Wait time was utterly ridiculous. Triage nurse told us my boyfriend’s dog bite was serious and he needed attention immediately....instead we waited for 4+ hours without being seen. I repeatedly asked for a wait time and got no straight response except for being directed toward a screen with ‘estimated’ wait times. We watched numerous people go in ahead of him that had arrived after us (none of whom seemed in excruciating pain). When I informed them we had been waiting for much longer than the longest expected wait time (232 minutes) and that his pain had worsened to a 9/10, they were once again no help and responded fairly rudely. We left only to go to GMBC the next morning where we were admitted and in a room within 90 minutes. However I do have to admit the facility was very clean.

Dont take anyone you care here in not sure they could treat a animal let alone a person. Last night they told my mother they dont treat people for strokes or extremely high blood pressure it takes to long.

Emergency room is ridiculous, extremely slow and rude nurses. Patients complaining on the service heard in other rooms. Never seen a more dysfunctional medical place. Be prepared to stay a real long time before receiving any medical help!

I've never before seen a place put so much emphasis on money rather than patient care. Caseworkers are not there for the patient. They are there to watch dollars!
