The doctors are nice and efficient, no complaints there. However it would be wonderful if the women working the front desk wearing a pound of makeup was more polite. I walked in and was immediately hit with rude and unprofessional behavior. This is a place where people should feel safe, not attacked.

As a young man at the the age of fourteen in 1995 I had a spinal cord injury and became a quadriplegic. Through the year of 1999 I had multiple surgeries with an awesome group of doctors and other staff. Dr Kozin did multiple surgeries on my arms and hands to make me a more independent person. I highly recommend that you contact a Shriners hospital near you.

So very happy I found this hospital for my 1 year old daughter! Dr.Sarah Nossov is fantastic! Very caring and listening, I'm very thankful to her for helping my baby!!! Nurses and all staff are wonderful! A hospital itself is great, not crowded as CHOP, parking is in the garage for 1$. Service is above and beyond! Thank you!!!!!!!!

The doctors and staff here are wonderful. Our daughter has been going here since she was 3 and they are doing a tremendous job. Those of you traveling long distances be sure to check with your local Shriners, they can usually help with travel expenses.

This is an EXCELLENT hospital. They are not for profit and are invested in the well being of the children they treat. The specialists are cheerful and do not speak down to parents. Their honesty and tactful straightforwardness is refreshing. My child has been seeing them from birth and she actually looks forward to meeting with her doctor.

The doctors and nurses at Shriners are SO sweet and wonderful! Dr. Kozin has been very helpful with answering my questions the past 6 months, and it was great to finally meet him and his team. The surgery they did on my son was very fast, and my son hardly seems to be in much pain. The whole staff made us feel so welcome.

I am a Zamora Roadrunner Shriner from Birmingham Alabama, this is not one of our normal hospitals but I got the opportunity to take this patient transport trip. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with open arms. Words can not describe how they treated our patient. The people who work for the Shriners hospital work selflessly to improve the lives of children everyday. And we got great advice of where to find the best cheese steaks.

At the age of 12 my son needed immediate/emergency surgery on his right elbow. At the time my wife and I were unaware of Shriners Hospital. We were referred to several local (Bucks county) Orthopedic surgeon's, as well as CHOP. None of the surgeon's in our area wanted to do the surgery based on his age and the complicated nature of the surgery itself. As I said before we were told the surgery needed to be done ASAP, so we contacted CHOP. I know CHOP does a great job of helping countless children and their families. That being said we were told our son would not even be evaluated for roughly a week then we would have to return for a scheduled surgery. Unfortunately after explaining our need for immediate attention CHOP was still unable to accommodate our son. After doing some research and talking to other Doctors we were told about Shriners Hospital. Wow what a difference! After contacting Shriners Hospital our son was immediately scheduled for a consultation the following day. Dr. Zlotalow (please excuse my spelling) was the attending surgeon who explained all of our options and potential outcomes. The Dr. and staff were all extremely nice, attentive, and welcoming. Due to the nature of the procedure special pins needed to be ordered, but the Doctor had them rush the delivery and scheduled the surgery for the next day! From start to finish Shriners Hospital, it's doctors, nurses and staff were amazing! They surgery went well and our son was soon on the mend. Following the surgery there were several follow up visits and his progress continued. If your reading this Dr. Zlotalow just know you are a god send! After being told (in local physical therapy) that he would not be able to straighten his arm completely and would have a limited range of motion, he continued to fight and work hard. After just a few months he proved them wrong and not only regained full use of his arm but was able to continue playing baseball as a starting pitcher and homerun leader! He won the homerun derby and the speed pitch competition the very next season, None of which would have been possible without Shriners Hospital! So thank you again and again and AGAIN! We will continue to contribute and support Shriners in any way possible. We can't thank you enough. Sincerely, The King Family

My husband and I brought up a family her for years. There daughter Carolyn was born with a lot of problems. She was in and out of this hospital all her life. They took exhalent care of her. To her it was home away from home. Unfortunately we lost her a year ago at Bay health in Dover complications she was 21 yrs if age, she was Loved by everybody a great girl. Shriners Hospital gave her the life to live that long.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This is an amazing hospital and staff!! From the front desk and security guards (who are the most caring, sweet and compassionate people), to the staff up in orthodics to out patient treatment. I love them all! My son has been a patient of Dr. vanBosse for just over a year now and we are so happy with my son's progress! We received horrible treatment over at CHOP in Voorhees NJ and are so thankful we found this hospital, staff and Dr!! So worth the drive (and I hate driving in the city, lol). I HIGHLY recommend them!
