Ready care department is neither ready nor they care about there patients. The loud and fat receptionist is obnoxious. She talks about the patients as soon as she hangs up the phone with them. I was there sitting for 4 hours and could not take her mouth the entire time.

I have been trying to make an appointment for a mammography for over a half an hour now. I keep getting transferred from person to person and finally put on hold and no one got back to me. The Renaissance music I am forced to listen to while waiting for someone to answer (which no one ever seems to do) is pure torture in itself. What's going on there? Are they that busy that they can't answer the phones in a timely manner? I don't have the time to sit on hold all day long.

I've never had a problem with the service, matter of fact they answered the phone promptly and gave an appointment. On the day of the appointment I was in and out.

People get paid for not doing their job here. Don't call this hospital because they don't answer their phone, anytime, the keep the phone off the huck, so it appears as if they're on the phone with really the phone just off the hook. Fat nasty receptionist and other employees took it upon ourselves to make false reviews to make them look like they do their job at this location. Crazy part is the fat nasty Spanish chic got a picture of herself with her review but she work here, and one of the workers there thats lazy and getting a check for doing nothing. They don't appreciate making good money

**Please read this review before you get any imaging done here** UPDATE 10/17: I just checked my claims with my insurance company and Temple has filed a claim for a facility fee for $9,078.00 for my CAT scan. Please Temple, explain to me where you come up with this number? Nearly $15,000 worth of fees for what? I cannot believe this is allowed to happen. PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY IMAGING DONE AT THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BANKRUPT. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had to have an ultra sound of my abdomen and scheduled it to be done at the Northeastern Campus. Before scheduling it, I made sure this location was considered outpatient because I know imaging services can be expensive if you have them done inpatient. I was also reassured I was using my in network benefits. My appointment was made for 9/18. The ultra sound was done with no problems. The woman who competed the US was really friendly and pleasant. I was in and out in under half an hour. There was a claim to my insurance for $340.00 for the ultra sound and radiologist reading the results. I was responsible for $94.00 which I think is a fair price and I don't mind paying. Fast forward to yesterday, I saw another claim to my insurance for $4,886.00 as a facility fee. I called my insurance and asked what this was for. I was told because I had my ultra sound completed in the hospital, the price was higher. I was confused because I was told I was going to an outpatient center. I called Temple, and was told that my scan was done at an outpatient facility, but they bill through the hospital so there is a facility charge of $4886.00, which I am now responsible for $1,197.31. This place charges nearly $5,000.00 for a fee to have an ultra sound completed that took less than 30 minutes. I am seriously baffled and feel like I was lied to and deceived. I could understand the fee if I went in through the ER for the ultra sound, but this was scheduled at an outpatient location. Please explain to me the justification for a nearly $5,000.00 claim to my insurance? This is why people are so fed up with healthcare these days. When you book an appointment it might help to tell the patient there is a large fee to have imaging done at this center. I feel like I should have just gone in through the ER and had it done at this point because I had to wait 3 days to get the results and could have gotten them in a few hours if I went to the ER. What makes it even worse, is they found something during my ultra sound which required a CAT scan to look more into it. I scheduled my CAT scan 10/1, and again was not told there would be a "facility fee" for this scan. So now, I am anticipating another large and pointless claim to my insurance as a "facility fee" because I had my scan done at a building with the word 'Temple' on it I guess? I will never come back here to have anything done again. When someone goes to the Urgent Care here when they have the flu, do they get a "facility fee" for their care? Its pure deception and reckless billing.
