Agreeing with staff reviews. The doctors are great for the most part although my child was misdiagnosed with reflux for months when she just had an upper respitory Infection. It happens and I know that However, the administration of the office, the staff, their customer service or lack there of is why I am leaving. Half the time visiting is spent with the doctor and the other half dealing with the staff. They are not engaging, not helpful and come off as if you're an inconvenience.

My children have been patients since birth. The oldest being 14.5 years old. We absolutely love the office and the doctors. They are responsive and very engaging with the children. I recommend this office to anyone I know looking for a pediatrician.

We have always had good experiences in this office since our daughter was born. Now, she is a healthy five year old. Never had trouble scheduling well or sick appointments. We even had guidance over a holiday while out of state for a terrible citrus induced diaper rash. We love the doctors, practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and office staff at this office. We always feel like they listen to our concerns and truly care about our daughter, as well as our little family.

We have seen multiple Pediatricians, and all were friendly. However the staff was rude, and seem to be bothered by requests or questions, it was difficult to schedule appointments for sick days, waiting time was ridiculous, the nurse assistants weren't friendly or caring toward my child. After giving them multiple chances, We decided to switch pediatricians. When looking for a doctors office, the doctors and staff are to be all taken in consideration of the service provided.

Customer service is very poor. They never attend the call and always take more than 20 minute the talk to them.

Ghetto receptionist speaking in half words and broken English with attitude. If this were my practice there's absolutely no way I would allow my patients to be greeted in this manner. Nor would I want my company being represented by such an individual or individuals that have no clue how to act as an adult in their 30's and 40's. Lose the finger snappin, gum popping sista's in the front and maybe they would get a decent google review from individuals who aren't family members or friends

The doctors are very good but the office is not administered well. Lots of personal business being done in front of customers. "Patient portal" has been advertised for years but still doesn't work.

I would not recommend this office to parents. They are impossible to schedule. The office manager is very rude. If your child is sick on a Sat they may just flat out refuse to see them even when you call at 8am, they give poor information (recommended giving my 5 year old melatonin to sleep better and told me there are no side effects....look it up that is a joke there are many bad and serious side effects and should only be taken when necessary which in my case I said my daughter tries to stay up each night playing in her room, I requested on shot day that they hide the shots when they come in so the kids don't freak out and wait til we were holding the kids facing us so there were no issues....the nurse walks in with a full tray of needles for the kids to see and causes WWII in the office, overall not a very parent centered or nurturing centered office.....

The doctors are nice but I had a terrible experience with the office scheduling my daughter's immunizations. They have terrible customer service skills.
