pulled through. Don't second guess yourself, this hospital by far puts any other Broward hospitals to shame when it comes to service. Being there everyday myself I saw how attentive the staff was with the patient needing care every critical moment and I want to say how grateful I am and thank you for everything. From clean to state of the art facilities to knowledgeable medical staff and doctors, they provide the best care! Was surprised how good the food was at the cafeteria. A friend recommended me to come to this hospital and now I'm passing along the advice. Best hospital in South FL!

Nelly from the appointment center at Cleveland Clinic in the Weston FL location has amazing customer service. She was so professional, patient, friendly, helpful & kind. She really gave a top-notch customer service experience when I called in & deserves a kudos. Thank you Nelly for being so great at your job!!!

Never go to this hospital. Arrogant ER doctors that make you feel like scum, they do not deserve your business... I will follow up with with a very long and descriptive account of my experience there

Monique Williams

The triage Dr was extremely rude and had no compassion for me as a patient. First he asks why I choose a Friday night to come to the ER. Then he says we can only treat symptoms, if you are being seen by your primary you shouldn’t be here. He never took the time to find out what was happening or try to find a way to treat my problem. I am still sick and not sure how to get the proper help I need, especially after being treated so poorly by this doctor. It makes me wonder why he choose this field of work. Worst Hospital!!!

mwc4God

Cutting edge medicine, state of the arts facility, latest technology, and that is all good, but it is the people they have hired that makes them shine brighter than the rest. Wonderful, caring people who have the skills to help me with any medical concern I may have. I thank my God for Cleveland Clinic being made available to me and my family! Thank you God for Cleveland Clinic!

Amir Naseer

Excellent staff with renewed customer (patient) focus. Parking is a struggle hopefully when construction is complete there would be a solution perhaps a new parking garage as that would be needed with the additional building.

The Cleaveland Clinic kicked my dying mother out of the hospital because her Medicare was up. They told me that I had to put my mother In Hospice although I wanted her to stay in the hospital.. Thet were insistent and put her through the stress of being moved by ambulance when she only had a few days to live. All because Medicare wouldn't pay them after a certain amount of days of being In the hospital. So disgraceful. The system is broken. We should be treating our senior citizens and veterans with the respect they deserve. You can judge a society on how they treat their senior citizens. In this case, you can judge the Cleveland Clinic. .

Over a month ago, I had a consultation with a doctor in the otolaryngology department. He recommended I get a CT Scan, and so I did. After spending hundreds of dollars on medical appointments and diagnostic scans, I can’t get anyone to call me back to share the findings with me. There has certainly been no apprehensiveness to send me bills, but getting a response to my request for results of my scan is nearly impossible. I appreciate that your office has many patients and that my issue may not be the most important. However, my health is important to me, and I think it is unreasonable to charge me huge amounts of money, and then fail to keep me informed. A month should certainly be enough time for a short phone call. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew I was going to be ignored. I’m very disappointed.

Marvelous. Care prompt attention. Silent. Hallways. Its a pleasure

A very disturbing experience and bad customer service. The nurses had no idea what they were doing and should return to schooling for additional education. On the most CRITICAL FLOOR of the hospital (ICU), a nurse DROPPED the PATIENT’S MEDICATION on the FLOOR, PICKED IT up and ASKED the patient if they wanted it. Alarming experience. I do NOT recommend. It’s a shame to see young nurses enter healthcare, not properly trained, get in “for the money” and careless about providing exceptional care or have even the slightest passion for patients. Unacceptable patient care.

I bought my dad in at 315 for a 330 appt. It is now 550 and the doctor has just literally just walked into his room... Wait times are entirely too long... If we had a 330 appt why are we the last ones leaving? I hate to say skin color but what else could it be? He has great insurance, so that's not the problem

Justin Case

I am really impressed with the service at this hospital. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Not happy Dr. Sheffield performed 2 Heart surgeries on my mother this year 2018 and numerous fluid drains from around her heart in a 2-3 month span with no legitimate explanation to us the family as to why? He doesn't even look you in the eye. No follow up and he worked on her like she was an experiment. It turns out after mother was admitted to another hospital in the atea for the exact same problem as before she had pneumonia. I had asked the Doctors at Cleveland Clinic to give her antibiotics, but they refused. I suspected she had pneumonia all along. But, I'm not a Doctor, you must seek/obtain a second opinion this is big business now and some Doctors don't have your best interest at heart?! Happy now we sought Doctors outside of Cleveland Clinic. I also wrote an extensive letter to Cleveland Clinic on line 2 months ago with absolutely zero response in reference to this matter.

This is horrific! We fly in to Palm Beach urgently because Dr. Aleyas wants to see my father immediately regarding his lung biopsy results which they won't give over the phone, and this is the quickest flight. After driving 1.5 hours, we wait another 2 hours for the doctor who never shows up to work and no one else will give us the results!!! This is insane! They're going to give him a heart attack waiting for cancer results which they've already implied are not good. This is unprofessional and inhumane torture. I see why the ratings ratings are so horrible at Cleveland Clinic. Update: Another doc was eventually summoned to give the results after a fuss. Lung Cancer

Cleveland Clinic Weston saved my life- twice. I had two strokes, two years apart, in '09 and '11. The ER and neurology MDs(Dr Adrianna Rodriguez) were very professional and thorough. I went through exhausting but eventually fulfilling Cognitive Therapy with Elaine Stephenson. I had lost my numbers, unable to distinguish one from another, which was a real problem. I continue to see multiple Doctors @ CC. The huge problem with CC Weston was their appointment desk, often necessitating a trip to the actual appointment desk, which defeats the purpose of a telephone. I am really glad to see that has been alleviated. My last two calls were picked up by a knowledgeable, friendly representative--ON THE FIRST RING!!! Kudos! I, too cannot seem to get a Urology appointment before late December, forcing me to go to a private practice. Two days later, my prostate was checked and no wait. Great facility, great staff; maybe a little too good? Parking also a problem.

Cleveland Clinic in my opinion is great if you have or need a mayor procedure. It is HORRIBLE for anything routine. I have been there in the ER and the personnel is wonderful, unfortunately they grew so much and so quickly its beyond their capabilities. For example my son was taken there in ambulance and there were no rooms available, he was treated in front of the nurse's station with no privacy. I didn't care as long as he received the care he needed, but it was very uncomfortable for him specially on some of the treatments. Nurses are doctors were SUPER nice. As far as making a routine appointment it is a nightmare! they take forever! So, you better not be sick otherwise you'll need to go through emergency or go somewhere else. Doctors and staff alike go out of their way to keep you informed, they do have top notch Doctors and equipment, so you need be patient in order to receive that type of care...

Best surgery experience I have ever had

Excellent customer service every time I go. Courteous staff, minimal wait times for doctor visits and procedures. Beautiful facilities which are clean and well maintained. The cafeteria has tasty, healthy options, but the prices could be lower. Valet service is affordable. There was even a professional pianist playing the grand piano in the lobby recently.

These are The People That Caused The United States Health Care to Crash. PLEASE Stay Away From THEM.

Nadya Castro

Went in with my mother who had just fallen and clearly showed a broken wrist and had a gash on her forehead and was bleeding. The people in the ER are the worst, we waited for 40 minutes, the let everyone else went in before her because I kept asking about the waiting time, they literally let a lady in that had applied something to her skin and had a burning sensation and eve she was surprised she went in before my mom. We were about to leave and go to another ER but before leaving I asked the lady if they were just doing it on purpose because I kept asking them how long the wait was and after that they called my mom in. Once inside they were very nice but the receptionists were Horrible, they need to be trained better.

K

It’s an amazing building, clean and upgraded but the staff could use some training on sensitivity.

Have been going to Cleveland Clinic Florida for over 10 years. All my doctors are here. They literally have saved my life twice. Dr. Sergio Pinski is the best. I have found them to be efficient and caring. Would give them 6-stars if I could.

On April 2, 2016 I went to the Cleveland Clinic Emergency Room in Weston Florida in a lot of pain because I had the sciatic nerve pinched, the doctors and nurses were able quickly and effectively find ways to improve the pain level and when I went home I was able to sleep for many hours. Doctors and nurses were responsive and professional, an excellent group of individuals. Next day I got two phone calls from the Cleveland Clinic Emergency Room asking if my pain level was still under control if not to come back to get help. My spine surgery is coming up in two days and this assure me that I had chosen the BEST MEDICAL SYSTEM. CLEVELAND CLINIC Weston and all your ER personnel thanks!

Forrest Thomas

They are the best for me personally since 2011

Bobbie Crews

What I love about the clinic is the outpatient wait time is great. I am in and out within 1 1/2 hour at the most. I love Provider Judy, PA in the GYN clinic also the Cardiology clinic and General Medical with my primary care doctor. I had a bad experience in the ER the staff seem not to care about the patients and the doctors were not prompt. the entire ER staff needs to be retrained on customer service and bed side manners.

Norma Riccobene

The Cleveland clinic failed my family never catching my late mother's cancer. Early the oxygen wasn't even delivered to my home prior to procedure. Doctors were arrogant, cocky, and truly in correct on the amount of time my late mother had to live. Ignoring my late mother when the results showed the cancer had gone to her lymph nodes she spoke up and said I'm medstatic. The doctor dismissed her comment. Even asking the oncologist for hospice. Response you don't need them yet. My late mother had small cell lung cancer that spread to her lymph nodes then too her spine. Stage four . Ignoring signs only ct scans not really paying attention to things changing in her lungs. Then rushing into a bronchscopy. That gave us the news. Never even offering other courses of treatment. Being from Cleveland we thought good care boy we were wrong. My late mother wasn't just a number on a spreadsheet she was a wife, mother, grandmother, and so much more. The person who is publishing this is in her name cause of email confusation. But it is her autistic daughter who also was her 24/7 caregiver.

Lu Romero

Great Medical Services. The Cafeteria serves tasty and good quality food and it’s very clean; you can find healthy options here.

Frank Biscotti

One of the best hospitals for any type of health care

Huseyin Baki Iz

Registration is a mess. Waiting for hours.

Natalie Correa

Honestly, Cleveland Clinic should have 5 stars ! I have always had the fastest wait times. The hospital is immaculate, and the staff is extremely professional. I was a military child growing up, and none of those hospitals compare to Cleveland.

Tina La RUFFA

The communication at this hospital and clinic is by far the worst I have ever encounter. One hand doesn’t know what the next is doing. As you see from other ratings, they have no regard to letting you know if a doctor is out, your insurance wasn’t approved, or when they bill you because they never billed your insurance. When you get the supervisor they say I’m sorry but have no answers as to why the issue has happened nor are you told we will at least address the issue. This is the 5th time here and I can tell you it’s is always a hassle. If you didn’t have chest pain prior to coming you are guaranteed chest pain upon leaving. When I can call my insurance company and get an answer in 2 minutes that they can’t get in 1 week that is a problem. When they call you for collections and you tell them I gave all my insurance information to you 5x they say I don’t know why it was not billed and of course it was settled and paid. My husband was told he had 75% blockage of his LAD and 95% blood flow but you did not meet criteria for stent but if you still have chest pain and SOB come back in 3 months and we will put one in. That’s really reassuring. I can go on and on. I would rate this place a 0. As a medical professional it is a disgrace the way my husband and others have been treated. Unfortunately people are afraid to speak up as they are afraid that they won’t be treated. I called for the CEO”s email and not one person could provide me with that information. Instead I was I was sent to a number that no one answered after speaking to 3 people. There are many issues that need to be addressed and maybe than your ratings will increase.

vikingwarbrides

Professional, friendly staff. Knowledgeable doctors who don't believe in over prescribing medicines.

F. Lares

Hospital staff is great very friendly and professional Sorry to said but cafeteria food sucks and they only have diet soda Feel really bad for the people who have to eat there every day

M Ice

They saved my life. Another local hospital couldn't fit me in for a breast cancer consultation for 2 months and Cleveland clinic got me in within 2 days! My surgeon for my mastectomy was excellent and my oncology doctor is top notch. I switched ALL my doctors to Cleveland clinic

Victor Rodriguez

Terrible place for ER treatment.... If anyone has the need for emergency treatment, please avoid this Circus of an ER. Nurses, doctors are more interested in surfing the internet in front of the patients than actually treating them. If you need ER treatment,AVOID THIS HOSPITAL.Unless you do not have insurance, illegally in the US then this is the place for you....

Peter USA

I had two surgeries here, it has been my place with great Doctors for years. Service is excellent, Doctors a wonderful, i just get the feeling that this is a top of the line Hospital for cancer, heart and knee replacement patients.

Wendy R.

I have never been treated so kindly at any other hospital ER. I was taken care of quickly and with respect.

Really love this clinic and the employees who work here. I’ve visited the Weston, Parkland and Coral Springs locations and have had great experiences so far. I’ve been going here for a little over a year. My doctors are the best and really take their time to listen and discuss my health (Interal Medicine and Gynecology). They also offer an online portal where you can schedule appointments, see results and future visits that need to be scheduled. The online app does take around 5 days to update after test results are in, I called technical support and the customer service rep was so nice and polite, she also took time to explain how their system works. I recommend this clinic to all my family and friends in the south FL area.

Maggie from OPS 3 really shines bright with her level of service! She is truly the hard working employee every business wishes they had and should forever cherish. After making a visit to the E.R I was transferred to this department. Right away Maggie greeted myself and my guest with a warm friendly smile and made sure we were both comfortable. The level of care and attention to detail was truly exceptional for such a busy position and she handled it with grace. Although this wasn’t the ideal way for me to spend my date night with my guest, we were both trying to make the best of the entire experience. Our little jokes weren’t met with the typical cold shoulder of a busy employee. The daytime team did great as well and they deserve a round of applause but what really blew me away was the shift change the next night. Maggie was starting her shift and wasn’t directly assigned to me but her name was on my board and she made my time feel so comforting. Being at the hospital is never enjoyable and it’s even less enjoyable when family is across the country and you’re alone. The feeling of seeing a familiar, friendly face really, really made the entire experience feel so relaxing and comforting. At all times I felt like I had a well trained staff member looking after my care, but also someone who I truly had a connection with who was able to monitor my care. Maggie really helped ease my anxiety of not having family around because I felt like I really had someone looking out for me. I’m so happy I chose this hospital over others and I will recommend the care I was given. Way to go and thank you so much for helping me make my progress back to health.

I have been coming here since 2011. It’s horrible. Staff are poor at best. They cancelled my appointments 3 times and don’t call or email me. Doctors are iffy at best. I am stuck here and hate it. If you can run from this place. God help anyone who has to have surgery here.

jeff rosen

The finest hospital and staff. Dr Howard Bush is an amazing man as well as physician . The staff was humbling and empathetic and made my frightful experience do able. They are amazing and this day an age of sanitized hospital care they exceeds all expectations. Many blessings

Worse experience ever. My mother got a surgery at the hospital and was about to be discharge with low oxigen, the doctors told her to get oxigen at home. Thanks god my sister who is a doctor arrived right before she left, and spoke with the doctor about the reason of low oxigen, she asked then if they requested an embolia pulmonar test to make sure was no blockage due to she is a smoker and they said no... so she requested it, and the test which should be done fast took 12 hour to make, finally the test wast positive! It means if my sister would’t come probably the story will be a different one. On top of that we never saw the doctors during this time, the nurse staff always gave excuses, and when my mother went for a follow up with the doctor he said they did not know anything about the embolia pulmonar. In few words the staff, attention, doctors communication was the WORST! They kept us from 10am to 7pm without living because she could not leave without a walker that they missed from contacting the insurance, so I had to go to walgreens to buy one so they could let my mother leave. There are different was to kill, and this is one. I have 20 years living in Weston and most people here know that going to this beautiful... hospital is a threaten!

Simon Kay

Very nice facility, the DRs have no experience most of them just out of school,,,, waisted three weeks there that could have Ben done in a week, will not advice anyone go there

My husband is 60 years old and he is a kidney transplant patient his been post transplant for 8 years he been going to Cleaveland now for about 2 years he has problems now with the kidney he is highly anemic and what I thought to be a hospital that would pay more attention to a transplant patients been transplant hospital turned out to be totally different for the past 4 weeks he been trying to get a authorization for epogen injections and they tell every time I call is that they Submit it to the insurance and everytime I call the insurance they tell me that Cleaveland have submitted anything to them and other words anything special you would need for your condition they will not do there job to get anything approved at the Same time they are putting your health at risk the employees there do not they job the Doctors don’t have any control over that because they put the orders but the employees just don’t care and they do not carry out the orders of the Dr I do not recommend this hospital if you have a serious condition.

Robert Fleming

Clean and modern. This is the best hospital in Broward County, in my opinion. It is huge, and they can do so much in house. Then all the doctors and nurses share information. So your cardiologist knows what your neurologist found, and vice versa. Please let me compliment you and one of your employees. Dr. Grobman scheduled an MRI for me. He gave me a prescription to help me get through the machine because I have become claustrophobic in my old age. The man who gave me the MRI was fantastic. He didn't make me fell bad about my situation. He was comforting. He provided me with a blindfold and air flow. He also gave me a headset with my favorite music. He let me lay on the table for a while to feel comfortable and relax with the blindfold before he put me in the machine. And he talked me through the event. I can not emphasize enough how much that man helped me. I wish I knew his name so I could give him credit more directly. I was in the ER Sunday morning and had the exact opposite experience. I ended up crawling out of the machine and couldn't go back in. That experience reminded me that I had better make sure the people that run Cleveland Clinic know about their great employees and who they are. Dr. Grobman is great for providing me two little pills that cost all of 80 cents at the pharmacy. And the man that gives people MRIs is great because he has compassion, experience, and is the best man Cleveland Clinic could possibly have on their staff. I couldn't find anywhere to post a compliment on the web site so I am writing you. But I will post this as a review so other patients can know about Dr. Grobman and the MRI Man!

I was at the emergency room, early this morning, for severe pains in my chest. from the security guard at the front door, all the way to the doctor, I found extremely unprofessional. every single person I spoke to seemed to have an attitude, like I was inconveniencing them for being hurt. the doctor, in my opinion, completely dismissed me and everything I had to say, the nurse explained to me that my ailments weren't life threatening; doctor prescribed me Aleve, and sent me on my way. my chest pains havent subsided in any manner in fact only increased. regardless of their diagnosis, their attitudes enrolled me into losing faith in Cleveland clinic emergency room. I would drive out of my way to another hospital before every returning back to this establishment, especially of my life were at risk.

L.T. A

I am generally good with the doctors themselves, as far as medical care goes, although the quality and the efficiency of the staff behind them can be very spotty, with lots of forgotten details. BILLING on the other hand is something you have to stay very much on top of, because they will SCREW YOU, lie to you, and bill your insurance for astronomical numbers of procedures and force multiple visits just to make sure they can maximize claim income. I've personally seen it happen twice now, to the point where they literally lied straight faced to both me and the insurance company in an effort to justify creating more billing. Pay ATTENTION.

Ivan Mayusa

I visited the endocrinologist through the clinic, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, including the Doctor; The entire process went smoothly, and I loved that it wasn’t overcrowded. Nurse: Rodrigo Doctor: Villabona.

Alys Zuendel

Exceptional care for there patients if I call, the doctors will get me right in, I love both Cleveland clinics Ohio and florida thank you for saving my life.

This review is based soley on my experience at the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Lab in Weston. Well, if you even want to call it a lab. I've had 2 previous sleep studies done elsewhere so I am not new to this rodeo. Everybody told me that Cleveland Clinic is wonderful so that's how I arrived there. In speaking with Maria to set up the appointment, she was clear that there was no television in the room which is greatly important to me as I am a TV sleeper. She said it's okay to bring an iPad or laptop if I wanted to. She was the only bright-spot to this horrendous ordeal. When I arrived, I felt like I walked into the janitors supply room. No joke, look at the photo. No bed, just a stretcher. As my Dad always said, good for me that I could probably fall asleep on a picket fence. Jay was the sleep technician. He was nice and immediately informed me that my mask was the wrong size and my tubing was incorrect. So much for Apria but that's a completely different story. When I awoke on Friday morning, June 7, 2019, Jay disconnected all the wires, packed up my CPAP machine, we exchanged some light conversation and gave me a survey. I went along on my merry way. Later that evening, when I returned home from work, I went to set up my CPAP machine only to notice that a part was missing. It was 6:30 and I was exhausted. I immediately called the Sleep Lab and was advised Jay was not in yet but would be in about 30 minutes. Honestly, after waking up with a stiff neck, all I wanted to do was go to sleep. I waited until 7:15 to call again and I got voicemail. I was less than happy until my phone rang at 8:00. I explained to the girl calling that I needed this piece in order to be compliant with my machine. I guess she listened to my story and put me on hold. At 8:32, still on hold, I took my cell phone and called again. In fact, I played the music I was on hold with on my landline (yes, I am old) to the voicemail and left a very anxious message. I proceeded to call a few more times but never a callback. On Monday morning, Patrick McMahon RPSGT, the Sleep Lab Manager called me. He basically told me that my calls were "after hours" and it was my responsibility to pack up my machine. No apology, nothing. It was all my fault. He told me that my options were, if I wanted the piece, to either come get it or it could be mailed. I was on the other side of town dealing with doctors appointments for a family member so I said to mail it. Today, June 12, I received the piece with his one-liner stating "Enclosed please find the mask piece which you had left at our facility the morning of 6/7/2019" No apology, nothing. He also dated the letter 10/25/19 - Not sure what that means. I would in no way, ever suggest a Sleep Study at this facility. They should be embarrassed to employ such useless staff, with the exception of Maria.

I started with Cleveland Clinic a little over a year ago for ongoing cancer treatment from the Midwest. Due to the lack of listening to my concerns over test results, I flew back to Marshfield Clinic and confirmed my interpretations of the tests. My concerns were valid and accurate and I am now at Jacksonville Mayo receiving treatment. I am not sure how long it would have taken Cleveland Clinic to take notice of what I myself could see was happening.

Vantrece Sullivan

The Radiology Dept. is so unprofessional. The monitors indicating the wait times states "Ask Front Desk", but there is no one there. I asked the kind lady at Registration was this normal protocol and she stated "I always get complaints about Radiology." So, apparently the Supervisor Natalie Haaf is not addressing these issues with her staff, since this is an ongoing problem. I will definitely be contacting the Director Vincent Right. This Department definitely makes the Cleveland Clinic look bad. I wish I didn't have to select one star in order to leave a comment, but this Department don't deserve it.

Bernadette Cunningham

Very caring people work here

Jennifer Lachmund

The surgeons and doctors (in ICU etc.) are beyond amazing and they have saved loved ones that I have had a few times now. Thank you. We are totally blown away at the cleanliness and care given. You can actually leave your loved one and trust them if you have to.

G Brackett

I go two to three times a week for medical care. Lunch is OK for hospital food. I'll be there again tomorrow. Now the third Thursday of the month the farmer's market is there, and the food is exceptional!!!

I went to the emergency room at around 2:30 a.m. with severe pain. After an ultrasound and morphine I was discharged and told to go home and see my primary physician. I was told the results from the ultrasound indicated that I had no problem with my gallbladder and that they could not find any obstructed bile ducts. I ended up in the emergency room in Memorial Hospital 12 hours later as I had to have emergency gallbladder surgery. The gallbladder was inflamed, and I had many gallstones. How could they miss this in Cleveland Clinic is beyond me. I was in and out of the ER in 2 and 1/2 hours. I was given morphine and then told that I was perfectly fine and could go back home. I've never been there before and you can certainly bet that I will never go there again. I am so glad that my gallbladder did not rupture.

This is the ninth time I have been cared for at Cleveland clinic hospital. My doctor is dr Eric Weiss The care I get at the hospital is extraordinary. I have no negative comments from any of my visits. All the staff is very positive and friendly and accommodating from housekeeping up at to the charge nurse. I have fallen in love with my nurses because they are so caring and confident and they love working at Cleveland clinic and they love their patients. I take them with me in my heart when I leave Dr. Weiss is a genius and an artist. I suffered for years with a condition that needed a surgical procedure and was told there was no one who could do it. I researched and found out that Dr. Weiss does this on a regular basis and it was worth my trip across the state. He is great with the patients, he is great with his students that trail in with him and you can tell they feel lucky to be with him and they respect and admire him. I have just returned from the hospital for surgery from another condition and did so well that I was released three days early and I am very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Weiss, his team, and the staff at Cleveland Clinic. Thank you all so much for giving me my life back. I really really appreciate all of you.

christian bouillon

No place to wait for patient pickup after procedure, had to look for a spot in a very crowded parking lot with no view of where I was told to pick up the PT. I expected better logistics from CC.

My parents, who are in their 80's, were advised by Dr. Enma Poveda that my mother had pancreatic cancer that had traveled to her lungs. She told them to contact hospice. This was before the tests. The tests were negative. Her behavior was very irresponsible. Our family was devastated unnecessarily.

Two months ago, my grandfather was getting a kidney transplant and as soon as they were taking his blood, I passed out. I saw black and only heard sounds. Next thing I know is I’m in a hospital bed and I’m being treated did syncope. Cleveland clinic did an amazing job to help recover me. The ER staff was sooo nice and concerned. Doctors were caring as well. The hospital environment is gorgeous and the food is good too. 5/5

Jessica Emser

The doctors here are great and I love this concept of everything in one. However, twice I've gotten blood work done and it was the worst experience. Both times by the same person. Unfortunatly I don't know her name. I will update once I have it. I asked her to use a butterfly needle and no tape as I'm extremely sensitive. (I have a chronic condition, so I've learned what to ask for). My first visit she used the correct needle (green butterfly). On my second visit today she asked her co-worker for the "blue needle" that's when I realized she instead used the biggest needle they have. She then intentionally jammed it in my vein roughly. I flinched and told her she was hurting me. She chuckled and told me "well it's the smallest needle we have ha ha. Do you have any more requests?" I was shocked that someone could be like this. I know my needles , as I said it's a regular part of my life. I literally felt abused. I will never go there for blood work again. She has to be the worst person I've ever met in all of my experience dealing with my health conditions. I now have a beautiful bruise and the draw site is still painful 5 hours later. How could someone be so cold... This is the wrong profession for her.

Donna Newton

Spent day in Radiology dept for three breast biopsies. I was treated like a Queen by very caring nurses, technicians and doctors. A big thank you to Dr Cortez, Nurse Jeannette, technicians Patty, Daniella, Cecilia, Adelie for their caring and professional manner. I admit I was scared but they put me right at ease and the facility is beautiful.

Alison Lofton

Caring...great doctors and nurses and staff

Stuart Bagley

Awful experience. They do not coordinate their doctors. It’s up to the patient to decide who to see when and where. There is no continuity of care. There is no follow up care on your visit. It’s just a collection of doctors making money. Do yourself a favor. Find a better place that cares about their patients. That ain’t the Cleveland Clinic.

Our daughter has intellectual disabilities and was admitted to the hospital for a UTI infection that lasted 3 weeks. They gave her antibiotics then 10 days later it returned even worse. The doctor in charge was alarmed and gave us stronger antibiotics. We came into the emergency room a week later because she was in extreme pain with the hopes that they might figure out where the pain was coming from. They ran numerous tests that were negative. During the stay they drew blood but the nurse left the tourniquet on her arm. It was there for four hours until the next nurse came on board and noticed it underneath her gown sleeve. Our daughter wouldn't know that it shouldn't be there, she would not be able to communicate that. They finally got us out of the emergency room and into a room on the 4th floor but it was a shared room. It's noted on her record that she has a sleeping disorder so why would they put her in the room with another person? We agonized for about an hour and a half before they finally got her a room of her own. We requested an appointment with the urologist but they only offered us a date that was a month away. So our handicap daughter is supposed to suffer in pain for 30 days? My wife sent a letter to the admin Department and the doctor in charge, and they managed to move the appointment up to 2 weeks from today. At this point Jessica will need painkillers to at least deal with the pain for two more weeks. We're working on that with the doctor in charge and our family practitioner. The lack of communication is alarming, as is the lack of education of the staff. This is supposed to be a profession in which we have the best of the best or at least that's what I had assumed. It seems we're pushing nursing as a canned profession that they teach for 6 months or 1 year and then they give you a certificate and tell you to go be a nurse at a hospital. Being a nurse is not like working as a server at a restaurant or a cashier at a department store. You're dealing with lives not money or food. This has been a nightmare experience. Very stressful. I own a software company that hospitals all across the country use to check in their patients. Broward Health Medical Center used our software for 10 years. John Hopkins uses our software. I take what I do very seriously because I am storing personal information for a few million people over the last decade. I lie awake at night when my customers make a complaint because I don't like unhappy customers. We never let someone off the phone without their issue being resolved. I can tell that the employees at the hospital don't lay awake at night thinking about patients that are in pain. I'm sure some do but the majority probably do not. I wish I knew how to remedy this because every person in the world, not just every American, deserves quality healthcare from quality professionals. Signed disappointed.

I give some stars because of some of the doctors here are worth the long drive. I'm an hour away. But the administration / management of this hospital is terrible. I had to take a 10 am appointment to see my doctor. Drove the whole hour here, then finding a parking spot is quite the quest. It took me 10 minutes to find a spot. Checked in for my appt at 10:15 and a woman came at me with attitude, telling me "we got a problem" because I was 15 min late. They moved my appt to 1pm cause they know I'm coming from afar. I don't understand this snooty attitude about punctuality when many times when I've shown up on time, or earlier, the wait can be as long as 1 hr. Get your act together Cleveland Clinic administration. Most doctors here are excellent, but the people who run this place, now that's another story. And I have tons of bad administration-related stories. I'm slowly switching my care to a local hospital where, though smaller and not with the reputation of CC, the doctors are also excellent and administratively, superior to the way the CC is run. The parking situation here is terrible. Good luck finding a spot. The wait for valet is endless. The cafeteria closes between 10:30 & 11am "to prepare for lunch." Give me a break. You can't tell me you can't sell me a cup of coffee or a bottle of water at that time. So, good luck waiting for that too. I used to think this place was worth the drive. Now the only reason I come here is for my awesome doctor. If they lose her, I'm gone too.

Selena Gray

This facility is clean and nice. More directional signs should be posted to guide patients to the correct place. The check-in process for ultrasounds seems a bit much. The wait time to see doctors or ultrasound techs needs to be addressed. You will not be seen until at least an hour after your scheduled appointment.

Sandra Italiano

I was seen by Bryan Thomas, the practicing nurse on duty, during a Walk-In Clinic appointment. This was by far the worst medical appointment that I ever had. Which is disappointing because I have used the clinic before and had very good treatment and medical service. Mr. Thomas was extremely rude, did not look at you when speaking (rather his back was toward you while typing), dismissive of my medical complaints and concerns, answered questions with an attitude that he was annoyed I was asking, arrogant, condescending, had zero rapport and interpersonal skills, and afford no medical help to the reason that I was visiting the clinic to begin with. Rather I was referred to see a doctor who was not available until November, which is five months away. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with my appointment, mainly because of the lack of professionalism exhibited by Mr. Thomas, his response was that he had complaints before and completely dismissed me, as if this won't matter. For Cleveland Clinic to continue to allow such horrible medical treatment by this "professional," it is rather disheartening. I contacted my insurance company and they stated they would investigate further regarding the quality, or rather the lack of quality, of medical practice.

Fred Garr

Excellant facility, but very long waiting for CT-Scans . ( 1-1/2 hour)

ALFREDO ABREGU

Knowledgeable doctors....is the most important no matters what

Henry Osorio

I had an appointment at 2:45 PM, and they call me to see the doctor at 4:15 PM. Inadmissible, unfair.

Patty Percy

Wonder hospital. My Doctor is incredible the 3rd floor nurses are the best. I never had to wait for anything. They treated me like I was the only person there. Even the cleaning staff was extremely nice and personable. I had the best care.

Kevin Jones

The hospital is clean, but if you have an appointment in the Radiology department, be prepared to be there at least 2 hours. Every time I’ve come here, I have to wait way past my appointment. Don’t be fooled into thinking you’ll reschedule and come back, it will be the same thing every time. This is ridiculous. If you’re on time. You shouldn’t have to wait this long.

linda wetzel

The radiology department is very busy and the staff is very, very professional. The only problem is that they over book appointments and you wait a minimum of one hour for your scheduled procedure. The waiting room is so full there are not enough seats to accommodate the patients. As a result, many patients head to the cafeteria to wait and then staff has to go looking for them. This increases the delay time. I had an 11:30 appointment and did not get out until late afternoon. Perhaps it will be better when they open the new women’s center in 2020. Very frustrating day.

Michelle Ryan

I didn’t like this experience waited soooo long in the waiting room and when I saw a doctor for chronic symptoms told me they couldn’t help me and ran a CBC and charged like 5,000 for it and the er doctor said oh we don’t deal with chronic issues here? Ok I was in excruciating pain and they gave me NO medication and then the er doctor disappeared. I was left with just a nurse and no one ever came back and checked on me ? Weird experience.

Augusto Alvarado

Best healthcare facility in South Florida hands down! Great doctors, personnel in general, latest equipments. Excellent cafeteria too!

sim

It takes time to get your information in their system, but after you're in. Checking in and paying for appointments is at the front desk and I had Angela being an angel, very quick and easy. Appointments are on time or early! Everyone is professional helpful and friendly! Thank you dr Grove! Thank you Angela- front desk! May God bless you all!

Ms. Lisa

Cleveland clinic is the best hospital I've had been to since relocating to Florida I'm in process of moving to Tallahassee Florida imI hoping I can take this same facility with me.

Doris Lepoma

Excellent follow up ,and the information/registration desks are very helpful and courteous. Very efficient! I recommend Giuliana Rainho, surgical coordinator, for being gracious, courteous and helpful.

Janet Perlwitz

Desk assistant in neurology was insensitive to my requests and well being, very unhelpful and very unfriendly. Cleveland clinic is better than that.

Fernandez Yolanda

I was looking for a primary physician for my elderly mother. When finally got an appointment (1 1/2 month) with Dr Karen Sierra. 15 days to appointment the staff called my elderly mother to reschedule for a month and a half later. Its obvious they don't need more new patients or did not care. Thank God we found another Dr. & staff that really care. Sometimes this big name clinics loose their human touch, very sad.

Brenda Webb

No other hospital like in South Florida. The doctors are top notch, like Dr Sands. All the nursing staff are professional & caring. Never had food that was so well prepared in a hospital- it tasted great. For the best care- go to the Cleveland Clinic.

Claire Scianablo

Clean.quiet..great Drs&staff..PRIVATE ROOMS..ONLY draw back is the food Awful.love. this hospital

hassan abid

Horrible hospital. Overall. Just spent 5 hours wasting my time. The nurse is sitting there watching TV and I'm sitting there trying to go home. Ridiculous. They should shut this down. Or restaff and new ownership.

steven wills

This was an absolutely horrible experience. How they are rate #2 hospital in the world is a total fraud. Went in for a pace maker. Dr installed wire not properly contacted. Redo 2 days later which they put my arm in sling. The first time no sling . They tried to blame it on me. It gets worse from there. Legal action pending against Dr nures and hospital. A terrible expierence. On top of it all i was in A-fibulation. All the BS I left the hospital in A-FIBULATION. If your in A-FIBULATION don't go there unless dying is in your plans

Steve Summerlin

Excellent clinic and hospital.

Alfredo Arango

If you go with your children I do not recommend the emergency room, especially on weekends! go to Joe DiMagio is the best !!!

Sasha Ikramelahai

Dr su bin Kim I think she is horrible doesn’t treat you if you came from another state. With proper paperwork she refused to treat me. Told me to go back to where I came from to get a infusion done which I expressed I can’t afford to fly there that’s y the dr said I can get it outpatient here yet she refuses never will I recommend her to anyone and will be telling the insurance company as well. Never will I recommend her she doesn’t seem to care or listen trying to rush you out her office horrible

JBsound

Best place to go for your medical needs. Professional and nice staff and most importantly fast results.

Yana Lakovsky

I was there yesterday, the staff is amazing. I got an appointment the day before due to a little emergency. I was in and out in exactly one hour. And made all my follow up appointments quick. Barely missed any work.

Gonzalo Jimenez

Waiting for over 2 hours in emergency. In the counter they seem to have fun; an elderly lady yelling and crying from pain the son requested three times attention but they don’t even move just pretend that it’s not with them! And this is a prestigious Hospital? Too much propaganda and marketing just to bring people and get money from insurances but very poor attention, very disgusting.... never more here. My wife with kidneys stones and they are very un considerate .

Barbara Fialk

I’d rate Cleveland Clinic with 5⭐️‘S if the experience with the pain management department wasn’t so bad. Dr Juan Giraldo is arrogant and condescending to start with! Additionally, the pharmacy has been waiting for 24 hours for a prescription approval on a drug that a senior in chronic pain needs on Saturday. First bad experience at Cleveland Clinic! He’s not a good representative of the quality care the rest of the hospital provides.

Es Trogenfive

A wonderful place to obtain health care and preventative advice. I regularly refer friends and family to CCW with total confidence that excellent service will be provided.

Melanie Queißner

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I had an appointment at the spine center with a 1 hour drive each way. On top of that the only availabla and doable time was on my birthday. When I came there, they told me the doctor called in sick that morning and I can schedule a new appointment if I want to. No thanks!!!! Not even calling your patients to cancel appointments once you get notice of a doctor calling out? Unacceptable for a doctors office where a regular consultation costs me about $500 out of my pocket. Never again!

Shawn Murray

This is by far the worst experience my wife and I have had with a hospital. The most unprofessional and unorganized place. After making an a first available appointment that is six months out we receive a letter saying that they are canceling our appointment bc of scheduling conflicts on their part. This is less than 2 weeks before our appointment not to mention. No phone call from them to reschedule. We call to reschedule no appointments for another six months that nice. This is following a unanswered request for a prescription refill for almost 2 weeks. We will be finding another endocrinologist. We are just a number typical corporate BS. My understanding is that doctors and hospitals are supposed to help you, not brush you off like your inconveniencing them. By the way this is my first review I’ve ever written. This is just something that really annoyed me and had to say something on behalf of my wife.

Jim Whitman

My wife and I have been traveling from Guayaquil, Ecuador to CCF for 7 years; her heart, my heart, and now a Total Knee Replacement. The International Office care and attention is exceptional and every department we have known is the same. Outstanding hospital.

Cindy Mattocks

Cleveland clinic is top-notch Hospital. Number one priority is the patient. Making sure they're comfortable not in excessive pain.the nurse's are always there to help. At night they don't disappear and forget about their patients throughout the night. If you spend the night in the hospital with your loved one you.Can order food to be brought up when they have their meal delivered to their room. The food is delicious nutritious and priced just right.

Jacynthia Berry

Amazing staff. All of our nurses were all nice and so friendly. The doctors were really nice and explained everything and answered any questions. Everyone came around as needed and even when they weren't just to check up. Amazing place

Julie Villont

This hospital will not agree to allow a life saving surgery because of its possible failure, it would lower their success rating! Absolutely shameful!!

Sean Egilmez

Thank you to every one there. Never been to a hospital where everyone was so nice and helpful. Also a special thanks to Dr Micheal Medina and his team you saved my life. Cancer is such a scary finding. Yet Dr Medina and his team where very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Talked me threw everything step by step. God bless you all

DoomsDaysi

If heard from many people that this is THEE hospital. I will be completely honest when I say that it’s 99% better than Jackson or Mount Sinai. My doctor is cool. Staff is very nice. And the cafeteria is nice too. Everything is pretty easy to find.

Shelley Jerome

I had an ultrasound Monday at Memorial because CC had a 2 month wait. Afterwards, I was told ai had a clot in my jugular vein. I immediately went to CC ER with the radiology report in hand. I explained to the intake/insurance verification rep about the clot and how I was instructed to come right to the ER because of the risk of pulmonary embolism if the flot moved. I spent 2 hours in the waiting room without ever being triaged. I returned to ask 3 times. Finally, with no other option, I went to a Memorial Hospital where I was traiged and treated at once. My sister was tith me and as she left she told the intake staff, She coild have died in your waiting room!”

This review should have been done, over a year ago, but, I'm finally getting around to taking the time. Recently, I was an outpatient at Holy Cross Hospital who is awesome and it reminded me of my experience at Cleveland Clinic Emergency Weston. I went to Cleveland Clinic Emergency in very bad shape and they were rude, did a poor incomplete job and when I begged them to admit me and take another look, the admitting woman doctor in charge refused overruling the emergency doctor. Their agenda was to shuffle me out of there, ASAP, and send me a bill. They don't care. They were in an extreme hurry to rush me out of there and they lied to me and told me I wasn't in any danger and would get better and to give it a few weeks. 2-months later, I thought I was dying. I went to Holy Cross Hospital Emergency and they admitted me and they saved me. I was there for a week. Wonderful people. Caring. Dedicated. I was there at Holy Cross again for outpatient that reminded me of this and that's why I'm taking time to share this. Not trying to be melodramatic. This was not a heart issue. I ignored some symptoms for a few months which is why I wound up at Cleveland Clinic emergency, but, because they sent me home with instructions that I would get better and not to worry about it and they ignored how I felt and the symptoms and even at the recommendation of the emergency physician, this woman doctor in charge of admitting refused to admit me for further observation and sent me home. overruling the emrgency physician. 2-months later, I collapsed at my job which I wound up losing because it was a cuthroat sales job and Thank God, Holy Cross Hospital Emergency helped me, admitted me, I was there for a week, and saved me from what could have been a life threatening situation if it was ignored much further. BEWARE OF CLEVELAND CLINIC IN WESTON AND BEWARE OF THE ADMITTING WOMAN DOCTOR WHO MAKES DECISIONS AND OVERRULES EMERGENCY DOCTORS.

Alexandra Gomez

Disgraceful hospital to say the least. They wanted to have me undergo surgery that was not necessary, thank God I went for a second opinion. This hospital is all about money!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE, they just want your money! So sick and shameful

Annie Cimmorello

Do your homework about this place before you make any decisions! This place has NO organization and most of their staff lack SKILLS! I had an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy and never saw the doctor who did it in fact all I have is his name in papers. I have been waiting for the results to be send to my PCP. (2months now). This place is below average

Amit Uchil

The outpatient clinic at Cleveland Clinic makes it easy to see the doc and get all the tests done at the same time most often in the same visit. Usually it is a hassle with other doctors where you need to get tests done at third party companies and wait for them to send the report to the doc. The staff is friendly and we wait times are not too bad.

Barbie Ramos

I was in the emergency Friday night and was treated very poorly. I was treated by a medical student that didn't seem to know much. the nurse I had would just rush by my bed (that was in the hallway )leaving me unable to ask questions she would say sorry we are very busy.. I was given medicine without seeing a Dr 1st by the time he came to see me 2 1/2 hours later I was so druged I could barly talk to him the whole 5 minutes he was there. Being the fact my bed was in hallway everyone could hear all my medical info what happened to HIPPA in this place no pt pravicy at all. I was asking about another medicine they were giving me and the pt behind me was saying take it, it's real good... Really this is unbelievable. The dr did not discharge me or give me a diagnosis never saw him again. They did a test on my eyes and the nurse didn't even know how to turn on the computer. As I was being discharged I told the nurse I never got the results to that test and she stated if I didn't that means it was ok. Who knows if they even did it right... I don't know if I was even treated with the right steps I still feel bad and I don't know why.. No answers from anyone. But hey I bet I will get an amazing bill my way for no reason This hospital truly needs more drs stop trying to grow with not enough man power to make it a great hospital to go to. My family and I for sure won't be going back.

M C.

Canceled an appointment without notification, because they didn't have a number for my insurance provider which I used for the past 10 years at the Cleveland clinic. I waited 3 weeks to be seen by the doctor to show up and be told they had canceled it!!!!! Time to look for a new more PROFESSIONAL place to go to.

Sunny Frankins

Ive had some terrible interactions here and it feals like your health is less important than them making money. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want good fast treatment.

John Zakryk

Organization runs like clockwork. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always a satisfied experience. .

Harriet Rubin

I had a wonderful experience at Cleveland Clinic in Weston this week. I chose to have a new, complicated heart surgery procedure performed by Robert j. Cubeddu head of the Structural Heart Disease department. The procedure was to replace my 10 year old mitral valve using a non- invasive method called TMVR. No other method is available for older seniors who have had replacements that start to leak and cause enough shortness of breath and fatigue to change the lifestyle I was used to. The entire experience, from the registration, to the caring staff in the cath lab, to recovery nurses, to the step-down nursing staff and all doctors I encountered was fantastic! I have never used this hospital before since I live in the Boca area, but I would highly recommend it for many serious conditions. The surgery was successful and I was discharged 24 hours later!

Joli Sancz

Went into the Emergency room and the staff was great!!! Dr Jerry Carjina and nurse Mike Gracia were amazing. I was very anxious and nervous but both did their best to listen to me and take care of me and they both had patience and compassion. You can tell they enjoy their job and what they do for patients. I would so recommend this hospital. Also I was impressed of how CLEAN this hospital was never have I seen such a clean and organized emergency room. Made me feel comfortable to know they take pride in their organization.

Albert Hurtado

The Cleveland Clinic Weston office of doctor Fernando Cabrera is the meanest and rudest people I had found in many years of living in Florida. A creature there called Sally has the people skills of a crocodile, what an inconsiderate little critter you are ........ Do not be impressed by the look of installations or the marketing of this hospital, the clerical staff there is very poorly trained, ill spoken and behave like if they were giving you something for free... To Doctor Cabrera (and his boss): if your staff is as inhumane and rude as presented today to my wife and I, you and your institution don't deserve to serve people or be paid ... you all chosen the wrong profession....

GABRIEL GARCIA

This place has the worst run scheduling system I have ever seen. For what's supposed to be a top hospital in the country. Who ever is in charge of this department is terrible at their job....

Ken K

Comprehensive care. Very impressive & courteious from the staff from the lowest level employees to excellent physicians. Physicians are Clinic employees and not paid by procedures. My only complaint is that the waiting time to schedule an appointment, in most of the various departments, can be very long.

Charlie Calderin

Great staff awesome physician. Been coming here for tje last 13 years

Vicky Collado

Spent 10 hours in the ER with my very ill husband with cancer. I was recomended by his doctor to take him straight here for emergency procedure the next day they discharged him and told him there was nothing they could do they discharged him and he was bleeding blood and clots. Well I took him to a COMMUNITY HOSPITAL memorial where he is getting the proper treatment. THIS HOSPITAL ONLY WANTS $$$. Fancy hospital with latest technology good for nothing. They discriminate against patients. It’s a shame that a US citizen can be turned down by your hospital.

Edwin Marchan

Top 10 Clinics in USA, went here a couple of times, place is huge and continuously expanding, parking is tight close to the main building, more work ok NG across Weston Road, take shuttle. Nice views and should have the best professionals in this side of the US

Why 5 stars? While they didn't ultimately solve my problem, I very much appreciated their professionalism. --- --- --- I've been dealing with nagging back and hip pain for about 2.5 years now and have been to more than ten different various types of medical professionals in hopes to finding a solution. I ended up at the Cleveland Clinic because one of my local Orthopedic's in Tampa recommended getting a 2nd (11th) opinion at one of the country's top facilities. I ended up getting an appointment scheduled with Dr. Mascarinas. At the end of the process, she suggested I try a receiving an injection that ultimately did not end up resolving my problem. But here are the reasons why I was very appreciative of my experience: 1) First off, these folks run a tight ship on appointment times. Of the large amount of doctor's offices I've been to in the last couple of years, it drives me insane how it's become completely normalized to not see the doctor until 30-60+ minutes after your appointment time. This seems to be the only industry where this is accepted, but it's wildly unprofessional and irritating. However, at the Cleveland Clinic, not only was my only appointment on time, but I heard the receptionist telling every person as they were walking in that they would be called back within a few minutes, and he was right. Why can't all doctor's offices do this? 2) I ended up having to send the doctor a few different medical records in the week after I returned back to Tampa. After the office received all of those records, I was able to correspond online with the doctor and her assistants who advised me on the best next steps that they recommended. All communication was prompt and thorough, despite the fact that I was obviously not going to have these services performed back in Tampa instead of at the Cleveland Clinic. If I lived in the area, I'd continue to go see Dr. Mascarinas for some follow-up appointments, but I appreciated everything she was able to help me with from a distance.

L Wilson

It takes time to get all your information in their system, but once you're in, you're in. Checking in and paying for appointments can be done with a live person at the desk or by yourself at a computer kiosk. It's usually very quick and easy. Appointments are on time or early!! Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional - even the volunteers. :) During my surgery and 2 days in the hospital I was pleased with the care I received. Again, professional and friendly. Thank you, Dr. Patel and Christian.

Two Dollar Bill Tipper

I received excellent care from my surgeon Dr. Eric Weiss and his team and everyone who assisted me on the third floor. Found the hospital as comfortable as possible after surgery. The nurses were great. I traveled two hours to come to this facility and I am so glad I did.

J. Davis

Got ahead of myself and arrived an hour and 30 minutes before my appointment. The receptionist said I should check in anyway, they might still see me. Lo and behold, they called me in before I finished paying my bill. Was seen by a doctor and im out of here in 30 minutes. Great job Cleveland Clinic!

Nate Alder

Dr. Adada and staff are great, friendly, professional, and take good care of patients. Also lots of fun when they have the monthly Farmers Market outside

Rinaldo Abruzzini de Barros

Looks very comfortable. Beautiful and very clean building. Very small parking lot, always full

Mae Keshavarz

They put you on hold for the longest time. can't get records and their appointments for just a family doctor, is outrageous and 3-4 months for an appointment is normal. The time they spend with you is 5 minutes. waiting so long on line for an appointment, then wait 4 months to get the appointment so they can spend 5 min. with you!

Sudann Ebanks

ENT department is very unorganized and callous. My surgery was bumped from 8am to 3pm to 11am. I cancelled since they clearly didn't know what they wear doing and inconsiderate of others time.

Leilany Alejandro

Cleveland Clinic is an awesome facility. The doctors there are excellent and the staff go above and beyond for you. I drive up all the way from Kendall for my medical care. Highly recommend!

Anthony Bonanno Bonanno

The Cleveland Clinic hospital is the best with knowledge and experience and with second opinions to do any kind of surgery. The best Heart Hospital in the world the doctors are superior and they have the right answer Time After Time they saved my life and I love him for it especially Dr Pinsky doctor Agera.. thank you again

Patricia Garagozlo

Made a 130 appointment for my elderly mother with Doctor Selgado a neurologist. Four hours after our appointment time we were still not seen by this doctor. The clinic had to get us another neurologist to see. Don't book with this doctor he has no interest in seeing his patients timely. What doctor makes a patient wait four hours. Unfortunately because the doctors we saw in the morning were wonderful as well as the replacement neurologist.

P C

This is an excellent hospital. I would only trust this place. They have extremely knowledgeable personnel and are very professional, always. You can easily tell they give their best every day. They are popular, hence some reviews on 'unsatisfied' clients who choose not to recognize that this is a top notch hospital, and is a busy place. Cleveland Clinic - you will be in excellent hands there.

Shauna Barrier

Time management is not their strong point. Originally scheduled for a test at 4:00 being told to be there at 2:00. Then I got a call to be there at 12:30 for the test at 2:30. Then I got a call to be there at 11:00 for the test at 1:00. Got here at 10:50am this morning and it is now 3:05 and I've yet to have this test. No bothers to give you any information at all if you don't go and ask you just sit and sit and sit.

S G

Doctors are WAYYYY to in a hurry to prescribe blood pressure meds. That should be a warning sign to anybody who wants a doctor at this place. Also it's design is like a people factory. People r just another number here. Broom closet exam rooms. I've seen better exam facilities at my vet

Best facility in all of Florida. Doctors are truly the best! Worth the ride! Hospital staff is educated caring loving caretakers. No where can you go to get the expertise that CCF WESTON can give!

I received an automated call from Cleveland Clinic scheduling my appointment at 6:00am for the general surgery area when I arrived no one was was available until 7:00am... After speaking with the coordinator she says oh I cancelled your appointment... we were just testing the system to see if it worked? That’s just not acceptable I drove an hour to get to your facility and it’s an hour to drive back...to achieve nothing this is simply unacceptable and unprofessional.

Verna Dospapas

Amazing, why because they explain in a way you understand plus they answer your questions with simple English.

Laura M Picard

Amazing clinic very busy Get there early or valet parking.

Every time I go for a doctor's visit at the Cleveland Clinic my experience has been wonderful. The staff and Doctors are compassionate, professional and caring.

Worst customer Service over the phone with the appointment center. Took at least thirty minutes to make an appointment and 25 mins was on hold. The operator repeated the same questions and failed to listen to my responses and asked additional questions I already answered. She finally directed me to the actual department and the gentleman helped me within three minutes to set the appointment. Awful to deal with while at my office trying to do my job.

I came with my wife to the ER for an emergency at 7 PM and it is 10 PM and we are still in the waiting room... I recommend if you have an emergency do not come here.. you will die in the waiting room..

Best Hospital in Florida! My mom just had a surgery...I could not have wished for better care. The entire process from consultation to after care was superb. Dr Edward Savage and team are "world class". Highly recommend Cleveland Clinic Weston.
